In spite of many e-mails my credit card has not been cancelled. Please cancel my credit card. Trying it through Customer support also proved to be useless.

I have been requesting axis bank multiple times to close my account since i am not interested. I have made multiple follow ups in call to customer care, direct visit to nearest branch, and an email. But still axis bank is no where concerned about customers and not even considering any complaints registered. Such a worst services with so called global firm. The bank deducted 581.78 from my savings account and since i have paid all the dues outstanding on my credit card a day before than the due date, no such amount should have been deducted. The due amount had already been settled in the credit card a day before the due date.
