I want to bring this to your kind attention that the staff in your bank branch miss guided to its valuable customers. I am sure Not only me, but many other people are also unsatisfied due to the same reason.
I applied to the home loan department for a bank loan of 38 lakhs to purchase resale property in Mara road.
Your employee Mr Girish Joshi is appointed to help me to complete home loan documentation & submission activity. On the initial stage he helps me a lot but after submission of the home agreement copy, his attitudes completely change. He stops picking my phone calls and gives no proper reply. Finally, he approved my loan, but he forgot to submit documentation regarding Pradhan Mantri awas yojana.
He took 1000/ Rs for stamp paper. But no documents submitted from your end, after following with Mr Sidharth Mahale & Pramod. They also took 800/- rs for submission of new documents for Awas yojana. But with utter disappointment I wish to inform you that unfortunately till date I have not received any of the above-mentioned things.
And apart from this, I just checked with the Home loan department customer care team for Shubh Arambh Home loan benefit. As per given information by your team it automatically skips after every four-year based on the EMI repayments. But again, big disappointment my name is not in the list of said schemes.
Thus, I want to request you to kindly look into this matter and help me above mentioned issues
