My credit /Debit cards blocked, unable to use NetBanking, no way for reaching customer care and I am always getting creditcard reminders inspite of paying 75% of the amount.

No response from Customer Care, No response from Twitter DM all the email of they give us invalid ...For getting the unpaid EMI they send representative to doorstep but to clear a lien amount I am making 20 to 30 calls.

By CIBIL is getting hitted and if irresponsible has another name it should be axis bank customer care

    Axis bank is just fooling the customer and nothing else. As mentioned to me that there will be no charges for the credit card if there are no due's and if i dont use it.

    But somehow today, i got the message of debit amount of 590/- from my savings account linked to my credit card (Which i dont use and i dont have any due's pending)

    See to it asap.

      305 rupees have been debited from my account, on talking to customer care they told it's towards my credit card. But i have already paid for my credit card.

          I am trying to login to my axis net banking, but now it's showing invalid user credential all the time. But my login id is exactly same as the 9 digit code displayed on my checque book. Please resolve the issue.

            This is manikandan,

            Here i want to report the fake job from axis bank.

            Some of the fraudsters using the reputed organization name "axis bank", asked for money to offer the job. Fraudsters using the name of axis bank, and also create some fake mail id and all which looks real as axis bank's mail id domain, from which they sent fake offer and ask for money to releasing offer letter.

            Whatsapp business account number : [protected]

            These fraudsters should be investigated and proper action should be taken against them which lets them not to do again.

            Please take action on them.

              Thus is sushma chaudhary from karnal haryana. My account is in axis bank mall road. I issued a credit card and took a loan. My monthly installment was around 5700. But the amount which is being cut from my account every month is around 7500. I called customer care also but no one resolve it. This is my request to please update me with my credit card deduction amount and also give me the reason why it is being cut more than my fix emi. Hoping for an favourable action.                   I was trying to renew my website domain and there has been a lot of delay in otp generation by axis bank. When i submit for resend otp, then they release the first requested otp & the transaction fails. Further, to raise any complaint, their toll-free number says you don't have sufficient balance to make this call. And now the otp's and vbv requested today came & disappeared from my mobile. Didn't understand how could that happen?

                          I went to the axis bank atm card.
                          I was having axis bank atm card and i put the atm card in the money and it didn't comes out from the atm. On screen it comes collect your card but card did not comes out from machine.
                          And amount 40000 debited from the account 4 times ten thousand (10000). I complain to the customer care of axis bank till now no action is taken please help me

                            Myself (Durga shankar das) have deposited rs:75000 to open a new accont on 16th june 2020 as advised by axis banker "mr srikanta mandal" (Baghajatin branch) to open a prestige account minimum balance is required more than 50000 and account will be opened within 4-48 hrs, where as after several physical follow ups (5 times) and interference by bank manager mr. "pinaki sen" anyhow my account opened on 26th june 2020 till the time the money is deducted from my other bank account and no trace abut the same. Since then till now i have not received any passbook, welcome kit even after several request also not received instant check book. This bank has no facility to withdraw money through withdrawal slip. When in urgent requirement i asked the bank i got reply from bank manager he can transfer fund from my own accent to another account but for these also i have to go physically and do some paper work. Is it the way of service provide by a bank? I am suffering from chest pain and physically not well and in these situation i am also not able to withdraw my own money. So i request the forum and owner of these forum to take some necessary steps the mental and physical trouble i am facing and to close the account after transferring all my fund to my old accont in another branch with out any deduction.

                                I did a transaction on Easypay payment gateway on SDMC website on June 28th 2020 using Phonepe. Transaction ID from Phonepe is P2006282038091697622128.

                                The payment succeeded on phonepe but failed at easypay end. I got the following message.

                                This page can't be displayed. Contact support for additional information.
                                The incident ID is:[protected]
                                The Event ID is:[protected].

                                The amount was debited from my account and still hasn't been reverted. What needs to be done in this case?

                                  Daily i am getting 6-7 times calls from axis bank. I have priority customer account of axis bank.
                                  But due to these calls i am getting harassed mentally. They called me bad timings like when i am sleeping, so its disturbing also.

                                  Can you please register complain against spam calls, so i would live happy.

                                      I purchased a tv from flipkart using axis bank debit card on 6 installment.
                                      My last installment should be deducted in april 2020. April, may gone but bank did not deducted the installment amount. I did not requested for moratorium, why bank is not deducting the last installment amount. Without intimation o[censored]ser can a bank set a moratorium period and charge interest for those period.
