Hi,

I want my axis credit card to be closed as it has ruined my peace, your customer service said me to pay 58k and now you app shows 63k i really don't understand why u people are doing this the pathetic thing is i'm not getting any resolution. I want resolution and block my card now. I don't want to continue with axis anymore i m not a fool and i want a resolution.

    My name id divya krishnan ir. I have received a call from axis bank yesterday. I just don't want the subscription and please cancel my subscription for my axis rupay card ending with 7006. It has been noticed that the money charged @1399.
    Hence, cancel the subscription and refund the same into my account. My relationship no. Is 9904015. I am waiting for confirmation of delation of this service and also refund the money @1399. My registered mobile number is [protected]

      I'm fedup with axis bank's pathetic service. It has been 30 days since i ordered fastag online hoping to get it deliverd within 7 days as they advertise. I have written once earlier and was advised to write to etc. [protected]@axisbank.com (Id[protected] but till now no response. I have also logged in a service request in the wallet (Sr[protected] even this has been unanswered. I also called the tollfree number and after a long wait, i get a response to check after 2 days!!!

      I now no longer have the patience nor the time for this. I want a full refund so i can buy it from other more reliable provider.

        With reference to the following two transactions,
        03-Jan-20 SWEEP/[protected]/[protected]/K 4, 810.00
        03-Jan-20 SWEEP/[protected]/[protected]/K 4, 810.00

        While reporting the above suspicious activity in my account to the Axis Bank Customer care team within 10 min after receiving the debit message they simply suggested to approach/call [protected]/etc.mamagement.com since the above amount was debited by bank for the Fastag Toll recharge purpose. Then, I keep on calling them since 03/01/2020:5:00 pm and I can able to reach them morning 04/01/2019, 8.15 am;

        I asked following two simple questions the bank people were answerless n replied it was technical issue n replies like refund will be processed within 48 Hrs.

        1. What is the purpose for the amount debited in my account?
        2. Who gave you authentication to debit my account?

        It is almost 25 days gone, i have not get the reversal of Rs.9620/- debited twice in my SB account and again they have deducted Rs.135/- from my account written as Consolidated Charges on 17/01/2019. The nodal officer has given 3 times falls commitment like sorry for inconvenience your refund will be processed within 5 working days. The bank has no proper customer care/supporting team to resolve the customer problems.

        Also I'm maintaining SB account with other banks I never seen such a worst and irresponsible bank like Axis Bank. I ashamed to have bank account with Axis bank.

        Plz help me to get my money back, these banks are deducting innocent peoples money from their accounts without prior intimation.

            credit card masking payment of axis bank

            I have cleard all my pending bills.. What about extra amount to clear cibil score. Its your duty to clear my cibil score because i clear all the amount with fine. Your blackmailing me for asking extra amount in terms of cibil masking amount. I have proof that i have clear all the payment with zero due amount.
            Clear my cibil score.
            I have same consern with citi and hdfc bank these bank not asking me any cibil...

            I have not received the fastag, and many times contacted customer care executives but no use, simply they will inform you will receive in 2 days or 3 days.
            And for emails no response at all.

            Just want to know whether i will get the fastag or not?

            First clarify the things everyday facing lot a problem without tag and also when you people can not give solution why giving false commitment to public and make us to struggle.

              I lost my scholarship just best of axis bank
              I never recommend anyone to open there account here especially in kengeri bangalore branch
              They give ur home account some where in woods of kolar
              And customer satisfaction u wil never find here
              They won't receive your calls
              They won't respond for your complain
              Manager says he is somewhere else.. After going back to bank he wil cal back and wil never do it
              I seriously was in need of my scholarship and now just becz of these bank ppl i lost it

                Axis bank ppl just came to our collage which is near my kengeri branch bangalore and gave us account forms and got us as there customers
                Later v came to know they have given home branch of kolar which is more than 200 kms from here
                And now for any queries like even to change mobile number, to unlink nicp mapping from this account (Which was automatically done even without our knowledge) they are asking us to go to home branch...

                  I noticed this transaction that i never made, axis bank cut 118 rs twice in a week from my account. I got this message.
                  Your a/c 944878 is debited by rs. 118 on 27jan20. Avbl bal: rs. *. Info: sign. Verf. Chrgs mandate regst/ stop. Call [protected] for dispute.

                  I never made such a transaction, when i called the customer care they said it's deducted coz i took a loan from someone... Which is nonsense, i haven't taken any loam from anyone, not even from the bank...

                  Received a message that axis bank have deducted ₹ 100 as adjustment charges without any other information. What kind of charges are these... I already paid bank charges when purchased Fastag. Need refund for same.

                    I first passed through anewadi toll plaza fastag worked. Second time the person at same point told your balance is low. And showed on digital display blacklisted vehicle or something. He took cash from me and then allowed me to go. First i recharged with 400₹ then used only once.65₹ deducted. There was balance more than required 65₹ at the same toll plaza. I dont understand what was the problem. How to put money in my fastag account. How to check the balance

                        I had applied for fastag through axis bank portal on 15.01.2020 and after successful submission of application i got an acknowledgement that fastag will be delivered within 07 ways but till today i have not received it. My reference no. Is wb24al 6212. I need to go for a family tour in recent future and therefore i need the tag to be affixed. Even i got no intimation of delivery.                           I have applied for a fasttag throigh axis bank offer and payed inr 400.
                          I did based on free offer etc. From axis bank.

                              We are albert medicals regret to inform you that the pos (Swiping machine) was not working for the past one month and after repeatedcomplain they came on month before and serviced and told that signal is not picking up so we must chane the machine to latest model. But it is now more than 3 months they have no steps. Now the machine is not working for the past 0ne weak.                                 I applied for fast tag on 11th december 2019, but even after a month it has not been delivered to me till date. On 24 december rs.85 were wrongly debited from my fast tag account as a toll fees on sivaya toll plaza. I immediately contacted the customer care and reported the matter sr[protected] dated 24.12.2018. Inspite of my repeated requests and reminders (As under) no action has been taken so far.                                   Yesterday on 24/01/2020 i got a sms that 1699 rupees deducted from my credit card due to ecpp service. Why axis bank ecpp service activated without my permission. It's totally fraud how can bank deduct money and activated any services without customer wish. I need refund the amount immediately in my account. I dont like such kind of services.
