I have been using axis credit card from 2010 (Last 10 years).

Hence i want to report this matter to you. Please look into this issue asap and provide me a resolution of this matter.

i am not a customer of your bank but the telemarketing branch of jind haryana frequently calls me regarding new plans and offers.I am not interested in such plans and feel very disturbed.Please ask them not not to call my numbers [protected].[protected] and [protected].I have dnd also still they are calling me. If this does not work then i will have to approach the ombudsman or rbi.

My debit account it debited with inr 2, 18, 298/- by a fraudulent and i never got an otp or sms notification from the back. I have cancelled my membership plan on 26 august 2020 my membership plan was cancelled successfully. But one assist service debited balance of 1399 rs from my axis bank account on 29 august 2020.
