Hi I applied for flipkart axis credit card before lockdown and it was aprooved on 17 march. On April 20, 590 rs annual fee was charged to me, even though it is may 20 now I haven't received ny card. Not able to contact the customer care. Please help.

    We all know that the entire nation is going through lockdown. I have tried my level best to maintain my salary account. However, if the account is not maintained for more than 3 months deductions are made. The last salary i have received is on 4th march, 2020. However, axis bank has deducted 500rs yesterday from my account without any proper intimation or reason as to why. At this lockdown crisis, even 500rs is a high amount for any middle class family.
    I am seriously dissapointed even after being a loyal customer of axis for more than 6years now. Sorry but ned to opt for kotak i guess who are providing better deals than you guys.

        Hi, i have saving account in axis bank & today (17/05/2020) i checked my balance they have deducted 301.40 rs from my account written as consolidated charges. Plz help me to get my money back, they didn't given any information about this. These banks are deducting innocent peoples money from their accounts with out telling peoples.

          Hi, i have saving account in axis bank & when i checked my balance they have deducted 349 + gst rs from my account written as Consolidated Charges. plz help me to get my money back, these banks are deducting innocent peoples money from their accounts without telling peoples

              Description of incident - on 17th april 2020 my account balance was rs -140 when deposited rs 25155. I deposited rs 25500 on 8th may 2020 and my account balance became rs 50155 on that day. Today on 17th may 2020, axis bank suddenly deducted rs 6611.56 (Consolidated charges) and rs rs 1190.08 (Gst) i. E. Total rs 7801.64 is deducted from my account suddenly without my knowledge. When i called customer care to ask why this has been deducted they said this is deducted because i didn't maintained my balance. When i asked why my balance was not in shown negative when i deposited amount in last month, they have no reply for that. And now 1 month after i deposited amount to my account suddenly they deducted rs 7801.64 from my account. This is a huge amount for me at this situation. I'm working very hard nowadays to earn money in such situation just to feed my family and these people deducted a huge amount from my account without even sending a single message.

              My account balance was not negative when i deposited amount.
              1 month after depositing money to my account, they cut rs 7801.64 without any notification to me.

                Myself prabal sengupta i have applied flipkart axis bank credit card on 3rd march 2020, after documents collet and verification i got a massage your card is approved (Application id[protected] and deliver within 10 days, after received this message i open flipkart app and show the card, but till now i have not received any credit card.

                I have call customer care more time to status my card but they are said no...

                Ecpp plan was activated on my card without my permission and charge of 1699 was spent on my credit card. When i submit complaint after 2 month i was informed that my request has been cancelled already and refund is also processed on 8th april but i didn't get any refund. 1699 is not a small amount. And again without resolving complaint it's status is changed as resolved.
                Will i get my refund please i am requesting u this is really troublemaker

                  Deduct consolidated dp charges without any knowledge .why they deduct my money without my information this is so shameful. I am my account in axis bank as a salary account from 2017 to till now. But now I will withdraw my account. I will not tolerate this.

                    विषय:- एक्सिस बैंक एटीएम रोहतक रोड झज्जर से तीन टुकड़ों में फटा हुआ 2000 नोट का निकलने पर उचित कार्यवाही एवं मामले की जांच बारे स्मृति पत्र ।
                    महोदय,
                    उपरोक्त विषय के संदर्भ में आपको दोबारा लिखकर सूचित किया जाता है कि प्रार्थी ने दिनांक 13 मई 2020 को दोपहर 3:3045 बजे रोहतक रोड, झज्जर स्थित एक्सिस बैंक के एटीएम से ₹15000 निकाले थे इस ट्रांजैक्शन के दौरान ₹2000 का एक नोट तीन टुकड़ों में चिपका हुआ निकला था, जिसकी शिकायत तत्काल आपके कार्यालय को मौखिक रूप से मौके पर कर दी गई थी।
                    उपरोक्त शिकायत के संदर्भ में प्रार्थी को दो बार बैंक में बुलाया गया और उक्त नोट को ट्रेस करवाने के बारे कहा गया था मगर इतना वक्त बीत जाने के बाद अब तक कोई रिपोर्ट नहीं आई। महोदय इससे पहले भी लगभग 5 महीने पहले एक ₹500 का नोट इसी प्रकार एटीएम से ट्रांजैक्शन करते वक्त मुझे मिला था । मुझे ऐसा प्रतीत होता है कि इस पूरे मामले में कोई बड़ा घोटाला है। अतः आपसे इस स्मृति पत्र के माध्यम से गुजारिश करता हूं कि मामले की गहराई से जांच की जाए एवं मेरे नोट को बदलवाते हुए दोषियों के खिलाफ उचित दंड हेतु मुख्यालय को अनुशंसा की जाए।

                      Why I am getting this in my online axis bank account I have opened this account one year ago. and also in google pay I am not able to add this number I don't get otp on my registered number and rest of the message comes on same number. There is no proper customer care free number where a person can approach.

                          I did the online transaction by using axis mutal fund mobile app and i have invested 40000 in psu and banking debt fund on 13/05/2020 but amount deducted but units not credited my account, also i raised complaint thru axis mf customer care but still no response, so pls suuport to close the issue at earliest, also their are people suffering from same issue which they have mentioned in play store app.

                            I have used my debit to do a purchase on Ministry of corporate affairs (Ministry of company) for 200 rupees once and 100 rupees once on 8th May 2020.

                            On 13 May 2020, Amount of 47, and 94 were deducted from my account with remarks as TIPS/SCG/NON MCC/08052020/MINISTRY OF COMPANY.

                            How can 94 can be surcharge o tips for 200 rupees purchase. There is no automated message...

                              I have being charged illegal by axis bank credit card though I have made credit card payment on time.

                              On 1st April 2020 I made the axis bank credit card payment from my HDFC account. The due date was 3rd April'20. Still they charged me late payment fees + interest + auto debit bounce.

                              Same thing they did in the month of may 20. I made payment on 2nd May before the due date still they charged me.

                              When I requested them to refund the same they are saying it takes 3-5 days to get neft credit from other bank. Is it possible ? As per my knowledge it takes on 2 hrs maximum.

                              They are looting the customers. Please help.

                                Hi Axis Bank CEO,

                                My account no is Saving account no [protected]

                                My company is having salary account with Axis bank.. where almost all the employees are useless. I have made a complaint related to my money got locked in lien balance by 12th, May, 2020 at Axis bank, Hinjewadi branch, Pune . Spoke to call center twice and they referred credit card department who has locked my amount in lien balance. Credit card department not picking up the phone for the past 2 days and most of the times its busy too.

                                I personally went to Axis bank, Hinjawadi branch, Pune and there they ask me to fill the form to remove the lien from my account and told that you will receive a complaint no on your registered mobile number by today evening i. e on 12th, May 2020. I have still not received any complaint no against my complaint. The person who have registered my complaint had given his visiting card, but his number on card is not in service.
                                In the branch they told me that there is a tat for 7 days. During this time your query will be resolved. Please solve my issue ASAP otherwise I will make the complaint at higher authorities.
