    Again axis bank had deducted nearly 500 rupees stating consolidated chargers... Faqeer sale hogaye axis bank wale last month b 500 deduct kare consolidated chargers bolke 100 ya 150 rupees boleto kya hai ki, 500 aisa kaatlere kamine, last time also i had raised a dispute but they didn't even contacted only left a comment to provide registered mobile number... As i'm providing my registered mobile number which is [protected]... Please refund me the amount, if not i'll be closing the account as soon as possible... 😤

      Hi team,

      I am having axis account since past 8 years, and i am not salaried last 2 years and now. Also my account category scheme type is sbsal. But i am not able to continue with that.

      On 11th-apr-2020 my account is debited with 664.18₹
      Also on that same day 119.55₹ is debited as gst for the same. And those charages cannot re-credit till now.

      So kindly update my account type to 'basic account' (With minimal account balance, and other charges). And take the necessary action for re-credit.
      Please let me know if any

      Yesterday (20th-may-2020) my friend send me 510₹ from that 300₹ is made as lien amount which is not able withdraw. Kindly do the needful.

        Hello sir,

        I (Vijay pandey) having account in axis bank,
        I have made imps transaction today (20 may 2020) for the amount 6010 rs from my axis account to utkarsh small finance bank varanasi

        The amount got debited from my account but the beneficiary account is not credited.

        I haved checked in transaction status. It is showing status as suspect
        We have urgent requirement of money. I request you please coordinate with bank to escalate this issue.

            I am trying to use internet banking but every time I entered my customer is or registered mobile number, it is saying invalid user credentials.

            Here are steps i followed
            1.visited axis bank site
            2. clicked login
            3. first time user ?register
            4. entered customer id or mobile number
            5. website is saying " INVALID USER Credentials"

              Hi,
              My account got freezed on feb 25 2020, when i contacted the bank they said it happened as per the letter received from cyber cell. I need to contact the si who is in gowthra gujrat. I stay in delhi how can i go there. They said investigation is going on. Its almost more then 2 months. I have complained against some trasaction against my credit card because of which this has happened. I have mailed the concerned person but got no response. Please resolve as soon as possible as i am not able to use the fund and i need it.

                The company has wrongly charged my account for rs. 500 plus gst rs. 90 as late payment fees.
                My account already had two major refunds together they were more than the statement amount generated.
                Customer care has been informed and their response was "charged cannot be reversed but we will give 1250 reward points for this instance".

                I want full refund of whatever amount is charged.

                Axis bank person, he told me your account is Zero balance in 2016 July. (Vileparle Branch, Subash ROAD)
                now i have left the job, now they are telling me minimum balance 10, 000/-. and bank debited consildated charges from march2020 almost 2500/-

                  Dear axis bank, myself manoj kumar. And [protected] is my mobile no. Registered with bank account. Firstly ashamed of you for your very poor and bad services. Worst bank. Rbi said that you cannot negative account balance. M complaining regarding this. And 2nd thing it's very terrible time as corona spread all over country. Many people doesn't have money to eat. And your bank charges minimum balance payment. Ashamed of you. M also a poor person. I m doing private job and today suffering from money problem. Really a very bad experience with axis bank.

                    Dear sir/ madam,

                    This is neelam gujarati. I am writing this email pertaining to my axis credit card. due to the outbreak of covid-19 virus and lockdown in india, there was a delay in credit card payment & i closed my axis bank account in january 2020 itself so due to that reason i wasn't able to pay it through axis bank.
                    I was unaware of the fact that i can do the payment through other banks.
                    Total charges: rs.4845 from january 2020 till may 2020

                    Amount debited as per month (Late payment charges, gst, debit interest)

                    January 2020: rs. 749
                    February 2020: rs. 738
                    March 2020: rs. 131
                    April 2020: rs. 766
                    May 2020: rs. 2461

                    In total: rs. 4845

                    So in this reference, its my humble request for the reversal of the above mentioned charges (Late payment charges, debit interest, gst etc).

                    If you see my transaction history, i have never fail to do the credit card payment, but this time due to the current pandemic situation i am able to do the payment. i hope you understand my problem and will help me with this.

                    Note: my credit card is on temporary block since last 2 months, so on what basis these charges are being applied on my card??

                      Axis bank debited 118rs on 16th may from my account in the name of bajajfin_mndtvrfchgs_feb20. When i asked they emailed and told that it was ecs charges by bank.Why you are unnecessarily charging. Please register my complaint and help to resolve it asap.

                            Hi, i am having a savings account in axis bank d
                            For the past 2 years. I have been deducted 2200 rs as consolidated charges + 396 as gst from my account. I am in complete shock after seeing my balance, this is happening for the first time for the past 2 years. Please someone help me getting my money back

                              Hi, i have zero balance saving account in axis bank they gave me this account because i had a loan in axis bank, from last 3 years i have deposited around 4.7 lacks amount in this account they charged around 4700+ charges from my account written as consolidated charges. Please help me to get my money back, these banks are deducting innocent peoples money from their accounts without telling peoples.

                                I have an account with axis bank since 2012. My account was not charged till feb, 2020 for not maintaining minimum balance and my balance for mostly below 10k. But since march 2020 they have started charging me consolidated charges. My account type is savings salary account. Though finance minister had already informed in march-april that all bank account account holders will not be charged for not maintaining minimum account balance for 3 months starting march, april & may 2020. But still this bank has charged me in march 500 plus gst, april 418.20 plus gst & may 896.80 plus gst.

                                I want all these charges to be reversed as this are wrongfully charged on my account

                                    I have done a transfer of certain amount, on 18 may 2020 which got failed and later found that it is in suspect status, i haven't came across this case so far could you please tell me when it be refunded back to my account? I have searched google for a solution finally ended in filing an complaint i have waited for 24 hrs refund haven't happened.. Get me a solution team...

                                        Axis bank has charged me in name of consolidated charge for recurring deposit. I fail to understand what made them to charge on it as the deposit amount is 1 lakh for one year but in this month in april 2020 they charged rs 50/- + gst and in the previous month they charged 65/- + gst. I want answer from the bank people as they they fail to answer me in this regar
