I have given all document to your executive, but he does not complete my disbursement till date. And he can't give me satisfactory answer regarding my disbursement. So you do something action against your executive and solve my problem immediately.

    I have not received reference id for Fastag registration. my money has been debited from my account.i had registered on 9-3-20 still no confirmation is received. customer care is not saying no such registration has been done. when visited the branch nearby, they are also not taking any responsibility. i had called customer care the same day twice, but they said the message shall be recieved.but stillnot recieved.pls resolve ASAP and return my money back.

        Hi

        Recently i order flipkart axis bank credit card, i have received my card virtually in flipkart portal, but it's been 15 days i have not received physically. I tried contacting many their customer executives they keep on disconnecting transferring.
        Its been 10 days since card is issued to me, but don't know my customer id, i have received text message that i will receive card in 7 working days. Even tracking id which is given isn't updating correctly.

        I am scared of misuse of card now,.

          deduction of brn-pymt-card done without prior information

          The bank is fooling around the customer by not mentioning the additional charges even after continuously asking for the same.

          The bank has also deducted the money from my saving account linked with my credit card stating that the bill is not paid even though the bill was paid well in advance before the due date.

          Worst service regarding credit card online transactions. Iam unable to transact using credit card as it's showing your mobile number is not updated with us for online transactions. When i visited branch they are telling it's already updated. Going to switch to any other good service bank. Customer care promised me the solution and the problem still persists. Iam afraid and iam sure that if any unauthorized transaction happened bank will not at any how make me the solution as far as my experience with customer care credit card team and bank staffs is concerned.               Without my authorization bank is charging service charges.I can see it’s stated as “TIPS/SCG POS”. When I contacted bank they conveyed 3.5% service charges for international cross currency charge.
              Once I started making international payment in Indian rupees same charges are reflected in my statement.

              Along with the every integrations payments I can see a additional 3.9% extra charges.

              Above mentioned charge is debited separate and not even an message to notify this charge.

                I am an old customer (69 years old) of axis bank with savings a/c at thakur village with more than 35 lacs fd's at kandivali branch, mumbai and current a/c for my business at delhi.
                I handed over my fd of rs 20 lacs to ms krupa on morning of 6th mar 2020 as it was maturing on that day. She assured to credit the closure proceeds to my a/c immediately.
                I again visited the branch on 7th and reminded ms krupa who again promised to do the needful.
                I again visited the branch on 9th morning, when ms krupa again assured to do it. Since it was not done till 12 noon, i called up ms priyanka, the bank in charge that day, & complained her who also promised to look into it & credit the amount.
                Since i had issued the cheque to some one and the credit has not happened till 4 pm, i again had to visit the branch. Still the things were being taken very casually. When i made a little noise then only priyanka came to krupa and at around 4.25 pm. The amount was credited.
                I am very sorry to note the lacadiasical attitude of axis bank officials at thakur village branch, kandivali east.

                  Sir, i was using fastag for my car issued by axis bank. My wallet id no. [protected].
                  Due to damage of my front glass of car i have changed the glass of car and requested to customer care for replacement of fastag on 16.02.2020 my sr no sr[protected] and i was informed that it will take a week for replacement and charges rs.100 will be levied. I have confirmed. Now despite my repeated requests neither i denied nor i have been provided replacement. I have to frequently cross nhai tolll plaza at bharuch, vadodara and surat. Without fastag i have to stand in long queues. Till 9th march not
                  Provided replacement of fastag. The balance outstanding in my wallet is above rs.300.00. Is there any regulatory for resolving my issue?

                      Hello i'm durga an account holder of axis bank on march 6 th 2020 evening i received a msg like your account is debited by 118 rs dispute or rejected.. Kind of i didn't activate any plan regarding this if anything like that has happened without my intention please have look into this and consider my problem as soon as possible or else give me some information to whom i have to contact about this i have called so many times to customer care but of no use.

From past a year they are deducting an amount of 1200 as consolidated charges on salary account.                               I had axis cc ending 3566. I received a call from mr. Mahesh collection agency person stating to pay 71600 towards full and final closure of the acount & also will remark as closed on cibil, i have made a payment of 71600 in month of january 2020 & february 2020 through online bill desk. When we called for ndc to collection agency person mr. Mahesh, he told you can get ndc from bank. But before dues he told me, we can arrange ndc and given to you.

                                I am writing this with regards to my credit card bill payment. My credit card number is xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxx. I recently received a bill of amount rs. 42708.98.

                                  The bank is fooling around the customer by not mentioning the additional charges even after continuously asking for the same.
                                  The bank has also deducted the money from my saving account linked with my credit card stating that the bill is not paid even though the bill was paid well in advance before the due date.
                                  The bank had once in past, deducted the money for failed transaction after 12hrs the failure of transaction and also they refused the request to block the card at that time, saying they cant block the card.
                                  The bank is just fooling the people on extremely high level.

                                  Below is the message of the deduction from the bank and attached image of the bill paid well before the due date.

                                  "hello! Your a/c no 20*7 has been debited by rs 4671/-on[protected]. The a/c balance is rs 284/-.

                                  You can clearly find that the transaction is successful even after that they deducted the amount.

                                  Today on insisting them for blocking the card they say that if you block teh card you may not receive the deducted amount.

                                  I request you take a strict action against the bank so that they donot fool the poor and innocent people around

                                    Today Axis bank deducted from my account 14942 INR, with out any reason, I don't used any credit card but customer care told me Its deducted against of credit card uses, now the are not receive or allow my call from my registered number so I cant take help from them also.
                                    I ts Cleary Chet to me and making fool people.
                                    Please give back my money

                                      Sir, my name is Gurdeep singh. Today i have gone to sahnewal axis branch to deposit money of 100000/- through machine. But due to electricity problem my money stuck in machine.. after this machine continuously shown loading process. When i tried to talk branch manger he said u should complaint at toll-free no. But i unable to connect. So please help me to solve issue
