Sir,
with due respect and humbly submission i beg to state that i am a customer of Axis bank. i am a loan holder of this Bank .my loan account number is-LNR[protected] . i pay my Emi in time . every month my Emi money is deducted from my account in time. I pay my Emi money from my HDFC Bank account through ECS. But today i get a call from Axis Bank.I got a call from this number[protected] They told me that my previous emi is not paid in time. in that reason they imposing Rs -50 as a fine in this month of EMI. But my EMI money is deducted from my HDFC Bank account in time In what reason they imposing this fine? if you see my EMI paid list you will be see that i paid my EMI in time.This branch is doing a huge corruption in my EMI amount.please help me and take necessary action against this corruption.i enclosed my previous emi paid statement in the following.

    I paid all my amount of Credit card, but then too system was showing paid only 70 percent. so i went to branch, there no one helped me, i emailed that there no reply, i tweeted and talk to the assistance, there too they didnt help me, i lost my mobile number from which it was registered. then someone visited to my home and started asking for money, click photos of house. i even offered them settlement but no response, also the office is closed, i requested them that i want to visit office. but there also no reply. now they have directly send me legal notice. i dont want to pay more because of the neglience of the staff of bank.

      Hi,

      I am the client of axis bank from 2013 however always feel happy with the services.

      Bank offered a credit card and I have used later some debit charge due to not paid EMI on time so bank has started Debeting balance.

      I have paid approx more then thrice of what I have received from the bank and same paid after getting job as promise to customer representative of Axis bank.

      Before two months I have paid total amount however till the time I have not received NOC after multiple times dropping mail and Personally visited Axis bank branch.

      I have been selected in Top College ( IIM ) and need Education loan asap, Government bank requested to share NOC from Axis bank Then only they will provide a loan However axis bank not supporting to provide NOC Branch requesting to talk with customer care and customer care saying to drop mail, I have personally mailed more then 10 times by the process of axis bank however there is no response from entire axis bank team.

      Now Time is too late and if not get noc then not able to receive loan and will not able to pay the college fee.

      I want to take legal action against axis bank for such fraud activities he is not sharing NOC and moving customer here and there and forcing customer to take loan from axis bank only.

      its third graded team of loosers, I dropped mail to CEO and few member of axis bank then they have blocked my email id to send any mail to them I will have to take legal action against this fraud bank

        Hi Sir,

        My name is Siddharth Rao. Currently I am leaving in United Kingdom. I am leaving here from 3rd October 2020.

        I have a account of axis Bank in Sama Savli branch Vadodara. My account is showing in minus rs. 7000. I have blocked my credit card before I came in UK . Every month minus amount in my account is increasing. I talk to one the lady name Manisha in branch(warasiya branch Vadodara - where my locker available ) but she has not helped me. It was my sellery account .Every month so many charges are showing in my account in minus. I am writing you because I am not getting any help from you. I never used my credit card from 2nd September 2020. Why there are this issue . I have read somewhere and I know RBI Rule that it's not allowed to show minus amount in saving account. Every month My credit card bill increasing without any usage .For what I have to pay ? I have clear my all credit card bills before I came UK. I am also going to close my all family members account held in Axis. Really frustrating. I have never seen this kind of Problem and false charges in my another ICICI Bank Account . Hope someone can resolve this.

          Dear Axis Bank,

          I have taken screen shot before Emi and after emi paid and after payment of emi my principal is increased by 7k it is not acceptable something is wrong please correct from day one. You have given me lot of harassment and charges and sach shocks please stop. Please correct all from day one and send me updated. Loan a/c PPR[protected]

              My wife is working in Axis Bank. She is working from last 2 years. She is pregnant now and 3rd trimster has been started. She is harrassed by her branch head for sales on daily basis and said her to go out from branch at 7:30 PM because she is on cashier seat till 3:30. First of all, She is in opereation department. We know sales is mandatory She come from branch around avereage 8:00 PM on regular basis. Enviorment in AXIS BANK is too worst and How can someone survive in that kind of enviourment.

              Thats why, unemployment is increasing day by day in india. Management is too worst.

