Why are these charges and extra amount shown . Even the call center agents calling for payment are not able to clarify why the above amount is shown pending when my EMIs are cleared on 05.03.2021

Kindly resolve this as my salary is expected in 2/3 days and even after...

I am holding a Savings Account (salary account) in Axis bank for the past 2 years. I wish to bring to your notice that an amount of 699INR has been withdrawn from my account on 14th March 2021 which has not been executed by me.

The transaction came to light accidentally when I took a printout of the mini-statement of my account to date for my perusal. I did not receive any SMS or e-mail alert for the same.

Also, Axis bank converted my Salary account into a regular saving account during pandemic situations while knowing that a lot of people lost their jobs in a pandemic, so how can they receive a salary on a regular basis to maintain a zero balance salary account.
I am very disappointed by this action.
Also, Axis bank unlinked my mobile number without my permission from my bank account

I request you to take up this matter urgently to help me recover my money and my Salary account

Axis bank is a scam. They are a group of scammers formed bank.
They are charging GST on the bank account and on a monthly basis they use to charge 200+ for GST.

Now they are charging 900+ as consolidated charges.

Is it some kind of joke?
is it their father's money?
can deduct any money from the user's account?

I have salary account in your branch (IFSC - UTIB0003710) Amritsar. But without any information had convert to my account in savings account.
After few days they have decutced consolidated charges (13/2/21)600+108rs GST18% from my account. I was in real shock to see & visit in your branch.
His/Her said that after two days closed your account and left balance transfer to DD 366.34 ...
But once again (13/3/21)310.46+55.88 GST 18% decutced my account
Why are closing account to decutced charges
I request you kindly look in to the matter and refund my balance as possible as soon

Axis Bank is No 1 cheating and forgery bank india, amount deducted from my savings account unnecessary, don't save your money axis bank.No.1 fraud bank.india

Dear Sir,

Pls note today suddenly Axis Bank has been deducted Rs.600 + 18% GST from my Savings account which opened against personal loan and also as a NiL balance.

Now axis bank deducted consolidated charges huge amount..!!

I have complaints to customer care but the executive did not provide me proper details and also did not acknowledge my complaints.

I have never this type of bank who debited the huge amount charges in the name of Consolidated Charges..!!!

is it as per RBI rules? if yes, I want to know in written or otherwise i will file an official complaint to RBI with copy marks to Axis Bank.

if customer not maintain Rs.10000 than which bank is charged Rs.600 + GST?

only Axis Bank did the same.

if they do not refund my Rs.600 + GST I will definitely close the account, loan and credit card also.

I have an salary account. Now it is Feb 2021 270+48 and March 2021 270+48 suddenly deducted from my account without prior information that as consolidated charges for a/c. So kindly return my deduction amount.this is not First time.2020 March also debited 670 that time also Iam compliant against fraud axis bank.no response.plz Return my deducted amount

I have salary account with Axis Bank which i am not using more then a year, on Saturday mistakenly i had transferred Rs. 1 Lakh and when i was trying to transfer messaged came account is inactive and today morning i saw Rs. 51000 debited in that account in name of Consolidated charges, even though i am not using the account more than a year how come they can charge the consolidated charges, kindly reverse the charges.

The kolors care center is a cosmetic organisation. I have approached
them to take a cosmetic treatment on 27/02/2021. They have said me about their treatment plan and the cost. I've asked them for the installments. I've made a very clear statement that only after one trail session, if i get satisfied withj their result; I'll be paying the whole amount. But the kolors care center have manipulated me with their soft words and without my intimations they've deducted the whole about of RS.76, 800/- from my credit card. Now the kolors care center is not ready to refund my amount an they've converterd this whole amount in to EMI policy. I've also requested the AXIS BANK not to proceed with this unauothersizedtransaction. But now I've received an SMS from the AXIS BANK to pay EMI LOAN due for this month. I kindly request you to take necessary action against kolors care center and AXIS BANK to not to release this funds.

Dear Sir / Madam,

This is in reference to the subject matter.

In the month of October, 2020 we bought a car from Maruti Suzuki dealers in Ahmedabad (Gujarat). I also got Auto Loan sanctioned from Axis Bank in October 2020. Today (i.e. 12th March, 2021) once again my monthly installment got bounced back.

I have a loan account with Axis bank and monthly installment is getting deducted from my current account (i.e. UCO Bank). In the month of December, 2020 I had a sufficient balance in my account though EMI of the same month wasn't deducted from the account and bank people started calling me regarding the same. Even though I tried my best to resolve everything but they don't understand the problem. Last month (i.e. February 2021) I personally visited Axis Bank, Bapunagar Branch, and resolved the issue. At that time, they informed me that after sanctioning your loan you have to pay every 1st Installment thru Cheque.

Last month I have cleared everything and again it has started this month again. This month (i.e. March 2021) my EMI doesn't get thru even though I have sufficient balance in my account. Due to this my CBIL score also gets affected and who will clarify for the same that just because of bank issues my CBIL score got the negative score.

Every now and then visiting a bank is impossible for a senior citizen. I am already crossed 60 years and it is very frustrating to visit a bank nowadays. In this pandemic time at least help senior citizens so they can complete their work leave the premises as soon as possible. On the top, their behavior was very pathetic. Even the Security guard wasn't helpful to us, his language was too rude to listen to.

I kindly request you to look into the above matter carefully and please don't harass your client like this. For your reference, attaching photos Repayment Schedule and bank Statement of mine, where it's clearly showing that with sufficient balance Axis Bank didn't deduct my December month EMI for my account.

I hope you understand my situation and provide me a proper and permanent solution for the above matter.

I'm trying to to do international transfer from my Axis bank account to a US based bank. I added payee and it's already activated. Now, i'm getting error when i try to make a payment.

I Paid my Electricity Bill on 8/2/21
The Amount was debited from my Paytm Bank account
But the payment was not successful and still now i didn't get the refund
The receipient bank was Axis bank
I called axis bank customer care they didn't response properly
I checked in TNEB website, they show me that the transaction was been failed

My account is freezed without informing me, I had not received any mail or sms, it is freezed from 2nd March, my saving account is nois [protected], it is joint account, I went to bank and got the news that my wife's kyc is not updated, on 3rd March I had submitted addhar and pan card but how long I had to suffer, already I had given fine because my 2 loan auto debit was bounced.

I have been wrongly charged TIPS Twice First with Rs. 4.68 with header TIPS/SCG/MCC/07.02.21/HPCL COCO VASNA second for Rs. 4.72 with header TIPS/SCG/MCC/07.03.21/YOGI PETROLIUM

My Axis bank account has been deducted of 484 rupees reason being brn card payment without prior notice. I would like to know what are the charges in full transparency. I tried to contact the customer care but I did not receive any satisfactory response from them. Please get this looked into at your earliest.
