Regarding settlement of credit and personal loan

Dear sir/madam,

Iam being harassed from axis bank representative sanpada loan center from past 2 months and he is saying everyday that next day loan will get disbursed.I have my sanctioned letter of loan amount with all the proofs required.I have even contacted regional manager of the same branch, he was very active at start but after some days he too started responding like the agent.I didnt knew such kind of people are kept by bank of this stature.

I am really helpless and dont know what is happening as i have already invested my hard earned money.

    Dear Sir,

    I have a personal loan from Axis bank, and I continue to pay this EMI month wise, after that my axis bank saving a/c is going in lien why ? I do not understand when I am paying this amount on monthly basis from netbanking due to a/c lein, then why not remove my lien from personal a/c.

    please look this deeply and remove lien from my a/c no [protected] cust ID[protected]

        I am from Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. I received a replacement card today and found that my last name was misspelt on the card. It was correctly spelt on the letter that came with the card.

        As per the advised card safety measures listed on Axis bank, I contacted customer care informing them of the discrepancy. However, they informed me that another card with the correction will not be issued for another month. The nodal officer email ids listed are not reachable either.

        I request you to kindly resolve this problem by issuing me a new card with the correct details soon.

          IMPS failed and 45000 rs debited from my account on yesterday

          Your dispute links are not working and how you have resolved the issue, credit my 45000 back to account. without resolving dont close the issue.

            My IMPS transaction got failed today, I have transferred 45000, amount debited through IMPS but beneficiary didn't received the money . Thisi is urgent take necessary action return back my 45000 soon in my savings account.

            This issue i am facing second time very bad IMPS service, risk service to transfer money . Rectify the IMPS issue and give back my money 45000 to my account, .

              My monthly statement showed a reduction of Rs 10, 000( ATM cash) from my account on 14th May but I have not performed this action. My ATM card was in my possession at all times. I did not receive any message or email of the ATM transaction and hence was completely unaware of it.

                Dear Team,

                I have taken Flipkart Axis credit card since 4 years back but haven't faced any issue to do the payment and haven't delay for late payment but since 3-4 months without getting any reminder text message they are taking charges like late payment fee, debit interest GST and etc. Three consecutive months facing same issue and every month getting updated statement like 950 rs for late payment.

                I had paid 3400 for 2000 billed amount, now they have added extra facility to take the interest for Unbilled amount too.

                Because of Axis bank system issue i need to pay late payment for every month. Card end (0351)

                        Being and ex-employee of Axis bank, i have to resign from the post of Deputy Manager, due to my Health conditions in year 2018, From Tilak nagar branch, Jaipur.
                        As a part of settlement, 3 months salary was deducted by Axis bank and i was informed that my experience certificate will be provided.

                        Even after deducting all the settlement from my account ( also provided with Nil dues letter), bank HR is not issuing me with my Experience certificate, stating that my Manager logged my resignation as VAS, which i am completely unaware off.
                        After numerous mails to HR department, Nodal office and circle office, No positive response is being provided by AXIS Bank, till now. Local HR Department is refusing to provide Experience certificate.

                              A horrible experience with axis bank, their given mail ID at web page is showing error message, customer care is bogus mostly wont respond . So customer should take corporate officials personal e mail ID to raise a complain for banking related issue . What is option left when customer care and they will not respond .

                              Grievance portal is design in such a way that you cant raise a service request . Matter need to be inform finance ministry to check the bank system related customer contact and complain related bank services and support .
