Dear sir/madam,
This is regarding the updation of details in my nri account with axis bank (Villupuram-tamilnadu branch)
I had been continuously contacting the axis branch manager via mail id given by the customer support of axis bank, for updating my visa details, nominee updation, address updation & mail id update.
The manager never responds. When i contact the customer support again, they again direct me to the branch manager. Screenshots enclosed.
Regarding the mail id update, the customer support says that its been changed successfully. But really it is not changed. I have enclosed a screenshot where it refuses for the new mail id to be registered. (Old mail is [protected]@gmail.com; new mail is anbarsn. [protected]@gmail.com). I'm still getting notifications on my old mail id (Screenshot enclosed)
Regarding the visa update, i also tried online options which never goes through. Then i raised service request 60799700 through customer support. They closed the service request without updating.
Please help me resolve this issue for updating all the mentioned details.

Complaint marked as Resolved This complaint was never resolved. The AXIS bank customer support neither mailed me nor called me.
My complaints were:
Mail id update
Nominee update
Address update
Visa update
I checked all the above once again, as the complaint was marked resolved. But no change was there. Nothing updated. I have never seen such a worst customer support.
Axis Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