              Please suggest what should i do

                In 2017, I opened Saving account in AXIS bank but without my consent they opened Demat account. I was not knowing that they have opened any demat account along with my saving account. After 4 years they deducted approx 735 rs as per demat account charge.
                When I called to axis direct they are saying they are not going to close my demat account and not going to refund money.
                Its a fraud because they have deducted money after 4 years and now they are saying account opened in 2017 only. They have opened my account with fake gmail ID.
                They have created fake gmail ID for me.

                  Credit card and customer care services

                  I have made the payment as requested by the bank for Cibil Masking. The Card was written off, I had reached out to them and made the payment as requested on 28th April 2021. I was told they would update the Cibil in 15 business days. The cibil is not updated yet. I have called them more than 20 times asking for an update and I get only one response stating it would be done in 4/5/14 etc(each agent comes up with a diff date) business days....

                  Axis bank has debited Rs. 26.55 for using the debit card for filling the diesel at petrol pump. There is no prior communication from Axis bank that using the debit card at petrol pump is chargeable. Request to give proper explanation. the transaction is mentioned as PTL/SCG.VISA.POS/02.07.21.

                    Complaint 1 Credit Card Payment double time deducted from my SB ac No[protected] Dated : 2.7.2021 & 3.7.2021Amt or Rs.5367.36 this type of dedication twice if you can check my account last six month entry. because of i have losses approx. Rs.4500/- i am requested to you credit this amount immediately, otherwise i can go to the legal action.
                    Complaints 2. Amount note credit as per contract note.
                    As per my Demat Axis Contract NOTE NO[protected] DT 29.6.2021 AMT RS -7219.18 and axis direct are credit my account Rs.6923.28. PL BALANCE AMOUNT IMMEDIATELY CREDIT TO MU SB ACCOUNT.
                    Note : This type of the problem no of time u can check the accounts.

                    COMPLAINT 3. Demat Balance not show the amount and share quantity
                    are mismatches from portfolio and demant a/c.

                    I am using ring mobile app last one month and starting owards i complaint continues to axisdirect customer care no so many time if you want u can check the my ERN No's.
                    Last two day back one of the supervisor Mr.swapnil hold my line 3-4 hrs and transfer the line all executive and all are asking the same story again and again and all account related clarification but still i am facing the same problem and losses of 5-6 lacs because of you staff not qualified.
                    already send the screen short but no reply.

                      I forgot my netbanking pwd and unable to reset using debit card as it was expired.
                      I tried phone and online option but those are pathetic and chargeble. I tried chargeble phone service but Alexa doesn't understand me properly.
                      Finally, I went to Thubarahalli Bangalore branch where they did not solved my problem and forced me to take a new card by charging 600 rs.
                      This branch head was a lady who was very rude and asked me to come after few days, so they will internally resolve this issue.
                      I purchased new debit card of 600 rs and try to set pin but service was dpwn and activation was done.
                      After struggling 4 hours and paying 600 rs., I was unable to reset my pwd.
                      These axis bank people are playing badly with customer.

                            My father died recently. so we applied to close his both current and savings account that was there in axis bank shimoga home branch. but even after many months it is not closed. due to insufficient balance, amount upto 4000 rs is deducted from the current account as penalty. they are not closing but they are deducting amount from the bank. i request reimbursement of the deducted amount.

                              One of your employee from lucknow area have done lots of abuse with a girl
                              His name is deepak bisht used mobile number alloted from axis bank [protected]

                              And now blocked all number from where we are reaching to him.

                              Please take a strict action against him else we are going to lodge a complaint against the branch for protecting such employee in their branch.

                                  I have submitted a request for PF withdrawal for which Axis Bank account details were provided by me to the PF application form. The withdrawal request status now says "Claim Settled" and also received SMS like the amount will be credited in 3 working days.

                                  After waiting for 4 working days, went to axis bank madipakkam branch at counter no 4 to enquire about the status. But they said we are not able to track this kind of information. Even I only asked about the cheque leaf status for which they can check and tell. That was also not properly answered. Now waiting for the amount to get credited to my account. Hope it will get credited.
