I was an employee of Axis Bank 3 months back, due to a pandemic situation every business model was down, the lockdown has been in crisis shape for everyone, eventually, my seniors or my direct reporting manager Mrs Aramita Banerjee had started to push me like anything to put down my paper, tried many times to discuss the issue and to work on my ability but she always refused to take the initiative. Instead of helping to be the team leader, she crossed my client to sell the banking product to gain her pocket. No senior person was helped me or listened to me, instead, I have been told that you cannot go against the cluster level people and my reporting manager, been mentally tortured for no reason even the topic was out of the case but I had been tortured with abusive language.
