deduction of brn-pymt-card done without prior information

Hi

The bank is fooling around the customer by not mentioning the additional charges even after continuously asking for the same.

The bank has also deducted the money from my saving account linked with my credit card stating that the bill is not paid even though the bill was paid well in advance before the due date.

A deduction of rs 100 (Brn-pymt-card-[protected]) is done from my account without...

Worst service regarding credit card online transactions. Iam unable to transact using credit card as it's showing your mobile number is not updated with us for online transactions. When i visited branch they are telling it's already updated. Going to switch to any other good service bank. Customer care promised me the solution and the problem still persists. Iam afraid and iam sure that if any unauthorized transaction happened bank will not at any how make me the solution as far as my experience with customer care credit card team and bank staffs is concerned.     Rs 590 was deduced from my account on the 9th march 2020 without any prior information and permission from me. I would like to know what is the payment for which i am not liable to pay from my account.

    May you please resolve this issue immediately and refund the hard-earned money into my account.

    Hi the amount is two time deducted from creadit card so kindly refund the amount . The amount is 1010/- on 27th feb-2020

      Without my authorization bank is charging service charges.I can see it’s stated as “TIPS/SCG POS”. When I contacted bank they conveyed 3.5% service charges for international cross currency charge.
      Once I started making international payment in Indian rupees same charges are reflected in my statement.

      Along with the every integrations payments I can see a additional 3.9% extra charges.

      Above mentioned charge is debited separate and not even an message to notify this charge.

        I am an old customer (69 years old) of axis bank with savings a/c at thakur village with more than 35 lacs fd's at kandivali branch, mumbai and current a/c for my business at delhi.
        I handed over my fd of rs 20 lacs to ms krupa on morning of 6th mar 2020 as it was maturing on that day. She assured to credit the closure proceeds to my a/c immediately.
        I again visited the branch on 7th and reminded ms krupa who again promised to do the needful.
        I again visited the branch on 9th morning, when ms krupa again assured to do it. Since it was not done till 12 noon, i called up ms priyanka, the bank in charge that day, & complained her who also promised to look into it & credit the amount.
        Since i had issued the cheque to some one and the credit has not happened till 4 pm, i again had to visit the branch. Still the things were being taken very casually. When i made a little noise then only priyanka came to krupa and at around 4.25 pm. The amount was credited.
        I am very sorry to note the lacadiasical attitude of axis bank officials at thakur village branch, kandivali east.

          fees on closing salary account

          Axis bank is charging 500 ruppes for closing salary account.. I can't pay 500 hard money to them... They already taken my debit card and cheque book but closure form... But after some time they say account will not close until you give money for account closure..

          Hello i'm durga an account holder of axis bank on march 6 th 2020 evening i received a msg like your account is debited by 118 rs dispute or rejected.. Kind of i didn't activate any plan regarding this if anything like that has happened without my intention please have look into this and consider my problem as soon as possible or else give me some information to whom i have to contact about this i have called so many times to customer care but of no use.

            your a/c is debited by rs. 118 info: sign. verf. chrgs mandate regst/ stop.

            I didn't do any transactions but amount got detected automatically from my account 118 rs i didn't activate any thing please consider this and solve asap even though i contacted the customer care problem is not resolved i didn't activate any plan regarding this if something like that has happened without my intention please have alook into that please consider my problem and solve as early as possible...

              Consolidated charges every month 1200 rupees from axis salary bank account. From past a year they are deducting an amount of 1200 as consolidated charges on salary account. Do i need to send every month a salary slip of my job as it referred salary bank account please don't grasp the hard earned money in a cunning way as rules and procedures as formality.

Mahesh collection agency person stating to pay 71600 towards full and final closure of the acount & also will remark as closed on cibil, i have made a payment of 71600 in month of january 2020 & february 2020 through online bill desk. When we called for ndc to collection agency person mr. Mahesh, he told you can get ndc from bank. But before dues he told me, we can arrange ndc and given to you.

                Please help to get ndc letter

                      Have salary account in axis bank in 2015 when i was in wurth company after coming out of company i never used that account and i am went out of state for working. I called customer care to close account. But they told need to come to own branch. I received every time message as your account balance is zero and now also came like that. Now i am went to branch for asking closing of account they told you have negative balance for not maintaining minimum balance we kept negative balance. They are told that is our business policy. My friend told that as per rbi no negative balance in savings account. I went another time for showing and closing that account but they told why we need to follow those rules. And we didn't received any instructions like that from our bank so you need to clear negative balance to close it.
                      This type of cheating customers and rbi done by axis bank please take action against these type of cheating banks

                      I visited the Axis Bank, teynampet branch, Chennai on 17 th feb 2020.

                      I asked the procedure to stop the ecs payment and they asked me to write a letter in person to the manager and submit it in the branch.

                      I did as they said but it's already been a week and issue is not fixed. I was even debited from my account.

                          mutual fund - amount deducted but not reflecting in my portfolio

                          On 12th jan, i started sip of axis mutual funds. First installment was deducted but still it is not showing in my portfolio. I have contacted their customer executives 3 times till now, and always got a standard answer that it will be resolved in 5 working days. It has been a month that i raised a complaint and yet no resolution till now. I mailed them also but received no reply. Complaint number is 49591196.
