Hi Sir,
My name is Prasen Gupta Veeravelli. I'm an axis bank customer for 8 years. Today I went to one of the non-home branches in Khammam the branch name is Khammam Wyra road branch to deposit the cash.
So this is a story that happened today.
I'm in the queue for depositing the money, the cashier(Mr. M Babu) is speaking with some random regular customers for about 2min nothing related to the transaction. I'm in the queue when my turn came he told me there will be extra charges for depositing the cash as it is not the home branch.
I just asked him for a min and called my brother and speaking to him about the charges, I don't know randomly this guy got frustrated and shouting me saying take your money and go out and speak or deposit the money. It's ok but why doesn't he tell me in a polite way ?. I told him the same thing, why don't you tell it in a polite way ?. He shouted telling me you're not the account holder of this branch. so si that means he will not give me respect?. And then the argument with him started that asked him to maintain your politeness with customers they come near you. He started using very bad cuss words.
I felt really angry and asked him to come out and speak in the same way he spoke in the cabin. Then another guy showed up. Telling that not argue with him like that I told him to understand who is the one shouted first ?. he told that he is the Manger for that branch and asked me to right the complaint. I have written the complaint and left the branch.
below are the details.

I would like to bring this to your notice to take enough action on the behavior. It's not proper bankers' behavior to use those words. And this actions should be an answer for all the employees that customer can do anything if your disrespecting him.

        I have done a IMPS transfer on 10th May 2021, and the money was debited, I got the SMS of Debit. But the money did not get credited to Beneficiary ICICI account even afer 24 Hrs.

              I have a Axis ASAP account which I cannot access by mobile banking. They deduct amount for debit card but does not send it to my address. Now they have blocked my all debit card incluiding my virtual debit card also. Now I can not access the account by any process. I have balance in the account but they are deducting it continuously in different way of charges. I contacted with customer services they told me to visit my quoted branch of axis bank. But after I visited the branch they told me that any information or details of this account can not be accessible by branch. Now I am extreemly helpless to retrive my diposited money from the account. Please, help me in any way as possible. My name is Babli Das, account no is.               As per their policy after closing of Account nothing can be done to re-open that. Even if they close your account without concerning you. However after complaining here they contacted me to collect DD of remaining balance of my account and I have collected that.

              Finally I got DD of my closed account from the branch. This is happen only after complaining about the problem.

                UPI amount debited but the merchant did not receive the amount

                This is regarding the UPI transaction which I did on March 27th, 2021 of Rs. 1320 via Paytm.
                The transaction got successful from my end and the amount got debited from my savings bank account (HDFC) but the merchant didn't receive the amount in his account. Due to this, I have to again make a payment of Rs. 1320 with my other card.

                After so many follow-ups with the HDFC bank, I have got the below details about the transaction....

                My Salary account in axis bank and I have also used a axis bank credit card I have not paid dues amount since last 2 month because lost the job due to covid19 ..I have searching the job after that paid the dues amount but axis bank outstanding amount negetive in my saving account I have not set any auto debit in this saving account...

                My Salary saving account marked as lien due to non payment of credit card dues i have talk to customer care he said that pay minimum dues then remove lien in your account and also recovery agent repeated same word after that I have pay minimum dues 2970 rs my credit card no 7008 after sometimes full outstanding credit card balance debited in my saving account... Without my consent and information how to withdraw my saving account balance this is not a legal . I have not set any auto debit in saving account and also I am not signed any documents with these terms and conditions.

                    All papers and formalities was completed to open a current bank account at Srinekatan, Bolpore, Birbhum, West Bengal for a new Restaurant named as C4., on 20/04/2021.

                    Your Bank manager Mr Arindam Basu Phone number [protected] had promised me to get the account immediately. But he has failed to do so. Till today he is unable to open the same.

                    We need your help as we will loose business waiting for the account and the swapping machine for the Restaurant C4 at Bolpore.

                    It looks there is a foul play in the process.

                      Even though I have paid more than my dues before the due date, I was charged some amount. I got the message saying "INR 233.39 debited from A/c no. XX8809 on[protected]:46:37 IST at BRN-Card Payment. Avl Bal- INR 15409.58. Call [protected] if not done by you." Are you fooling me???

                        Bank has deducted BRN charges without my notice even when i am already paying annual card charges for my credit card and my sues are always clear before due date. Bank is fooling customer with all the false deductions without even informing the customer and later their customer service is so pathetic that no one from customer service is reachable or call does not connect at all.

                            I am employee of axis bank & I was maternity leaves within that time I operated one private surgery, about my surgery I told to our operation head he assured me to section of leaves and told to drop a mail to her and HR also and i gone though but unfortunately she forget to email HR and inform them because of that I got termination letter, but she can't accept her mistake and higher authority can't recognize her mistake, due to that my career on edge please address of this problem on priority basis, without my mistake I suffer such a things

                                Hi,

                                A deduction of 2999 has happened under the transaction named as BRN-PYMT-CARD. I don't have any current outstanding dues on my credit cards or anything else. Can I know why this transaction has happened?

                                      We had submitted all relevant document in the nearest branches, but still the account has been frozen.

                                      1. Satyajit bandyopadhyay - 1st wk of march- online at jorhat branch,
                                      1. Nupur bandyopadhyay- 13th march 21, offline at jorhat branch,
                                      3. Bholanath banerjee -15th march '21 offline at kalyani branch,
                                      4. Arati banerjee - 15th march '21 offline at kalyani branch,

                                      result in:-
                                      a. 16th march'21 account was reopened,
                                      b. 29th april'21 account was refreezed due to rekyc of joint holders,

                                      why these harrasment arises to me like old prevelige customers. Further, my demat account also had been frozen from last five years though i have submitted all relevant documents online & offline no. Of times at the nearest axis direct rm/branch.

                                      We need action asap.
