I have salary account with axis bank from last 9 years. They are frequently charging consolidated charges more than 10 thousand every month from last one year. I went to bank to enquire and they said there were ecs returns, so i have cancelled all the ecs mandates. Still they are charging consolidate charges even in lock down perion. I beg someone to please me on this issue.

    Dear sir/madam,

    I have axis bank loan and every 5th emi of rs. 6748 to be auto debited from hdfc bank. This time not debited from the bank and was showing over due in axis mobile app. Hence i made the payment manually through axis mobile app but later on the auto debited from the bank was also done. So twice payment done for one emi. You know the current terrible situation of covid am struggling. Avoiding moratoriem sencerly paid money. But axis not refunded the surp[lus amount.

    Kindly reverse one back immediately.

      Dear sir/ma'am

      I am using axis bank credit card from last many years but recently which happened with me that fully unlawful and stressful.


      As my card lost but some did transaction on my card

      I immediately called to consumer care number and blocked my card and got compliant number 60492930.

      But my transaction is not stopped and continuous again i called consumer care they replied they are working on it. And will reply within 5 days.
      My credit card limit is 1.2 lakh.

      Still bank is not responding proper way.

      My transaction details are below

      1 usd
      2 usd
      50 usd
      349 usd

      All are done internationally as money deducted in usd, really i dont know where is problem.

      So need help
      I called every time immediately but dont know where is problem.

        My home loan account number is ***********0437

        I had made a part pre payment of Rs 5, 00, 000 on[protected] vide chq no 000182 drawn on Hdfc bank same bank from which EMI is being deducted. The said amount of Rs 5, 00, 000 has already been deducted from my bank account on24.03.2020. However, till date, (almost one month over) it has not been credited to my home loan account as reflected in statement. My home loan amount has not been reduced.

        I have reasons to believe that the said amount has been either wrongly or wrongfully (fraudently) credited to some other loan account. Kindly look into the matter and let me know the real reasons for delay and by when the amount will be credited to my home loan account.

        I understand that due to Covid-19 bank may not have full staff but I expect an honest answer as regards status of my hard earned money since it has been almost one month since I paid it.

I am sure you are not going to revert with any genuine response, because Axis’s bank doesn’t care about customer’s money.

          As per current statement received from axis bank the total out standing is 128000/-, it seems the bank has not taken account of the checque deposited by mr of rs 40000/ at their vidya nagar branch bhopal

                Respected sir/mam

                I am khushboo singh having bank account with axis bank branch sigra varanasi (Policy registered with my bank account). I had bought a max life insurance fast track super policy through axis bank of rs.550000 which was divided in 2 policy one is policy no.[protected] of rs.250000 & another one is policy no.[protected] of rs.300000 in january year 2019. The axis bank staff mr. Awdesh sharma & mr. Brij pandey told me that i have to pay once for 5years in this policy it's single pay policy that i have to not pay every year in this policy so they asked me to pay large amount in this policy and have profit after 5years. But the time i received my policy documents in which it mentioned its regular pay policy at the same time i had contact them regarding it then they told me mam don't worry they mentioned it in document but our max life insurance operation manager name mr. Brij pandey will update it to single pay policy from their end. And one more incident happened with this policy the time i took this policy on daily bases i used to receive messages on my mentioned contact number in my policy documents about daily nav and all but after some months message service stopped then again i contact mr. Awdesh sharma about it he said max life insurance company stopped message service but the time came for 2nd year premium payment suddenly i receive message but not on my number which was mentioned with my max life policy that is [protected]... I received message on my mother's number [protected] which is nowhere in my policy even my mother is not nominee holder or she is not at all related with my policy anywhere, now i also came to know about mis-selling and cheating done with me in my policy by axis bank staff to full-fill their target. Between all this i raised complaint against mis-selling calling max life insurance customer care service and they helped me with grievance no.3929625 and they e-mail me that " your concern and the reference number assigned to your grievance is 3929625 and our grievance redressal officer pallavi khurana is investigating into the same' but till today i didn't received any information about my complain. And i visited to max life insurance office 5th floor varanasi trade center m. A. Road there i submitted hand written complaint letter with signature from there also i didn't received any solution.
                This is totally unfair and unethical thing happened to me by axis bank. Only because of mis-selling by the axis bank staff after all this i ll never trust axis bank. Once i invested large amount in this policy now i don't have that much amount to pay every year to complete regular premium.
                So, i request you to take a strict action against axis bank sigra varanasi and stop them to misguide any customer.
                I have one humble request to maxlife insurance company to convert my policy into single pay instead of regular pay policy type. Please consider my request. So, please help me out in this matter as i am highly disturbed due to this.

