I have recently applied fast tag from axis and same was received and used for my car ie AP9BP9468 and has been allowed a fast tag account no. [protected]
And on every journey from nandyal to hyderabad my fastag is automatically recharged without my permission nearly an amount of 800 been auto sweep from my account. I have never selected any such option to auto sweep while requesting fast tag account.

Hi

The bank is fooling around the customer by not mentioning the additional charges even after continuously asking for the same.

A deduction of rs 2987.58 (BRN-PYMT-CARD-[protected]) is done from my account without prior information and there is no intimation of this deduction as well.

I don’t have any such payable bills and charges or any credit card linked to my account, Still such deductions...

I have withdraw the amount 3 lakh through self cheque in axis bank and my account is also in axis.
I am not able to understand why the amount is deducted .

Deducted consolidated charges : 1890
GSt : 340.20

my concern is if someone needed such amount in emergency and when he withdraw his own amount then why the charges ?

I have applied for Online PF withdrawal and the same has been settled but yet not credited to my account .After complaining manifold time at PF office the told me ask your Axis bank person for the same and its been more than five months i am struggling with this issue. Its an urgent requirement as due to pandemic i am dearth of money

I was using Axis bank account 7 years before as a salary account, after that I moved my salary to other bank. Now(November - 2020) I logged into my Axis account, I can see a lien amount at 1450, so I called customer care, they were saying its Debit card annual fee charges, which means now I have to pay that lien amount to use the account or also to close the account. without sue the debit card for last 7 years why...
