They called and offered job in nearer to my place and asked me to pay 10 rupees through online they gave me a link and through that link at first my payment got failed in many times and they took all my amount nearly 1500 through the account plz do something to refund my amount plz help me.

    Dear All,

    This is to inform that I am putting case on above subject, I have paid the amt wht ever statement is given.In which one of the customer care person called and she(Shruthi) said Before paying total amt you can covert EMI, I have not agreed, But she(Shruthi ) employed in axis bank customer care loan departement, forced and make me into critical situation, and she told there are no charges applied on it again U can cancel, and pay the amt, I have not agreed. you want i can give my also gave her personal mobile([protected]) and hoven to me and there will not be Any charges, you can convert into EMI, But she (Shruthi) made all wrong caluculations EMI, which are not actual bill generated, She made unbilled some EMI, and actual bill EMI.now they have charge.
    Please take immediate action, which I can give Any information about this issues

      I am using the axis bank fast tag from last two years, but all off a sudden the unable to recharge the account .When contacted to customer care every time the are asking different requirement.Asking kyc detials even it is updated in portal.very poor service ...

        Hi,

        My axis account as a salary account when i was working as a intern in a company for 3 months in 2018 and after that i have not used this bank account for more than 3 years and i had lost my atm and passbook also

        Recently in June i activated the same account after contacting their consumer care and only due which was there was -1, 777/- and i paid that and put my savings of 30, 000/- to the account, yesterday bank has debited 9, 000 Rps under consolidated charges. And charged shows that for those inactive years per month 600 has been charged and converted to savings account

        Now i dint have any communication in this abt the MAB but is been debited, as a middle class family i can't afford to lose this. Please help me getting the refund.

              Axis bank is fooling its customer by not mentioning the additional charges even after continuously asking for the same.

              A deduction of Rs 4179 (Brn-pymt-card) is done from my account without prior information and there is no intimation of this deduction as well.

                Dear sir, I went to open a Axis bank account, but an employee took my documents, took Rs 7000 from me, and my account was not opened. Now the bank employee is not returning my money and is calling me to the bank every day.

                  My name is pradeep budhwar and i have a salary account in axis bank huda complex branch rohtak by same name. On axis bank mobile app i have chosen a option of block and replace debit card. There it was showing that there is a fees of rs 200 of replacing the card. But after some days rs 1770 was deducted from my account without my consent. Nor i have received a debit card. I am very much annoyed with this unauthorized transaction. Refund the requisite amount to my account and issue a debit card to me through my bank branch

                      From Axis Bank Credit Card, i spent 1750 rupees and pay all my dues before the last date. but continuously they are deducting amount from my account. total 8700 rupees they have deducted from my account for no reason. i talk to customer care but no response from there. i am really afraid that how can they do this and in future when they want they can do the same. strict action should take against them.

                        I am a librarian.My mother gave me 2010 rupees. What Axis Bank took the money as consolidation charges 1703.39 and gst 306.61 rupees. Now my account balance is zero can I get a refund of consolidation charges please

                            Near about 2 months earlier i had mate with a person basically a sales agent of axis bank and paid him 4000 rupees through gpay at that time he claims it will be open within 72hours but now its been 2months but the account still is not active I have received an insta kit which contains passbook account number and a debit card. Daily i called that agent to know about the status of my account he says it will be open shortly because of some issue. So it will be very helpfull to me if you take serious steps against this.

                              Same thing happened to me..I also sent 221 rupees to their account.. After 2 days someone called me and told I've to pay 1900/- and 6500/-rupees and that amount will be refunded to my salary account.. This made me doubt so I didn't pay .. After that they send me a Job confirmation letter which was totally fake..

                                  I have a salary account from last 5 years. And from last six month. Axis Bank charged on the name of consolidation charges 20000 rs. And they deducted this amount with informing me. I complain to branch manager of Jaipur main branch but he was not do any this for that. Please help me out for the same.

                                      This has happened twice. I didn't receive refund from Flipkart. Upon several mails and calls to customer care executives, I received my refund. Again same thing has happened from Amazon also. They refunded my money but still the amount is not credited. Why do we have to follow up so much to get our money. Everyday I would get so many calls for credit card and all from Axis Bank. But upon facing issues they won't respond.
