      Dear Sir / Madam,

      This is in reference to my AXIS Bank Credit Card No. [protected] and my mobile number [protected]. ( Incident Month September 2020)

      I'm a 8 years old customer to Axis Bank and Regularly Pay the payment on time, Axis Bank Charged so much interest in Moratorium period, Due to Covid-19 I'm facing some financial difficulties due to that I couldn't pay the entire outstanding amount, So I have requested Axis Bank to Convert entire Outstanding into EMI and They Converted 6 EMI for the upcoming months.

      In the Next Month Bill I see Rs.13000 was charged, I was shocked and I have contacted axis bank customer care and said I have converted entire outstanding to EMI then why I have been charged for 13000 and They have said that Rs.92 was not converted, so we charged Rs.13000 as interest, This was not informed me at the time of EMI conversion or later period.

      I was contacted customer and wrote numerous email to the Axis Nodal Officers, I got reply like process. Its seems to be no one care about the customer in axis bank.

      Its been frustrating, 1000% Interest charged, no one from Axis Bank ready to accept the mistake and revert the same, instead they try defend each one of them.

      I couldn't pay these unrealistic charges from Axis Bank, Please requesting you guys to respect the customers with reasonable charges.

          Hi,

          I have my Axis Savings/Salary account from last 4years +, Last two years i did not used that card. So that i had a plan to surrender the same by paying the negative balance.

          Meantime In my current organization requested to keep open the Axis Bank account for the salary purpose. So that i was requested to bank officers on[protected]at Ananth Nagar Branch, Electronic City Phase 2, Bangalore). Shall i continue this account after paying the negative amount. Hence he confirmed, I have shared the account details to my organization.

          Salary got credited on my Axis account on[protected], Negative balance got cleared. Happily started using Axis account.

          Suddenly last sunday[protected]:57 Consolidated Charges has been debited amount Rs16, 580.30 without of any intimation. I got scared and started reaching phone banking officer. I reached phone banking officer sharp 18:23, Officer not having any sufficient details to answer me, She asked me to reach after 60mins.

          Again i dialed phone banking officer 19:23, But i got connected officer sharp 20:00. He confirmed that is valid charge. He unable to process and refund and i requested him to transfer to their senior officer.

          Their Senior officer (Neha) has confirmed nothing can do by themselves. She recommended me to visit near by branch for the same.

          I have reached bank on monday[protected], I have checked one of the lady bank officer about the same. After explaining the history.

          She given the clarity, If we want to close the account they will not charge any consolidated amounts, We can pay our old negative balance and close it.

          If incase you want to continue as a customer of Axis bank. That is your bad, You have to pay the consolidated charges as per the bank that too no prior intimation.

          And finally she recommended me to close the account.

          How good response from the bank.

          I want my money back, i will not wait for 24 hours or 48 hours.

            Possible fraud job offer

            I am writing to complain on behalf of my friend who received a suspicious job offer from persons claiming to be from the HR department of your bank. They contacted my friend via SMS after she started looking at job postings on Quikr.             I have account(A/C [protected]) with AXIS bank at branch Hewett road Lucknow.

            In 20 Sep 2020 statement, consolidated charges for A/C of Rs. 1694.92/- is deducted and GST Rs. 305.08 is deducted...And also In 18 Oct 2020 statement, consolidated charges for A/C of Rs. 6945.05/- is deducted and GST Rs. 1250.11 is deducted How this amounts being deducted ?? Can you please help me to short out this matter ???Plz return me the whole amount without delay

              I used to be a credit card holder with Axis Bank. I was making payments on time. One year back, In July 2019, an online fraud happened on my account of Rs 31500. I notified the bank on the very same day and I asked me to register an FIR and submit the dispute form which I did. But after that I contacted so many times to get the status of my request but every time I was told that they are working on it. All I wanted to take the fraudulent amount off with the interest charges on it which that never did. Then I started getting harassment calls from recovery and their legal division and requested them to take the fraudulent amount off with the interest charges and send me the statement I will pay within 24 hours. But they completely ignored it. I have still all the documents(FIR, dispute form ect) which are proof of my honesty. Even the Investigation officer in Cyber crime sent so many emails but never got any revert. Today I have received a legal notice from some O M Gujar law chamber threatening to pay Rs.87056 which I not liable to pay. This completely mental harassment that too during this pandemic. I am intended to pay the amount which showed up on my Aug 2019 statement after removing all the interest changes which happened because of the fraudulent transaction which was never taken care off by the bank. Please find attached documents which I mentioned in comment box. Can I expect some justice?

                Lien Balance Locked Amount

                Hi Axis Bank,

                I have my salary account in Axis Bank, Tiruvanmiur Branch, Chennai. I checked my account on 19/10/2020 and was shocked. Because I have Rs -1596.15 (Negative Balance).
                Two days before, I checked the same account on 17/10/2020. On that day I had Rs +478.92 after a transaction. I received a mail notification for that transaction.
                But, On 18/10/2020 Axis bank debited Rs 417.04 for Consolidated Charge...

                i have saving account in axis bank & when i checked my balance they have deducted 516.60 rs. from my account written as Consolidated Charges.plz help me to get my money back, these banks are deducting innocent peoples money from their accounts wihout telling peoples.

                  I have a salary account in axis since 10 years and still a live account all of a sudden with out doing any transaction its showing a negative balance why is so and non o[censored]s cistome rcare number works pathetic and the online Axa service has a technical issue when we have a query...

                      Fed up with this axis bank seriously.. Why the hell you charged 630₹ + 110₹ gst n my savings account. Totally unfair .. Nowadays irritating. How can you charge for even maintaining account in your bank. It was not like before the bank used to be.. Last 2 months the charges were hell high. Then wats the use of maintaining account in your bank. No benefits. Every single things were charged.. Hell helll hellll

                        Hi my name is Meenakshi

                        I have salary account in axis bank & when i checked my balance they have deducted 2000 rs from my account written as consolidated charges. I want my money back, these banks are deducting innocent peoples money from their accounts without telling peoples.

                        Worst services is provided by axis bank to customer. I am waiting more then 45mins but nobody answered from the customer service centre.

                        During account opening they dont tell us about any kind of charges and when you do transaction or online payment, they will deduct your money on the name of consolidated charges. Even when u request them through mail they will give you worst customer service.. I really feel that its better to open account in govt bank, don’t open account in privatd bank like axis bank.

                        I want my money back .

                          If you are deducting atleast try to flash same amount in my texts and my internet banking account. No email from der side of making a deduction in the name of consolidated charges.usually they deduct and i never minded but now its enough they charged me more than 1000. I want to close my account now.

                            My name is Pooja singh and I have applied for axis bank credit card.
                            I have applied for axis bank credit card more than 2 months ago in August, but I have still not received my credit card on my Raipur address.it is showing in my NetBanking login but I have not received card yet.also the charge of 1700 is showing in my account however yearly charge is 1000 as told to me by the credit card representative.Also I didn't received any call from axis customer care regarding my credit card limit.When we talked to customer care to close my credit card, they told me to pay 1700 rs., then they will close my credit card.I have not received my credit card yet and I have to pay 1700 rs. to close the credit card which I have not received.This kind of behaviour is intolerable.

                              As per the RBI Guidelines, balance in the saving account cannot be made negative solely on account of levy of charges for non maintenace of minimum balance. But in my case, balance has been made negative even after having zero balance in the account.
