I had paid credit card bill through Cred App on 09 May 2021. But it is not yet reflected on the Credit Card Statement and the concerned bank is continuously asking for payment. Card details are as follows:

Payment Made on 09 May 2021,

Payment Status on the App - Successful.

    A deduction of rs 142 (Brn-pymt-card-[protected]) is done from my account without prior information and there is no intimation of this deduction as well.

    Please refund it, wht is that deduction for?

      Hello, I paid my credit card bill on 9 May 2021 by the CRED app.CRED show me the bill payment successfully done. But it is not reflected on my bank and Credit card and my bank auto debited my minimum due amount. Please help me with that.

          The bank is fooling around the customer by not mentioning the additional charges even after continuously asking for the same.

          The bank has also deducted the money from my saving account linked with my credit card stating that the bill is not paid even though the bill was paid well in advance before the due date.

          A deduction of rs 3386 (Brn-pymt-card-[protected]) is done from my account without prior information and there is no intimation of this deduction as well.

          I've paid all bills and charges before or on time always. Still such deductions are being done.

            Hello today at around 22.38 I received a text message INR 5153.17 debited from A/c no. XX4350 on[protected]:36:32 IST at BRN-Card Payment. Avl Bal- INR ————.Call [protected] if not done by you. I tried calling axis bank customer service executive for about 20 mins wasted almost 100inr on phone but was unable to reach them. Then i tried to connect them axis bank customer service chat i waited there for about 20 mins more no one came to chat to help and solve the issue . After frustration i came here to lodge the complaint

                    I do have a salary account with your bank, where in I have received my PF amount after 3 years of fighting with my employer.

                    Now I came to know that you have kept Lien on my account, without any confirmation.

                    This way I have felt inconveience while speaking with your customer service team as Ithey had kept on transferring calls to other departments.

                    Please help me in getting what the amount.

                        A deduction of rs 100 (Brn-pymt-card-[protected]) is done from my account without prior information and there is no intimation of this deduction as well.

                        I've paid all bills and charges before or on time always. Still such deductions are being done.

                        This is ridiculous and completely inappropriate. Kindly correct the problem and refund the amount due.

                              I applied for data entry jobs on your website, the I received a text on whatsapp saying that my resume has been shortlisted for a data entry job in axis bank . They send me a link (on that link I found this email Id), they said that I just had to pay Rs 29 I gave my details and card details too . But when I actually got the otp they said that its for Rs 4929 to be debited, I typed the otp without seeing and at first the otp was said to be invalid but I reported this to the person who had contacted me. But suddenly I got a message that Rs 4929 was debited from my account . When I tried to contact the person he went offline and When I tried his no, it was switched off . The person again texted me on whatsapp saying that was a server mistake and will credited my money back again, but he was offline again and I couldnt reach him, I know he texted me that because he wanted to deduct more money from my account . If this a genuine website I want my money back cause this is fraud

                                Hi Sir,
                                My name is Prasen Gupta Veeravelli. I'm an axis bank customer for 8 years. Today I went to one of the non-home branches in Khammam the branch name is Khammam Wyra road branch to deposit the cash.
                                So this is a story that happened today.
                                I'm in the queue for depositing the money, the cashier(Mr. M Babu) is speaking with some random regular customers for about 2min nothing related to the transaction. I'm in the queue when my turn came he told me there will be extra charges for depositing the cash as it is not the home branch.
                                I just asked him for a min and called my brother and speaking to him about the charges, I don't know randomly this guy got frustrated and shouting me saying take your money and go out and speak or deposit the money. It's ok but why doesn't he tell me in a polite way ?. I told him the same thing, why don't you tell it in a polite way ?. He shouted telling me you're not the account holder of this branch. so si that means he will not give me respect?. And then the argument with him started that asked him to maintain your politeness with customers they come near you. He started using very bad cuss words.
                                I felt really angry and asked him to come out and speak in the same way he spoke in the cabin. Then another guy showed up. Telling that not argue with him like that I told him to understand who is the one shouted first ?. he told that he is the Manger for that branch and asked me to right the complaint. I have written the complaint and left the branch.
                                below are the details.
