Dear sir,
I Have Transferred Rs.4840 to a wrong account on 12.02.2021. Please help me in getting my amount refund. Details of the Transaction is added in the attachment.
Axis Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Not Resolved yet, just received a mail stating that "Your complaint has been forwarded to Axis Bank Limited customer service. You should receive a reply from the company representatives within several days".

        Dear Sir,
        My name is Pradeep Barge Resi. of Pune Maharashtra. I have a Fastag account in your branch/bank and my wallet no. is [protected]. Every time of recharge I am facing problem. My account appear in a grey list. In this concern we visited the main branch IndraPushti Fergussion Collge Road branch. My problem is handling Mr. Sanjay Deeepak Sonawane. I personally visit the branch, my office person also visited the branch no. of time. He hardly pick up the phone.We also share the problem through whats Up. but my problem is still unsolved. This is completely unprofessional approach. As you know the fastag is compulsory from last two days. I am not ale to go out. I hope the authority will look in to my matter

          Dear Sir,
          I made a complaint on the 18th Jan 21 regarding twice fraud transfer of money in the name of naukri.com website. The money was taken away by fraudsters through the axisbank credit card asking to transfer money in the name of naukri.com website account.
          My complaint no. is 65104675. i was told that somebody will call from axisbank in this regard within 10 days but neither anybody called nor any action in this regard has been done from your end.

          Request an early action in this regards.

              Hi,

              Greetings!!

              I currently have a savings account with axis bank at HRS Layout . Just recently I noticed that my account balance has turned negative, due to non-Maintenace of minimum balance.

              Upon checking with the nearest branch I was informed that my salary account has automatically been converted to savings account and there are changes levied to that.
              I was not informed on the change of account nor was I updated for non-Maintenace of minimum balance over phone/email.


              I would like to resume using my account and would ensure to maintain the minimum balance in the coming days. I also look forward to apply for a credit card with Axis bank.

              Request you to kindly waver the negative balance as I look for a long term banking with Axis.

              Have provided all necessary account details below for your reference.

              I had tried calling the branch on[protected] but the phone was always busy and the line wasn't getting connected. Please call if any other details would be needed.

                  Dear team,

                  I have received the following message today at 22:13 which says:-
                  Hello! Your a/c no. xxxx919 has been debited by rs. 118 on 17/02/2021. The a/c balance is rs. *. Info: sign. Verf. Chrgs mandate regst/ stop.

                  I don't think i have issued any such mandate.
                  Could you please help me to understand what is going on? And if it's a fake something could you please stop it immediately? Please resolve the issue immediately.

                    I am trying to buy a product from flipkart axis credit card. on the first OTP is not getting at the payment time but to know the card details and limit I successfully received OTP.
                    Now I am trying to buy a product my transaction was cancelled and it shows "transactions was declined for the risk check"
                    Is there any solution for this kindly support on this issue

                        I have already sended lots of mails but no response from your company already attached with my claim documents your CUSTOMER care channel are useless they people are such a ### I did approximate 35 to 36 times CALL ON your CUSTOMER care but not respond. Your portal doesn't work already mention in the trail mail with screenshot. Kindly resolve my issue.

                          Axis Bank has purposly issued a credit card on my saving account and now charging me without my permission. This very annoying as I suffered a lot becuase of Axis bank invalid credits card charges I do not want to repeat that trauma.

                            Hi I took fastag from Axis bank through car showroom while buying my car. I minimum balance and also ₹200 as security deposit. Now all till plaza it’s showing blacklisted. I am not able to recharge also, as it is saying" You have crossed the recharge limit" I m getting frustrated as even toll free is not reachable. Iam really fed up with this. I don’t know why this careless. Need immediate support or else will raise serious complaints. Iam writing this after so many problems. And some times message will reach next day if travel. It’s very serious concern. Call me for more clarification

                              18.10.2020 - do - 15 + 18% GST
                              22.10.2020 ECS.NACH Transaction Fee Sep. 75 + 18% GST
                              14.11.2020 Consolidated charges 75 + 18% GST
                              12.12.2020 Consolidated charges 75 + 18% GST
                              17.01.2021 Consolidated Charges 1890 + 18% GST
                              13.02.2021 Consolidated charges 150 + 18% GST

                              I don't understand why are you charging this amount, so i requesting to you please return back all the amount deducted from my account.

                                Not linking axis account to family banking

                                Address: Pune

                                I opened axis bank account for my wife by believing that it will be converted to a zero balance after linking that account with my axis salary account. He told that it's called family banking. But still, he is not linking it for family banking and I have to maintain 10000/- monthly average balance in it. It means my 10000/- got blocked in that account....

                                    Dear Sir, i am a senior citizen. i had taken a ODLAP loan against mt house where i stay. the loan was taken 6 years back Rs 3 crores. i have paid back 1.8 crore. during lock out time my business shut and i could not review as i was not keeping good health. Axis bank charged me penal interest of 24% during lock out time so i asked them to give details they refused. after great they gave details which showed that 1.35 lacs was charge in excess so i followed up with them. they are not responding. now on the 13th i got a notice from the bank lawyer that they have recalled the loan balance 1.2 cr and to be paid in 7 days. i feel this is the arm twisting tactics so that i come into pressure.They know that at this time arranging 1.2 cr will be impossible so they are eyeing on selling my property which is worth around 15 cr and make me and my wife homeless. i have paid all interest till date and my account is a regular account. Please help me by intervening.

                                      I had deposited 8500/- rupees in to our account [protected] on the date 5 Feb and 6 Feb 2021. But the amount 4500/- is deducted from our account [protected].in the duration of Corona panadic situation while RBI had anounced that any bank will not charge penalty of any kind in the duration of Corona panadic situation.
                                      Consolidation Charges can not be the above of 4000/- . We have open saving account as jointly through Gaurav Kumar. Kindly return my amount into my account [protected].
                                      Axis Bank is very bad. they are cheater.
                                      I will complaint against this deducted amount in RBI .

                                      At We have to close our joint account in axis bank.
                                      Axis Bank is very bad for ours. Inspite of corona panadic time, our amount 4500/- deducted from our Saving account.
