Hi, i am having a savings account in axis bank d
For the past 2 years. I have been deducted 2200 rs as consolidated charges + 396 as gst from my account. I am in complete shock after seeing my balance, this is happening for the first time for the past 2 years. Please someone help me getting my money back

    Hi, i have zero balance saving account in axis bank they gave me this account because i had a loan in axis bank, from last 3 years i have deposited around 4.7 lacks amount in this account they charged around 4700+ charges from my account written as consolidated charges. Please help me to get my money back, these banks are deducting innocent peoples money from their accounts without telling peoples.

      I have an account with axis bank since 2012. My account was not charged till feb, 2020 for not maintaining minimum balance and my balance for mostly below 10k. But since march 2020 they have started charging me consolidated charges. My account type is savings salary account. Though finance minister had already informed in march-april that all bank account account holders will not be charged for not maintaining minimum account balance for 3 months starting march, april & may 2020. But still this bank has charged me in march 500 plus gst, april 418.20 plus gst & may 896.80 plus gst.

      I want all these charges to be reversed as this are wrongfully charged on my account

          I have done a transfer of certain amount, on 18 may 2020 which got failed and later found that it is in suspect status, i haven't came across this case so far could you please tell me when it be refunded back to my account? I have searched google for a solution finally ended in filing an complaint i have waited for 24 hrs refund haven't happened.. Get me a solution team...

              Axis bank has charged me in name of consolidated charge for recurring deposit. I fail to understand what made them to charge on it as the deposit amount is 1 lakh for one year but in this month in april 2020 they charged rs 50/- + gst and in the previous month they charged 65/- + gst. I want answer from the bank people as they they fail to answer me in this regar

                In this moratorium period, non maintenance balance in account, charges are debited, as per RBI guidelines, in this Moratorium period, having relief benefit aginst on non maintenance ac charges.. kindl look in to this and clarify, request refund the amount.

                  I have opened axis bank salary account when i was in my previous job. I left the organisation an year back. I am even using this account for transactions. My account is converted to savings account without my consent and now axis bank is imposing penalty for non maintenance of minimum balance and the worse case is this is happening when my account is with 0 balance and my current balance is -1000/- which is against rbl guidelines. Request you to look into this.

                    Axis bank has charged me consolidated charges of around 1500 rs in past 2 months for non maintanence of min balance even since finance minister has announced about the waiver of charges

                        Hi I applied for flipkart axis credit card before lockdown and it was aprooved on 17 march. On April 20, 590 rs annual fee was charged to me, even though it is may 20 now I haven't received ny card. Not able to contact the customer care. Please help.

                          We all know that the entire nation is going through lockdown. I have tried my level best to maintain my salary account. However, if the account is not maintained for more than 3 months deductions are made. The last salary i have received is on 4th march, 2020. However, axis bank has deducted 500rs yesterday from my account without any proper intimation or reason as to why. At this lockdown crisis, even 500rs is a high amount for any middle class family.
                          I am seriously dissapointed even after being a loyal customer of axis for more than 6years now. Sorry but ned to opt for kotak i guess who are providing better deals than you guys.

                                    Description of incident - on 17th april 2020 my account balance was rs -140 when deposited rs 25155. I deposited rs 25500 on 8th may 2020 and my account balance became rs 50155 on that day. Today on 17th may 2020, axis bank suddenly deducted rs 6611.56 (Consolidated charges) and rs rs 1190.08 (Gst) i. E. Total rs 7801.64 is deducted from my account suddenly without my knowledge. When i called customer care to ask why this has been deducted they said this is deducted because i didn't maintained my balance. When i asked why my balance was not in shown negative when i deposited amount in last month, they have no reply for that. And now 1 month after i deposited amount to my account suddenly they deducted rs 7801.64 from my account. This is a huge amount for me at this situation. I'm working very hard nowadays to earn money in such situation just to feed my family and these people deducted a huge amount from my account without even sending a single message.

                                    My account balance was not negative when i deposited amount.
                                    1 month after depositing money to my account, they cut rs 7801.64 without any notification to me.

                                      Myself prabal sengupta i have applied flipkart axis bank credit card on 3rd march 2020, after documents collet and verification i got a massage your card is approved (Application id[protected] and deliver within 10 days, after received this message i open flipkart app and show the card, but till now i have not received any credit card.

                                      I have call customer care more time to status my card but they are said no...

                                      Ecpp plan was activated on my card without my permission and charge of 1699 was spent on my credit card. When i submit complaint after 2 month i was informed that my request has been cancelled already and refund is also processed on 8th april but i didn't get any refund. 1699 is not a small amount. And again without resolving complaint it's status is changed as resolved.
