I am mr sunil kumar g s having credit card no xxxx1288 which is expired on october 2011 and you are simply charging on this. Please reverse the same.
I have not received the new card until now & i am not using the card.
Please reverse all the charges i am getting bad remark in cibil score. Please come back soon.

    Today i received my salary so when i try to withdraw or transfer i get an message saying your account is blocked or frozen. Please help me umfreeze my account 30 days of my hard earned money is stuck and now im in empty hands.. My ac no is [protected].. I have taken loan from axis bank and never i missed my payment but have done late payment from past 3months due to medical emergency.. Please kindly help me im completely dependent on my salary.

      I had my salary account on axis bank. I had to take long leave for examination purposes. During this time my salary was not credited to my account. My account went negative rs 5000. Before i joined back to my job i informed to bank regarding this matter. They assured me they have removed this negative balance and no money will be taken from my account. But when my salary credited bank has taken rs:8163 from my account with gst. Bank have cheated me.

        I went to this branch for updation of Aadhaar card. I had appointment of 11:30. The lady who was responsible didn’t even logged in her system. She asked me to wait 1/2 hr as later she said system is down. She was really pathetic and rude. She was attending personal calls while updating my biometrics. I was so shocked to see this attitude toward customer. While updating my biometrics, One young student came in who was asking procedure o[censored]pdating of Aadhaar Card details. They didn’t even help him telling him proper procedure. He was so sad he was clueless how he can do updation. I came on side and explained him the whole procedure. It’s the request to Axis Bank that please stop services i[censored] have incapable staff who doesn’t even have basic work ethics and Don’t know how to treat customers. You guys need to take action against this kinda employs.
        Pathetic Service.I will not recommend anyone to visit this branch.

          I am axis bank customer from past 5 yrs i had given name name 3 yrs back only but when every i apply for debit card there print same old name sandesh kumara actual name is sandesh kumar last week i called customer care i had clearly informed them that in card the anem should be sandesh kumar again there have sent with wrong name and every time there charge for it 500 to 600 rs when i called to customer care just now there kept hold 20min no reply and again the call is also changeable please take some i want new debit card with charge and need break up of consolidated charges every time simply there cut amount consolidated charge

            Firstly the fast tag provided by axis bank never worked and again i requested for a new one on 10th dec 2019 and so far not received it. They have dedicated 100/- towards replace of tag but they have not sent me the tag.. Tried calling customer care but they have no idea to resolve me issue.               Hi i have applied for fastag from axis bank and it had been more than 2 months it is not delivered to me. I complained to them multiple times as well as tweeted them but they didnt do anything. Kindly withdraw the service of selling fasttag from axis bank. They are just taking money but providing pathetic service. This is the time to charge a penalty on them for not offering services on time.

              I am neo credit card holder of Axis Bank. I am not interested to use this card.Actually I do not use any type of cards with banking transactions now.I request you please cancel my neo credit card immediately.

                Hi,

                I opened a salary account with axis bank, radhakrishnan salai branch, chennai. It is been almost a month but the account is still not activated. I will be getting the salary in another 3 days but no one from the bank seems to interested in responding to my complaint. I will be forced to take further action if the account is not activated before my pay day.

                    I got a call from axis bank today about one assist service. I actually thought they are tell telling about the offer but eventually they discussed and activated even if i said i want to discuss with my family and they instructed me for some rule which i could get them clearly. And they deducted money of 1599 from my account. I have registered a complain with the reference number[protected]. I want my money back.. Seriously coz of these im suffering now... Please do help me further i don't want this service... Please i'm just getting 10k salary so please refund my money and deactivate... I'm begging... Please refund it asap i have commitments please

                      I opened my account in AXIS Bank They deducted 2400 rupee from my account for no reason in the name of consolidated charges. I have maintained my minimum balance but still they have deducted it.

                      Previous they deducted 1500 on the account of some additional services and debit card. It's a clear LOOT!!
                      I did transaction of 10k in the emergency situation but the status shown suspect and the amount got debited from account and not yet received my dad already it happened three days ago still I never find where the amount gone. This is so embrassing moment in my life as my father asked help i never done that on timee

                        I want to raise complaint against your employee in credit department of patiala branch - chotti bardari
                        Employee name is parduman kumar. Being a reputed bank employee he is still practicing as chartered accountant outside bank at his hometown malout (District-muktsar). He is handling firms financial matters and charging the money. He is a big fraud, you can have a background check. As being a responsible citizen and customer of axis bank when i came to know about such a fraud as a bank employee as per policy he can't practise outside. I would request you to take strict actions against such fraud. As such type of employees create bad reputation and bad impact on other employees.

                          axis bank fastag fraud detection

                          Hi am using axis fastag wallet id - [protected]... I recharged the tag for 800 rupees on 15.1.2020.. I was traveling from coimbatore to chennai on 16.1.2020... When i saw my wallet record.. Around 110 rupees was detected showing n/a..in between the tolls in my route some amounts are detected for tolls which is madhya pradesh n uttar pradesh (Choundha, jajau, baros).. I don't know how is that even possible... So kindly look into it and...

                          2 payment done by my account through payu payment rs.21, 000.00 was spent on your axis bank credit card on 23-aug-19 12:28:51 pm at payu payments -www.g. the total credit limit of your account is rs. 63, 000.00.
                          Rs.31, 500.00 was spent on your axis bank credit card on 23-aug-19 12:31:14 pm at payu payments -www.g. your available credit limit: rs. 8, 730.00. The total credit limit of your account is rs. 63, 000.00. Payment not done by me plz clear this matter as soon as possible and i have already send dispute form but not any response in this matter please resolve this issue as soon as possible

                                    Have made imps transaction today (20th feb2020) for the amount rs.94000 from my axis account to beneficiary account.. The amount got debited from my account but the beneficiary account is not credited till now. We have urgent requirement of money. I request you please coordinate with bank to escalate this issue.

                                    I contacted the branch office... But no use.

                                      I obtained a fastag through axis bank in december 2019. I recharged thrice through the imps facility on 16-dec-2019 for rs. 100, 19-dec-2019 for rs. 500 & 22-jan-2020 for rs. 300. I later found that none of these amounts were credited to my fastag wallet. I raised a complaint to etc. [protected]@axisbank.com, etc. [protected]@ihmcl.com on 20-jan-2020 and received an auto-reply email with an interaction id[protected]. On 24-jan-2020 i again followed up asking for the status for which there was no reply. I had to get in touch with the customer care number on the same day at[protected] which has an average waiting time of 20 minutes with representatives who don't even understand, speak & write good english. I was given an sr number (Sr[protected] by the representative over the phone stating that the issue will be resolved in 10 working days. There was no response nor a refund made within the stipulated time & i had to call them again on 14-feb-2020 to only hear the representatives giggling about valentine's day. I was given another sr number (Sr[protected] and asked to wait for 3 days. Meanwhile, i received a message on 16-feb-2020 stating that my first sr number (Sr[protected] is closed. Today (20-feb-2020), i received another message stating that my second sr number (Sr[protected] given on 14-feb-2020 is also closed. I had to again call the customer care for an explanation and they casually said to resend an email to etc. [protected]@axisbank.com. I am really not sure if these guys are really genuine or axis is planning a big scam making use of the government's projects. Request the public to be aware and never go for axis fastag. Shame on the bank for its incompetence.

                                      Dear Team Axis,

                                      I have already written two emails to the said IDs. This again shows your competence level where you haven't even gone through the entire issue and again request me to write to same old ID that doesn't really care to look into customer Issues.

                                      Please stop working like BOTS and start dealing with people.
