I cannot believe you guys are looting us in midst of this pandemic .
I use card for paying in petrol pump so that i could earn some cashback.
But Axis bank has looted rs25.98 as a charge for using card in petrol pump.
this is utter non-sense, you guys are already charging the petrol pump for the service, this is the first time i am getting such non-sense charge from a bank.
What is the use in using banking services when you are looting us like this ?
I need refund or i am closing my account with axis bank.

    I am writing this with regards to my credit card bill payment. My credit card number is [protected]. I received a total bill of ₹38500.

    This is to tell you that i cannot pay this much amount due to some financial condition, but we do want to settle this in fair so that you can get your moneyy and we can also be relieved.
    I can give 70% of my debt. If agree to settle with this amount, i shall be clearing the due within the next 6 days. More than this i can't afford.

    I ready to settle it as soon as you agree with this.

    I will highly appreciate if you agree witn. This and understand my situation. I am sincerly obliged to you for your help and cooperation.

            Hi,
            I have salary account in axis bank. From last 10 years i am using this account for my all transactions to keep single platform. But every month i see 1000/ plus gst are debited without any notice. When i see their are no cash transaction limits crossed.
            I don't find a reason why these charges were deducted from my account. Kindly help to resolve this issue.

                I have uploaded my cv in shine.com and i got a message in the name of axis bank that is i got selected for axis bank cashier post. Firstly they ask me to pay 100 for interview i paid that and i got call for telephonic interview. Then they call me and said that i got selected in telephonic interview and ask me to pay 1350 as a security purposes and i paid that amount also. Then again they called and asked me to pay 2100 as final payment to get call letter. Then i asked them to send call letter first then only i will pay they didn't respond and not answering my calls now please help to get my money back and protect others from this type of frauds

                  I got a call from axis bank free lancer and got a call from this number [protected] as i was subscribed to quikr.com. First they demanded me for 1050, then again next day i was demanded for 3550, i paid them also and finally they told me to pay 11, 760 as a security bound, & told me that at the date of joining, plz by the help of self cheque u can withdraw it. Again for verification 3500 rupees. I have given money at idbi bank

                    I have been scammed as someone sent me a link and called me from [protected] and [protected] and told me they are from axis bank delhi branch and i should click on the link to secure my savings account which i hold with axis bank in govandi branch, mumbai. I trusted them and clicked on the link and soon after that my account was deducted by 10005 and 1205 which really shocked me and i am in deep sorrow now. Kindly help.

                    Will be grateful to you if you kindly do the needful and take immediate action against the persons who called me from above numbers and help me to get my hard earned money back to my account.

                        One day I noticed my account balance is in minus. Then I tried to reach out to axis branch near my home location. They told me you have to maintain a minimum balance in your account if you left the job then after 6 months that salaried account will turned into savings account and for private bank you have to maintain 10k. But I informed them that I am still doing a job and using that as my salaried account then how can you charge me minus. They told me this is the rule.

                        This is really rubbish that I'm doing a job and still using that account as my salaried account but still they are charging. Please do investigate this otherwise I have to close this account. This is really ridiculous - AXIS Management

                              Dear sir/madam,

                              Axis bank was deducted emi bounced charges which is scheduled every on 10th of every month. Bank was deducted 500/- + gst charges in month of june then i filled a complaint and submitted application to refund the same then after 5-6 days axis bank bank refund the deducted amount.
                              And i have already applied moratorium in merchant bank (Indian bank) but indian bank telling contact to axis bank and vice-versa.

                              Even after doing to much of communication and complaints axis bank did the same deduction in month of july as well.

                              So i am requesting to refund the amount. Axis bank branch is available very far from my village thats why not possible to visit every month to branch for similar complaints.

                                      Axis bank — credit card sattlement payment

                                      I am writing this with regards to my credit card bill payment. My credit card number is [protected]. I recently received a bill of amount rs.301008. (Approx)

                                      This is to inform you that i cannot pay this amount as my family has fallen under hard time in recent years, but we do want to settle this in a fair and just manner so that you can have the money you deserve and we can be relieved of the burden of owing you this debt.

                                      I can able to give 20% of my debts. If agree to settle with this amount, i shall be clearing their dues within the next 5 business days. More than 20% is not affordable for me in the present situation.

                                      I am ready to settle this as soon as i get the confirmation from your side.

                                        Hi

                                        The bank is fooling around the customer by not mentioning the additional charges even after continuously asking for the same from customer support as well as from branch.

                                        The bank has also deducted the money from my saving account linked with my credit card stating that the bill is not paid even though the bill and dues were paid, the same was confirmed by the bank that no dues are pending still deductions are being done without prior notice and on enquiring no explanation is being given.

                                        A deduction of rs 3400(Brn-pymt-card-[protected]) is done from my account without prior information and there is no intimation of this deduction as well.

                                        I've paid all dues and charges for late payment and currently have no credit card active. Still such deductions are being done.
