I created my axis ASAP account with 10k deposit on 22April 2020,
before completing one year my ASAP account is closed that too without any prior notification.
My ASAP account is closed on 23May 2021.
Received a message that all the money in account is debited.
When I tried to login, it says account is closed.
Wow what a way to rob a customer.
Nice service AXIS bank, I'll make sure no other person would choose these kind of services.

    My salary account is in negative balance which should not happen.
    Please resolve the issue on high priority as j am about to get my salary.

      I received a Axis bank credit card but that time they didn't informed about that I need to pay initial amount for 1 year so I accepted the card and I didn't use it till now.so I didn't check the payment details now the amount is increased to 9, 440 rupees because of fine I think so .I don't want the card anymore and I'm not responsible for this .I'm not ready to pay the amount .I already raised a compliant the request .when I call customer care they continuously said its processing .Please make immediate action .The amount will be increased every month .Once this month end its increased to around 9, 440

        I received a Flipkart credit card but that time they didn't informed about that I need to pay initial amount for 1 year so I accepted the card and I didn't use it till now.so I didn't check the payment details now the amount is increased to 5450 rupees because of fine I think so .I don't want the card anymore and I'm not responsible for this .I'm not ready to pay the amount .I already raised a compliant the request number is 66000709.when I call customer care they continuously said its processing .Please make immediate action .The amount will be increased every month .Once this month end its increased to around 6000.

          Hello Sir,

          This is in reference to the charges made on my account for NACH/ECS charges by Axis Bank as per their communication about these charges it been clearly stated-*Does not include MF SIP, Insurance premium payment, Bill payments". And I only have 3 mutual Fund SIP goes into my account nothing apart from that. And I have communicated the same to them as well and despite of this update I was charged 25rs Plus 18% GST on that for no reason. I have communicated this to the nodal office as well and they denied to reverse the charges to my account. I feel it's a big scam when they own bank advised us that it is not applicable for MUTUAL FUNDA SIP. And yet been charged for the service which customers are not liable to pay. please see the attachment from the bank website.

          They immediately reversed the charges but not the GST amount. Received email from [email protected]. Earlier they said they cannot be reversed but once you raise a consumer complaint they action it sooner. It's a big hassel though.

          Now they have reversed the NACH charges after a month of emails and consumer complaint. However they didn't reverse the GST charges as they stated".As per process, we would like to inform you that, the charges levied in the account are reversed however the GST deduction falls under Government policy. Hence, the GST is deducted under terms and policy of Government and the same cannot be reversed. We hope your issue has been resolved. I just wanted people to know look into your account statement. These people are cunning to charge where you shouldn't be.

          My account number is [protected], I have deposited rs 1500 in my axis bank account through my other occount through NEFT on date 26/09/2021.
          Which credited rs 1475 only, when I asked coustomer care of axis bank they told me that credited due to ECS/NACH Charges.which is 25+GST.
          I don't understand where I use ECS/NACH services, and how many tranjuction are free in a month.there is also a running home loan, it's EMI also auto debit by bank every month on 5th, if it is ECS/NACH.

            Sir,
            Im Using axis bank savings account by the name of Karan Duggal of which account no is [protected].My branch is kundli sonipat.Sir For last few months this bank is charging me unethically.As we know in hard times like COVID they made my life hell.They are charging 3000 to 4000 Rs per month for consolidated charges and other charges which are not explained.Please help me to get my money reverted back to my saving account

              I was not interested in taking life insurance as an additional thing for my home loan but I was told that it is mandatory to process the home loan.

              I have asked for written confirmation along with RBI guidance and I am yet to receive. can anyone confirm if life insurance is mandate for home loan

                I attempted a recharge of Rs.1500 to my FASTAG account through my Axis debit card. The money has been debited from my account but no recharge has been done.
                Axis Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                The Axis Bank is providing one of the WORST FAST TAG Services. No one should use it. On 11th February 2021 my Fast Tag Account was Double Debited by R110 cash and Rs.110 to my Fast Tag Account at 10.25 AM on Mumbai Nashik Expressway at Arjunali Toll. Then Rs.25 debited to my Fast Tag Account being Adjustment on 16th February 2021. Since 9th February 2021 I was not able to Recharge my Account of MH 47 AB 9377 ([protected]) on 18th February 2021, even though I have Fast Tag with low balance I have to pay double Toll Rs.220 at Ghoti on Mumbai Nashik Expressway. Apart from this I have to wait in 2KM que. In spite of sending mails and complaints on Helpline even after one month neither my Fast Tag a/c is credited by Rs.245 nor still I am able to Recharge my Fast Tag Account. The amount is small bu the Volume is very big thus daily Crores of Rupees on account of Double Debit Goes the Rough Toll Operators Account. If the Bank penalize the Toll Operators for such Double or Unauthorized Debits then they will not do such malpractices.

I visited the loan center and they said overdraft cannot be closed here I visited loan center in nanjundapuram and I met Mr Sadik, he directed me to go to laxmi mills branch, I visited laxmi mill brach Coimbatore and met Mr Surender who was the executive gave us form for overdraft account closure.                     I have transferred 2050rs yesterday (20 March). So the amount was debited but beneficiary not credited. I repeated the same transaction again and same thing happened.
                    Kindly look into this. Its been around 24hrs, Amount is not refunded yet nor credited to beneficiary.

                        I am having an account with Axis Bank from last many years. My account was freezed without any prior notice to me, prior intimation to me and even my credit card payment was declines which was regularly auto debit from my account. This was really shocking for me and moreover I am having joint account and KYC of first account holder as stated by bank is complete. I was at the time out of station for official duties and was required card for payments and on the basis of declining payment by bank my card has also been blocked. This is a clear cut insult to me. I sent my son and the staff at Phullanwal branch Ludhiana did not behave properly with him. Numerous mails have been sent but no action. I request that stern action must be taken against person at fault .

                              There was fraud transaction done on the 11.01.2021 it was reported to bank and police complaint done and credit dispute form submitted to BANK. Subsequently the card was blocked immediately the fraud transaction was done by Amazon-Axi. i did not share with anyone.
                              on14.03.2021 there was 3 fraud transaction done despite the card being blocked bank again writes that they are not responsible and it done by me.
                              They advised me to file a new complaint with police.

                                Dear sir
                                MY salary accounts have been blocked for want of KYC of secondary accounts handler. however secondary handler KYC submitted on 07 Mar 2021 but still my accounts not unblocked.

                                Such cases happening every year and I am feeling being hrashed by Axis bank Manjhalpur, Vadodara for which bank I am customer.

                                My account no last five digit is 29494 .

                                Kindly confirm unblocking as I am unable to make any transaction neither digital nor ATM even my EMI also not being paid through TCS.

                                      PFA file of my Axis neo credit card no-[protected] loan payment receipt.
                                      I have required NOC of this credit card loan closure for my SBI loan disbursement.
                                      Due to this my Noc my disbursement process is stop & my developer has been giving me interest on my current slab value.

                                      I am trying to receiving NOC from last seven days from axis bank all services like customer care on phone, by visiting branch head branch of credit card, chat with executive but not received NOC.

                                      Please do the needful at the earliest.
