I had chose emi moratorium but bank is charging 599 extra for unpaid charges??? Please return this charge and follow rbi guidance.

    The bank is fooling around the customer by not mentioning the additional charges even after continuously asking for the same.

    The bank has also deducted the money from my saving account linked with my credit card stating that the bill is not paid even though the bill was paid well in advance before the due date.

    A deduction of rs 100 (Brn-pymt-card-[protected]) is done from my account without prior information and there is no intimation of this deduction as well.

    I've paid all bills and charges before or on time always. Still such deductions are being done.

        I have a savings account in axis bank ac — [protected] during lockdown i am not able to maintain minimum balance and now bank charged me 228rs on 11/4/2020. No minimum charges during lockdown says finance minister but bank employee says that rbi rules are not applicable on private banks only sbi is forced to do not charge the minimum balance charges.
        And how can a savings account balance go in to negative?

          Hi,
          I have been holding an account with axis bank for 4 years. I didn't need any banking activities due to ongoing lockdown for past few months. I logged into my account after a gap of 2months and suddenly see charges worth rs 1773 and my balance is in negative, too. This has happened without any intimation msg and no details of charges are provided. This is preposterous and i can't even step out to go to the branch risking my life. Your helpline is also not working due to covid situation. Stop this harassment and reply asap.

                  Hello all,

                  I regret to say axis bank doesn't care of it customers hence they loose out on the compitition, yes i will speak in detail,

                  I had a credit card which was given even when i wasnt ready to take... As it was a salaried basis... However i used it once long back just swiped once ages back.. And i forgot to pay... Which was a very small amount of 2k... Years past i don't receive any notification that i had to pay from the bank... Not even a letter to my address... It's been almost 6 years now... And i noticed my sibil is bad... Due to this... Y wasn't i notified... However i took the initiative to go to the bank and pay the outstanding amount... Which was another hassle as i dint have any card information with me... At last wandering around the banks different branches found my credit card number... Paid the complete amount through check on 16th may 2020... Giving it a week... Since then again i'm going to different branches to receive an noc to state i finished the payment... Bank branches say noc is not issued here pls go different branch go there same issues... Spoke to branch managers as well... They say call the customer care... If i call them they say call from registered number... It's been ages dont they get the point i dont use the number or even my old email addresses all i damn have is the credit card number and customer id... I am not able to join my job and coz i'm not able to provide the noc... I'm exuasted and heading towards depression... First they dont notify me and make me pay the huge interest... It's ok i paid as it's my fault... But now noc and im not able to join my job... Coz im not able to provide noc... How hard is it for a reputed bank to act this manner and not help its customers.. I highy recommend people to not ise axis bank services... I will also head this eith different portals so that people know how the bank traeats its customers... From one branch to another wait hours and get no proper response... All i need is the damn noc... How card guys can it be... I do not use my old number or email... Being educated employees dont the bank understand such simple theory!

                        Dear sir/madam,

                        This is regarding the updation of details in my nri account with axis bank (Villupuram-tamilnadu branch)

                        I had been continuously contacting the axis branch manager via mail id given by the customer support of axis bank, for updating my visa details, nominee updation, address updation & mail id update.

                        The manager never responds. When i contact the customer support again, they again direct me to the branch manager. Screenshots enclosed.

                        Regarding the mail id update, the customer support says that its been changed successfully. But really it is not changed. I have enclosed a screenshot where it refuses for the new mail id to be registered. (Old mail is [protected]@gmail.com; new mail is anbarsn. [protected]@gmail.com). I'm still getting notifications on my old mail id (Screenshot enclosed)

                        Regarding the visa update, i also tried online options which never goes through. Then i raised service request 60799700 through customer support. They closed the service request without updating.

                        Please help me resolve this issue for updating all the mentioned details.

