I have a loans from other banks every month the EMI is deducted through AXIS only past this 3 months i had applied for moratorium for loans till Aug 2020,
but bank is charging every month 500Rs per loan.so i have 3loans so chargs is 1500/- + GST, as per RBI GUIDE LINES that should not be charged,
so kindly refund me the amout

Hi, please note that moratorium is only a deferment of the installment to be repaid and not a concession or waiver with respect to repayment. However, there will be a levy of interest at the applicable rate of interest of the loan for the period of EMI moratorium on the loan outstanding. The residual tenure of the loan would be extended to the extent of the applicable moratorium period.       Unbeknownst to me the money had been wrongly taken from my account by ECCP Assistant Service on[protected]. The amount is Rs. 1699. So I ask you to refund my wrongly taken money and credit it to my bank account.

          Hi,

          My name is sumanya reddy narahari. I have submitted a request for salary account with axis bank in hyderabad on june 17, 2020 and the next day an agent has collected the documents. I was promised the account will get activated in 3 working days but it has been a week now.
          I have already submitted the account details in my office which were provided in the instant kit.
          I would request the account to be activated as soon as possible.

              Last 3 months i'm continuously following up with axis bank for various issues facing in services. But no one is ready to resolved the issues (3 times i'm visiting branch, 13 emails, 9 toll free calls) but yet not resolved the issue.
              - axis bank is charging consolidation charge rs. 590/-, x 2 times
              - annual fees charged 590/- + late fees
              - charged extra emi +late fees for non payment
              And now continuously charging the late fee too..

                I have noticed that the amount of rs. 1899/- have been debited from my axis account to one assist services without my permission.
                Please deactivate and cancel the subscription for my axis visa card ending with 0487
                Hence, cancel the subscription and refund the same into my account. My relationship no. Is 6950464
                I am waiting for deletion of this service and also refund of rs. 1899/-

                      We have been charged Rs.7080 as processing fee for renewal of loan where we have informed that we would be closing the account on time and have closed the same.

                      Loan Opening date - 30 June 2015
                      Submitted for closure - 25 May 2020
                      Processing fee Charged for renewal - 26 May 2020

                      We have informed the same to the manager on time but now they have informed that, since loan account is closed the fee cant be returned. This is a fraud and we have clearly informed the manager and the rep who called not to renew.

                      How can bank charge without out customer approval ? This needed to be escalated!!

                      I NEED MY MONEY BACK.

                        Hi sir/maam

                        This is to inform you that i have not received my credit card for the application which approved on 10 march. I am writing this letter to request you to please close my account or dispatch my credit card else no one should be given any kind of authorization to use my card in any case.

                        I dont any customer id / card pin to access my statements i am not block card as i don't have full card details i can not access axis mobile app without generating card pin.

                        Its been almost 3 month 15 days i am following up axis customer care/emails/ raising complaints / complaining on consumer forum
                        No action taken.

                        I request you to kindly close my account with your bank. Your immediate action against this letter will be highly appreciated. If you have any questions related to this problem, feel free to contact me.

                          I have applied for open an nro account in early march. I have submitted appication along all required documents. Thereis no any requirement pending, however my account is not being oppened. I called several times and sent many emails but invain. Why this much delay?? Can you resolve this?

                                Today i have received msg from axis bank mandate reference no. Is issued to bse limited with value of 50000 and frequency adhoc is received today for processing my account no. I have call customer care axis bank and customer care axis direct but no one knows what is this. Can you please help me with this issue screen shot attached.

                                    Hi Axis Bank,

                                    I have transferred 800rs money on 22nd May 2020 through Phonepe UPI. Money got deducted from my account but recipient didn't receive it yet. I also raised a complaint but didn't get any response from that as well they said money deducted and it's transferred to SBI bank. But the recipient doesn't have an account in SBI. Please look into this matter and resolve this ASAP.

                                      I cancelled a product and refund was initated from amazon.

                                      The refund procedure started on 18th may 2020.. But till today i. E 17th jun 2020 the refund amount has not been transfered yet.

                                      The refund is processed by amazon with reference

                                      I called amazon they confirmed the refund is processed to bank so contact your bank.

                                      Kindly process the refund amount on prior basis.

                                        My name is s s v s n k pallam raju. My qualification is m. A., m. L., and i am a practicing advocate. I have a sb account at axis bank ltd, edarapalli branch bearing account no: [protected].
                                        Your bank illegally debted the amounts on my account as follows:
                                        1. On 11.4.2020 debted rs215/-
                                        2. On 17.5.2020 debted rs.150/- plus gst rs.27/-
                                        3. On 13.6.2020 debted rs.100/- plus gst rs 18/-
                                        So, please credited the said amounts to my account, as the bank un-necessarily debted the amounts.
