Myself prabal sengupta i have applied flipkart axis bank credit card on 3rd march 2020, after documents collet and verification i got a massage your card is approved (Application id[protected] and deliver within 10 days, after received this message i open flipkart app and show the card, but till now i have not received any credit card.
I have call customer care more time to status my card but they are said no status found and told wait 7 more days.
After that i have use your chat service and chat with agent they told same thing and also told wait for 5 more days, if i'm not received any card then call or chat we are blocked the card and replace the card, but unfortunately the lock down period start and i have not connecting to your customer care.
Few days ago i have received statement via massage and e mail, because i have purchased to flipkart on this card shown on flipkart.
If i am not receive any physical card then how to pay the bill.
Please arrange the card and deliver me as soon as possible.

Updated by Probs Now again another statement is generated and late fee charge add this statement, why you are add late fee. Today I am visited nearest branch but they are not help this matter, what should going on. your bank send sms to my personal number but your customer care and your branch told me your number is not register thats why we are not help you. Please rectify this issue.

The refund has been processed in your credit card account from which the membership fee was charged.
Request you to check your bank statement for refund details.
