I closed account at Axis bank Double Road Branch Bengaluru on Jan/2019, but till today as on April/2021 they have not paid my amount. I need my amount along with lawful interest from Jan/2019 till this day. When i complained to RBI in the month of Jan/2021, they issued D D, the D D is returned that outdated D D. Hence this complaint against Axis Bank Double Road Branch, Bengaluru, direct them to pay my amount along with interest.

      I have a saving a/c in axis bank Worli, Mumbai, bran.I got a sms from axis bank on 2nd April informing that rs-885 has been debited from my account for axis direct. Neither I have a demat account nor applied for it at axis, so why I have charged? I demand proper justifications and clarification from Axis bank.

        On 4th Jan 2021I have done a payment of 2000 rs via phone pe upi to a beneficiary. The amount got debited from my account which is in icici bank but beneficiary is saying that he did not get the money. I raised a complaint with Phone Pe company and ICICI bank as well but did not get the issue resolved. Even PhoenPe is saying that they can not disclose their customer's details. Now I got few details from my bank and phone pe app regarding this transaction. Please see the below details and help me to get money back asap.

          Dear Sir/Mam, I have lost my debit card so I had blocked my debit card, actually my branch is in bangalore, as per customer care representative recomendation I went to nearest bank (Mahad) I have taken new card, I asked for normal card that which charges zero amount, May be rupay card also, they had provided me value plus debit card, after Customer care replied debit card debit charges is more appxox 750 & Tax, I knew it charge more I dont want that card, I want normal card request to replace the card. Since I had write several mails & chats with customer care but no response. then customer care representative replied to send cancelation requstion letter to bangalore peenya branch, they replied me to cancel debit card without giving conformation on reversal of charges, & which card they will provide, in app there is no card option to select. kind request to reversal the charges & normal debit card ( Previsous Liberty debit card also.             Respected sir/madam,

            Dear Sir/Madam,

            With respect and humble submission I want to inform you that I had applied for EPS withdraw dated on[protected] but still it is in under process status even though it is already 19 days. Again I had applied for EPS transfer from my previous employer.it is settled and approved by my previous employer but EPS amount is not credited to my new employer. Need your kind consideration as I required it immediately on an urgent basis.
            I have called more than 200 times to Bandra Mumbai office but no one is picking my calls for more than 5 days.

                I am K. Sam George and I have an account in your esteemed bank at Pipariya, Hoshangabad Dist, MP.

                My request is to return the amount deducted from my account.

                I have received two messages from Axis saying the following:

                1st Message. INR 590 debited from A/c no.xx9577 on[protected]:03:20 IST at BRN-Card Payment. Avl Bal-INR xxxx. Call [protected] if not done by you.

                I received the above message on 07.04.2021; 10:06:58am.

                2nd Message. Dear Customer, payment of Rs.590 received for your Axis Bank Credit Card xxxx5284 on 07-APR-21. Available Limit:Rs.xxxxx.

                I received the above message on 07.04.2021; 12:17:42pm

                I am a customer of Axis bank. But I have never used Credit Card or Debit Card. I have not even activated at all. Then how come this deduction of Rs.590/- from my A/c. Kindly Return the amount.

                  Charges on MAB

                  Dear sir,

                  I'm disabled person due to hearing loss and mute, I'm an axis bank salary account holder science 2010. I was getting a huge penalty from axis bank for MAB but i did not know about it, i left my job in July 2018 and i visited the axis bank branch for submitting the account closure form in 2018 august.

                  And one bank employee said to me "no need to close, it helps in your future if you get the same axis...

                  I have account no - [protected], and my cc no end with 5050, on 12 april which is my billing date you deducted Rs-29487 for cc payment, on same date u also deducted 32000 but the money neither credit in my cc acount or in debit account, and i dont know y u lein the extra 32000 when u already get the payment of 29500 which is min ongoing payment till next month.nxt payment date 3 may and billing date is 12 may and u already debit the amount of that dates, thats great, please release the amount.

                    Am writing this mail after reaching out to customer care for nearly 10 times and having not getting my answer. This is really disheartening, When i asked them to escalate it to a higher officer that was not done.

                    Axis Bank — opened a demat account without my consent and account has been debited with 885 rs on 5th APRIL by axis direct. The fact being that i do not have a demat account with Axis, nor have i made any such request

                    I need to understand why this amount was deducted without any information .

                      Hi, I got email from Axis Bank that INR 118 debited from A/c no. XXXXXX on[protected]:38:23 IST at Sign. Verf. Chrgs Mandate Regst/ Stop.

                      I did not authorize to debit any mandate. Please revert this transaction and if this is a fraud activity then stop it immidiately.

                          Without my permission some amount getting debited from my account, It is mentioned thrice in the statement like TIPS/SCG/NON MCC/12.04.2021... .While making the payment to various vendors I was charged already with extra fees while swiping the card at various points then why after few days I am being charged extra

                            On 9th April, I tried to deposit money Rs. 18, 500 in ATM bank but transaction got timed out and my money stuck in ATM. I have been waiting for revert about my complaint. But axis bank is not replying. I have proof of transaction timed out and receipt of left notes.

Am using salary account and what is the use it, why you guys charge me for using debit card. you guys charging all sort of sevice charge, atm usage charge, quarterly charge etc etc from use without fail, including all this charge this hidden changers.

                                  I bought a product from this website a few days ago for USD$127, and I was charged a much higher rate than the market rate. In addition, I see now this 143.98 billed to my account. Can you explain this charge? Please reverse this charge because you have already charged me for the dollar to rupee conversion.
