Date of deduction - 5th june 2020...

For the past three years almost all days atleast 3times i'm getting calls regarding free credit card offer... Pls stop those calls...

This is regarding the updation of details in my nri account with axis bank (Villupuram-tamilnadu branch)

I had been continuously contacting the axis branch manager via mail id given by the customer support of axis bank, for updating my visa details, nominee updation, address updation & mail id update.

The manager never responds. When i contact the customer support again, they again...

Deducting more amount from customer can i expect help from RBI.
i dont have job now this bank is charging more now myaccount balance is zero....

Sir i have an saving account in your bank under named gurwinder singh s/o nirmal singh. I went to home branch. A employee cashier misbehaved with me in too much rude way. He says 'no' to deposit cash in my account he misbehave with me before this 2-3 times. But i never said anything to him. But last time his behaviour was very bad and he insulted me. Kindly take any type of legal action on him and tell him not to bring his personal issues...

I got sms saying you will receive debt card from axis express courier.. With pin number but courier guy couldn't make to given address and to my surprise i received message from service saying delivery cancelled with your axisbank express package with awb[protected] has been marked for cancellation. Share the code 8319 with our executive to confirm cancellation.

A deduction of rs 540 (Brn-pymt-card-[protected]) is done from my account without prior information and there is no intimation of this deduction as well.

Please refund it, wht is that deduction for?

Dear sir/ mam please take a strong action for axis bank limited. They cheat with me. When i want to drop job then nobody getting any response to me, but then bank realise that's in this lockdown how can pay salary to me then they terminated me and amount of rs 1227/- debited for full and final recovery from my salary account without any sms/email. Fraud callar mobile number [protected]. Ilegal transaction was happening on 13 may 2020....

I have done atm withdrawal at hebbal kempapura. For 5000rs. But i have received only 4500rs with 500*9 notes. I don't understand how this happened. I need to get back my 500rs back. I used to work in a company so they opened a savings account for me. I missed two payments for my credit card since my old card expired (Feb-2020) and new card never reached me due to covid-19 situation. I couldn't pay the bill online and visited the nearby branch (Koramangala) who refused to help and asked me to go to my home branch.

And phone banking support was also not available from day 1 of lockdown. Even small banks were providing limited call support except...
