Dear axis bank officials.

I have the following queries.
1. I have availed home loan in 2013 with interest rate of 10.25 % and presently rate has been decreased, either tenure of loan will be reduced or emi
2. There is not any proper response from your branch staffs, they are just giving very big advice to contact on toll free no which has never given any result.
3. There is not any proper communication before debiting from my account.
4. Many times amount has been debited without any proper reasons and there is not any proper response from nearest branch at the time of enquiry.
5.in this present scenario due to this corona all the banks have been stopped to deduct emi for 3 or 4 months plz update me the same.
6. Today also some amount has been debited but not communicated to us

    I've a salary account in axis Bank .
    Since past 9 months 5 times bank charged me consolidate charge.

    In last twenty days bank has been charged me 2 times as consolidated charges 565 & 1607 rs respectively.

    I don't know why these people charging me?
    I never bounce cheque.
    Can anybody help me plz!

    How do I refund my cash?

      I have salary account in axis bank from my previous company & it was a salary account so they should not have charged any amount, anyway after coming out of company i never used that account. Few days ago i received a message that some rs-515 are charged for last month, so i called customer care to close account. But they told need to come to own branch (Which is now not possible due to covid-19 situation). Also in feb'20 i went to nearest branch for asking closing of account they told you have to close this account in home branch & maintain maintaining minimum balance. Also as per rbi no negative balance in savings account then why they are charging?

      Anyway this type of cheating to customers by axis bank are not expected from axis bank.

        I hava a zero balance axis asap a/c.when i open a/c there was only physical atm charges yearly and that was rs. 300+ taxes but in 2020 jan month they charges almost rs.500 and taxes after then other charges.without value add sms charges i can not understand other consolidated charges.

Even i called to axis bank customer care but there not responded due covid-19 crisis. Please check and verify on this issue and return to back my amount.

              My name is nandu sampat ingale & i have taken an instant personal loan from our bank. My loan a/c no:- ppr[protected]. I have try to contact in your customer care number but many times they are busy
              And not connect with service provider. I have job less in this lock down period. It's very difficult to go any axis bank branch to submitting letter (Stop & postpone loan emi) in this lock down period. So please postpone my personal loan emi.

                Iam complaint against axis Bank consolidated charges recently.that banks are send the SMS For Charges That Amount is 245/- But My Account Deducted 687/- and GST 123/-rs. these Axis Bank Is Doing Fraud.Please Sir Take A Action for this type fraud and Plz Get it my Account plz

                    deducted 500 rupees for not maintaining minimum balance

                    Hi,

                    This is Mohammed Nehal Uddin and my registered mobile number with bank account is [protected], i want to raise a dispute as axis bank had deducted 500 rupees from 2.2k in my account as I'm a student i had only 2.2 in my bank account from that they had deducted not 100 or 50 but they had deducted 500 rupees as it is very much valuable for me as the lock down is going on i couldn't close my bank account and they did this...

                        axis direct charges - 885 debited

                        I have a salary a/c in axis bank trivandrum branch, as informed by bank while opening the account debit, credit & demat account were free of cost & no charges will be levied on them as it is a salary account. Today (4th april 2020) i got a sms from axis bank informing that rs-885 has been debited from my account for consolidated dp charges. But i didn't buy / sell any stocks from this a/c, so why this dp charged? I demand proper justification...

                          I'm Praveen, I didn't opt for the loan moratorium. Even though axis bank added 10, 000 as interest to my outstanding Balance and didn't deducted auto emi this month.Axis bank playing the tricks here so that they can get more interest even though customer not oped for moratorium.

                          Please Help on this.

                            Dear sir,
                            I have current account in axis bank i doing well bussiness and maintain 50000 average balance account, but due to india lockdown all bussiness are affected and axis banks is doing same procedure as well they do. Bank applied consolidated charges in my account of ₹ 3608/- and 650/- gst
                            Due lock down no any bussiness man for survive fo account balance maintain. I want all my charges wave off and credit to my account. Otherwise i close all my accounts in bank and refer to all my approach accounts to close accounts in axis bank.
                            I hope you will take it seriously.

                                This is senseless with axisbank online banking service. The log in never works in first place despite correct credentials and there is no way to reach out to a person or online help to reset the password to log in for online banking service. The faqs do not include clear information and the customer service number given on the site is such a useless piece of information, firstly, they don't have the options that customers need and secondly, they don't let customers talk to the executives at all. The ivr keeps asking to press some nonsense constantly without offering an option to speak to a human (If there is one on their side). What is the point in calling it "online banking" if you don't have proper online services? So fed up with this bank, surprising where they are heading to while the rest of the banks in the world even a way too small bank than so call axis is much better in providing online services and minimum customer services that make some sense.

                                  Hi i have account with axis bank... Without any prior notice my account got debited with inr 575 previous month and 500 this month.. I don't want any clarification from bank side.. I just want to reverse the amount back to my account.. Which is now as lien amount.. If i will transfer any amount then it will deduct with lien and credit with balance.. As i am a long term customer of axis bank.. And i am using my axis bank account in day to day life for banking needs... I request you to help me out to get my reversal.. No digital channels of bank are helpful in this concern matter...
