My name is Prasen Gupta Veeravelli. I'm an axis bank customer for 8 years. Today I went to one of the non-home branches in Khammam the branch name is Khammam Wyra road branch to deposit the cash.
So this is a story that happened today.
I'm in the queue for depositing the money, the cashier(Mr. M Babu) is speaking with some random regular customers for about 2min nothing related to the transaction. I'm in the queue when my turn came he told me there will be extra charges for depositing the cash as it is not the home branch.
I just asked him for a min and called my brother and speaking to him about the charges, I don't know randomly this guy got frustrated and shouting me saying take your money and go out and speak or deposit the money. It's ok but why doesn't he tell me in a polite way ?. I told him the same thing, why don't you tell it in a polite way ?. He shouted telling me you're not the account holder of this branch. so si that means he will not give me respect?. And then the argument with him started that asked him to maintain your politeness with customers they come near you. He started using very bad cuss words.
I felt really angry and asked him to come out and speak in the same way he spoke in the cabin. Then another guy showed up. Telling that not argue with him like that I told him to understand who is the one shouted first ?. he told that he is the Manger for that branch and asked me to right the complaint. I have written the complaint and left the branch.

I would like to bring this to your notice to take enough action on the behavior. It's not proper bankers' behavior to use those words. And this actions should be an answer for all the employees that customer can do anything if your disrespecting him.
