Hi team,

I am unable to use axis mobile app (Error showing your registration has been terminated. Please contact the nearest branch for reactivation).

I have tried contacting axis bank cc, however they were unable to resolve my issues.

Kindly request to look into the issue & provide solutions. Thank you in advance.

reduction of money from account.

My contact no is [protected]. The bank has deducted rs 2558 from my saving account linked with my credit card stating that the bill is not paid even though the bill was paid well in advance before the due date. This is the lockdown time and due to covid 19 i have already shortage of money and bank have deducted my money without even informing me. Please take the valid action against it....

axis debit charges rs 885 debited from salary account

I am using this salary account since 4+ yrs and now the account balance was debited with rs 885 as axisdirect charges.
I had no understanding of this why the account is debited without proper information and intimation.

I had not opted for axis direct account.

I am posting here as i was unable to raise the compliant on the official website as the support services (Chat & email) is discontinued due to...

axis bank axis direct charges - amount 885 debited

I have a salary a/c in axis bank trivandrum branch, as informed by bank while opening the account debit, credit & demat account were free of cost & no charges will be levied on them as it is a salary account. Today (7th april 2020) i got a sms from axis bank informing that rs-885 has been debited from my account for consolidated dp charges. But i didn't buy / sell any stocks from this a/c, so why this dp charged? I demand proper justification...

transaction got failed money got debited

I have performed a transaction of rs, 30, 035 today and it got failed finally. It was a failed transaction. The money got debited from my axis bank account. Transaction number generated is inb/[protected]/npstrust (Billdesk)/na. My userid is[protected]. Please credit my money bank in my account. I am unable to reach the axis bank customer care number also. The transaction got failed in the payment gateway. Please refund my money back....

On 4 april axis bank debited 955 on my account for demat at this time when indian need help as they known how middle class people will adjust. I never use a demat in axis bank why they charge me at same time when i am opening a account that time person told me that your demat is free of there any charges he should let me know. I have a salary a/c in axis bank hyderabad branch, day before yesterday on (4th april 2020) i got a sms from axis bank informing that rs-1770 has been debited from my account. Also they deducted rs 1744 on june 18 th, 2018 as consolidated dp charges. I have complained but nothing was done. I haven't opted for any demat account while opening the account. Kindly resolve the issue.

axis direct charges 885rs

I have been deducted an amount of 885Rs/- on 05/04/2020. Mentioning axis direct as description. I don't have a demat account with axis bank I had it closed last year when there are similar kind of charges. But yet they charged me amount with some name change. This is pure cheating of customers and is not tolerable...
