Dear sir,
I have applied for fastag rfid through your website and the payment is completed. However, the item is not received yet. On further communication, the mail received from your department indicates that the item is despatched through blue dart courier company but on verification blue dart indicates there is no such consignment booked with them.
Though several mails were exchanged with your team, nothing much is happening in this regard.
Kind request to give the priority to the issue mentioned above and ensure the fastag id is received on priority.
