My account was charged Rs. 750 + GST as late payment fee for credit card bill, My account was moved to negative balance without any prior notification. When the customer care was contacted they took a sweet time of 30 mins to tell me to make the payment. I did make the payment and I was told the account will be active within ONE working day after payment.
After 2 days, the issue was not resolved. When connected to the customer care, took almost 1 Hour, 15mins, to speak to 3 level managers and yet was promised to resolve the issue by EOD. Did not happen.
Waited another day and no results.
The 4th day after payment, the morning I checked it was unresolved. In the afternoon when checked it was active but there was a deduction of Rs 1063.51 under BRN-PYMT-CARD transaction. They have already charged a late payment fee, they have blocked the account for almost a week and what the hell ios this deduction now?????