                        Sir/ madam,
                        With due respect i shiba prasad mandal, father of souvik mandal residing at 22 kazi najrul islam sarani 1st lane insurance housing estate po&ps nimta, kolkata 700049 would like to inform you that, my son, souvik mandal was admitted in zenith super specialist hospital 07.02.2020 to 15.02.2020 for the deases of "lower respiratory tract infection" with migraine problem. My son souvik mandal whose policy number is "[protected] 02 01" & member id is "[protected]"is under the policy of tata aig insurance which is totally cashless scheme. But at the time of discharge the mediclaim company denied to receive the cashless facility. Then i paid the full amount of rs. 78, 678/- (Rs. Seventy eight thousand six hundred and seventy eight only/-) to the hospital for the purpose of hospital bill. Then after facing this problem, i contacted with axis bank, nimta branch, who mainly offered me to do this tata aig mediclaim policy. But then they (Axis bank) also refushed to help me. They told me to fill up the reimbursement form that time, to get the reimbursement amount. So finally we arrange the amount and paid to the hospital helplessly. After that, according to the mediclaim company i also went to the axis bank physically to submit my bank cheque with all the original copies of hospital bill details.
                        But sir/madam, it's almost 80 days over, still i have not received my reimbursement amount. That time i borrowed that hospital bill from my colleagues and relatives respectively. As i borrowed so, i have to liquidat that money to them. But if i do not get the reimbursement amount then how could i pay them sir/madam??
                        Therefore, i shall be highly obliged if you kindly look after this matter and help me to get back the reimbursement amount. Please do the needful.

                          I have been requesting axis bank multiple times to close my account since i am not interested. I have made multiple follow ups in call to customer care, direct visit to nearest branch, and an email. But still axis bank is no where concerned about customers and not even considering any complaints registered. Such a worst services with so called global firm. It's already been more than 20 months and now i want to proceed further if this torture keeps continuing to me by sending statements for the account which i want to be closed.

                            The bank deducted 581.78 from my savings account and since i have paid all the dues outstanding on my credit card a day before than the due date, no such amount should have been deducted. The due amount had already been settled in the credit card a day before the due date. Customer care service of axis bank credit card is not working for covid-19 but they are looting the money from the customers. I am using axis vistara credit card and was told to be an invaluable customer. But look how they are treating their valuable customers.

                                This is absolutely not fair with me as i have been ditched by axis bank several times, and in quarantine i have borrowed 100rs from my friend for ration and kept it in axis bank only money left was 105 rs, they have deducted all the money without informing me and now with no money left i have to struggle, This is helplessly i am complaining and now i cannot afford to have food for further days, and it is not only today but several days they have done this to me..when i am calling customer care of axis bank call get disconnected saying "our advisor are busy talk to you late'.

                                please please help me.

                                  Axis bank is very cheating bank, i have affected some economic problems due to covid-19. Rbi told don't unnecessary charge to customer bank account, but axis bank charge gst charged my account, and consolidated charge deduction my bank account, ambattur industrial estate branch, chennai. Already raised somany complaints against axis bank, but not responsible my complaints, please provide my deduction amount my savings account.

                                      On 23rd feb 2020 i have swiped my axis bank debit card for rs.50000 (Emi
                                      Option on loan against debit card) with holycrown destination company. On
                                      24th feb 2020 i have approached the axis bank customer care and informed
                                      Them that i do not want to buy this product and dont want to take any loan on
                                      Debit card. Axis bank confirmed that the amount of rs.50000 is not yet paid to
                                      The company from axis bank, so in case if you wish to cancel the loan then
                                      Please provide us with the email proof from the merchant declining the payment
                                      And also fill the no emi deduction form and submit it to the nearest branch.
                                      As per the instructions from axis bank, i have submitted the "email
                                      Confirmation" from the merchant for clearly cancelling the membership and i
                                      Have also the submitted the no emi form on 24 feb 2020 stating
                                      That no emi must be deducted from my axis bank account to the merchant
                                      Holycrown destination permanently.

                                      Today on 18 april 2020, the emi amount of
                                      Rs.4536 is being deducted from my axis bank account without my prior
                                      Intimation and also i have not given any debit instruction for the same

                                      Since 24 feb 2020, i have not received any proper resolution from axis bank.
                                      Axis bank is just looting hard earned money from customers. Very poor customer
                                      Service. I want my money bacck in my account

                                      1. I have not received any communication from axis bank for this loan
                                      2. I have not received an emi due date from axis bank
                                      3. Done all the steps provided my customer service executives, then too
                                      Axis bank has not resolved this issue in a timely manner
