In the month of august, (Between august 5 to 13) i have spent rs. 10, 729 in the axis bank flipkart credit card. There was a transaction of rs. 34, 249/- for purchase of a phone on aug 5, which was cancelled and the amount was credited back on aug 11.
But, when i got the statement, it is mentioned that the total amount due (Billed) is rs. 28, 071.54. I did not understand the origin of this extra amount of rs. 17.342.54. When i call the customer care, no one is receiving the call and there is no other option of contacting axis bank.
As the due date of payment is september 1, 2020, please resolve this issue.
