I want to cancel the credit cards that i have received and not used. Now, there is no need of the credit cards as i have no interest in that. Please cancel the credit cards provided for me.

    Hi sir/maam

    This is to inform you that i have not received my credit card for the application which approved on 10 march. I am writing this letter to request you to please close my account or dispatch my credit card else no one should be given any kind of authorization to use my card in any case.

    I dont any customer id / card pin to access my statements i am not block card as i don't have full card details i can not access axis mobile app without generating card pin.

    Its been almost 3 month 15 days i am following up axis customer care/emails/ raising complaints / complaining on consumer forum
    No action taken.

    I request you to kindly close my account with your bank. Your immediate action against this letter will be highly appreciated. If you have any questions related to this problem, feel free to contact me.

      Hi Axis,

      You people blocked my 70k from my account. I asked support team they said lien marked on my account for credit card due so amount is freezed.
      Freezed means what if you deducted amount you have to credit that amount to particular account simply blocking is like cheating people.
      I want to release that amount to particular account

          I opened account on 2015,
          Now[protected], my negative balance amount is 10, 000-/- for non-maintenance.. this is open scam / HIGHEST SCAM BY AXIS BANK.

          I have salary account in axis bank from my first company after coming out of company i never used that account and i am went out of state for working. I called customer care to close account. But they told need to come to own branch. I received every time message as your account balance is zero and now also came like that. Now i am went to branch for asking closing of account they told you have negative balance for not maintaining minimum balance we kept negative balance. I shown my messages they given zero balance. They are told that is our business policy. My friend told that as per rbi no negative balance in savings account. I went another time for showing and closing that account but they told why we need to follow those rules. And we didn't received any instructions like that from our bank so you need to clear negative balance to close it.
          This type of cheating customers and rbi done by axis bank please take action against these type of cheating banks

            Axis bank's aadhar enrollment and update service webpage is down since long time so i asked the customer care office whether i can visit my nearest enrollment branch which is "axis bank, s no 118a, senate sinhagad road, parvati, jaidev nagar, maharashtra 411030" ifsc code: utib0000828 to update my aadhaar details, she said i need to contact this branch. So i called the branch after many attempts and finally got connected to them. The phone desk person told me that they have no idea when the aadhaar service will start. I mean this is the enlisted branch on axis bank website for aadhar card update and they don't know when it will start, this was such an irresponsible answer and no care for customer behaviour from axis bank. If they don't have means to update the aadhar card details why they even have this advertisement on their website.

              What the hell they doing not getting pls reverse my amount in this lockdown time still if they doing like this how a common people will survive sir pls help me and do the needful as soon as possible.

                  बार बार कन्सोडिलेटेड चार्ज के नाम पैसा काटा जा रहा है, जो उचित नहीं है ।मजबूरन मुझे लीगल फोरम में शिकायत दर्ज कराना पड़ेगा।इस आपदा के समय में इस तरह की संवेदनहीनता मानवता के नजरिए से उचित नहीं है।

                    What an absolute let down this bank is. I opened account hoping i will get good service but now the amount they are charging every month as consolidated charges is mind boggling last 2 months 4000+ rupees and the trend continues this month my balance is -7400 which are just charges. Wow i have no credit card or any credit connection with this looting bank. I called banker he says this are charges like seriously? 4000, 7000 charges every month? I asked break down he says deposit charges hai like seriously 7k deposit charges for deposits not more than 2lc.. What a let down i would clearly say this bank is absolute let down and charges are just beyond pathetic. They charge you money like no other bank

                      Did you all know that axis bank is the most unsafe bank? Let's consider a situation where a customer pays you to your bank account in exchange for a service and then after having the received the service, the customer felt like he wants his money back to cheat you. All the customer has to do is contact axis bank and a lien would be put on that money basically meaning that the money is accessible to you and axis bank does not even bother to notify you about it. They can simple put lien without notifying you. And therefore, your money that you thought belongs to you is at the mercy of axis bank

                        IRCTC Refund not credited

                        Hi team,

                        My train tickets got cancelled due to covid 19 and from irctc they refunded the money to my axis bank account but it's not yet credited. And the transaction i'd is [protected] / [protected] so take necessary action and give me the refund credited on my account.

                        I was having axis bank edc machine n hold current a/c in same bank, we we're not using edc machine past 2 yrs.. Now thy deducted 8850rs as annual fee.. I went directly to bank n complaint given but thy said there will contact number behind edc machine u cal tat number n giv complain.. But now i lost my edc machine how to complain i don't no.. Thy have deducted 8850 rs not kept in reserve.. How do i get my amount back, can anyone pls help me in this pandemic situation

                          I am trying to login to my mobile app but when i do so it says generic failure... Unable to send sms. At present i am in uae and am in great problem. Though i can receive sms on my registered mobile number here too.

                            All balance was debited from my axis account without any prior notice last month. After lots of mail and calls they told me that we will send you the dd for the amount to you home address however its been a month i haven't received any dd and when i ask them they told me that in this covid situation we are not able to delivered it. I sent them 15 20 mails for follow up as all the services are open now they send me the same copy paste mail every. They are not even ready to listen to me.

                            In this covid situation i'm also facing many issue and they taken all my money without any notice. I ask them to provide some other solution like transfer the amount to a different amount or adjust the amount with the credit card which was link to the account but they never replied.

                            They send notice for cc payment and to buy loan why can't they send us the prior notice before debiting any amount from our account.

                              Given this carona situation i am stuck in different country, since axis bank compounded my interest drastically, i tried to deposit my savings account with required amount to pay my credit card, they now say my savings account is marked lean and i cannot use funds i deposited to pay my credit card, and being stuck in other country and given the situation axis bank is telling if you want this resolved go to a physical bank and fill some form and follow. All i want is take the money i deposited in my savings account and clear off my credit card payment due

                                  I have used my AXIS Bank ATM card on 2nd jun 2020 03:31 PM at TMB ATM, Tiruchengode Namakkal Dt. When I was using my card to withdraw the amount of Rs. 10, 000/-, I got the receipt with the message "TEMPORARILY UNABLE TO PROCESS" and when i checked the balance, the amount of Rs. 10, 000/- was debited from my account (Axis Bank : [protected]).

                                  On the same day, I raised a complaint with AXIS Customer Care Support team and the request no :SAK[protected] for the above issue and the Support Executive confirmed that the amount will get reverted within 24 hrs.
                                  Then the amount of Rs.10000 was credited on 3rd jun 2020. But immediately the amount (Rs.10, 000) was debited automatically from the account without my knowledge.

                                  Please revert the amount as early as possible. And also kindly do let me know, how can the amount get debited on 3rd June without my knowledge.

                                      Axis bank — harassment calls for credit card recovery

                                      I am getting 50-60 calls every day to make payment, i had clearly said them that i don't have job to make payment but they don't understand, and trying to fool me... Mentally harassing me too much.. I am frustrated from these calls, these small recovery agencies don't follow rules i am getting calls from this number nowadays[protected], take action and stop asking for money, i will pay once i have or else i file complaint for mentally harassing me amd see you in court.
