    I have took loan from other banks but axis bank it's my beneficiary account, other bank after applied morotorium given acknowledgement number then to morotorium period they done cheque presentation in axis bank account it's not my mistake but am getting penalty charges up to 60, 000

      My salary account in Axis bank has been converted to savings account (Without informing me ). When my debit card got expired, I called several times to customer care representative for same but did not get any fruitful response . Due to which I have stopped using my axis bank account. So I request to you please close my account because I do not want to use this account and when I logged in this account I see the balance munus(-806) so I request you please take action against this company and close my account as soon as possible thank you account holder pone no: [protected]

        I opened salary account in Axis and its the worst every decision i made, their app sucks always and i shifted to HDFC later which i am happy but I deposited amount through Cash depositing machine as that is the nearest ATM to us and immediately someportion of the amount is blocked as lien amount i am not sure what that mean, I dont have any overdue credit balance or nothing.

                Iam having good relationship with axis bank and holding axis bank accounts and credit card... there was multiple visit by Collection guys to home in this covid situation...they do not wear mask and even id card also.

                threatening phone calls..
                calling on Sundays more than 10times..even I'm on medical leave.but still getting torture .

                Now dues are paid..but still collection manager (prasanna) approach and field guys(Ravi) is strongly condemned and unprofessional.

                    I received message on 15th February 2021, as upgrade debit card has been delivered, but unknowingly on January 19, 2021 while emerging to take money at ATM instead of clicking NO button by mistake I have selected YES which contains the message for upgrading debit card but later I didn't receive any confirmation message to my mobile, and Rs.885 got deducted from my axis bank account.

                    Kindly I request you to cancel the upgrade debit card and refund the money to my account as soon as possible.

                        Hi Team,

                        I had a card with you guys 3 or 4 yrs ago. One of my friend had used the credit card amount but didn't pay the amount back, Now when I check my cibil it is shown in negative, I had lost my Job as well and hence couldn't pay the amount. The card hasn't been settled. I wish to settle the credit Card Account, so that there is no impact on my CIBIL. I have not been able to get in touch with anyone who can help me with this as I don't have registered mobile number with me.So kindly help me out to settle my card amount. If there is a bright chance where I can pay 20% and settle the card that would be a great help. As Its not possible for me to afford more than that. kindly check and update me.

                          I had put ₹9800 in cash deposit machine but the money got stuck and the transaction was unsuccessful, I waited for almost 10-15 minites but the money did not come back from the ATM machine then I rushed to the branch manager and she asked me to fill a form of dispute issue, I filled the form and she asked me to wait for 24 hours but the money did not come back into the account, then again on first working day of the week I went to the bank and again filled that form after that she told me that it will take 3+3 days for the money to flash in my account but it didn't come.

                                Dear sir,

                                This is Sai Kiran, One of the customer of Axis Bank, Due to COVID crisis and loss of Job, I was unable to pay my EMI amount and requested bank to convert the outstanding into EMIs for easy payment method but bank refused everytime and harrased me for 5 months.

                                On December 2020 bank gave me a settlement offer for Rs.1, 80, 000/- with 5 installments with due date of April 2021 and updated me as 'even if I miss the EMI, I have to clear the entire outstanding by April 2021, However I have to clear the entire amount of Rs.1, 80, 000/- by April 2021.

                                As per the acceptance I have paid The December and January EMIs of Total Rs.88, 685/-.

                                From past 2 weeks they started harrasing me to pay another Rs.25, 000/- immediately and visiting my home and asking money to my parents and threatening as they cancel my settlement, if in failure of payment for Rs.25, 000/- before Saturday (20/02/2021)

                                I explained them as I have a due date to clear the entire settlement amount by April-2021, but still they continuously calling and visiting home and threatening my family every day to make the payment immediately.

                                in this cases of pressure and harrasments, on Friday (19/02/2021) I lended an amount from local financier and paid Feb Month's minimum EMI of Rs.23, 750/-(As per their Written mail) over online Axis bank credit card portal

                                But today(20/02/2021) morning their agents again visited my home and stating to my mother as that payment was done online billdesk which takes 2 days and it will be not considered as payment & asking to pay another Rs.25, 000/- immediately in cash and threatening as cancelling the settlement and total amount which I paid Rs.1, 12, 435/- will be calculated as interest.

                                Even after paying this much of huge amount which equals to 80% of my annual income, these recovery bank agents are continuously harrasing me and my family for the payments.

                                Because of this issues my parents are highly stressed and their health got affected and increasing mental depression in me also.

                                I Sincerely requesting you to please find the attached settlement letter and payment details and conversations happening with bank.

                                I have paid my EMIs on 20th December 2020 and 20th January 2021 & 19th February 2021, But still bank people threatening to pay another Rs.25, 000/- immediately or else my account to be converted into NPA.
                                I am paying regularly but still bank is Stating as they not received any payment from past 90 Days.

                                I request you to kindly look into this and do the needful.

                                    Hi,

                                    This issue has been persisting for quite sometime, hence I was force to apply for the closure of my axis bank account. I opened this account in Feb 2019 and since then every month money has been deducted from my account in the name of consolidation charges, total amount deducted in the period of 2 years is Rs 9000+, whenever i ask i do not get any response and they just send a template stating the charges deducted are in accordance with their policies. However, noone till date has reached out to us to understand what is out issue.

                                    1. charges have been deducted every month irrespective of the fact that minimum balance is maintained or not
                                    2. In some months charges have been deducted multiple times under same heads
                                    3. There has been no intimation on the charges deducted, while I do get an intimation of every transaction done by me be it withdrawal or deposit but never for any charges deduction
                                    4. Amount goes less than 10000 on Friday and within 1 day's time the consolidated charges are deducted, however their staff themselves told us it cannot be done but were not ready to loo into the issue when we visited the bank for closure of our account.
                                    (they seemed quite happy when we submitted our application for closure of account, i guess they were happy at the fraud money they made)
                                    5. Axis bank is worst when it comes to handling customers, I have written them on twitter and facebook to get someone over call so that i can discuss my issue but no use as they just send the same template response.

                                    I need urgent help here and i need the refund of my amount deducted for no reason.

                                      I am not able to recharge my fastag account provided by Axis bank for the last 20 days despite providing all the required documents. Since then, the email support team and phone support team assure me every day that it will be resolved in the next 2 days as their technical team is working on it. However, I see no progress what so ever and the support teams also don't have a clue about the progress. It has become a daily routine for me to call the phone support team and then email them the same documents whenever they ask.

                                      Axis fastag has been an issue since I purchased it from them. I have raised a complaint about Axis fastag before as well (ID: 2530691). Think it is time to switch to a proper bank which really understands customer support.
