Dear Sir / Madam,
This is in reference to the subject matter.
In the month of October, 2020 we bought a car from Maruti Suzuki dealers in Ahmedabad (Gujarat). I also got Auto Loan sanctioned from Axis Bank in October 2020. Today (i.e. 12th March, 2021) once again my monthly installment got bounced back.
I have a loan account with Axis bank and monthly installment is getting deducted from my current account (i.e. UCO Bank). In the month of December, 2020 I had a sufficient balance in my account though EMI of the same month wasn't deducted from the account and bank people started calling me regarding the same. Even though I tried my best to resolve everything but they don't understand the problem. Last month (i.e. February 2021) I personally visited Axis Bank, Bapunagar Branch, and resolved the issue. At that time, they informed me that after sanctioning your loan you have to pay every 1st Installment thru Cheque.
Last month I have cleared everything and again it has started this month again. This month (i.e. March 2021) my EMI doesn't get thru even though I have sufficient balance in my account. Due to this my CBIL score also gets affected and who will clarify for the same that just because of bank issues my CBIL score got the negative score.
Every now and then visiting a bank is impossible for a senior citizen. I am already crossed 60 years and it is very frustrating to visit a bank nowadays. In this pandemic time at least help senior citizens so they can complete their work leave the premises as soon as possible. On the top, their behavior was very pathetic. Even the Security guard wasn't helpful to us, his language was too rude to listen to.
I kindly request you to look into the above matter carefully and please don't harass your client like this. For your reference, attaching photos Repayment Schedule and bank Statement of mine, where it's clearly showing that with sufficient balance Axis Bank didn't deduct my December month EMI for my account.
I hope you understand my situation and provide me a proper and permanent solution for the above matter.
