My credit card was approved on[protected] and not able to generate pin online, I requested duplicate pin on[protected]. I am waiting for pin last 3 months and tried all possibilities but no solution. I visited Axis bank branch also.

Every time i heard from axis bank employee/executive to that this card is only virtual not will deliver physically. I am trying to get clarity online chat, via emails, and branch also since my card approval.

There is no joining fee also but i have charged, kindly refund the same.

Please help me to resolve the same.

    I withdraw the cash from the ATM ID: BPCN110020 time: 18:35:28 pm at GARH ROAD MEERUT on DT:25-Nov-20 Record No: 9471 at for Rs.6000/- from my Account#[protected], one of the Rs.500 note which has come is cut by ATM and come outside to me.
    The 500 note Serial Number:4AK 906424, request you to kindly guide me to whom should i contact to get the replacement Rs.500.

        Hi my name is Mukhiwala and I have a current account with Axis bank that needs to be closed as my business is shut down past 6 months due to covid pandemic. I have EDC machine with this account. When I visited branch they said to fill the form of EDC machine surrender and wait for the person to pick up the machine in 2 days. No one has called yet and I need to close this account urgently. Please help me to sort this.

            I have tried many times to request online (Internet banking) for "cheque book" and every time it's failed, on screen i m getting the message.

            "your request has failed during processing. Cheque book facility is not available for this type of lien reason code reference id[protected] for future communication."
            Reference id[protected] for future communication.

            I don't know why I'm getting this error, it's really painful to go every time branch which is located far to me,

            Now I am thinking to close this account. Very poor service.

            How it can be resolve now?

              I have two creditcards issued from Axis banks with different individual credit limit, I am using these credit cards over 2 years now last months I utilized both the credit cards to buy appliances and out of blue without any intimation Axis bank merged the individual credit limits i.e 2.2L and 1.15L to 2.2L and showing a available credit limit in negetive now I am unable to use any of the credit cards as the available credit limit is showing in negetive, there is 3% over credit utilization fee if the credit limit is in negetive, More over there is no intimation from the bank about this credit limit merger, Now I am unable to pay the negetive credit limit as the transactions I paid are converted to emi,

              I tried reaching out to the axis telebanking offices, they said this is a standard procedure and ends the call without hearing to my queries, till end of october 2020, i hold a total credit limit of 3.35L over two credit cards and all of asudden why was my credit limit merged and both credit cards limit is now restricted to 2.2L with an available credit limit in negetive.

              Now I am afraid how many fees I have to pay during this pandemic period for using Axis bank

                  I try transfer fund by axis net banking, but can't do since it is showing
                  "Access to the Menu is not available. Please contact Bank Administrator". I contact Ambattur -Chennai branch and submitted application also. But till now my complaint is not attended. I could not able to any transfer for the couple of years. Any one Kindly resolve the matter

