My name is Pooja singh and I have applied for axis bank credit card.
I have applied for axis bank credit card more than 2 months ago in August, but I have still not received my credit card on my Raipur address.it is showing in my NetBanking login but I have not received card yet.also the charge of 1700 is showing in my account however yearly charge is 1000 as told to me by the credit card representative.Also I didn't received any call from axis customer care regarding my credit card limit.When we talked to customer care to close my credit card, they told me to pay 1700 rs., then they will close my credit card.I have not received my credit card yet and I have to pay 1700 rs. to close the credit card which I have not received.This kind of behaviour is intolerable.

    As per the RBI Guidelines, balance in the saving account cannot be made negative solely on account of levy of charges for non maintenace of minimum balance. But in my case, balance has been made negative even after having zero balance in the account.

        This is bring into your kind information during covid 19 period we have not paid for loan EMI on time, because that time my self Mr. raj kumar suffering for covid 19 & my all family also.
        in my accounts applied the charges of 35000 rs.
        i request to you axis bank team my all saving is lost in during lockdown period and my salary also not more for paid the your charges .
        I request to you please remove the my accounts charges, so essay to pay my EMI regularly .

        Because axis bank team not resolved my issue, and upcoming month charges added in my accounts. if you are not resolved my issue ASAP then axis bank are responsible for that charges. go for consumer court

            Generated reply for acknowledgement.and not the reason for the payment failed.
            I was using material on line from M/s Ali Express. Now I don't have the received the reply the reason for failure of Payment.

              I recieved statement in my pass book telling my account (acc no : [protected]) is debited with Rs 118 on 15th Oct 2020. This message is popped up twice as in my account is debited twice with Rs118.

              I don't think I have issued any such mandate.
              Could you please help me to figure out what is going on and if it is fake please help me to stop it.

                I have blocked my old credit card and requested for a new one but the new card till not received yet and am not able to track were i need to go or call . And also i went to my home branch and they said like need to talk with customer care we are not authority for that . Hence i called customer care as well but that is also connecting then whoom do i contact for this

                  I had a current account with axis bank before GST implementation And my firm was already closed in 2016.
                  As per my knowledge banks cannot make the current account active without any GST update.
                  I have never applied for GST for that firm because that firm was already shut down before 2017.
                  I was not using my account and i thought it was already deactivated. I didn't get any call for an update or something like that.
                  Now I saw it have -17300 something balance and 3-5k i already got charged in previous years.
                  Why should i pay these charges if i didn't use those services?
                  I need to waive of these charges along with the closure of this account.
                  I would like to move my all transactions of another company to axis bank with new account if i got this waive off.
                  Kindly help me out.

                      Dear CEO of Axis bank

                      My account has been blocked because I am unable to pay credit card bill due to covid 19 times total minimum amount 1 st was around 45 and next month 61 k minimum pay
                      I can't able to pay this axis bank account is my salary account I can't change my account also my salary amount deduct also my expense amount deduct from Axis bank side and showing balance is zero

                      Please help me what should I do also Axis bank person called me on daily basis I have already pay around 45 still my account showing zero balance

                        I have opened a zero balance account and as soon as the account activated I logged into internet banking and there is a negative balance of Rs 413 and there is no mention of the reason of those charges. The customer care is pathetic. They disconnected the call after few minutes of hold. All I can see on my account is there is lien amount of 413 and no one is telling me why my balance is in negative.

                            I have opened an ASAP salaried account 3 months ago and it is not yet activated.
                            I have complained several times even called the customer care but they give a service no but does not do anything.

                            I had got a rejection mail regarding the account but even after submitting my documents again there is no response yet.

                            It is my salary account and i am unable to use my salary since 3 months.
                            Kindly look into the matter and resolve this issue as soon as possible.

                              When i have opened the account with Axis Bank, they have accepted Aadhar Card & PAN card. But now when i am in need to update the address based on my Aadhar card, they (Customer Care) says that Aadhar card is not a valid proof.

                                I received a mail from axis bank offering job via shine.com
                                They asked me to send my resume by whatsapp
                                Then they asked interview charge and deposit fee
                                After payment they conduct telephonic interview
                                Then select for HR round
                                After HR round they asked me to pay deposit fee 1350
                                Then confirm that job
                                But don't receive any joining letter from axis bank
                                Later they asked verification fee 2500
                                After payment that then you can receive joining letter

                                  I went to my nearest Axis bank Branch ie Bidhannagar Durgapur branch a few hours ago to deposit Rs, 10, 000/- in cash in my account no [protected] to that branch. Very few customers were there at that time. A person in front of me submitted a cheque for payment in the lone teller counter. After receiving that cheque the teller ( a lady on the chair) talking about different investment product and contineously discussing about different issues of that customers . After a lapse of 15 minutes I simply ask her to receive my deposit but she tolld me that she sent that cheque for passing and without making that payment she is unable to receive my cash and she also uttered to use cash deposit machine instead of accomodating me. it is unfortunate to receive such kind of misbehaviour from an employee of a Private sector bank now a days. I have so many account with axis bank but sorry to say I have to shift all my account from Axis bank to any other bank due to such misbehaviour on the part of a teller of that bank . I am sorry to complaint and want exemplary punishment to that person at the earliest. Most importantly, now it is 2-20 pm, I have checked my account but that amount not yet credited to my account.                                     I'm using axis bank cc since 8 plus year's & never default on any bill. My current bill is around 321000 out of which 121000 is penalty during lock down & moratorium period. But due to covid lock down situation & then father got brain stroke, I'm financially broke, i lost my business & rest of the money on my father treatment, he's still in coma & the financial burden just crushing me.
                                    I talked with axis customer care & also wrote to the nodal officer that I'm not a defaulter & will pay a lumsum to settle the cc, i can pay the money in one go if axis remove all the charges.
                                    Its hard time for everyone & not a purposely default.
                                    I don't wanna stress myself in legal matter but if that what the bank want i can fairly present my case there too.

                                      Desr sir i am using axis bank credit card for last 8 years and paid all bills regurelarly. but now due to corona i am not earning much money that i can pay credit card bill. bank have created a huge amount including intrest. which i cannot pay at this difficult time.i do not have money to pay full due amount. i asked bank customer care to settel 20 to 30 % of amount and close credit card.

                                        I have made a transfer for Rs. 50000 today to my mother's SBI ACT BHANDUP EAST. Amount is still not credited.STATUS shows as SUSPECT. Please resolve the same immediately as I need the amount badly to make payments. Either credit the SBI account or reserve the entryand credit my saving account soon
