I am having a joint account at AXIS Phullanwal Ludhiana branch for last so many years. All of a sudden my account is freezed and my credit card payment declines which was auto debit. Mental trauma for me. Nobody is there to solve the issue. Only getting recorded messages.

    Dear Axis Bank,

    I use axis card last 2 years but now i am very irretate to your card serivices like without information transaction done without information credit card all bills to move on my personal account and my account get minus and freeze also this is not right thing if you do not change your serivces then i close my account and also refer to my family, friend and collegues do not open an account in Axis Bank.

      There was fraud transaction done on the 11.01.2021 it was reported to bank and police complaint done and credit dispute form submitted to BANK. Subsequently the card was blocked immediately the fraud transaction was done by Amazon-Axi. i did not share with anyone.
      on14.03.2021 there was 3 fraud transaction done despite the card being blocked bank again writes that they are not responsible and it done by me.
      They advised me to file a new complaint with police.

        Dear sir
        MY salary accounts have been blocked for want of KYC of secondary accounts handler. however secondary handler KYC submitted on 07 Mar 2021 but still my accounts not unblocked.

        Such cases happening every year and I am feeling being hrashed by Axis bank Manjhalpur, Vadodara for which bank I am customer.

        My account no last five digit is 29494 .

        Kindly confirm unblocking as I am unable to make any transaction neither digital nor ATM even my EMI also not being paid through TCS.

          Hi, i have saving account in axis bank & when i checked my balance they have deducted 250 rs from my account written as Consolidated Charges.
          Please help me to get my money back, these banks are deducting innocent peoples money from their accounts without telling peoples

              PFA file of my Axis neo credit card no-[protected] loan payment receipt.
              I have required NOC of this credit card loan closure for my SBI loan disbursement.
              Due to this my Noc my disbursement process is stop & my developer has been giving me interest on my current slab value.

              Credit card fraud transaction

              I had done a transaction on 23rd oct 20 from my credit card which got materialised without any OTP and was done 3 transaction of 7888rs in lieu of one transaction. I immediately reported to axis bank regarding same.               My self Rajat Bajaj, I am connected with axis bank from last 2 - 3 years, i have my companies current account and saving account, credit cards and one car loan with this bank and i have around 10-15 salary account of my staff in your bank and have a very good relation since i am connected with you. From past 6-7 month like after this covid situation i am going through some financial issues like almost everybody is facing, i am paying my credit card bills and car loan on time but i have one credit card for which i am unable to pay my debts from last 2 months, i am getting calls from card department regularly and i have paid some amount as they asked me to pay, now today i received a call from one of your credit card payment recovery boy Name : Rahul Shrivastav, according to him his designation is AM holding employ code BT4010263 called me from mobile number [protected], i told him my situation and asked him for sometime for the payment as the financial issue is still going on but he started abusing me in return he used such words that not me but anyone who will hear that will burst out of anger, he used that "apni biwi bhej de mere pass mai bill dedunga" "teri aukaad nahi hai chutiye" tera baap se lelunga" "apni maa chudaa bhonsdike" "tere khaandan ki maa chod dunga" yes i felt bad after hearing these statements from him, we belong to educated families, and doing business and if somebody is failed topay his dues the bank is taking interest for the same and that too such a big amount and yeah i am accepting that i am going through some financial cricis and i will pay my debts asap, i am not running for it, but its not the right way to talk to you customers. You guys can check my bank statements of the last few years, I am such a valuable customer but this is not the right way. I hope whoever is reading this will understand the whole situation. i am attaching my details below :

                Axis Bank has no care for its CUSTOMER whatsoever. Circulating our private information to scammers. I keep getting calls from people pretending to be from Axis Bank asking me to get a credit card.

                Despite telling them to take me off the list as I'm a student and can't afford a cc, they keep calling me like ###. I receive about 3-4 calls a day.

                Axis Bank has little to no concern for their CUSTOMER's privacy. They just care about making money off of our private information.

                Pathetic.

                  I am not using my axis bank account from last 2 years. When i saw my account status and balance, it shows thousands of negative balance and axis bank is continously deducting charges and maintaining my negative balance account.

                  I have complaint multiple time to axis bank but axis bank is not closing my account and said to pay complete charges.

                  My question is why bank doest not close unused bank savings/current accounts when it is unused and when customer is not maintaining account since last 2 years?

                    I am Sudin V Dalvi, an account holder in your bank for the last 4 years. My home loan account number is PHR[protected] Kapur Bavdi BranchThane. I want to bring this to your kind attention that the staff in your bank branch miss guided to its valuable customers. I am sure Not only me, but many other people are also unsatisfied due to the same reason.

                    I applied to the home loan department for a bank loan of 38 lakhs to purchase resale property in Mara road.

                    Your employee Mr Girish Joshi is appointed to help me to complete home loan documentation & submission activity. On the initial stage he helps me a lot but after submission of the home agreement copy, his attitudes completely change. He stops picking my phone calls and gives no proper reply. Finally, he approved my loan, but he forgot to submit documentation regarding Pradhan Mantri awas yojana.

                    He took 1000/ Rs for stamp paper. But no documents submitted from your end, after following with Mr Sidharth Mahale & Pramod. They also took 800/- rs for submission of new documents for Awas yojana. But with utter disappointment I wish to inform you that unfortunately till date I have not received any of the above-mentioned things.

                    And apart from this, I just checked with the Home loan department customer care team for Shubh Arambh Home loan benefit. As per given information by your team it automatically skips after every four-year based on the EMI repayments. But again, big disappointment my name is not in the list of said schemes.

                    Thus, I want to request you to kindly look into this matter and help me above mentioned issues

                        My name is Rohan Siraj I am working in Welcomhotel Gst Road Chennai, I am having salary account but there was a debit of Rs 1094 + 18% gst on my account on 13/03/2021. As my hotel was closed from March 2020 to October 2020 so salary was not credited to my account but I am receiving salary from December 2020 till present but still there is a debit from my account and no intimation was given to me. Last month also there was a debit of Rs 690 after that I had submitted a letter in Chengalpat branch for converting my Savings Account to Salary but there was no response from their side and still debit is going on, I request you to kindly reverse the amount debited.

                              I had ordered an item of Rs 932 from Amazon which was cancelled. The refund for the same was initiated by Amazon on 6th March 2020. The time frame for a refund to be reflected nin the customer's account is 3-5 business days. After the stipulated period of time when the refund was still not reflected in my account I contacted the Amazon support who sent me a mail and a reference number that the refund had been initiated and asked me to contact the customer care for my bank, that is Axis bank. Axis bank is yet to receive my calls or solve the issue.

                                  Complaint as mention in the subject line, I am trying to reach axis bank for last 3-4 hours but nobody answering. tried customer care, the associate who processed my loan, but no response.

                                  It is showing that the loan has been disbursed and my first EMI is on 5th April. how can this happen?

                                  you guys are looting us, I wanted to raise complaint about the same in the consumer forum.
