    I made an international purchase of a study course on 7th April. After a few days, axis bank deducted an amount of nearly 4000 INR from my account with the description as - TIPS/SCG/NON MCC/07.04.21/MARISA PEER IAE. This was not mentioned anywhere that this kind of charge will be deducted. I even went to see my bank's branch. Manager there is also not aware of this charge and not giving any explanation. I would like my refund back. This was deducted without my knowledge and consent. This is totally unfair and unethical.

      Lien amount withdraw without my consent and information

      Address: SOUTH MANDIRI PATNA, NEAR RAGHUNATH PANDEY HOUSE

      My Salary saving account marked as lien due to non payment of credit card dues i have talk to customer care he said that pay minimum dues then remove lien in your account and also recovery agent repeated same word after that I have pay minimum dues 2970 rs my credit card no 7008 after sometimes full outstanding credit card balance debited in my saving account... Without my consent and information how to withdraw my saving account balance...

      Hi,
      Axis bank totally foolish to costumer. They deduct customer payment without any prior information. Yesterday twice transaction in my credit card. Not provide prefect service on call or chat just saying transfer call to credit card department and automate cut call.
      Please help me as soon as possible.

        I had paid credit card bill through Cred App on 09 May 2021. But it is not yet reflected on the Credit Card Statement and the concerned bank is continuously asking for payment. Card details are as follows:

        Bank Name - AXIS ACE,

        Last 4 Digit of Card Number - *9204*,

        Payment Made on 09 May 2021,

        Payment Status on the App - Successful.

        UTR NO IS N[protected] - 3700RS

        Our complaint raised no is 67331625.

        Please look into this on an urgent basis.

            Hello, I paid my credit card bill on 9 May 2021 by the CRED app.CRED show me the bill payment successfully done. But it is not reflected on my bank and Credit card and my bank auto debited my minimum due amount. Please help me with that.

                The bank is fooling around the customer by not mentioning the additional charges even after continuously asking for the same.

                The bank has also deducted the money from my saving account linked with my credit card stating that the bill is not paid even though the bill was paid well in advance before the due date.

                A deduction of rs 3386 (Brn-pymt-card-[protected]) is done from my account without prior information and there is no intimation of this deduction as well.

                I've paid all bills and charges before or on time always. Still such deductions are being done.

                  Hello today at around 22.38 I received a text message INR 5153.17 debited from A/c no. XX4350 on[protected]:36:32 IST at BRN-Card Payment. Avl Bal- INR ————.Call [protected] if not done by you. I tried calling axis bank customer service executive for about 20 mins wasted almost 100inr on phone but was unable to reach them. Then i tried to connect them axis bank customer service chat i waited there for about 20 mins more no one came to chat to help and solve the issue . After frustration i came here to lodge the complaint

                          Amount kept on hold as Lien

                          Address: B4/704 Nakshatra Nebula, Jahangirabad, Surat - 395005

                          I do have a salary account with your bank, where in I have received my PF amount after 3 years of fighting with my employer.

                          Now I came to know that you have kept Lien on my account, without any confirmation.

                          This way I have felt inconveience while speaking with your customer service team as Ithey had kept on transferring calls to other departments.

                          Please help me in getting what the amount....

                            Hi,

                            The bank is fooling around with me the customer by not mentioning the additional charges even after continuously asking for the same.

                            The bank has also deducted the money from my saving account linked with my credit card stating that the bill is not paid even though the bill was paid well in advance on 8th May before the due date of 10th May

                            A deduction of rs 100 (Brn-pymt-card-[protected]) is done from my account without prior information and there is no intimation of this deduction as well.

                            I've paid all bills and charges before or on time always. Still such deductions are being done.

                            This is ridiculous and completely inappropriate. Kindly correct the problem and refund the amount due.

                              I get a message from the axis bank that i get charge of amount: Rs.1699/- on my credit card. I am aware of this charge and bank never inform me about this charge called ECPP ASSISTANT. I am frauded by the axis bank. Please help me in this case and bank didn't respond of my call.
