Dear sir,

My account number is [protected].
Axis bank has deducted 1260 and 255 as consolidated charges and 226 and 45 as gst charges.

As i got a message so i deposited rupees into it and they deducted immediately. This is very bad experience and i am customer from 2011 with acis bank.

Bank has notified and after few days i deposited amount as i don't want to close the relationship with axis bank and see what i got.

Request to refund the money asap.

Dear Sir, I understand that but I got a message few days back and I put an amount of 10k and immediatoy bank has deducted around 1800 including GST.

Request to refund asap.

Other I have to close the relationship with Axis bank.

This is very bad experience with Axis Bank.

    My balance got deducted without notifications and this not first time it has been happening more than 6 months ago.
    Today the bank has debited rs 400 with no reason it's kind of fraud i am so dissapointed axis you should take care about your customers account that's your responsibility i want my refund or tell me the reason for deduction.
    The govt has also solved minimum balance requirement issue, this is my saving account i am a student how could you do this to a student tell me the reason for deduction.
    Reply me or i may file a fraud case against you in the consumer court

        My credit card bill was generated on 15 february 2020 and amount was 13863.06 rs and minimum due amount was 1512 rs. Then i pay my total amount 13863.06 rs on dated 16 february 2020 (Next day after bill generate). My due date was 06 march 2020. And then on 09 march 2020 my bank deducted minimum amount 1512 from account and reverse same also, but also charge for payment bounce charge 450 rs and gst 81 rs bus these charges not refund. I mailed to bank by support service but they not reply. I also tried with chat service but resolution not found. My registered mail id with bank is "[protected]@yahoo.in". Mail id is enough to check my details in bank records. I also tell him, if these charges not reverse within 2 days then i will not pay upcoming bill. But they not reply on same. Please help me.

          This is reference to Axis credit card ending with xxxx . Wi I have got internet banking customer I'd :by sending text message to 5676782 when I logged in via internet banking it is showing your customer I'd is disabled .
          Even though I have used Axis Bank app to know my credit card information for the same also it is asking for my details I have entered my correct credit card details, expiry date and pin but it is showing in valid credentials even to know credit card details also when I switch to other option it is asking the same too.. I called customer care multiple number of times it is not tollfree number too I lost my mobile balance of rs 200/-till now no response.as the executives have kept on long hold .plz do needful from your end to resolve my query.
          Plz find my attachment of screen shots...if this the case i don't need your credit card and your customer service is soo poor and you have not provided a toll free number to customers..

            But on date 11/03/2020 my car was at my home, i don't understand what kind of amount they debited from my fastag account.

              Axis bank is selling fraud policies of Max insurance. They can cheat anybody so please beware of this Bank. Max insurance and Axis bank are cheating the customer by selling fraud policies as Bank's agents are providing wrong information about the policies just for the commission and they are responsible for blocking hard-earned money of their customer. Max's insurance policies are policies with no benefit. check the link and see how many complaints register for Max insurance every day.

                  I have not received reference id for Fastag registration. my money has been debited from my account.i had registered on 9-3-20 still no confirmation is received. customer care is not saying no such registration has been done. when visited the branch nearby, they are also not taking any responsibility. i had called customer care the same day twice, but they said the message shall be recieved.but stillnot recieved.pls resolve ASAP and return my money back.

                      Recently i order flipkart axis bank credit card, i have received my card virtually in flipkart portal, but it's been 15 days i have not received physically. I tried contacting many their customer executives they keep on disconnecting transferring.
                      Its been 10 days since card is issued to me, but don't know my customer id, i have received text message that i will receive card in 7 working days. Even tracking id which is given isn't updating correctly.

                      I am scared of misuse of card now,.

                        The bank is fooling around the customer by not mentioning the additional charges even after continuously asking for the same.

                        The bank has also deducted the money from my saving account linked with my credit card stating that the bill is not paid even though the bill was paid well in advance before the due date.

                        Worst service regarding credit card online transactions. Iam unable to transact using credit card as it's showing your mobile number is not updated with us for online transactions. When i visited branch they are telling it's already updated. Going to switch to any other good service bank. Customer care promised me the solution and the problem still persists. Iam afraid and iam sure that if any unauthorized transaction happened bank will not at any how make me the solution as far as my experience with customer care credit card team and bank staffs is concerned.                             Without my authorization bank is charging service charges.I can see it’s stated as “TIPS/SCG POS”. When I contacted bank they conveyed 3.5% service charges for international cross currency charge.
                            Once I started making international payment in Indian rupees same charges are reflected in my statement.

                            Along with the every integrations payments I can see a additional 3.9% extra charges.

                            Above mentioned charge is debited separate and not even an message to notify this charge.

                              I am an old customer (69 years old) of axis bank with savings a/c at thakur village with more than 35 lacs fd's at kandivali branch, mumbai and current a/c for my business at delhi.
                              I handed over my fd of rs 20 lacs to ms krupa on morning of 6th mar 2020 as it was maturing on that day. She assured to credit the closure proceeds to my a/c immediately.
                              I again visited the branch on 7th and reminded ms krupa who again promised to do the needful.
                              I again visited the branch on 9th morning, when ms krupa again assured to do it. Since it was not done till 12 noon, i called up ms priyanka, the bank in charge that day, & complained her who also promised to look into it & credit the amount.
                              Since i had issued the cheque to some one and the credit has not happened till 4 pm, i again had to visit the branch. Still the things were being taken very casually. When i made a little noise then only priyanka came to krupa and at around 4.25 pm. The amount was credited.
                              I am very sorry to note the lacadiasical attitude of axis bank officials at thakur village branch, kandivali east.

                                fees on closing salary account

                                Dear sir,
                                Axis bank is charging 500 ruppes for closing salary account.. I can't pay 500 hard money to them... They already taken my debit card and cheque book but closure form... But after some time they say account will not close until you give money for account closure..

                                Hello i'm durga an account holder of axis bank on march 6 th 2020 evening i received a msg like your account is debited by 118 rs dispute or rejected.. Kind of i didn't activate any plan regarding this if anything like that has happened without my intention please have look into this and consider my problem as soon as possible or else give me some information to whom i have to contact about this i have called so many times to customer care but of no use.

                                Why money has been credited from bank account without permission please investigate the fraud who did this.Tomorrow 2nd March money transactions has done without my permission at 11:02 AM please refund my money back in my bank account as soon as possible

                                I had my axis debit card that expired last day of February 2020. I have still not received my new debit card, which is causing me a lot of disability interms of purchases. Please help ASAP!

                                  your a/c is debited by rs. 118 info: sign. verf. chrgs mandate regst/ stop.

                                  I didn't do any transactions but amount got detected automatically from my account 118 rs i didn't activate any thing please consider this and solve asap even though i contacted the customer care problem is not resolved i didn't activate any plan regarding this if something like that has happened without my intention please have alook into that please consider my problem and solve as early as possible...
