I am a full time employeed and holding a savings account in axis bank. I was told that there is no min balance holding in savings but from my accout 59 rs got deducted stating consolidated charges mentioning no reason and this is unacceptable. Please help me with this.

      Rs 500 deduction in the name of consolidated charge. when i talk to customer care she said this charge is deducted because you didn't maintained the account balance.

      In past 4 year there is no information given to me to maintain the account and I never do this before in past 4 year and one day bank deduct 500 on the name of consolidated charge because I am not maintaining the account. Is this any kind of joke.

      I am very disappointed by this behavior of the bank.

      I will going to close my bank account and I will also close axis credit card.

          Axis Bank Fake Job Offer

          I got a message from quikr regarding the axis bank job and there it was mentioned to call M Dash on mobile number [protected]. I called him and he told he is working in axis bank and I have to pay 200 for application form, after payment he told me to wait for verification call. After 2 days I got call from Kaushik Banerjee phone number [protected]. He told me he is calling from selection department of axis bank and asked me to send 1650 rupees...

          This bank is totally fraud at the 18th January they deducted my non maintenance charges but after that today they deducted 7194/- as consodilated charges.paisa kya tumlogo ka baap dalta hain account i want my money back now..otherwise i will file a case against this fraud bank...then u also deducted gst 1294/- aur wapas consodilated charges kis baat ka...i want my money back

            Today 13-02-21 from my account 2100 was debited . And have chated with the customer care they told me that their server . And they are neglecting me . Please refund my amount

              Hello my name is Kanishka Sharma. Today on the 13th of feb axis bank deducted 4000 rs as consolidated charges even though I have a zero balance account. I want to get a refund of 4000 in my account. I will definitely not handle such a thing as it's my hard earned money.

                Rs. 210 was debited from my fastag wallet on 21/1/2021 towards some adjustment entry fee. But I had enough money in my wallet at the time and had no issues at the tolls but later 210 was deducted. The company is supposed to return the money but they have no proper customer care service for Fastag related issues.

                    Hi Team,

                    This is Imtiyaz holding the loan Customer ID :[protected], Axis bank team have taken loan disbursement about 4 months after approvals by their own mistakes. But EMI got started by next month. Complained several times but no luck poor follow up with customers.

                    And one of executive - Amit, fraud me by collecting with me 5k . Loan staff team informed me they will provide the receipts of the same. And another concern is since from long am waiting for Vehicle RC. Till up now didn't received my address.

                    After reaching the executive again they demanding for amount.

                      I am facing issues in receiving the atm card for my current account. The Currier agency had sent back stating short address, however I didn't receive a call. Waiting for the atm for almost 1.5 months.
                      Please let me know where to reach to resolve this issue. I have visited the branch many times and they didn't have a answer.

                      What a nice joke..You have notified them and card at branch but they are not handing. I think before closing the request you should take the user consent. Just to keep your record 100% don't close the complaints blindly as it causes issues to the user. Sushant Sahu and Jyoti at the branch have no idea what needs to be done and how. I filled the form on 28th Dec, it more than 1.5months, i Haven't received the atm card.
                      I want to discontinue my account please let me know the procedure.
                      Pathetic service at branch and here as well...

                        My account n relation with axis bank periyar nagar branch is very old i am having 5 saving account and 1 current account and 2 neo credit card that's where i faced a lot of problem i received the credit card only at 1 condition that i need a life time free card in which 1 card i am not been charged but in the 2 card ending no 7266 i am been charged and charged over n over again in spite of talking to customer care their is no response by them !!! i am very disappointed by the service and response delivered to me

                          Sir, I have written this same complaint to Axis bank Nodal Officer .
                          It was an honour being your customer since 4 years and paying my EMI every month but the last EMI payment experience was like a nightmare haunted by regular calls from your phone executive bearing phone number [protected] pressurising me to pay my EMI and accusing me of not maintaining my balance but Let me make a crystal clear explanation regarding the same, first of all I do maintain my balance above 50000₹ since January till date, secondly It was not my fault that the amount is not debited for EMI which due date was 1st February because It usually got debited automatically on 1st of every month since 4 years .
                          And Sir, I have written a complaint and make an enquiry for not debiting my EMI on 1st February via this support service mention above, and then the bank promise me that my EMI will be deducted within 6 working days but to my surprise this doesn’t happen.
                          Now tell me whether it was my fault or the bank fault?
                          To my surprise on the other hand, this phone executive keeps threatening me that my EMI will be bounce and that 2% charges will be levied on me on daily basis.. Isn’t this a harassment ?

