I had around 960 rs in axis ASAP account.
The money was deducted & now I have 0 balance.
The reason for the money deducted is kyc not completed.I'm not able to go to a physical axis Bank branch due to the recent lockdown restrictions.
The account is AXIS ASAP.
I want my money back.Kindly assist with this issue.

I have paid my credit card bill still my lien amount is not released

You guys not replying on emails, neither available over phone. I can't register for netbanking as get error "we are having difficulties processing your request. Please try again later." how, do i talk to some rep from your end??? Please help, all other banks at least supporting for the urgent queries over email, but your not. Please help.

The bank deducted 286 from my savings account and since i have paid all the dues outstanding on my credit card a day before than the due date, no such amount should have been deducted. The due amount had already been settled in the credit card a day before the due date. Customer care service of axis bank credit card is not working for covid-19 but they are looting the money from the customers. Please make sure they refund my amount back.

My account balance of axis bank has been deducted by Rs.3588 by ECOM PUR GOOGLE without my authorization.
Please consider this matter seriously and I want the full refund of my money back.

My account was deducted for Rs 4444 on the name of BRN PYMT CARD from my saving account in Axis Bank. There was no more explanation on the deduction and no prior notification for the deduction. Please help me get my money back.

I lost my Axis debit card before moratorium. I am unable to login for net banking. for all my EMI's and CC bills auto debit. but they maid BNR charges to my account of Rs 1978 /-

I have salary account in axis bank from my first company after coming out of company i never used that account and i am went out of state for working. I called customer care to close account. But they told need to come to own branch. I received every time message as your account balance is zero and now also came like that. Now i am went to branch for asking closing of account they told you have negative balance for not maintaining minimum balance we kept negative balance. I shown my messages they given zero balance. They are told that is our business policy. My friend told that as per rbi no negative balance in savings account. I went another time for showing and closing that account but they told why we need to follow those rules. And we didn't received any instructions like that from our bank so you need to clear negative balance to close it.
This type of cheating customers and rbi done by axis bank please take action against these type of cheating banks.

I have a credit card and its bill is messaged to my mobile no but when I log in to my axis bank app it is not showing my credit card or my bill

In this lock down, Axis Bank Pvt Ltd -IT department location Airoli, Mumbai branch, They are not taking salaries of vendor resources, please help us to make our payment..

I closed my personal loan account on axis bank till 15/03/2020 and also surrender my loan policy.

On date 01/04/2020 i received a sms from hdfc life insurance that payment of inr 2960.09 against policy pp000113 for lan ppr[protected] is credited to axis bank ltd. With utrn n[protected]

But still i have not received my amount please help to give my money back
