    I had a salary account with them against account number [protected] which belonged to a sector v branch at kolkata.

    Since i am not working with the organization any more, i had made a plea for closing the account to my home branch which is entally, kolkata.

    They had taken my passbook and had given me an acknowledgement for the closing form that i had duly filled on 2nd july 2020.

    However, now on 15th july, they are saying that i would need to visit my branch from where the account was created.

    Despite this being a lockdown period, and my cibil score being low which could easily call for an account closure, they are still harassing and asking me to visit the branch which is approximately 15km from my home.

      My name is umesh yadav. I have a savings account in axis bank. I have three concerns regarding the same account with the same bank and those are as follows:
      1. Last month, i. E.in june, when i checked, total consolidated charges for my account were around rs 2500, now, in july, suddenly they have become rs 4920 excluding rs 850 as gst. How come this is even possible? Also, there is no way where i can have a complete statement of my account charges. I just have to believe what is showing in the bank statement under the name “consolidated charges” without knowing what i am actually charged for. These are unexplanatory charges i am forced to pay, which the bank deducts from my account without my prior permission. I would like to know if these charges are valid and if not, i would like to get a refund.
      2. I had a positive balance in my account until a few days ago but then the bank charged me a huge sum named as consolidated charges amounting to be rs 4920 (Excluding rs 850 gst) on 11th july and turned by account balance negative which means now i owe more money to the bank than before and i don't have any idea why so and for what.
      3. Until march, i owed the bank around rs 2500 as my credit card dues, then i asked the bank to block my credit card which they did, but now according to the bank i am supposed to pay them around rs 6300 as the dues, which is about thrice the amount i actually owed them. I get that a slight increase in this amount is ok due to interest charges and other charges but now the difference is too big to be justified. Also, the bank has also freezed rs 6500 approx. As lien and therefore i don't have access to these funds.
      I feel like i have been defrauded by this renowned bank. If i had so much money lying around in my house in the first place, i would have already paid the whole amount for the purchase i made without using the credit card. I wouldn't have had a credit card in that case either but the fact is i am not financially sound right now which is the exact opposite of what the bank thinks that’s why they are levying so many unjustifiable charges on my account. The truth is these people firstly call you like crazy and literally beg you to get a credit card from their bank and when you actually agree to that, later they charge you so much that you regret your decision of even dealing with such a bank who doesn't value its customers and look for ways to defraud them by charging huge amount of money with or without their prior permission. This is nothing else but immoral and unethical behaviour. After making innumerous calls to the customer care and visiting different branches of the bank, wasting so much of my time and energy, i was compelled to file an online complaint as nobody could help me resolve my issues.
      I, a loyal customer of axis bank for the past so many years, would like the authorities concerned to look into the matter and find a solution to my problem which is justifiable for both o[censored]s and refund the excess charged amount to my account and also cancel my lien.

        Hai sir/ madam
        ... Dueto this covid 19. I could not pay emi loans from march. So i have applied moratorium for march to may. And again i decided to continue moratorium so i have applied for june month. And also moratorium facility is availed web message received on that day when i apply. Though the bank as charged 295 rupees unnecessarily on this month 11 th july. When i speak with customer care they did not give proper response to me. Still not resolved. I need my money. Pls give refund to my account.

          Dear sir,

          This is inform you that i have a edc machine of axis bank ltd.
          And a current a/c no. Also. My a/c no. Is [protected]
          I have a edc machine and machine is also not doing work properly. I made a complaint many times on your call center numbers but they didnt do any thing. I have so many lose of transactions many time because of machine working problem. So at the end i decided to close the a/c and machine after complainding so many times. Despite of many reminder and call they didnt replay me and i wamt to surrebder mu machine..

            want to convert single account to joint

            Hi
            This is deepinder singh, i have an axis bank ac at sec-16, noida. I want to convert sole ac to joint and for that i visited sec-15, rohini branch. On the first go they said your ac is salary firstly it has to converted to regular and for that they took 4 days.
            Secondly again i visited at branch and then they said your wife is nominee in this ac so it need to be removed. They should have told this earlier but they didn't....

            Hai already i am in moratorium period. Since the month of june. Even my amount 295 debited from my account. When i am checking. I am shocked. Without proper knowledge. How can u take. Even single rupee is to earn hard. U just taken amount easily.. Pls refund my account

            Still not resolved my complaint.last month notary office send to me mail that loan deferred from June to August 31 st .then y y put charge as 295 .pls resolve my query
            Even I am being moratorium period .then y u charged me against consolidated charge of loan cc EMI 295 rupees .

