    Axis bank portal wont let me access fund transfer menu on internet banking. It says "Access to the Menu is not available. Please contact Bank Administrator". There is no other explanation as to why it is blocked and what i need to do to unblock it. Tried calling customer care. They said they have no idea what's going on. Tried chatting at the support website - no one responded.

    Good job blocking my hard earned money Axis Bank. I demand a quick resolution to this.

        I have a salary a/c in axis bank balaghat branch, as informed by bank while opening the account debit, credit account were free of cost & no charges will be levied on them as it is a salary account. Today (31st march 2021) i got a e-mail from axis bank informing that my salary has been credited, but rs-885 has been debited from my account. But i didn't buy / sell any stocks from this a/c, so why this amount charged? I demand proper justification with all brake up of charges from axis bank. I want to stop this.

          I have availed home loan from AXIS bank. unfortunately one of the EMI's bounced back due lack of funds. From this day onwards I an getting reminder calls from AXIS back every month. I get around 10-12 calls everyday.

            Today I get message from my Axis Bank account that your account has been closed because "ASAP Anniversary Closure - KYC not compl."

            They are cheaters. Whenever I was unable to maintain minimum amount in my account I have paid all type of fines and other amounts to axis bank.

            In spite of all they closed my account it's really irritating. Don't open your bank account in Axis Bank ever.

                  Registration terminated

                  Why I am getting an SMS that my registration has been terminated visit to teh nearest branch and they said talk to teh customer support. where should I go now. Actually I have submitted a fraud complaint and my car's has been blocked itself while the fraud transaction has been happened now I have recieved the new card and when I am trying to register to the application it says that it is terminated what to do now....

                  Was holding a Credit Card of Axis Bank, and had all the Statements paid in full.
                  Suddenly they have charged Annual fees, which I had strongly objected, and had given the option the cancel the card if they cannot waive off the Annual Fees.
                  Now they are sending me statements wherein there is no due against my spends only the Annual Fees is charged.
                  Every hour the Debt Recovery Team keeps calling and harassing me for none of my dues.
                  Please get the matter closed once and for all.

                  As per the mail from Axis Bank representative, the Payment is also done, yet the card has not been closed.
                  Axis Bank is spoiling my CIBIL as well.

                  Requested to Close Axis Bank Credit Card, but the Bank is purposely not closing the account, moreover they have charged Renewal Fees, and are charging Interest and Late Fees on Renewal Fees every month.
                  They have debited Minimum Due of Statement from Axis Bank Savings Account as well, without intimation.
                  Moreover they have dented my CIBIL as well, for not even a single rupee of spending on the Credit card.
                  Need immediate revalidation of CIBIL and compensation for this harassment.

                    I had been charged 70rs. Cash on bandra worli seal link toll as well as 70rs. Got debited from axis bank fast tag. I had complained about same in axis bank toll customare care they told to write mail on etc.[protected]@axisbank.com

                    I had raised the complaint on the above mail on 30thjan 2021 with screenshot of receipts as proofs. My wrong debit has been accepted by the axis bank fasttag customare care and was promised refund within 22 days.

                    Its been 2 months still the wrong debit hasnt been refunded in my account. I have already sent 15-20 mails regarding the issue and when will i get the refund. In the mail i get the same response we will let you know or there is some technical issue wait for interim period. Now for last 10 days they have stopped responding to the mails. I called axis bank toll customare care they responded by saying we cant do anything you will get you solution on mails only.

                    Please take strict action against axis bank fast tag issue.
                    When amount needs to be debited it gets debited within seconds but when wrong amount debit needs refund axis bank fastag customare care have stop responding and giving unethical reasons.
                    Worst banking services. Will switch to other banking service.

                    Below i have attached screenshots of cash receipt as well as fast tag debit message and refund approved by axis bank and complaint id number.