                        This complaint was never resolved. The AXIS bank customer support neither mailed me nor called me. My complaints were: Mail id update Nominee update Address update Visa update I checked all the above once again, as the complaint was marked resolved. But no change was there. Nothing updated. I have never seen such a worst customer support.

                        This complaint was never resolved. The AXIS bank customer support neither mailed me nor called me.

                        My complaints were:
                        Mail id update
                        Nominee update
                        Address update
                        Visa update

                        I checked all the above once again, as the complaint was marked resolved. But no change was there. Nothing updated. I have never seen such a worst customer support.

                            Sir i have an saving account in your bank under named gurwinder singh s/o nirmal singh. I went to home branch. A employee cashier misbehaved with me in too much rude way. He says 'no' to deposit cash in my account he misbehave with me before this 2-3 times. But i never said anything to him. But last time his behaviour was very bad and he insulted me. Kindly take any type of legal action on him and tell him not to bring his personal issues with customer of bank.

                                  I have got personal loan from axis bank.
                                  My loan number is PPR[protected].
                                  I have been applying for moratorium for past three months but my request is not updated and emu is being debited all the months . I have discussed regarding this to many executives but simply no steps taken.

                                  I would like to avail moratorium for June, July and august.

                                    Hello,

                                    I am Amit Kumar and I am regretting my decision of choosing Axis bank as my salary account .

                                    I have left my company in 2019 and there were very few transactions in this account . Perhaps, I don't even use this account now, not at all . I was about to withdraw my PF amount but If didn't have a cheque book so I called Axis bank and asked them to provide me cheque book but they replied that I have a lien Balance of - 5 hundred something and I thought may be it's a negative balance and it will get cleared once I credit this much amount but again after few days I get this message that 434 has been deducted from your Axis bank account and then again I called Axis Bank and asked them the reason behind this and they replied just because you never maintained a min. balance of 10k you have been charged since 2019 and you have 5 thousand something as lien Balance . Can you believe that ### ? This is completely fraud. The Customer service rep also said that lien Balance is due to some LOAN you have taken from bank . I was like I have never took a LOAN from this bank and now what kind of ### stories she is making ? This is ridiculous . Either the rep is not well knowledgeable about the process or the bank is fraud . Now they saying I have to pay 5k something and then maintain a balance of min 10k so that you won't be charged again . During this Covid-19 situation each and every penny matter and now you have to pay 5k something to this bank who never informed you that you have been charged this and you have this much amount as lien Balance. I request you all to close your account in Axis bank. They are fraud. I'm suffering and no one is there to help . The service is pathetic .

                                      My name is ashish currently living in ghaziabad on 26th may 2020 my account is debited with rs 10, 500 via debit card atm withdrawal (Which i didnt authorized).

                                      When i checked the mini statement i found out cash is withdrawn from atm somewhere in lucknow. As i was in ghaziabad at that point and during this whole process my debit card was with me. Immediately i called customer care firstly some guy talked and and written the wrong complaint.

                                      Again i have to call customer care this time luckly my report is written correctly and on my request they blocked my debit card and asked me to go swipe my card to confirm my location (Complain no.[protected]. Which i did also he asked me to visit nearest branch to file a dispute which i did on 27th may 2020 and again given me new complain no i. E 60774305.

                                      Now on 27th may 2020 i got message your complain no. 60799013 is resolved and they credited temporary amt of 10500 in my account which i cant use during investigation period.

                                      On 1st june the temporary amt 10500 credited to my account got debited again.

                                      I dont know whats gong on now... And what to do..
                                      I got robbed and there is no explanation to it.

                                        Hi team,

                                        I got sms saying you will receive debt card from axis express courier.. With pin number but courier guy couldn't make to given address and to my surprise i received message from service saying delivery cancelled with your axisbank express package with awb[protected] has been marked for cancellation. Share the code 8319 with our executive to confirm cancellation.

                                        Very poor courier service and tracking system.. Axis bank should improve when dealing with 3rd party services.. Now i don't have any details to track or complain
