The bank is fooling around the customer by not mentioning the additional charges even after continuously asking for the same.

The bank has also deducted the money from my saving account linked with my credit card stating that the bill is not paid even though the bill was paid well in advance before the due date.

A deduction of rs 3386 (Brn-pymt-card-[protected]) is done from my account without prior information and there is no intimation of this deduction as well.

I've paid all bills and charges before or on time always. Still such deductions are being done.

    Hello today at around 22.38 I received a text message INR 5153.17 debited from A/c no. XX4350 on[protected]:36:32 IST at BRN-Card Payment. Avl Bal- INR ————.Call [protected] if not done by you. I tried calling axis bank customer service executive for about 20 mins wasted almost 100inr on phone but was unable to reach them. Then i tried to connect them axis bank customer service chat i waited there for about 20 mins more no one came to chat to help and solve the issue . After frustration i came here to lodge the complaint

          Without any information/intimation my some amount is deducted from main axis bank account

            Amount kept on hold as Lien

            Address: B4/704 Nakshatra Nebula, Jahangirabad, Surat - 395005

            I do have a salary account with your bank, where in I have received my PF amount after 3 years of fighting with my employer.

            Now I came to know that you have kept Lien on my account, without any confirmation.

            This way I have felt inconveience while speaking with your customer service team as Ithey had kept on transferring calls to other departments.

            Please help me in getting what the amount....

            I am paying all my credit card bills on time. But i got deducted 2759/- as BRN CARD PAYMENT without prior information as text mesaage or call.

              Hi,

              The bank is fooling around with me the customer by not mentioning the additional charges even after continuously asking for the same.

              A deduction of rs 100 (Brn-pymt-card-[protected]) is done from my account without prior information and there is no intimation of this deduction as well.

              I've paid all bills and charges before or on time always. Still such deductions are being done.

              This is ridiculous and completely inappropriate. Kindly correct the problem and refund the amount due.

                I get a message from the axis bank that i get charge of amount: Rs.1699/- on my credit card. I am aware of this charge and bank never inform me about this charge called ECPP ASSISTANT. I am frauded by the axis bank. Please help me in this case and bank didn't respond of my call.

                  Axis Credit Card payments was fully paid well before my due date but still you deducted 2806 Rs against BRN Payment. Please revert the amount deducted.

                    Hi Sir,
                    My name is Prasen Gupta Veeravelli. I'm an axis bank customer for 8 years. Today I went to one of the non-home branches in Khammam the branch name is Khammam Wyra road branch to deposit the cash.
                    So this is a story that happened today.
                    I'm in the queue for depositing the money, the cashier(Mr. M Babu) is speaking with some random regular customers for about 2min nothing related to the transaction. I'm in the queue when my turn came he told me there will be extra charges for depositing the cash as it is not the home branch.
                    I just asked him for a min and called my brother and speaking to him about the charges, I don't know randomly this guy got frustrated and shouting me saying take your money and go out and speak or deposit the money. It's ok but why doesn't he tell me in a polite way ?. I told him the same thing, why don't you tell it in a polite way ?. He shouted telling me you're not the account holder of this branch. so si that means he will not give me respect?. And then the argument with him started that asked him to maintain your politeness with customers they come near you. He started using very bad cuss words.
                    I felt really angry and asked him to come out and speak in the same way he spoke in the cabin. Then another guy showed up. Telling that not argue with him like that I told him to understand who is the one shouted first ?. he told that he is the Manger for that branch and asked me to right the complaint. I have written the complaint and left the branch.
                    below are the details.

                                I have a Axis ASAP account which I cannot access by mobile banking. They deduct amount for debit card but does not send it to my address. Now they have blocked my all debit card incluiding my virtual debit card also. Now I can not access the account by any process. I have balance in the account but they are deducting it continuously in different way of charges. I contacted with customer services they told me to visit my quoted branch of axis bank. But after I visited the branch they told me that any information or details of this account can not be accessible by branch. Now I am extreemly helpless to retrive my diposited money from the account. Please, help me in any way as possible. My name is Babli Das, account no is.                                 As per their policy after closing of Account nothing can be done to re-open that. Even if they close your account without concerning you. However after complaining here they contacted me to collect DD of remaining balance of my account and I have collected that.

                                  UPI amount debited but the merchant did not receive the amount

                                  This is regarding the UPI transaction which I did on March 27th, 2021 of Rs. 1320 via Paytm.
                                  The transaction got successful from my end and the amount got debited from my savings bank account (HDFC) but the merchant didn't receive the amount in his account. Due to this, I have to again make a payment of Rs. 1320 with my other card.

                                  After so many follow-ups with the HDFC bank, I have got the below details about the transaction....
