The kolors care center is a cosmetic organisation. I have approached
them to take a cosmetic treatment on 27/02/2021. They have said me about their treatment plan and the cost. I've asked them for the installments. I've made a very clear statement that only after one trail session, if i get satisfied withj their result; I'll be paying the whole amount. But the kolors care center have manipulated me with their soft words and without my intimations they've deducted the whole about of RS.76, 800/- from my credit card. Now the kolors care center is not ready to refund my amount an they've converterd this whole amount in to EMI policy. I've also requested the AXIS BANK not to proceed with this unauothersizedtransaction. But now I've received an SMS from the AXIS BANK to pay EMI LOAN due for this month. I kindly request you to take necessary action against kolors care center and AXIS BANK to not to release this funds.

            Dear Sir / Madam,

            This is in reference to the subject matter.

            In the month of October, 2020 we bought a car from Maruti Suzuki dealers in Ahmedabad (Gujarat). I also got Auto Loan sanctioned from Axis Bank in October 2020. Today (i.e. 12th March, 2021) once again my monthly installment got bounced back.

            I have a loan account with Axis bank and monthly installment is getting deducted from my current account (i.e. UCO Bank). In the month of December, 2020 I had a sufficient balance in my account though EMI of the same month wasn't deducted from the account and bank people started calling me regarding the same. Even though I tried my best to resolve everything but they don't understand the problem. Last month (i.e. February 2021) I personally visited Axis Bank, Bapunagar Branch, and resolved the issue. At that time, they informed me that after sanctioning your loan you have to pay every 1st Installment thru Cheque.

            Last month I have cleared everything and again it has started this month again. This month (i.e. March 2021) my EMI doesn't get thru even though I have sufficient balance in my account. Due to this my CBIL score also gets affected and who will clarify for the same that just because of bank issues my CBIL score got the negative score.

            Every now and then visiting a bank is impossible for a senior citizen. I am already crossed 60 years and it is very frustrating to visit a bank nowadays. In this pandemic time at least help senior citizens so they can complete their work leave the premises as soon as possible. On the top, their behavior was very pathetic. Even the Security guard wasn't helpful to us, his language was too rude to listen to.

            I kindly request you to look into the above matter carefully and please don't harass your client like this. For your reference, attaching photos Repayment Schedule and bank Statement of mine, where it's clearly showing that with sufficient balance Axis Bank didn't deduct my December month EMI for my account.

            I hope you understand my situation and provide me a proper and permanent solution for the above matter.

              I'm trying to to do international transfer from my Axis bank account to a US based bank. I added payee and it's already activated. Now, i'm getting error when i try to make a payment.

                I Paid my Electricity Bill on 8/2/21
                The Amount was debited from my Paytm Bank account
                But the payment was not successful and still now i didn't get the refund
                The receipient bank was Axis bank
                I called axis bank customer care they didn't response properly
                I checked in TNEB website, they show me that the transaction was been failed

                  My account is freezed without informing me, I had not received any mail or sms, it is freezed from 2nd March, my saving account is nois [protected], it is joint account, I went to bank and got the news that my wife's kyc is not updated, on 3rd March I had submitted addhar and pan card but how long I had to suffer, already I had given fine because my 2 loan auto debit was bounced.

                      My Axis bank account has been deducted of 484 rupees reason being brn card payment without prior notice. I would like to know what are the charges in full transparency.                         Hi I have been charged 484 rupees for BRN card payment without any prior notice about the charges. I would like to know about this charge with full transparency.                           This is disgusting, getting too many calls (Atleast 2-3 calls/day) from Axis bank and their consultancies for personal loans and credit card. A day is starting and ending with Axis bank call. Hope you can understand how they are irritating. I didn't apply for loan/credit cards in any axis anywhere.
                          Couldn't understand how bank got my numbers.
                          Kindly remove my number (+91 - [protected], +91-[protected]) from your database. Expecting from now not to get any call till i apply for loans.

                                    The amount Rs 500 has been deducted from my account towards the cheque return charges and the NACH
                                    transaction fees for the towards the "HDFC Bank Limited with the mandate reference number:
                                    UTIB[protected]."In this regard I want to mention that I have not given any debit instruction to
                                    deduct money from HDFC bank as ACH charges. I have already closed my Home loan account with HDFC ltd on
                                    date 25th December 2020. you have deducted Rs 500 without any reason. This is totally fraud from axis
                                    bank side. It is totally not acceptable. If you will not deposit the above money I will close my axis
                                    bank

                                      I have received couple of messages on 3/6 & 3/8 which says

                                      at sign. Verf. Chrgs mandate regst/ stop. Call [protected] if not done by you.

                                      at sign. Verf. Chrgs mandate regst/ stop. Call [protected] if not done by you.

                                      I haven't issued any such mandate.Hence i would be requesting you to please check and help me on this. And if it's a fake or something could you please stop it immediately?
