I have downloaded a freecharge app. I did not know if money added to the freecharge account the emi required to pay to the bank. (They specified only used money required to pay interest). I have added money twice to my freecharge account. I want to cancel the two transactions by not initiating emi.
Transaction id 1 : ac4a7jmzbqyr985w_de[protected]-[protected]_1 - 20000
Transaction id 2 : ac4a7jmzbqyr985w_de[protected]-[protected]_1 - 10000
Please cancel these two emi for me, because i have already planned emi. I can t bear 3000 every month for these two transactions.
I don t want to withdraw the money to my bank account. Please get the money back to the bank. Please do not debit emi.
This information i had send to the bank on july 4th. Frequently spoken to the customer care to cancel the loan. And complained the nodal also
Given to nodal [it s been a surfer to me on non response communication from the bank.
As early as possible in july i contacted the customer care chat but the executive said no transactions are done by me.
15th august 2020 i got a message to pay emi for credit card xxxxxx8091 and 8075 (Rs. 907.25 and 1814.5) for the below mail detailed transactions.

It s a kind of child behaviour i am getting in freecharge app and customer care in freecharge.

Even axis bank nodal also not responded?

My concern is i can t pay for my education with this freecharge transaction. If i want to pay a premium of lic - no it can t be done.
On what basis do i need to pay interest to the bank with emi?

Freecharge is on purpose to get the money on my name for their business. Until i agree. It is illegal to use my money.

Could you cancel the emi in my bank account?

Until i have not utilized the money i dont want to pay the emi, that s how i understood to make the transaction. But the bank asked me to pay with interest.
Please cancel this transaction and emi schedule.]

They replied to me no transactions are exist on my name to pay emi.

But automatically they had debited my from my account

What do i do?

    Dear sir,

    With reference to my above axis bank credit card no., dtd.10/08/2020 at 4.15 p. M, receive a call and say calling from axis bank. Query for activation card and done fraud transaction for rs:- 75000 new luthra jewelle, rs:- 75000 new luthra jewelle and rs:- 24, 000 naveen jean respectively three transaction in my credit card a/c.

    So many time raise complain in axis customer care/ bank. Bank reply customer share detail so liabilities to customer.

    "fraud is an intentionally prepare a plan to unlawful gain"

    "a man fraudulently represent himself as a bank representative and prepare a plan to unlawful gain is an fraudulent activities.

    As soon the fraud took place we brought to bank notice, within 10 -1 5 minutes." i am senior citizen.

    This is fraud kindly help us.

      Hey,

      The bank is fooling around the customer by not mentioning the additional charges even after continuously asking for the same.

      Even though I don't have credit cards this bank has deducted the money from my saving account

      A deduction of Rs 1042 (Brn-pymt-card-[protected]) is done from my account without prior information and there is no intimation of this deduction as well.

        Hi, I am doing continuous follow-up with Axis Bank from last month 7 month since we got to know about the fraud transaction being carried out on credit card which was never delivered to me.

        We also registered the complaint to near by Police station. We have got calls from bank many times but there is no resolution so far.

        Please help.

          Yesterday on 02.09.20 i have received few mails that some transactions was done on my Credit Card of Axis Bank, when I called the customer care I came to know that around 17 transactions was done on my credit card of amount around Rs. 8500+ although they have registered my complaint and I have also blocked my card immediately. But my concern is that when i have not received any OTP or any any message then how this can happen and it is a clear security breach. I appeal for the justice and this balance should be cleared from my credit card and should also not effect my CIBL score. My complaint no in axis bank is 62416863

          Still i am receiving mails regarding the transaction attempts on my credit card. Kindly block my card permanently and take the necessary action soon.
          Its around 20 days and the problem is still not resolved, neither any communication. Kindly update. My complaint no in axis bank is 62416863.

            Hi.
            Today at around 8:15 AM I withdraw 10000 Rs, in which I received a torn note of 500 rs. Why such not unusable curreny is being put in the ATM machines. Moreover, didn't able to reach for complaint about this. Feeling very sad.

              Hi this is bharat. I have got a voucher of myntra through axis bank edge rewardz points and i have lost it without redeemimg it. I was trying to contact customer support for the past 2 weeks and no one is responding. The customer support was pathetic. Everytime i was being asked to hold the line, and support executive are not giving proper response. Utter failure from ur side.
              Dont make excuses like, it is the time of covid bcoz All other operations are being done normal in your bank. Also dont ask me to send a mail to you. I have already done it. I want the resolution asap.

