Respected sir,

We Exmenforce-1 from madurai, tamilnadu. We have the current account in axis bank as our main account for our organization. We are doing all main transaction and EMI Transaction in that account only. last month we receive a letter for updation of KYC. after receiving the letter we take a immediate step to update our kyc details in our branch (AXIS good shed branch ). We completed all the formalities but suddenly on 26.02.2021 our account is blocked because of no updation of KYC. So we contact the branch after that we come to know that Mrs.keerthi didnt do her work properly, she didnt update our kyc details. after our account blocked then only she did that. so its being 5 days till now our account is blocked. we contact mr. karthick but he didnt give a proper answer. our 3 emi dues are bounced today, so who is responsible to this. This is a black mark for us. Today also we met the operation head, he says that it will be done it two days.

Please give a solution for this issue soon.

    I had tried adding money from axis bank accoun tot Rapido, Rs 150 got deducted even after it showed failed transaction and the amount didnt reflect in Rapido nor did it get credited back to my account

      I received a message on 2nd November 2020 at night against deduction of money from ATM of Rs.20000 + 500 (total amount Rs 20500). But I was at my home and my ATM card was with me(I haven't shared my ATM, Pin, OTP, Password with anyone). I complained and submitted the FIR copy via online link which was provided to me by axis bank customer care authority.

      I was informed that complaint will be resolved within 90 days. After 90 days I have been continue following up with axis bank authorities and they are not responding well and also not sharing the status of my complaint. They are always giving us the next dates on every call for status.

      At the time of complaint they have credited the temporary amount of Rs. 20500 in my account which was locked until the query has been resolved. But I received a message 1st March that money has been debited. After that I called them but still they are not providing resolving my query and asking every time to wait for some days.

        Hi

        I had fraudulent transactions happened on my debit card with out my concern or otp as below on 03 March 2021

        I lost inr 129rs with out my involvement, i never deal with this site for any transaction in the past.
        Request you to help me and refund back my amount.
        And i dont want this again in future.
        Please let me know if you need any other information.

          Actually when i try to transfer fund, it is showing this message "access to the menu is not available. Please contact bank administrator". I need it urgently.

            Dear Sir/Madam,

            I had an axis bank ASAP account and was using it since 10 months, but one fine day when I opened the app to check my balance, it showed that the account is closed.

            I tried to contact my nearest branch, but they said that they are unable to help. I had 600 rupees balance in that account, now I am left with no option.

              I purchase bean from Amazon of Rs.999 and I paid the money in online mode through debit card but I return that recently but I doesn’t receive my refund till now but according to Amazon service they refunded my money but I doesn’t received it yet in my bank account and according to my bank there is no any money transferred back in my bank wallet...So my complaint is that I doesn’t receive my refund of Rs.999 yet.

                  I have done a UPI transaction via GPay to one of learning portal in December 27 2020, money is debited from myside but opposite side it was not cretided a raised a dispute to my bank, I also Called the customer service and reported them issue they raised the request, request number is :SAK[protected] it was created on JAN 3, 2021, i recevied a message on JAn 29 2021, saying that my request has been closed, But my money was not refuned, I called bank and checked via customer service the first time when I called a lady spoked and she told she has reopen, I agreed and waited for their response but there was no action, later when i called again another csutome care agent who took the call told me that is not reopened and she is not supposed to and she told she will add a comment, =still there was no action, later I called and the call was redirected to supervisior she told she will sent a email and it will be resolved by 1 week, I still waited and again when I called them they were that no mail was sent, they are not providing proper details and not talking any proper actions they are just giving false comments, Its about two months still there was no action, I kindly request you take proper action to iniate refund of my money and also I request you take proper action for their cheating me with false statements.

                    I have ordered a phone on Flipkart on 12 Feb worth rs 18500 which was cancelled by seller on 16 Feb ..the seller claims that he had refunded the amount of 18500 to my account no [protected] with the reference no 74056631048104650981131 but i haven't get my refund yet ..and it was my student online Axis account which was frozen after order the phone due to excess limit reached ..kindly refund my money of 18500 with demand draft

                      Hi Axis bank CEO,

                      I have met with worst service from your bank when it comes to customer support.
                      An amount of 2000 inr has been dragged and final reached to 11000 inr because of yours's sloppy and unprofessional nodal officers and customer service representative.
                      First of all they don't believe customer evidences and then they manipulate actual problem and submit that according to them.

                      I had lost my credit card so i have to get it blocked(security purpose). When luckily i got my card back i asked customer support to unblock credit card for which they said a new credit card request will be raised and money will be transferred to that new account.
                      Every step happened and what i found instead of getting a new card my billing address got changed which I provided for new credit card.
                      Later on axis service started deducting credit card emi from my salary account with out my acknowledgement. Which was fine till December 2020. As I moved to new organization I was not allowed to use axis bank.

                      So, on march 2020 when I added 1000 in my account it got deducted towards credit card and when I checked into it i saw amount has been increased from 1300 to 3000. I contacted to customer support about it and asked for cash reversal for remaining amount and payment of left over they said they will be looking into and they have been looking into from that time till today.

                      So a payment which was merely 1300 inr has been increased to 11000 inr because of sloppiness of your support service. And when i talk to them they tell me an authority of Prime minister that i have to do the monthly payment. You are not ready to accept your short coming instead put it on customer.

                        My account was debited twice a day before while booking tickets from icrct login. Apart from fare, two different amounts were deducted claiming TIPS/SCG/NON MCC.

                        I don't know how such deduction are possible without my concern.

                          I own a credit card with axis banl and on february 5th ther's a charge of 607.44INR+109.34GST It says its for auto debit payment bounce..the point is i never told any bank employe or have never turned on auto debit on my credit card.this is completely a intentional cheating and usually i recive my bill on 15th ecery month 14th i ordered a product and cancelled it immediately for some personal reasond 15th i got my bill and 16th i got a refund for that product from the seller even though i got the complete refund amount on my card axis people told me that i have to pay minimum charges to avoid penalties my even though my outstanding is technically zero i was forced to pay outstanding amount of 18k this is complete misleadimg because of that i faced mental pressure i want my bounce charge money to be refunded back to my card or ill be taking this case further in the high court.my registered mobile no is [protected]

                                I have two AXIS Bank Credit Cards, each having a limit of 35K. I've converted both of them into EMI in the months of November/December on AXIS Bank's offer for the complete amount I was due until then. I kept paying the EMIs, and the amount was getting credited and was usable, as I was promised by the team converting them to EMI.. until December and the first week of January.
                                Later, one of them started getting declined despite me paying the EMI and refilling it up. I checked to find out that both of the credit cards had an equal negative balance. And the EMIs that I'm paying are going into that negative amount, rendering the cards unusable. When I make a payment to the cards, I see the old balance coming up, but I can't see that balance anywhere else (App, Netbanking).

                                I have called up customer care twice about this, and once they say it's because of government rule, and the other time that it's their internal policy of merging the cards to the highest limit of the cards. This has been very troublesome for me from a financial viewpoint and would like it to be resolved as soon as possible.

                                  I opened salary account with Axis in 2016 and they also opened DEMAT account without my consent. Axis started sending me messages and charged Annual Maintenance charges. Then they started deducting money from my Bank account directly. I raised complaint many times but they aren't responding properly. Now since I kept the account Dormant, they have now reporting the Fund balance in Negative in Bank and DEMAT account. I have never used the DEMAT and requested many times to close this. I want this accounts closed and charged reversed. Please help.
