My company is having salary account with Axis bank.. where almost all the employees are useless. I have made a complaint related to my money got locked in lien balance by 12th, May, 2020 at Axis bank, Hinjewadi branch, Pune . Spoke to call center twice and they referred credit card department who has locked my amount in lien balance. Credit card department not picking up the phone for the past 2 days and most of the times its busy too.
I personally went to Axis bank, Hinjawadi branch, Pune and there they ask me to fill the form to remove the lien from my account and told that you will receive a complaint no on your registered mobile number by today evening i. e on 12th, May 2020. I have still not received any complaint no against my complaint. The person who have registered my complaint had given his visiting card, but his number on card is not in service.
In the branch they told me that there is a tat for 7 days. During this time your query will be resolved. Please solve my issue ASAP otherwise I will make the complaint at higher authorities.