                I applied for an axis bank credit card online. I do not have any account in Axis Bank. However after verification courier service delivered me that card. I already obtain few other bank"s credit card where I do not have any savings account. But in this case I could not login my axis bank credit card because to login i must have internet banking and interestingly for internet banking i must have a savings account. SO HONOURABLE AUTHOROTY WHY DID YOU GIVE ME THE CARD WHEN THERE IS NO WAY TO ACCESS OR LOGIN THROUGH IT? WHAT KIND OF WELCOME GIFT IS THIS? Obviously i asked for credit card. But you gave me that and there was no condition to open savings account!!! Kindly reply.

                        I m working in Higher Secondary School as office staff in private since 2010. Now school is closed for covid19. I have 2 Personal loan account numbers like PPRXXX & PPRXXX and credit card loan number like 5245XXXX.
                        Last 10 years I have paid to PL & credit card dues correctly till end of 2019. Once upon (few years ago) I have one Personal Loan fully repaid with interest prior 2 years before.
                        Now I m very very poor of my economical situation. I am resided at rental house. My family also has suffered in this corona period.. No source money from any source.
                        I would like to repay my all EMI or settlement for 12 months period. But I have not earned from any source. Only I have salary source of my school. My school did not give full salary since March 2020 to till date. School is giving 25% salary since March 2020. My salary has been reduced by our school since 2019 April. So I have not paid to PPRXXX
                        So if I will have any source of money after our school reopens after I will pay minimum rupees for each loan for remaining months as settlement basis..
                        But AXIS BANK CHENNAI office persons continuing blaming and torturing, HARASSMENT me via like phone calls, sms etc.,
                        Certainly I would like to go to settlement of all loans with 12 – 24 month of period if you give me a chance. AS ASKED TO THEM

                          Sir i have opened my saving account 4 days before and i am not satisfied with your services nor i am able to maintain minimum balance
                          I want to close my account but my home branch is not agreeing to close my account instead they are saying to continue the account for a minimum of 6 months.

                              I don't know why my company manages salary account with this useless bank.. I don't have any credit card or loan products account with axis bank. Why they deducted lien amount? I don't have any pending payment s.

                                This is to inform you that i am not able to transfer payments through internet banking.

                                Actually when i try to transfer fund, it is showing this message "access to the menu is not available. Please contact bank administrator". I need it urgently.

                                So kindly let me know whom should i contact for this issue or any suggestion what should i do.

                                  I am holding a bank account in axis bank branch - ip extension, and i went to the bank and the assistant gave the offer me to open a savings account as i was a student. So i agreed with the assistant because it was a 0 balance account. After a few years when i went back to my hometown and my dad sent me money it got deducted so i tried to enquire with axis bank why my balance got deducted, they told me annual maintenance. One day when i went to the bank to close the account they told me to pay 11k to close the account due to non-maintenance whereas per rbi guidelines there should not any charge for non-maintaining balance.
                                  I am really disappointed with axis bank and especially from the ip extension branch-110092 where the assistant lied to me and made me open an account. He should think that how the student can maintain 10k. I am still not able to close my account due to which it is affecting my cibil score. I kindly request you to look into my matter.

                                    In the month of august, (Between august 5 to 13) i have spent rs. 10, 729 in the axis bank flipkart credit card. There was a transaction of rs. 34, 249/- for purchase of a phone on aug 5, which was cancelled and the amount was credited back on aug 11.

                                    But, when i got the statement, it is mentioned that the total amount due (Billed) is rs. 28, 071.54. I did not understand the origin of this extra amount of rs. 17.342.54. When i call the customer care, no one is receiving the call and there is no other option of contacting axis bank.

                                    As the due date of payment is september 1, 2020, please resolve this issue.

                                      Hello Sir/ Madam,
                                      This is to bring into your notice that Axis Bank is charging additional amount of 2.95 for every UPI payments. Eg if I transfer 100 through Google pay, 102.95 will be deducted from my axis bank account. How can we make cashless India? A digital India?
                                      Bank is sucking the blood of every poor Indians.. if we withdraw from ATM again ATM withdrawal charges are applied..
                                      Please look into this issue.
