This is neelam gujarati. I am writing this email pertaining to my axis credit card. due to the outbreak of covid-19 virus and lockdown in india, there was a delay in credit card payment & i closed my axis bank account in january 2020 itself so due to that reason i wasn't able to pay it through axis bank.
I was unaware of the fact that i can do the payment through other banks.
Total charges: rs.4845 from january 2020 till may 2020
Amount debited as per month (Late payment charges, gst, debit interest)
January 2020: rs. 749
February 2020: rs. 738
March 2020: rs. 131
April 2020: rs. 766
May 2020: rs. 2461
In total: rs. 4845
So in this reference, its my humble request for the reversal of the above mentioned charges (Late payment charges, debit interest, gst etc).
If you see my transaction history, i have never fail to do the credit card payment, but this time due to the current pandemic situation i am able to do the payment. i hope you understand my problem and will help me with this.
Note: my credit card is on temporary block since last 2 months, so on what basis these charges are being applied on my card??

Axis Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
now i have left the job, now they are telling me minimum balance 10, 000/-. and bank debited consildated charges from march2020 almost 2500/-
