      Unnecessary deduction every month, without any any prior information or explanation, its happening since many months, cannot take it more, would be changing salary account soon. Not a good service at all.

        To whomsoever it may concern,
        I am quite displeased with an unknown deduction of amount rs
        885 from my axis bank saving account. Firstly i never opened a demat account, secondly without my information this transaction should not have happened. If i call axis bank they don't have any solution to this. It is a false transact and i won't let it happen. I never opened a demat account. Please revert back the deduction money. Axis bank is totally disappointing. I mean it. So many hidden charges. Is this why people save their little money and trust banks? I just can't understand.

        Hope to get your reply asap.

          My registered phone number is [protected].
          I applied for moratorium for credit card bill for april.
          But after some warning from friends, i paid the full amount ie 13, 997

          They have blocked internet banking and credit card.
          I asked to unblock credit card as i rely on some payment in credit card.

          They (Customer care executive) are saying, they have no authority to unblock credit card
          Reason: actually moratorium is applied, it will be unblocked if i pay may month credit bill earlier.

          This is totally unfair. I have paid credit card bill completely without moratorium.
          How come they block credit card
          I have send mail also, but this people without reading mail have send me another mail, how to apply for moratorium.
          Cheating fellows. Poor service

            Consolidated charges for axis bank salary account deducted for this quarter 1000/- with 18% tax. Regularly for every quarter only 15rs with tax deduction being done. This why suddenly 1000/- as been deducted.
            Please answer for the deduction and refund the amount asap.

                It is stated that in 2018 i have taken personal loan amounting rs.3, 00, 000/- against loan term original 60 month and emi of rs.6979/- (Each) @ 14.50 % as interest. After that in 2019 the interest rate was decreased as 13.50 % for delhi police personnel, but neither the bank inform me nor my interest was decreases. I have paid 26 emi i. E. Rs.1, 81, 454/- till may, 2020 and balance is show rs. 1, 93, 275/-. Now 34 emi has been left.

                You are requested to check my loan a/c and to go through my case seriously; otherwise i have to approach higher authorities/banking ombudsman (Banking lokpal).

                  As per my request raised on 07/05/2020 with reference number 60589825 to downgrade my card from axis bank select credit card to flipkart axis bank credit card card is due since 7th may, 2020.

                  I have already shared all the details with your team via email regarding address and have already accepted all terms and conditions and annual fee for the flipkart axis bank credit card card.

                  I have sent multiple reminders regarding the same. An amount of rs.3000 annual fee + rs.540 gst has been posted as unbilled amount on my account. I have made my requests timely & will not be paying any annual fee for select credit card.

                    I have called to customer care department. Not getting good respons.

                    Not happy with service with axis bank.

                    Moratorium avail site not working from 1 day.

                    Not recived any mail from bank about emi statment.

                      Hi

                      The bank is fooling around the customer by not mentioning the additional charges even after continuously asking for the same.

                      The bank has also deducted the money from my saving account linked with my credit card stating that the bill is not paid even though the bill was paid well in advance before the due date.

                      A deduction of rs 1473 (Brn-pymt-card-[protected]) is done from my account without prior information and there is no intimation of this deduction as well.

                      I've paid all bills and charges before or on time always. Still such deductions are being done.

                          I have a salary account with your bank and now they have detected amount of rs-500 for consolidation charge. Also detected the amount of rs-1500 without any intimation. Have tried reaching the customer care but no one has responded and also tried for live chat but no one is available to resolve my issue.

                            Amount debited without consent

                            Hello,
                            I have an axis bank account and there's no emi or transaction scheduled from my account.
                            But twice there has been a deduction of 40/- and 99/- under the remark (Ecom pur/google) please update us why is this amount debited without any information....

                              Hello,

                              I have tried many times to request online (Internet banking) for "cheque book" and every time its failed, on screen i m getting message...

                              "your request has failed during processing. Cheque book facility is not available for this type of lien reason code
                              I don't know why i m getting this error, its really painful to go every time branch which is located far to me,

                                  Again axis bank had deducted nearly 500 rupees stating consolidated chargers... Faqeer sale hogaye axis bank wale last month b 500 deduct kare consolidated chargers bolke 100 ya 150 rupees boleto kya hai ki, 500 aisa kaatlere kamine, last time also i had raised a dispute but they didn't even contacted only left a comment to provide registered mobile number... As i'm providing my registered mobile number which is [protected]... Please refund me the amount, if not i'll be closing the account as soon as possible... 😤

                                    I am having axis account since past 8 years, and i am not salaried last 2 years and now. Also my account category scheme type is sbsal. But i am not able to continue with that.

                                    On 11th-apr-2020 my account is debited with 664.18₹
                                    Also on that same day 119.55₹ is debited as gst for the same. And those charages cannot re-credit till now.

                                    So kindly update my account type to 'basic account' (With minimal account balance, and other charges). And take the necessary action for re-credit.
                                    Please let me know if any

                                    Yesterday (20th-may-2020) my friend send me 510₹ from that 300₹ is made as lien amount which is not able withdraw. Kindly do the needful.

                                      I (Vijay pandey) having account in axis bank,
                                      I have made imps transaction today (20 may 2020) for the amount 6010 rs from my axis account to utkarsh small finance bank varanasi

                                      The amount got debited from my account but the beneficiary account is not credited.

                                      I haved checked in transaction status. It is showing status as suspect
                                      We have urgent requirement of money. I request you please coordinate with bank to escalate this issue.
