I m working in Higher Secondary School as office staff in private since 2010. Now school is closed for covid19. I have 2 Personal loan account numbers like PPRXXX & PPRXXX and credit card loan number like 5245XXXX.
Last 10 years I have paid to PL & credit card dues correctly till end of 2019. Once upon (few years ago) I have one Personal Loan fully repaid with interest prior 2 years before.
Now I m very very poor of my economical situation. I am resided at rental house. My family also has suffered in this corona period.. No source money from any source.
I would like to repay my all EMI or settlement for 12 months period. But I have not earned from any source. Only I have salary source of my school. My school did not give full salary since March 2020 to till date. School is giving 25% salary since March 2020. My salary has been reduced by our school since 2019 April. So I have not paid to PPRXXX
So if I will have any source of money after our school reopens after I will pay minimum rupees for each loan for remaining months as settlement basis..
But AXIS BANK CHENNAI office persons continuing blaming and torturing, HARASSMENT me via like phone calls, sms etc.,
Certainly I would like to go to settlement of all loans with 12 – 24 month of period if you give me a chance. AS ASKED TO THEM

    Sir i have opened my saving account 4 days before and i am not satisfied with your services nor i am able to maintain minimum balance
    I want to close my account but my home branch is not agreeing to close my account instead they are saying to continue the account for a minimum of 6 months.
    I want to close my account as soon as possible so that i dont have any consolidated charges but the bank is not cooperating with me

        I don't know why my company manages salary account with this useless bank.. I don't have any credit card or loan products account with axis bank. Why they deducted lien amount? I don't have any pending payment s.
        Pls someone call to my mobile number [protected] and assist me.. I called all the customer care numbers no one us picking.. Month end, Im striving without food due to your WORTHLESS bank.

          This is to inform you that i am not able to transfer payments through internet banking.

          Actually when i try to transfer fund, it is showing this message "access to the menu is not available. Please contact bank administrator". I need it urgently.

          So kindly let me know whom should i contact for this issue or any suggestion what should i do.

            I am holding a bank account in axis bank branch - ip extension, and i went to the bank and the assistant gave the offer me to open a savings account as i was a student. So i agreed with the assistant because it was a 0 balance account. After a few years when i went back to my hometown and my dad sent me money it got deducted so i tried to enquire with axis bank why my balance got deducted, they told me annual maintenance. One day when i went to the bank to close the account they told me to pay 11k to close the account due to non-maintenance whereas per rbi guidelines there should not any charge for non-maintaining balance.
            I am really disappointed with axis bank and especially from the ip extension branch-110092 where the assistant lied to me and made me open an account. He should think that how the student can maintain 10k. I am still not able to close my account due to which it is affecting my cibil score. I kindly request you to look into my matter.

              In the month of august, (Between august 5 to 13) i have spent rs. 10, 729 in the axis bank flipkart credit card. There was a transaction of rs. 34, 249/- for purchase of a phone on aug 5, which was cancelled and the amount was credited back on aug 11.

              But, when i got the statement, it is mentioned that the total amount due (Billed) is rs. 28, 071.54. I did not understand the origin of this extra amount of rs. 17.342.54. When i call the customer care, no one is receiving the call and there is no other option of contacting axis bank.

              As the due date of payment is september 1, 2020, please resolve this issue.

                Hello Sir/ Madam,
                This is to bring into your notice that Axis Bank is charging additional amount of 2.95 for every UPI payments. Eg if I transfer 100 through Google pay, 102.95 will be deducted from my axis bank account. How can we make cashless India? A digital India?
                Bank is sucking the blood of every poor Indians.. if we withdraw from ATM again ATM withdrawal charges are applied..
                Please look into this issue.

                  Hi,
                  I had a Salary account with them which was not being used for Salary Credit after 2017. I had an ECS which I stopped an year ago giving an Application to one of the branches due to the same reason that they were charging me for ECS and the negative balance was increasing.
                  Even after stopping it, they are continuing to charge my account and the negative balance has gone too far.
                  Since one year the account is not in use. I visited a local branch as I was concerned about the Negative balance even they could not help me out and told me that this is the policy of the bank to charge.
                  There is no record of the amount they are charging in any of the statements.
                  I want to close this account as I cannot withstand the fact that unnecessarily I am being charged with such huge amount.
                  I did not expect Axis bank doing such things to their customers. Wont recommend this bank to anyone for sure
                  Kindly help resolve the issue.

                    noc against credit card full and final payment

                    I was holding axis bank credit card but due to some financial crunches I was unable to clear pending dues.Now I have paid all dues to bank on 24.08.2020 but still I have not received NOC from Bank.

                    In my credit card statement on 05.05.2020 Chq return charges dr. Rs.481 GST Rs.81. On this day in my saving account opening balance is of Rs.32267.08. The chq. no.24601 of Rs.10407.61 is passed. After that the Balance is of Rs. 21860.08. So Why you have reversal the auto debit transaction without my request. This transaction done by your side. So you are not deny the reversal of charges of Rs.481 GST Rs.81. For your reference i have enclosed my Saving passbook statement and credit card statement.

