I had applied for personal loan so one of your executive call me 27/5/2020 at 11.27am he asked me about my salary i told him about my salary than suddenly he told me to hold on and disconnect the call and did not call me back, this is not a way to talk to the customer.
Please take some strict action on that executive person....

Today on 26th May 2020, I got direct messages between 1:36 PM and 1:58 PM of debit on my account which was 8000, 100, 100 and 7999 without any OTP. I called the Axis bank customer service and got my card blocked. I went to my nearest Axis bank branch as well but didn't get a clear reply that how that thing happened as I know that I haven't been hacked. Dear sir 16 may 2020 KO Mai ticket book kar raha hai ticket book nahi hua aur paisa debit ho gaya irctc ke site pe refund status show kar raha hai ki refund bank KO kar diya par mere account me credit nahi hua...

Amount was deducted but recharge was not received...

Unnecessary deduction every month, without any any prior information or explanation, its happening since many months, cannot take it more, would be changing salary account soon. Not a good service at all....

But after some warning from friends, i paid the full amount ie 13, 997

They have blocked internet banking and credit card.
I asked to unblock credit card as i rely on some payment in credit card.

They (Customer care executive) are saying, they have no authority to unblock credit card

Consolidated charges for axis bank salary account deducted for this quarter 1000/- with 18% tax. Regularly for every quarter only 15rs with tax deduction being done. This why suddenly 1000/- as been deducted.
Please answer for the deduction and refund the amount asap....

The bank is fooling around the customer by not mentioning the additional charges even after continuously asking for the same.

The bank has also deducted the money from my saving account linked with my credit card stating that the bill is not paid even though the bill was paid well in advance before the due date.

I have an axis bank account and there's no emi or transaction scheduled from my account.
But twice there has been a deduction of 40/- and 99/- under the remark (Ecom pur/google) please update us why is this amount debited without any information....

I have tried many times to request online (Internet banking) for "cheque book" and every time its failed, on screen i m getting message...

"your request has failed during processing. Cheque book facility is not available for this type of lien reason code
I don't know why i m getting this error, its really painful to go every time branch which is located far to me,
