Here's my complaint no.67323568 which i recieved from Axis Bank Toll free no., they said you'll got call from our customer service within 15 working days. The branch representative mislead me by providing MY ZONE CREDIT CARD by lying this card will be lifetime free. But, after completion of one year, EMI bounced to my savings account and it went into negative balance of Rs.-1539. After concerning to particular branch reprentative MS. Vishnupriya of Jajpur Road Branch 755019 about this matter, She's not cooperating to resolve out. I also written application and given to her to mail my concern to Headquarter. it's been now 15 days she's not picking up the call nor replying my whatsapp message. Axis bank service sucks, because of them my CIBIL score is also impacting. Last option remains that i've to approach to RBI.
