Dear sir,

i have to purchse a mobile redmi note 10 pro form amazon under excange policy on dated 14 may 2021, that time some issue in the phone so i have to return that product to amazon, after return amazon refund 5500 rs excange value in my amazon pay wallet and rest 13499/- refund initiate to orginal payment method, as per amazon credit timeline 3rd june but i have no recived any amount, than i have to call on amazon customer care he said to me amazon refunded your amount to your bank with this refund refrence no[protected], you can contact with your bank than i have call to my bank axis he said no any transction reflect from amazon in your a/c...

Please help me now i am very disipointed with the both service

    This is bloody frustrating, I had Axis Bank credit card and for some bizzare unknown reason that card was not accepting Emi transaction online. Now after complaing to the customer care, they suggested to block and replace my card. So I accepted the resolution and my card was replaced with a new card. Now the stupidest and annoying thing is happening with this new card. Whenever I try to do any online transaction, it is saying " Your mobile number is not updated with us for online Transaction" ARE U Bloody Kidding Me ?? My mobile number was already registered and working fine with previous Card. Also in this new Card, I can receive OTP to change my card pin etc. Then how the hell it is not updated ?? Fix ur Bizzare system. Also I already called Customer Cares. Still this is not fixed.. Frustrating. Lesson learnt.

      I am non axis bank customer and i have axis bank credit card.I Can't Login in Mobile Banking, Regarding this issue I have already drop a mail but They could not get resolved it. All the details like Credit Card Number, Expire Date, ATM pin are correct then message show " Entered Custid or Login Credentials are not matching "

      I have tried with net banking but nothing happened. Showing error " Invalid User Credentials" On Customer Care Call Or at Chat support all possible way to solve issue I tried but problem still exits.

        As i have myzone credit card and ive been told that there is no any other charges of Credit card will be taken . but recently i had a msg of debited 147.49 rs as BRN-Card Payment from my saving account. and i have internet banking also so when i login there is also due payment of 147.49 rs as there is no mention that what is this payment for??

        as i know there is free card and i want that money bank....

        Regarding BRN-card payment transaction

        Just few mins back 1688 rupees has been deducted from my axis bank saving account.

        I am not aware for what reason that has been deducted.that is a huge amount which is deducted without stating any reason and notification.

        Kindly help me in this....

        Just few mins back 1688 rupees has been deducted from my axis Saving account.

        I am not aware for what reasons that has been deducted.
        Can you please notify me how come suddenly this much amount got debited.

          my mutual fund account portfolio currently not showing . me activate account from axis app. i check my porfolio details from the app. now showing the app no folio created, if investment is not done.

          but me check the app for the systematic plans option

          my sip details showing on un registered sips option ...

          show me conduct customer executive .person telling me my folio details and my account balance ..but person dont know why not my account not showing..
          then customer executive inform conduct demate provider. so me asking sir i am open my mutual fund account for axis app.so who is the provider.

            I Ramanamurthy Kondeti and I am a Axis bank customer (Axis Bank Account No: [protected]), Bangalore and tried to withdraw the amount of 9000/- rupees by using my Axis Bank debit card in HDFC bank ATM (ATM ID: S1ANBG78) on 02/06/2021 at around 07:00 PM. I did not get the amount, but amount got deducted from my account.

              Dispute ATM Transaction

              Dear Sir/Madam:

              From Axis Bank, Vellore/Ranipet collection executive continuously called from 28/05/2021 to till date, 21 times. and today he visited my home and behaving rudely with my aged parents, even he didn’t check that we already paid emi on 31st itself in bank, in Tamilnadu there is lockdown till 7th june 2021 but i know for essential service employers can work(bank employee) is govt allowed you to send bank executive to customer house/visit to collect money or threatening? He rudely answered im having bank employee id card, i came from bank only like that, bank itself sending this type of 3rd party rowdies to customers home with bank id card’s ? We filling case about his behaviour in local police station. Unacceptable in lockdown period.

                INR 811.26 debited from A/c no. XX9257 on[protected]:40:49 IST at AXISDIRECT/T991521/[protected]/02 06.

                I am not using this AXIS DIRECT. Still suddenly 811 rs for it debited from my account. How axis can do this without intimation. I am just using axis for only as saving account. But always they misbehaving with customers. Last time axis deducted for credit card...which I never use. One more time they deducted as it for debit card insurance money. It's fraud transaction they doing it their own.

                  Hi,

                  The bank is fooling around the customer by not mentioning the additional charges even after continuously asking for the same.

                  The bank has also deducted the money from my saving account linked with my credit card stating that the bill is not paid even though the bill was paid well in advance before the due date.

                  A deduction of rs 7452 (Brn-pymt-card-[protected]) is done from my account without prior information and there is no intimation of this deduction as well.

                  I've paid all bills and charges before or on time always. Still such deductions are being done.

                    I am holding account no. [protected] in Axis Bank Rampur and to my surprise every time this TD making and breaking game is going on without my permission. A TD of 2, 50, 000 was done in March when I visited branch I was convinced to continue that saying that it was special offer from bank.
                    Now that TD has been cancelled on its own as per message received on 24-05-21 and another TD has been done as per message received on 01-06-21 with new TD number.

                        I have been unable to close my overdraft account even after requesting for closure multiple times during this pandemic. My home branch for this account is in Bangalore. But I have left Bangalore 3 years ago and can no longer go back there.

                          My name is Avneet Kaur. I have savings account as well as same account is my salaried account with your bank(Chandigarh Branch). It was working fine till Feb 2021. After Feb 2021 the bank has been deducting charges every month in the name of consolidated charges without any prior intimation and also I am not getting any intimation post deduction. In month of May nearly Rs.5300 has been deducted from my account without any intimation. I got no message about deduction and also when I requested for mini statement there was no mention of Rs. 5300 in that. So, from March till May nearly Rs.[protected] has been deducted from my account. Please in such hard times it's tough to survive and it's really sad when hard earned money is deducted like this. Kindly look into the matter and refund my entire amount as I was saving it for payment of school fee.

                            I am a Axis Bank Credit Card holder. I got a message 01/06/2021 Rs.1, 699.00 was spent for ECPP ASSISTANCE SERV without my permission. I don't want this service so please Refund my amount Rs 1699 and please stop this service id

                                I don't why the customer care contact number is the for the axis bank..I tried calling a lot of but it never got connected, I m using a credit card of axis which is also linked with my salary account, when the customer care executive called me regarding the credit card I was just asking him about the emi..but he/she automatically generated the emi for 6months, and to which I didn't payed that properly...and now when I open my savings account it is showing around -52000approx,
                                What is this at least you have to inform me about the deduction, even I am paying clearing my credit card bill, and today the remaining balance 1972 had been deducted as(BNR-PYTM-CARD)
                                I tried a lot of times to speak to your customer care executive but it never got connected
