I hold a salary account in axis bank from 2015
[protected], suddenly bank behaving like vultures, i hold two credit cards which are interlinked with this account, in this covid we missed minimum payments of credit cards, showing this as a reason axis bank kept my account in lean, i paid minimum balance of credit cards then also they are asking me to pay full credit card amount to get rid lean account and remove block on using credit credit,
If i ask customer care what is this why u guys still hold my account my cards after paying minimum balance, they are saying rbi guidelines all the #

The bank can't just steal peoples' hard earned money like this and not be held accountable.
Any kind of deduction made from someone's account should be transparent. You can't deduct money just like that without any clue to the customer and say in response that this is how it is.
I have had experience with other banks as well, and that's not how this works.
This is kind of a fraud you are doing with your customers and that too in pandemic times.