                      I am the proprietor (Prem filling station) of a oil company (INDIAN OIL CORPORATION LIMITED) . I am facing a problem these days regarding Fast tag.I have a tanker in Indian oil corporation limited and the fast tag which is use to pay toll tax on highway is the AXIS BANK fast tag and the Indian oil corporation limited (Chittorgarh terminal) pays money to Axis Bank for the Fast tag. From several days i am facing this issue regarding paying the toll tax at toll plazas . The Axis Bank fast tag which i am using is showing not active and black listed in the system. After that i called the customer care they said mail us the document of the tanker i mailed them on[protected] front photo, back photo and the rc front back photo so i mailed them my documents and they said it will take 2-4 days to get activated my fast tag and they mailed me back on[protected] and said that my fast tag has been activated . But when my tanker reached the Toll plaza next day it showed that my vehicle is still not activated and still in the black list then again i mailed the Axis Bank company customer care and now they are saying different things that my email id is not registered with the said fast tag. I told them it's a Indian oil corporation limited fast tag why would my email id will be registered.
                      No action has been taken till now.
                      I am still facing the issues.

                          I am paying credit card EMI time to time from beginning.
                          But Axis Bank merged my credit cards without any notice in December 2020.
                          This is illegal.
                          I stucked by this process.
                          After axis bank started late payment charges continuously.
                          9000/- late payment charges applied now.
                          The reason for all this!.

                              Transfer pending status shows suspect

                              I transfered amount to my other bank account through IMPS but i didnt recieve it my other account and money is also debited from my axis bank account and transfer status enquiry shows suspect in my axis bank account
                              cant even contact customer care as it says 8 AM to 8 PM only and i need that funds have payments to do
                              how can i solve this matter at this point of time ????...

                              Dear sir/madam,

                              I am Dr. Bhavdip Chavda, having an ongoing Car Loan with account no. AUR[protected] with Axis Bank. I have paid all EMIs regularly through ECS and there has not been even a single incident where I was unable to manage a sufficient amount in my account.

                              I am writing concerning SR no. 11292876; my ongoing loan is getting over in March 2021 and the last EMI is Rs. 6495 as per the repayment schedule received on 18th June 2020. However, as per the repayment schedule received on 3rd January 2021, my loan is completing in April 2021 and the last EMI is Rs. 8413. (the aforesaid statements are attached herewith.)

                              Also, note that I had NOT opted for the moratorium, however, May month's EMI was not auto-debited (it has often happened even before lockdown, for such cases, I have mailed to draw the attention, attached are the mails sent to the bank) which I personally paid at the Loan Centre through the cheque (no 991346) of Rs. 22888 (that too with interest which I was not supposed to pay) on 04/06/2020. Attached is the screenshot of the same.

                              Why do I need to pay an unauthorized extra amount and an excessive entire EMI? So far, I have called customer care many times like on 4th-6th-23rd August 2020, 30th January 2021, 1st, 5th, 6th, 24th February 2021, 24th March 2021, and so on to draw their attention and resolve the issue. However, I have been provided different Service Request no(s). like 7404838, 7438911, 10980238, 11271204, 11271376,[protected], and 11292876 which all remain unsolved. Also, I have visited Loan Centre multiple times since August 2020 in this regard.

                              However, even today, after 8 months of mental harassment, my issue is uncertain. Also, by this time, my loan is supposed to be over as per the repayment schedule sent by the bank on 18th June 2020.

                              I have also written emails to the nodal officer and the principal nodal officer in this regard. Though an unauthorized and excessive EMI has been collected and additional charges of extra amount have been lined up which is totally unfair and unacceptable.

                              I request the following:
                              1. Stop unethical charges
                              2. A refund of excessive EMI/amount with penalty and interest
                              3. Issue a loan completion letter and NOC at the earliest.

                              Expecting the quickest solution now.

                                I am unable to do any E commerce transaction with my Axis bank Debit card.it shows a message "transaction on debit card has declined as online usage is not enabled" and when i try to enable my debit card online usage it shows that you do not have a debit card with this account.

                                i have visited axis bank branch 5 times and they say wait, it will work automatically after some days !

                                i need to resolve this problem as soon as possible or i have to consider switching to any other bank.