                    Hi Sir/Madam,

                    I Mr. Chaitanya Vinnakota had an axis savings account ending with no 4565 from past 6 years i.e, from Oct 2014 to till date. Based on my transactions in my savings account they offered me my zone axis credit card in Feb 2017. Later I moved to Cognizant Technology Solutions India Pvt Ltd and I worked there as a Project Associate(Software Employee) from Apr 2018 to Sep 2019. Due to Health issues of mine and sudden layoffs and cost cutting in the company they terminated so many employees from the organization with out any prior notice period which was 2 months. So I had a discussion with my HR on Sep 5th 2019 and they relieved me on 13th Sep 2019. I paid my axis credit cards dues on or before date every month from Feb 2017 to Aug 2019. But due to Job Lost I didn't paid my dues on time.Even in financial problems I paid Rs 11051 for my axis credit card on 5th Nov 2019 through my Axis Mobile App. Later I paid of Rs 4097 for my axis credit card on 7th Feb 2020 from my SBI account through Phonepe and the transaction id is[protected]. One more collection executive from Axis credit card namely Mr.Gopi came to my home on 11th Mar 2020 and advised me to pay the atleast amount of Rs 5380. I explained my situation and I upload all my office documents to him in whatsapp as I releived from cognizant and I am not doing job and I was in my Job trails for some other companies and I agreed to pay the amount of Rs 5380 by the end of that date.I paid of Rs 5380 through google pay to him from my SBI account for my axis credit card. He also received the amount of Same and raised the receipt immediately to my credit card. On the very next day I noticed my savings account got Lein balance due to outstanding of credit card. I was shocked and immediately I called to Mr. Gopi and asked why my account got Leined even I paid at least amount for credit card. He suggested me to contact Axis credit card customer care and I contacted them immediately and said the payment has been done from my end. they also checked that informed me payment has been updated to your card and "sorry for the inconvenience" caused to me and with in 2 days the lein can be removed automatically as they raised complaint for this. After 2 days again I checked my savings account that Lein was removed. Again after a day they kept lein in my savings account from 15th March 2020 to till date. I was shocked again. I was moved to my home town on the same day for my personal function and I was stucked there due to lockdown was happened in Mar 2020 to Jun 2020. From there I was frequently contacted customer care every week and they informed me they have less no of team due to covid-19 to resolve this issue. I approached so many times to customer care regarding this issue and no one was responded me well. But my Lein was continuing from March to till date. Due to Lock down and Covid-19 my job offers are kept on hold from Mar to till date. I return back to hyderabad on Mid of June 2020 and in trails of my Job. But I didn't receive any offer yet. I contacted Mr Gopi who came to my home to collect the minimum amount for my credit card and explained my savings account got still leined. He said that he lost his job due to covid and he suggested me to contact customer care. I contacted every week but no use. In Mid of Aug to Sep I was in home isolation due to suspicious carona as my doctor advised me to not go out and stay home. On Sep 1st week one more collection executive came to my home from axis credit card and I informed my account got leined unnecessarily. Please check this . he advised me to write a letter to the manager of the credit card collection department Ranigunj Branch and asked me to send it in whats app as I was in home isolation. I did the same but there is no response from Vinodh and Ranigunj Branch. Later in Oct I contacted chat support of Axis credit card for 2 weeks. they asked me to mail to the support team with the required documents and I did still there is no use. I vexed with the credit card department of axis still they didn't resolve the issue and asked me to pay the total outstanding amount of credit card. I was used this card from Feb 2017 to Mar 2020 and paid bills till Mar 2020. Right now I am jobless and I am not in the situation to pay the credit card bill. All my other personal loans and gold loans are tied with the same savings account number which I need to maintain sufficient balance which I was not maintaining because of this Lein. Every month my ECS got bounced and who is the responsible for this? I paid the amount of Rs 4097 in Feb and Rs 5380 in Mar. Why they put lein after I paid the amount. If I approached the customer care why they had told me the payment was updated and will remove the lein in 2 days and why they remove the lein after 2 days in march and why they put lein again from march 2020 to till date even in lockdown. I maintained my credit card more than 3 years
                    in a good manner. My card limit is 45000 and they charged every month 5000 rs from past right now it was showing - 84000 rs in my savings account for credit card. I am not in the situation to do all these things. I paid the amount in Mar 2020. even after receiving the amount they kept my savings account in Lein with out any information. I request you to please take necessary action on credit card department of Axis card and kindly remove the lein from savings account with ending no 4565. Iam attaching all the necessary documents for proofs.

                        Surprisingly they have lein amount Rs. 1512 from account. i do not have any loan or credit card with Axis bank.

                        Their customer care is also not working.

                          Yesterday on 20.11.2020, I recharged by fastag wallet [protected]of axis bank using internet banking of sbi for rs.300/-, ref no.IGAJWPMCF3to cbaaxis ecollection. But still it is not credited to my wallet. Please do the needful.

                            Hi, I was applying for axis bank saving account online, I paid amount of about 15k something but at last step which video kyc had fail. I have been told that I will get refund within 15days but even after 17days passed I didn't receive my refund.

                              Your A/c ...is debited by Rs. 27.44 on 20Nov20.Info: TIPS/SCG/MCC/17.11.20/BPCL HARI OM PETRO. Call [protected] for dispute.
                              This transaction frequently happened with my account. I hav called for dispute but concern person told that this is tax becoz vendor is not associated with bank and arrogantly disconnected my call.
                              I think new ziziya Taxation system is started by this people.Theey don’t hav any feelings that there salary comes out of our banking with them.
                              If they don’t reverse my transaction I will definitely close my all transaction, lockers with them. My registered number is [protected]

                                        I have been following up from SEP but NO proper assistance received.
                                        I am unable to use AXIS MOBILE BANK APP because the one time authentication is failing .

                                        Though i am giving correct details it is failing.
                                        I am giving the same pin in my authentication over phone it passes . Hence i am sure my details are correct.Card details are correct too.

                                        FYI below solution which u axis support provided but it DOES NOT help:
                                        1.To change pin and try
                                        2.To try after sometime said numerous times
                                        3.To provide correct details.

                                        Kindly help resolve this issues asap and let me know clearly if this issues cannot be resolved .

                                        Please let me know the pending amount in the card since i am unable to view the details of emi and all, i will clear up the due and proceed to get the services closed ...Very poor services from axis .I cant keep following more..