                      They promised to give a flipkart gift voucher on getting an Flipkart Axis Bank credit card, but i never received any so even after 2 months, so called them up atleast 5 times till now, they just send me an invalid voucher which is not linked to my account, and not giving any support.

                          Today morning i am on shock that axis bank suddenly deduted rs.1536 as consolidated charge from my current account. I have current account with the bank for last 3 years, they have worst service in our area, atm's are not working from last two months, is this practice of this bank to do such fraudulant activities to steal money from customers account without even asking and telling them about the charges.                             This is to inform you that i am siddharth dhingra with my credit account no. Xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-0501 which is connected to your bank since 4 years through the company named tlc (Tech live connect) and i have been quite punctual regarding my emi's and other payments but in this pandemic i was forced to quit my ex company celebi airport ground handling services and since then i have been dealing with payment issues but now as i have joined the next company...
                            I am geared up to pay the rest amount now it would be great if you break that into certain installments or i can pay 30% of the total amount which is 75000 so that it becomes more convenient for me to pay or else if i go for the closure then what relaxation you can provide to me. Kindly cooperate with me so that our relation can continue on good note. Kindly revert me on the same.

                              We are trying to report someone who forged an official Axis Bank document and submitted as evidence in an ongoing court case in The Netherlands.

                              The Axis branch already confirmed that they did not issue the letter/document to him. They told us they were investigating it yet no one replies to our questions and no one is reachable at Axis Bank for weeks now.

                              It regards an highly illegal act yet we are being kept in the dark by Axis Bank.

                              We need an official document stating the forgery for our ongoing court case in The Netherlands. Is this so difficult to issue?

                              Please, it is very important to us. The culprit thinks we can not proof him wrong because it is an Indian document therefore hard to disprove from The Netherlands.

                                Hi,
                                I would like to inform you that axis bank lien rs 8500 (Appx.) from my axis bank savings account just because i couldn't make axis bank credit card payment on time and here is the reason for payment delay, i tried 2-3 to make credit card payment through phonepe but all the time it reflect the error that says "request declined from your bank, kindly contact to your bank". After that i got multiple call from axis bank in which they requested to make credit card payment as soon as i can and all the time i explained them that i tried to make credit card payment multiple times but it reflects the error related to the bank and then they said that "sir, don't worry we noticed your concern and so we are forwarding your concern to our seniors to get resolved so you can make your axis bank credit card payment". Then after few days i checked my axis bank savings account balance and then i shocked because axis bank lien some amount equal to my credit card billed amount.
                                After that i talked to axis bank executive over the phone and they said that it was all fault and they did not do anything with that.
                                Yesterday, i paid rs. 8500 to my axis bank credit card and today i called axis bank customer care to know about when my amount get released in my axis bank savings account and they said that the lien amount will get released on next month's second saturday.
                                So, this is something i need your help to resolve this issue by providing my amount from axis bank because that the only money i have to make my rent.

                                Kindly help with it as soon as possible.

                                  These people asked me to register with them for conducting the interview with axis bank with amount of rs.2550/- which i had paid on 8 augst 2020

                                  They had arranged my telephonic interview with the hr person of axis bank(As they said) my telephonic interview got cleared and i received a call as well as a email from monster([protected]@[protected]@gmail.com)
                                  ) and axis bank( rakesh mittal) for the selection and congratulation.

                                  on 10 aug i pssed interview
                                  TAKEN BY- ANKIT SIR[protected]
                                  and that ask payment as follows

                                  1-14, 500 RS
                                  2-25, 000 RS
                                  after that

                                  i get call for from pimpri axis bank branch head office (rakesh mittal)f and ask ur selected for this job for this brance .ask visit branch and do joining process.
                                  and say how to refund ur amount cash or google pay . and say selection is confirm ..but 1st done payment 35500 agreement

                                  on 11 aug i done payment as 35000 rs

                                  After rakesh mittal call for updation complet but 1 is necessary to payment show after that possible refund he say plz done payment 49500

                                  (local branch visitation charge and hr commission) than i payment ==49500 rs ..

                                  ALL PAYMENT ARE DONE ON

                                  and

                                  paytm payment bank a/c name=monster india

                                  after that also they say pay final payment 70000 rs for insurance purpose without that i cannot applicable for job in axis bank

                                  but i cont able to done payment hence i say i don't want job please refund my amount and choose another candidate

                                  but for REFUND purpose they say pay GST than we pay ur 1, 24, 000 rs. if not than wait for 45 days ...i don't have any option hence i ok with this ..

                                  but on 12 Augast 2020 they again call me and say i will refund ur amount but not receive any amount is refunded BUT They stole my remaining balance 29000 rs from account


                                  . hence i finally registered a complaint against monster india as well as axis bank also ...
                                  i request u to take action against them which people are easily cheat with middle class people with use your company id and status .

                                  if not possible than i will register police complaints also.

                                  plz i request u
