My account is 9 year old account and due to some reason i was unable to use it, now as i have started using it, rs10358 is deducted on 9th feb and rs1471 on 4th feb. Total rs11829 is deducted. There has been a transaction message received by axis bank of amount 5932.23 mentioned as brn-pymt-card which is not done by the card holder.

And there is never any support from the customer care of axis bank as there the numbers are never connected or received. Aap services not working. I want to put a complaint against bank and want amount refunded back....

I have applied for the fastag from the axis bank fastag portal. I have already paid all the charged but i didn't get any response from the axis bank. I have just received customer id & wallet id but the physical fastag is not received from the bank and their customer service number is also not reachable. They should provide a tracking number or sms which clarifies the current status of fastag....

Axis bank has falsely deducted rs 140/- on 21-jan-2020 and i have raised complaint to them. Complaint number provided is sr[protected]. But even after following up several times, there is no update from them and also no refund so far. Can you please get this refund done and make sure to address the issue of wrong deduction in future?

There is person named dipankar who works as a employee in axis bank, khardaha branch who is very disturbing and is too much influencing for making proposals and then canceling it for his own benifit thus making us going through a very hard time in the process.
I am very very unhappy with this kind of behavior from axis bank employee and if it goes on i will surely gonna withdraw my account from the bank...

Neither the credit institution which is axis bank nor the data collector cibil both are not solving my issue and telling me to contact the other party.

My axis bank credit card ending with 7372 is not reflecting in my cibil report.

I have a standard chartered bank account and on Tuesday 11th February, 8:50pm used an Axis bank ATM to withdraw cash RS 8500/- all of them are Rs 500 notes. Out of which 14 notes i.e Rs 7000/- are torn and having cello-tape on them.
The ATM location is ASF insignia, Gwal Pahari, Gurugram (TCS Office)
