Hello axis bank,

Who gave you rights to lock my amount from my savings account? If i am savings amount in axis bank doesn't mean that you have any rights to take action on my money. With out any notice or intimation, my amount was locked as lien. I am not a slave for axis bank to gave call you mutiple times, roaming around to axis bank. You dont have any rights to touch my money with out my permission. Until and untill i agree. Its very shame-full on doing such kind of frauds with valuable customers. I am calling many times and no one is responding. Raised many disputes and closing by commenting on their own with out knowing me.

If you are not releasing my money at the earliest, i am going to post your fraud actions on all forums and proceeding by raising complaint to rbi obsudum.

I am not leaving you at all if you are not releasing my amount.

    Hi team,
    Facing issue with axis bank, bank is deducting amount like

    1. Pos decline 59rs, i didn’t done any transaction and complaint in bank, then still no update.
    2. Secondly again today i got message your a/c *04 is debited by rs. 118 on 24sep20. Avbl bal: rs. *. Info: sign. Verf. Chrgs mandate regst/ stop. Call for dispute.

    Not getting support from bank.

      Respected sir/ madam i have saving account at axis bank and also one credit card lone. Because of pendamic time i can't pay emi therefore they deduct my 16000 amount as lien balance and saying pay minimum balance amount than they will give my 16000 but now this time i am not in situation to pay there minimum amount balance and they also aded intrest on intrest which can be levied by supreme court on 28th september but they didn't wait they cut my all amount now what should i do i can't understand please help me please.

        Yesterday i checked my account and my balance was around 1200 rs but from today morning it's showing as -11, 964. I have checked the statements in the mobile app and i have not received any information about why my account is in minus.

          My name is viveksingh chauhan, i have been charged for payment bounce charges of ₹1112.59. I have been charged this amount without pending a single paisa in my last bill.

          I had converted some amount (55k) in emi for 6 months and for that i had a discussion with the executive of axis bank customer care in detail about the remaining amount payment.

          I have activated auto debit functionality in my all cards, but she doesn't ask me to stop auto debit function.

          And they charged me payment bounce charges and ask me to pay the charges.

          I am using axis bank cards since 2013 and i never face such problem even auto debit functionality is enabled since day one in my credit cards.

            deducted 2400 rs as lien amount without intimation

            Yesterday 2400 rs was deducted as lien amount from my axis savings account with out any intimation. I went to bank and requested to release 2400 rs as we all facing financial issues during this covid pandemic. I am axis bank customer since 10 yrs and with out my permission and confirmation sending credit cards with card as opened seals. Gave complaint by directly going to bank as i dont want any credit card and the seal was opened. Axis bank...

              lien on my savings account on behalf of credit card outstanding

              Since last one week i am continuously calling your customer care numbers to remove lien amount from savings account.

              My credit card outstanding amount of rs.37097/- was not paid only for last month due on[protected] and after just 10 days you have put lien on my savings account.

              Savings account is in minus now and credit card account is not credited with deducted lien amount of rs.37097/-.

              I have never been so humiliated i was expecting professional response but that was not the case with axis that charge me every month and my zero balance account goes minus 500 every month your reps can't explain why.. Do i go to the nearest bank to raise a complaint.. Or is this how you treat customers i deserve an answer for being foolish and choosing axis bank. Call me now [protected]

                  Axis bank is the most worst bank for loan, i have already paid my remaining amount for my car loan and the loan is also closed but struggling to get noc from last 20 days.

                  I have escalated this to many level but got nothing and they are keep saying that go to axis loan center and ask for noc.

                  While i have email from them saying that they will send my noc on my email within two working days and that tow working days has been already gone weeks ago.

                  Now when i call to customer care every time they are repeating the same thing that we can't do anything from here you need to go to loan center to get your noc.

                  There mobile app is not working properly.

                  Their actions are completely opposite that whatever they are saying on call or emails.

                  Seeking your help to get my noc.

                    I just want to know why every month the consolidation charge is being deducted from my account.
                    It should be deducted annualy.
                    I had raised a compliant on this, again and again i can not compliant.
                    Kindly stop all this nonsense in this pandemic.
                    Hardly i m able to pay the credit card payment.
                    There is no emi, you have mentioned there is emi bounced, what is this nonsense.
                    Kindly do not do this, or else i will deactivate thi saccount.

                              6000 rupees deducted consolidated charges, penalty charges every month

                              Axis bank is deducting money in name of consolidated charges every month, in about 3 month i had paid 6000 rupees, directly it state 18 % gst 2800 rupees in a month, fed up of this issue, i had open salary account in axis, but now i think its to close the account then this cheat account, common man cant afford this if this is a case, really disgusting and fraud in name of axis bank, they will loose customer if this continue.                               Dear sir/madam,
                              First time i mailed to [protected]@axisbank.com for closer my credit card ending *9 on 18th aug 2019 after a failer telephonic call to the credit card department. That time credit time balance is zero. Closer not done it your end.
                              Visit barrackpore axis bank branch on 26 aug '19 and form submit for the closing of a credit card. After that, i found a credit card dis attached to my saving accounts.
                              On march 2020 i get alert for payment due in the month of feb. When i closed the credit card, how the bank charge on this card. Again i send mail on march 2, 2020.
                              Gets no response from your ends.
                              Again i call customer care and generate request number 61839770. Last week when i called customer care, they ask me my card is blocked but i need to pay the charged amount.

                              Then i highlight everything to nodal officer mr caesar pinto, and ask him why the bank charged annual fees, interest, late payment charged on my card whcih i blocked almost 1 year ago.
                              Get a meaningless reply from him - "your card is blocked, please discuss with customer care for further." totally avoid the payment related matter.

                              Again i got a bank statement for due in my credit card.

                              My concern is, why customers need to pay on blocked charges on a credit card?

                              Try two times to submit complain in rbi through this link https://cms.rbi.org.in/rbi/VividFlow/run/rbi#RbiNewLayout but unable to do due to technical error and asked to try later.
