We had submitted all relevant document in the nearest branches, but still the account has been frozen.
1. Satyajit bandyopadhyay - 1st wk of march- online at jorhat branch,
1. Nupur bandyopadhyay- 13th march 21, offline at jorhat branch,
3. Bholanath banerjee -15th march '21 offline at kalyani branch,
4. Arati banerjee - 15th march '21 offline at kalyani branch,
result in:-
a. 16th march'21 account was reopened,
b. 29th april'21 account was refreezed due to rekyc of joint holders,
why these harrasment arises to me like old prevelige customers. Further, my demat account also had been frozen from last five years though i have submitted all relevant documents online & offline no. Of times at the nearest axis direct rm/branch.
We need action asap.
