Dear sir madam I am relieved from Axis Bank from my service on 30july 2020 and applied for PF withdrawal but yet mye pf settlement has not received kindly look into the matter

    I have two credit cards from axis bank and had a separate credit limit. but for October month, my credit card transaction is getting declined continuously and I noticed that the limits on the cards reflect a negative balance. I contacted customer support and the executive informed me that the limits were merged on both my cards" This was done without giving any prior intimation at all. While I ask for the prior intimation they informed me the bank has full discretion to make any changes without informing the customer" I ask the executive to register a complaint regarding the same and they keep refusing to register a complaint. Merging of the credit limit without any prior notice leaving me completely stuck with how to make the payment!

      295 INR charges deducted from my account. Later, when I called their customer care team, Veena Begum from their team, Hyderabad confidently confirmed that these charges would be reverted by Dec 15, 2020 to my account. But later, when I did not see the revert I again contacted axis customer care on Dec 17 and that is when they started denying any reversal.

      And started talking round-2 to me. Very disappointing. Bas customer ko bewakoof ban rahe hai

      I want my reversal of 295 INR ASAP, else I will close out my account in Axis soon.

      Any update. I haven't received the refund yet. It was promised again by Axis Customer Care team on Dec 20 that within 5 days, 295 INR would be credited/returned successfully into my Axis bank account.

      Kindly help me get this return ASAP.

        The bank is fooling around the customer by not mentioning the additional charges even after continuously asking for the same.

        The bank has also deducted the money from my saving account linked with my credit card stating that the bill is not paid even though the bill was paid well in advance before the due date.

        A deduction of Rs.997 (Brn-pymt-card-[protected]) is done from my account without prior information and there is no intimation of this deduction as well.

        I've paid all bills and charges before or on time always. Still, such deductions are being done.

          I have a 0 balance salary account at Theatre road branch, Kolkata. I lost my job . Hence whatever small amount that was left in the account was withdrawn by your bank on account of service charge. Then I visited the branch to close the account.
          To my utter dismay I was told to pay Rs 315 to close the account . T
          Should I be ethically or logically charged to close the 0 balance salary account by paying from my pocket when there is no job and I have not taken any amount from the bank.

          I hope my issue will be resolved at the earliest

            AXIS Bank Google Pay issue

            I am Sankar Kuppuswamy, .

            Issue:
            On 12th Dec 2, through GPay we made a payment to [protected] to JK Snacks .. Rs .. 4805.. We received the UPI confirmation - UPI/[protected]/aavin milk dec/94440618. and transaction completed on 14 Dec 20. However, when checked with JK Snacks the amount is not deposited to their bank account attached to this number [protected] GPAY account XXXXXXX0477 TMBL and not with AXIS Bank. br...

            Brn-pymt-card charges

            Hi,

            My account was charged with BRN-PYTM Card charges in the months of November and December for Rs 503 and Rs 3873 respectively
            without any notification. My credit card bills were payed well in advance of the due date.

            Kindly look into this and reverse the charges made....

            Merge multiple ID into single ID

            I have two home loans and a savings account in Axis bank. There is also an online facility in the savings account. I am not able to see my home loans online, for this I was asked to convert multiple IDs into single IDs, by filling a form and taking an application.               • Presently unable to understand the revival of pre-settled/closed Saving A/c without any prior intimation and/or acknowledgment
              • Parallel creation of new saving account in same name Mohd Shahabuddin Khan. and revival of pre-settled/closed Saving A/c No., A/c Holder’s Name: Mohd Shahabuddin Khan.
              • Deduction of amount of Rs. 53820.45 (Rs. 18820.45 & Rs. 35000 in two different declaration statements) from the mentioned Current A/c without any prior intimation
              • Deduction of amount of Rs. 2289.13 from the mentioned Saving A/c without any prior intimation.
              • Unnecessary coaxing for repeated Branch Visit causing unnecessary wastage of time and money, since myself is presently working at Jamshedpur (i.e. Approx 850Km from Rewa Branch)
              • Presentation of false solutions and misguiding your customers vide hidden clauses and non-disclosure of facts and figures in appropriate time.

                Sir, i lost my job during lockdown. I had an emi in my credit card. As i lost my job, i was unable to pay for 3 months. but i totally settled the amount 4 th month. here comes the problem.
                Now i was charged 1999 for debit interest and gst 359 rsfor that interest, and late payment fee(1200) also.
                this is unfair.
                RBI has announced not to get interest for the late payment. but this people are knowingly charging the amount.
                Take necessary action on this fraudsters
                Note: I spoke with this customer care.they are replying its mentioned in their policy. You do anything.

                  I have saving account in Axis bank india . From past two months they are charging with negative balance of 800 & 2000 rs . I spoke with there customer care but that would n't worked it well . I am making transitions and the account is still active i have zero loans . Why i am charging with negative balance.

                    On 10th October I had done a payment for college fees . Now it come to notice that fees was not credited in college account. sms received as:- You have successfully done a payment of Rs. 1562 using EasyPay for University of Allahabad Regular Fees.                       Dear sir, i am rajendra having account in axis bank, jind branch(haryana) as, i lost my personal wallet in which, i have debit card of my account, due to which i withdraw all money from my account, and due to which my account was inactive for a period of 8 month, and few days back for the closure of the account as it is inoperative for me, so the branch employee stating that i'll renew your account from 10, 000 to 2500 minimum balance, i think that it will lead to open a new account, also they don't have any authority to change bank credentials bcoz it was in another bank branch, i even ask for additional charges but they told that no charges will be levy, as i'm not much educated so, i gave my consent and after some days deposited 25000 ruppees, but after some days they deducted 4200 rupess +gst as minimum balance charges of old account, when i asked these deduction sfrom manager of your bank, they behave very rudely and they don't even proper reply to me, this is very unfair.when i told him that i will register a complaint against him he said that go and lodge a compalint as this has not affect on him.

                          I have noticed that Axis bank was deducting Consolidated charges from my bank account every month. So I contacted them. The first executive was insulting me and I called them again and I discussed my concerns.

                          They said they deducted money from my account because I swiped my card more than five-time in the machine. But the fact was, as the situation is like this ( Pandemic ) I was not using my ATM card and my all transaction was online ( Using google pay and Axis mobile App ).

                          They concluded that they are helpless.
                          But as a customer where should I go? What I should I do?

                              Iam holding Axis bank around 3years. From lockdown time onwards every month around 600plus will be deducting From my account.2times I visited branch. Fraud bank doesn't resolve. Iam going to close this account.dear friends please Stop using Axis 🏦 because these private bank stealing money from poor people. Fraud bank is AXIS. Today again dash 🏦 deducted 700Rupes

                                This is Manpreet having saving account in your chatt (Mohali) Axis Branch.This Month my account have monthly average balance even more than monthly average balance then why more than 1000 rupee deducted from my account as consolidated charges and didn’t inform me about deduction of money from account via message or email.As I search from google and define in axis bank service fee is very less.I cannot afford such charges any further.It’s a request please as soon as possible. Revert back my money which is deducted from my account.

                                Is this some kind of joke? I have 2 accounts 1 is mine and another is my sister's at Shivaranjani branch, Ahmedabad, India. from last 12 months more than 400-500 rs. are getting deducted from our account even if we have more than 12000 rs. in our account. Even they don't inform us anything. Suddenly I come to know 6000 disappeared from both accounts on the name of monthly charges.

                                I want some action on this.
                                6000 rs. deduction is not a joke and it is still continuing from both my accounts.

                                they give us 100 rs. for 6 months FD on the name of interest and deducts 500 everymonth on the name of monthly charge.