                          However, phone executive Mr Jain call me up in the evening around 6:40pm on 10th February from this same phone number bearing [protected] and initially he told me that there will be charges levied on me for not paying my EMI but after I talk some sense to him, he rechecked the details and told me that I have to pay manually an amount of 39932₹ via Loan Bank branch or through NEFT,
                          After such a long harassment and repeated calls, this Man has finally told me to pay my Last EMi manually.
                          And I have already paid my Remaining Loan amount of 39932₹ on 10th February via NEFT mode of payment . I have share the Ref.Number of payment on 11th February to Ms Sweta because She call me up at 9 am while I am still asleep after hectic duty, ( Please tell your phone executive not to call customer too early in the morning because I am staying in Delhi and that We do night job too) .
                          See my point is this, If your phone executive doesn’t know how to inform the customer, please do train them well, not in particular to anyone though. In fact Mr Jain and Ms Sweta has finally listened to my cry and how the bank has victimised me .
                          Also your customer care doesn’t have proper information and details on customer too.
                          It is going haywire on dealing with customer, your bank people doesn’t have proper information but they are so ready to call up customer asking for money, money and money. You should first learn your mistake and deal with customer instead of harassing them and then Apology later on. “Slapping someone face and saying Sorry doesn’t make any sense” So please Apologise and I demand compensation for repeated harassment from the bank. I have all the calls details and written complaint since 1st February 2021. I do hope you will not harass me again for NOC of my Car Loan AUR[protected]
                          I am going to sent this complaint to the Consumer court too.

                            My axis bank a/c no - [[protected]] has been debited by 1899.00/- for oneassist membership.
                            I cancelled the OneAssist and still the money was deducted thereafter and now my mobile number seems hold no policy. Why is that money deducted after the cancellation of memembership? This is second time in a row and this pure fraud.

                              Yesterday I was depositing 10000 rupees but only 5000 rupees was successfully deposited. Rupees 3000 was returned to me by the machine but 2000 rupee note was retained by the machine. I registered a complaint with I'd SAK[protected] attaching the receipt along with the application. Today I got a message that my request has been rejected.I didn't got any money back and don't know what to do next. I need help.

                                Sir,
                                Yesterday morning I was depositing 10000 rupees but only 5000 was deposited successfully. I got 3000 rupees back but a 2000 rupee note was retained by the machine. I also got a slip with the serial no of note. I complained according to the process and attached the required receipt of retained note but today I got a message from bank that my dispute request has been rejected.I don't know how they can do that. I need help.

                                    mene axis Bank se loan liya tha feb 2020 me rasmi ([protected]) name ki ladki ne mere pass call kiya tha pre approved loan ke liye to mene loan le liya jo ki mere office aa bhi thi loan ke liye, 2.54 lakh ka sath me usne mujhe bina btaye max life ki policy dedi bina bataye or us time mujhe btaya ki 5 year ka loan h to bank ki sequirity ke liye apko insurance jaruri h to mere account se 6460 ka ammount deduct ho gya tha but mujhe pta nhi tha ki policy bechi h in logo ne mujhe or 8 feb 2021 me 6460 ka amount fir se deduct kr liya to fir me bank me gya to mujhe btaya gya ki jo aapka ammount deduct hua h uske liye aapko max life health insurance ke office jana padega, bha jakar mujhe pta chala ki rasmi ([protected])ne mujhe policy bechi h wo bhi galat tarike se bina kuch bataye wo bhi health insurance ke liye nhi Cancer se related kuch policy bechi h wo bhi 5 years ke liye means 6460 mera per year deduct hoga
                                    To sir mera complaint yhi h ki mujhe mere pese bapas mile jo ki 2 bar deduct ho gya h(6460*2= 12920rs)

                                      Today in evening around 6;30 P.M I deposited a sum of Rs 31000 in ATM through Dwarka Mor ATM Terminal ID-CPRH69611. But unfortunately the amount is not credited in the account. As soon as the cash was deposited in the machine, ATM screen showed unserviceable. I have reported the concern on Axis Customer care number on call. Please look into the matter.
