Hi, I'm Rahin kadri. I had opted for the EMI option on Personal loan, as the amount is 6, 246 Rs but it hasn't got deducted for the month of April 2020 even though I have sufficient balance in my account, please do the needful so that I don't have to levy any extra charges at your earliest.

    I have being charged illegal by axis bank credit card though I have made credit card payment on time.

    On 1st April 2020 I made the axis bank credit card payment from my HDFC account. The due date was 3rd April'20. Still they charged me late payment fees + interest + auto debit bounce.

    Same thing they did in the month of may 20. I made payment on 2nd May before the due date still they charged me.

    When I requested them to refund the same they are saying it takes 3-5 days to get neft credit from other bank. Is it possible ? As per my knowledge it takes on 2 hrs maximum.

    They are looting the customers. Please help.

      Hi Axis Bank CEO,

      My account no is Saving account no [protected]

      My company is having salary account with Axis bank.. where almost all the employees are useless. I have made a complaint related to my money got locked in lien balance by 12th, May, 2020 at Axis bank, Hinjewadi branch, Pune . Spoke to call center twice and they referred credit card department who has locked my amount in lien balance. Credit card department not picking up the phone for the past 2 days and most of the times its busy too.

      I personally went to Axis bank, Hinjawadi branch, Pune and there they ask me to fill the form to remove the lien from my account and told that you will receive a complaint no on your registered mobile number by today evening i. e on 12th, May 2020. I have still not received any complaint no against my complaint. The person who have registered my complaint had given his visiting card, but his number on card is not in service.
      In the branch they told me that there is a tat for 7 days. During this time your query will be resolved. Please solve my issue ASAP otherwise I will make the complaint at higher authorities.

        Dear Sir/ Madam,

        This is Priya Rajbhar. I have a personal loan account in your bank . Account no. is PPR[protected].

        Please advise why there was debit of Rs. 590/- multiple times as ACH debit return charges from my HDFC account on 5th may, 2020.

        There was no bounce in payment from my end then why the deduction. Please explain.

          I had around 960 rs in axis ASAP account.
          The money was deducted & now I have 0 balance.
          The reason for the money deducted is kyc not completed.I'm not able to go to a physical axis Bank branch due to the recent lockdown restrictions.
          The account is AXIS ASAP.
          I want my money back.Kindly assist with this issue.

              You guys not replying on emails, neither available over phone. I can't register for netbanking as get error "we are having difficulties processing your request. Please try again later." how, do i talk to some rep from your end??? Please help, all other banks at least supporting for the urgent queries over email, but your not. Please help.

                The bank deducted 286 from my savings account and since i have paid all the dues outstanding on my credit card a day before than the due date, no such amount should have been deducted. The due amount had already been settled in the credit card a day before the due date. Customer care service of axis bank credit card is not working for covid-19 but they are looting the money from the customers. Please make sure they refund my amount back.

                    My account was deducted for Rs 4444 on the name of BRN PYMT CARD from my saving account in Axis Bank. There was no more explanation on the deduction and no prior notification for the deduction. Please help me get my money back.

                        There has been an unauthorized fraud transaction made with my bank account by PUR/GOOGLE in which a large sum of money has been deducted from my bank account without my involvement.
                        Please consider this issue very seriously and please solve it as soon as possible.

                                    I have salary account in axis bank from my first company after coming out of company i never used that account and i am went out of state for working. I called customer care to close account. But they told need to come to own branch. I received every time message as your account balance is zero and now also came like that. Now i am went to branch for asking closing of account they told you have negative balance for not maintaining minimum balance we kept negative balance. I shown my messages they given zero balance. They are told that is our business policy. My friend told that as per rbi no negative balance in savings account. I went another time for showing and closing that account but they told why we need to follow those rules. And we didn't received any instructions like that from our bank so you need to clear negative balance to close it.
                                    This type of cheating customers and rbi done by axis bank please take action against these type of cheating banks.
