I am a sallary account holder of axis bank, manikltala branch, utib0001743
Today i have been charged rs 885 for demat banking on my axis bank savings account.
But as per my knowledge savings, credit and demat all services are free in my salary account

I didn't even have any transaction on demat

Not an issue if my demat account permanently closed

    I have a salary a/c in axis bank kalyani nagar pune branch, as informed by bank while opening the account debit, & demat account were free of cost & no charges will be levied on them as it is a salary account. Today (5th april 2020) i got a sms from axis bank informing that rs-885 has been debited from my account for axis direct charges. But i didn't buy / sell any stocks from this a/c, so why this axis direct charged? I demand proper justification with all brake up of charge from axis bank. I want to stop this. And please refund cash my account.

        I had a debit of ₹885 from my salary account on 4/4/2020. I don’t hold a demat account as such. I tried calling the customer support since yesterday. Poor customer support i had to lose my balance on the phone but nobody responded. During this hard times of corona virus the amount has been deducted from my account. I need a justifying reason for the same and want my money to be reverted back.

          I have an salary account with axis bank for last 2.5 year. And axis bank has created two unauthorised demat account for me without my authorization. First was when i created a new new account and they created a demat account along with it after 9 months they charged me rs 935. After many enquiries they said it's because i signed the demat form while account (Without my knowledge they supplied demat form) post that my 1st demat account was closed as it was inactive for 1.5 years. On 5th april 2020 again i was charged with rs 885 after checking my internet banking account i found they created again. New demat account this is total fraud and scam.

            Recently i have applied for a axis bank credit card through flipkart portal and the verification process has been completed i have submitted all the required documents and i received a message that the application for credit card has been approved but i did not receive any details of the card yet. It’s been almost 20 days and i have not received any proper information about that i have been trying to contact them since 10days but there is no response from them.

                            Hello team

                            I've been using axis bank for almost 3 years now and it's my salaried account too and inspite of complaining them again and again in the month of april (Every year) they always deducted dp charges from my saving account. Today (04/04/2020) again i received a message saying that rupees 885/-have been deducted from my savings account. Please take necessary actions towards them.

                            First of all i'm not even aware of what demat account is and why are they deducting money every year.

                              I have a salary a/c in axis bank (Anand bazar branch) indore, as informed by bank while opening the account debit, credit & demat account were free of cost & no charges will be levied on them as it is a salary account. Today (04/04/2020) i got a sms from axis bank informing that rs-885 has been debited from my account without my knowledge.                                   To whomsoever it may concern,
                                  I am quite displeased with an unknown deduction of amount
                                  885 from my axis bank saving account. Last year also amount of 663 was deducted and not reverted back with so many requests. Firstly i never opened a demat account, secondly without my information this transaction should not have happened. If i call axis bank they don't have any solution to this. It is a false transact and i won't let it happen. I never opened a demat account. Please revert back the deduction money. Axis bank is totally disappointing. I mean it. So many hidden charges. Is this why people save their little money and trust banks? I just can't understand.

                                        Hey i have make a payment of rs. 803.7 for cucet examination form and amount will deduct from mya account. I have done my payment through debitcard of axis bank here is the message i found during the amount deduction.
