Sir,
Yesterday I had recharged my bsnl mobile [protected] through my axis a/c but phone does not recharged and money debited Rs. 1999/-.

Please see below

INR 1999.00 debited from A/c no. 037606 on[protected]:42:04 IST at PUR/87021783/[protected]. Avl Bal- INR 23164.43. Call [protected], if not done by you.

I want to know reason?

      Mobile App & Net banking not working

      Not able to use Axis mobile App and Net banking, when I try to login in mobile App, error message pops saying, your registration has been terminated, please visit nearest branch. I went to Axis Bank several times and they don't know why I'm getting this message. Same problem with Net banking also.

      Please resolve this issue, as I'm getting
      problem's. I'm attaching screen shot for your reference.

      Hi Sir/ma'am,
      I am not getting registered in axis application. Its showing "generic failure" & "sms sending failure".

      I don't want this type of services to be in banks. Please resolve the issue & dont make the issue big.

      Please see the procedure to resolve the issue.

        Hi. This is regarding the amount deducted from my savings account (Rs. 885) stating as axis direct charges on 03-04-21. I have been given false information in the Beginning of opening the account, that no fees will be charged in demat accounts. And I haven't used that demat account even once since It's been opened. The bank executive who came to assis me in opening the account gave false information about the demat accounts and now charges are being levied on it. Please take strict action on the false marketing strategies of axis bank executives. And request you resolve the issues for the same and get the refund.

          I have a salary a/c in axis bank kolkata branch, as informed by bank while opening the account debit, credit & demat account were free of cost & no charges will be levied on them as it is a salary account. Today (2nd april 2021) i got a sms from axis bank informing that rs-885 has been debited from my account for consolidated dp charges. But i didn't buy / sell any stocks from this a/c, so why this dp charged? I demand proper justification with all brake up of dp charge from axis bank. I want to stop this and i want my money back to my acct.

            Used to hold a credit card of axis bank n i made the payments as well always on time n later on from past few months . I was not able to make the payments n i tght to settle the amount by making a payment in one shot. I called up so many times to there customer service n I visited the branch as well but every the answer used to got that I have to wait for 4 days in order to get the settlement letter. I was under impression that they will give me the letter however all of sudden without giving me any prior notice they just blocked my salary account . I was not able to withdraw my money from my account only. Still I was showing my patience and again I contacted that release my account and take ur payments give me the letter. But they are not taking it seriously I guess. Its been 1 week ago again that i waited to get my account realased. Its my company account I cant even change my bank a/c. I manage to get my salary through checks from past 1 year. But now even my company cant do that as its againts policy. Im stuck in a worst stiuation where bank is not even bothered how there customers are being treated. Im already make the payment on 31.03.2021 but they deduct again that amount from my account and apply lien, still they are not bothered. Please help me out...what shld i do...it's urgent please do something bcoz I have two little children and I am only one earing person.

                There has been 2 deductions done from my axis bank account mentioning that the deduction are due to Dmat account.
                However I am shouting like hell to each customer care executive that i do not have any DMAT account. They gave me axis direct number which says to enter mobile number and when i enter it, they say it is incorrect mobile number. In anyways i am not able to close this DMAT account.Can the bank help.

                    Unauthorized transaction was done with my credit card in 2014 Oct.
                    Card was blocked and informed Axis bank team to help me to sort it out.
                    After several mail communications had with Axis bank team, all the payment is completed as directed by Axis bank team and sent hard copy of all the documents.

                    Since it is not updated by Axis bank in relevant records properly, the subject disputed amount was still shown as due amount for few more days event after blocking the CC.

                    Now its affecting my CIBIL score.

                    I request AXIS bank to help me to sort this issue.

                      Hello Sir/Madam

                      I had done NEFT transaction of Rs.2000/- on 02-Apr-2021. But due to some fault in Axis bank internet banking system two transactions for a single request were executed. My account number ends with 1786.

                      Could you please help me to reverse duplicate NEFT transaction executed by fault in Axis bank internet banking system.

                        In my account there will be a payment done without my interference (if it is credit card related there is due still reflecting in my app which is paid manually by me) and there is no much information provided by the bank under payment description how can I know that this payment done for so and so plz help me to resolve this issue

                            Dear team,

                            I have received following message today and yesterday
                            which says
                            Hello! Your a/c no. 209997 has been debited by rs. 118 on 4th and 5th Apr'21. The a/c balance is rs. *. Info: sign. Verf. Chrgs mandate regst/ stop. Call [protected] (If in india) if you have not done this transaction.

                            I don't think i have issued any such mandate.
                            Could you please help me to understand what is going on? And if it's a fake something could you please stop it immediately?

                              Sir, my name is Ranganadh. on sataurday i.e. 03.04.21i gone to Jaleswar(balasore dist, odisha) axis bank CDM to deposit money of 100000/- through machine. But my money stuck in machine.. after this machine continuously counting the money after that a message dislplay that atm service us unavailable. today i complaint in branch the told me to it takes 7 -8 days . So please help me to solve issue

                                From my account INR 885 Deducted from axis direct without my knowledge. I called Axis Customer care (Toll free number[protected] and they told me to contact this number (Toll free Number[protected] since Saturday to till now i tried to reach them they are not answering all the line is busy, any i called the axis customer care and they suggested me to drop a mail to [protected]@axisdirect.in

                                Till not haven't received any update on this. Everyone time is precious. Look into this complaint with full pledged and resolve.

                                  To whomsoever it may concern,
                                  I am quite displeased with an unknown deduction of amount
                                  885 from my axis bank salary account. Firstly i never gave permission to open demat account, secondly I haven't bought/sold any stocks so wht this amount is deducted. last month also some amount was deducted from my account. I have already sent an email 3 days back but no one from the axis bank has replied on that mail. Also the phone numbers provided are not reachable. Please revert back the deduction money. Axis bank is totally disappointing. I mean it. So many hidden charges.

                                      A deduction of Rs. 100 (Brn-pymt-card-[protected]) is done from my account without prior information on 05/04/2021 and there is no intimation of this deduction as well. I've paid all bills and charges before or on time always. Still such deductions are being done. I need the refund for the amount deduced
