I was on traveling between 12-jan-2020 and 20-jan-2020. At every toll-plaza the amounts had been debited properly but on dt.15-jan-2020 there was an additional debits for ₹135/- and on dt.23-jan-2020 for ₹210/- are made.
When i called customer care to understand on these debit amounts, accepted that these are due to server issue and being rectified. But to get these amounts refund, executive is advising me to email rc copy, my car photographs and debited sms messages screen shots to etc. Management.com.
Even if i send the copies and sms screen shots as told by customer care executive, am doubting that there won't be any guarantee of further debiting the amounts from fastag account.
Please advise what to do in this situation. I am attaching debited sms screen shots for your reference.
