    Respected sir.

    I closed my personal loan account on axis bank till 15/03/2020 and also surrender my loan policy.

    On date 01/04/2020 i received a sms from hdfc life insurance that payment of inr 2960.09 against policy pp000113 for lan ppr[protected] is credited to axis bank ltd. With utrn n[protected]

    But still i have not received my amount please help to give my money back

          Axis bank kept levying huge charges on my axis bank account. I required this bank account for important transactions so i didn’t close it. I have paid the consolidated charges but it’s such a shame and no one is ready for refund or taking calls. I paid roughly 8800. I have no clue why i have been charged this huge amount. I have no details. It’s extremely sad we have to agree to everything these private banks ask for

              I am holding salary account with axis bank,
              I have never applied for demat account from axis bank but still dp charges are deducted from my account without information,

              In first year inr 263 got deducted from account and i complaint about same so next 1 year no deduction but again this year in april i got message that inr xxx gor deducted from my account for dp charges,

              Due to lockdown i am not able to go to bank for compalint.

              Please reverse my amount.

                My credit card payment is 3456 rs & due date is 02/05/2020. and i payed this amount on 02/05/2020. but axis bank deduct 173 rs. for this late fee. please do action against Axis Bank. why they foolish people.

                  I have salary account in axis bank from my first company after coming out of company i never used that account and i am went out of state for working. During this covid-19 lock-down period, i was planning to move a part of my saving amount to axis bank account. Hence i was attempting to gain access to my account to discover negative balance in my account. I haven't received any message / mail notification about these deductions. When i called customer care to close account. But the instruction was to visit the home branch, which is illogical during this situation. Even this moment they might be deducting more charges. A friend of mine informed me about the negative balance rule from rbi. I am seriously shocked to know that me as a customer and rbi as a regulator, both have been cheated by axis. Even in the attached transactions, there is no track of deduction and a balance inquiry has give back the negative balance details

                    I withdraw 2000 rs from axis ATM in Shanthi layout Bangalore on may 1st by 11:14 the amount got debited from my IDBI account but from ATM got unable to dispense cash error please have a check and do needful

                      I'm vignesh and i have created a salary account in axisbank at last month. Now i'm unable to do any kind of fund transfer through web/mobile banking and tried to report to service desk multiple times but no luck. Simply they're telling to reach the branch office for this issue. How can i go to bank in this current situation? Then what is the use of having online banking.?

                      Even i tried to create a service ticket through online but no use.

                      I sent few emails to [protected]@axisbank along with error screenshots but still no use.

                      No one there from bank to understand the problem.

                      Now i'm worried that i made a bad decision for choosing this bank.

                      Still I can't do any kind fund of transfer. I reported this issue at March 20, 2020 but still now i didn't get any response/call from axis bank. Not sure that how many days I need to wait to get this fixed.

                          I have my savings account marked dormant probably in november last year; for not initiating any transaction for more than 18 months. When I visited Axis Branch today (april 2020), I was told to pay rs. 6900 (rs. 300 per month for 23 months of no transaction) + 18% GST on top of the negative amount of -720 showing in savings balance.
                          I think there is a mistake as its not as per RBI regulation. I'm looking for solutions. Axis bank please fix this.

                              On 24th march 2020, my daughter had reported a a suspected fraudulent transaction through upi carried out on 13th march 2020 from her #axis_bank savings account for a significant amount of money.

                              The case was not addressed at all and she continued to get some auto-generated mail about the scope of service during covid19. It clearly said fraudulent transaction is something that will be addressed with no action was taken

                              So she again raised the complaint on 13th april. On 18th april, she got a reference no. And was asked to send in a bunch of documents including dispute form. She sent all the required documents on 20th april by replying to the original mail.

                              She now got a mail stating, that she has reached the credit card department and needs to again raise her issues through the support site.

                              She then took this up with the nodal officer on 20th april for no proper resolution being given in one months time.

                              Till date, there has not been any resolution or communication from anyone including the nodal officer.

                              And now, on 30th april 2020, today her debit card got blocked without either any information to her or her consent.

                              On calling the tolled customer service no, she is informed that at neither can the card be unblocked nor can a new card be issued to her now

                              The customer service agent swetha advised her to go to the nearest #axis_bank branch for a resolution since they cant do anything about it.

                              So besides, not addressing the fraud issue, #axis_bank went ahead and created another issue for the customer!!

                              Not sure, which world the bank is in since they don't seem to be aware of the movement rules during covid-19.

                              I for sure will be moving all my accounts and investments out from #axis_bank as soon as possible but i would like to alert my friends about how pathetic and customer unfriendly #axis_bank is!!!

                                They’ve not deducted personal loan emi as per standard instructions and asked me to pay overdue with penalties. How can you do this in first emi?
                                Also there is no option for me to pay emi amount before the date to avoid penalty that means i’ve to always pay emi with penalty only?

                                No contact support with loan contact number die to covid and no support from anywhere.

                                      transaction failure, but amount not refunded

                                      I made a online transaction from my sbi account [protected] on 27.04.2020 for rs. 12435 to assembly of god church school account. I made this transaction through axis easy pay with payment mode sbi internet banking, but the transaction is failed, vide urn[protected] and the amount is deducted from my account but not credited to the school account. Still the amount is not refunded to my sb account....