              You guy are deducting rs. 100 every month. Without me having any card or anything. This is a clear overcharge and if i say fraud, it wont be a wrong thing to say

                The give me job offer, the got money from me, along 8000 rs, but i request refund amount, but the say wait for 7 r 10 days to refund, but i complaint on mail, but i don't reach any replay mail from that axis bank career, the asking another 8000 rs, soo only i cancel my job req, just i asking for refund, i send ya image of our payment

                  We recently opened an account with Axis Bank and applied for a normal debit card.Account number:653310, Old washermenpet branch.Till now we haven't received anything (welcome letter, cheque book/ debit card, pin number) from the bank.We received only two messages from Axis, first one for account activation and next one is Rs.1770 debit message.When we enquired in the branch, (Mr. Dhanasekar) was not responding properly. They never care about our money. no value for customer service. Simply saying we are activated demat account, Rs.1770 debited for dp charges and need check with customer care.We explained that the savings account opened not dp. Later they said it was deducted for an international debit card.We never applied for such a card, and received nothing from the bank.
                  Kindly escalate to the necessary team to take action regarding this matter and requesting to help me to get my money back.The Bad thing is there is no mail for indian customer support.

                      Dear sir
                      I would like to inform you that I have a S/B account in Axis bank. Tolichowki branch.
                      The bank has deducted the consolidation charges Rs. Rs.5282.10 on 11/7/20, where as I have not taken any other services like New Cheque book, New debit card or even replaced with new card nor any other valued added services except sms alerts since I opened my account,
                      I not even received a single call from Axis bank relationship manger or staff for the services they used to provide since i opened a account in tolichowki.
                      In Fact I recommended my friends to open the account in the bank because of good relation with Akbar, Srikanth but I never expected this will happen to me.
                      Every month the bank has levied the charges.
                      In this Covid conditions every single rupee is so much valuable.
                      The bank knows that I have only Rs.5800+ in my account. How come they will deduct total amount and show my account in negative balance.
                      By knowing that I have the balance in my acc. I swiped at stores and petrol bunks. it was an embarrassing situation I faced at stores and petrol bunks because of axis bank.
                      Before I take further action in this regard
                      I request axis bank to refund my charges and credit my account with Rs.5282/-

                          Dear sir/madam,
                          Till yesterday i'm a loyal axis bank customer. My name is ribu moni bora, my place is guwahati, assam and my bank branch is in maligaon guwahati. Yesterday approx 6 pm i got a notification that a consolidated charge is deduct from my axis bank account of rupees 1015 and gst % xtra. I tried to call and know what the charges about with your online customer executive but they are not able to give me the ans about is. Moreover today morning i got a ring from [protected]. He asked my account details and ensure me that he will refund my 1015 rs which debited due to some other application starts thats why. I already recorded all the things he said to me. I surprised that without any details i gave to him how do he know all of my details.
                          If it is from your side than its ok and refund my money back. Or if it is from any third party and i won't get my money back than it will take me to take my own decision.

                          Kindly look after it as soon as possible.

                                  Hi i have salary account in axis bank & when i checked my balance they have deducted 2000 rs from my account written as consolidated charges. Plz help me to get my money back, these banks are deducting innocent peoples money from their accounts without telling peoples.

                                  If i ask them they said cheque bounce. How can they try to deduct money when morotorium applied? Attaching moratorium details

                                    Hi, i'm a axis bank customer, in june 2020, axis bank charged me consolidated charges of rs 428.86/- and gst 77.19/- and

                                    This month ie july again i got charged amount of rs 1639.64/- and gst rs 295.14/-.
                                    Seriously this is not fair and when i opening asap account they didn't mentioned any charges related to asap account, what are consolidated charges and why these axis bank rubbing on our heads, i want my money back, this is not a joke right, please take serious action, thank you

                                      I received a message from axis today about the consolidated charges which are for auto debit failure and cheque return. I have availed moratorium already on all loan account. I don't know anything about cheque. I just don't understand why you people keep charging me on my account. I am using this account since more than 2 years you guys have charged a lot. I need complete details about the all the consolidated charges and refund too. And one more thing this is a salary account which means zero balance account so i don't want any explanation saying that it's for account maintenance charges
