I applied for the fast tag from axis bank and paid 400 rs on 11dec2019.in return i received a message from bank (Attached).
Fasttag account no activated for my car up14cd3132 is [protected] but still i am waiting for fast tag from bank.

They say you can track the fasttag on bluedart site but there is no parcel sent (Attached the screenshot)

    I am axis bank customer, yesterday i got a notification regarding debiting amount of rs.1899 for one assist service charge from my account. I have not subscribed to any of such services and i did not get any calls from the bank people.
    I am unhappy with such bank activity which has happened without my knowledge and the amount is too high.
    I request bank authority to consider the issue and resolve this by refunding the amount.

      I ordered for fastag on 18th dec, yet after 10 days it has not been delivered to my address. Send me as fast as possible or give me refund back. Such a bad thing to deal with services given by in such a way. I have deposited 400rs to the axis bank fastag for the issuance of fastag on 18th dec, they have opened wallet on21 dec with 200rs credit, but the problem is when will you send me the fastag? Is this the way you are dealing with precious customers. What is this?

        Axis bank — fraud transaction from axis bank account

        I had fraudulent transactions happened on my debit card with out my concern or otp as below on[protected] and[protected]

        Account number : [protected] 1. A/c is debited with inr 1.00 on[protected] info: pur/google *services/g.co/helppay/google *services/seq no[protected]
        2. A/c * is debited with inr 588.00 on[protected]: pur/google *octro inc/g.co/helppay/google *octro inc/seq no[protected].

        I lost inr 589 with out my involvement, i never deal with this site for any transaction in the past.

        Request you to help me and refund back my amount. And i dont want this again in future.

        I have asked the customer service to block my card and won't like to see any further fraud transactions without my intervention.

        Please let me know if you need any other information.

          I registered and paid rs200 for fastag on 7th december. The wallet has been created. I was told that by 13th december, fastag will be received. But not received. Then calling upon customer, i was told that by 19th dec and not received. And again i called, 23rd december was given deadline. Again i called and was told that they have huge request, so the bank doesn't know what is the status. Its almost a month and i haven't received fastag. I have no idea what to do next. Am fed up with this bank. Banks know that they wil receive huge request, they should have been prepared for this assignment before getting contract from govt. Even the blue dart site is useless. Cannot track anything using the vrn no.

          It's been almost a month and no fastag received. Can't you people be sure before making any promise to customer. Else just cancel fastag and return the amount.. am unable to cancel the registration as well. Feeling very irritated with your response. I will never ever refer your bank to any of my kudos. Pls refund my amount Rs200. FASTag wallet ID [protected] . If this persists longer, i will reach out to consumer court. I have no patience.

            Recently my axis bank account ending in 7690 has been debited by 118 INR on 10-Dec-2019, name- Jaspreet Singh Chawla and mob#- [protected] with Info: sign. Verf. Chrgs mandate regst/ stop. I never gave any consent/acknowledgement/approval/issued this mandate, ECS or anything else nor did I initiate it.

            Can you please stop it and stop deducting any amount as per your wish. From where are these requests coming as I am for sure not sending/initiating any of these?
            If it is fraudulent or anything, stop it immediately and revert/credit the funds in my account ASAP.

            Your CUSTOMER CARE team is useless as well, they were of no help in this regards, stupid useless bank.

            I have contacted Axis CUSTOMER CARE, they said I can not do anything. They said we will ask someone from axis bank to call, I received a call but she said I can not do anything, hold the line I will take someone on conference, she then put me on hold for 5 mins and said no one is picking call. She said I have taken your details, you will get a call back in 24 hours from the concerned POC who will be able to resolve this. It is almost/more than 240 hours (10 days) I have received no call back nor has anyone reverted/credit the amount they deducted without my approval.

            I have also dropped them a mail on customer.[protected]@axisbank.com and also logged a complaint from axis bank website/support link but still they are just ignoring and taking advantage o[censored]s as users.

            Saale meri mehnat ka paisa faltu me kyun kaat re ho.

              I booked 3 fds on nov, 2019 and became entitled to earn 300 reward points as per the offer. I called axis customer care executive around nov 10 to check on the same and he told me sir check on nov 20, points will be credited by then. I called again to check update and was told it will get credited by dec 1, which wasn’t done. Credit it immediately without giving any excuses.

              The offer was valid till Nov 30, 2019 and I booked my 3 FD’s on Nov 1, 2019. Do not launch offers which you are not willing to give, and do not take customers for granted and make a fool of them.

                I applied my fastag on 14th december. It was said that the fastag card will reach within 7 days from booking but it's almost 14 days till now.
                I paid and got the etc id and wallet id but not the delivery details. Wrote mails to etc. [protected]@axisbank.com, no reply except automatic service id generation mail. No reply still now. Called toll free number give in the site multiple times but always getting the offer details (Advertisements) repeatedly.

                    After paying for the fastag, it was delivered only after a month. I tried to login on their portal but it keeps asking to create a new password every time.

                    I did a recharge using other bank neft. The payment went through. I tried to check the balance but the axis bank portal login did not work - keeps asking to create a new password.

                    Now i want to close this account and get another fastag. I tried calling the call center. It keeps on playing music. There is no response to emails for closing the account and refunding the money.

                    I am utterly disappointed with such poor level of service from axis bank.

                        I am axis bank customer for more than 5 years. I am having salary account in axis bank and i am getting good salary every month. I had requested for car loan last year, after processing every documents, they rejected my loan saying anything. They are saying my credit score was low, but i got loan from kotak mahindra bank where i dont have any account and any transaction in 2 days. I am using axis credit card and i had requested for replacement and my communication address is office. They had send my card earlier rented address. I had spoke with their customer care and delivery agent and everything fall in deaf ears. They had asked me to wait for 2 weeks. Courier people didnt call me and i had contacted them and told them i will come and collect it with id proof and they refused to give me. I had again talk to customer and their laid back provocation led me to cancel my card. I am appointed with axis bank customer care agent ms. Poojitha. She was yawning and not helpful other than cancelling the card.

                                Wrong Account Information was shared by Axis Bank to CIBIL Transunion regarding my above mentioned account that the Outstanding is Written-off. Where as it has been cleared in 14th October 2019.

                                In spite of many Emails to concerned Person It is not Changed.

                                Due to wrong Information My CIBIL score is drastically affecting.

                                  I have personal loan in Axis bank and paying it without delay.. As my account was not in use on Dec 5 th I had my due of my personal loan and I have paid through bank even then they have taken the cheque bounce charges which doesn't make sense . REVERT my money back. Even the banker had informed me they will not take the bounce charges before the Ecs process. I paid on that basis .but axis bank have to revert this back

                                      I applied for axis bank fastag for almost one and half month now in mid of november, 2019. Got the customer id and wallet id. Even i recharged the wallet with 500 inr. Still i didn't receive the physical tag. I followed up mulitple time on email and no repsonse. Call centre number is just hopeless with no reach. Even last time they even provided a POD number to check after couple of days to track the courier, which is a farse again! I will wait to hear couple of days more for me to move to next step.                                         I applied for fastag on 14 dec 2019 (Etc customer id[protected]; and wallet id -[protected]) through axis bank portal. I received mail and sms from axis bank that my request is being processed. However, i did not receive the fastag sticker till date. Kindly take necessary measures to deliver the sticker at the earliest. Further, it is requested to inform me the status and when it will be delivered through email and mobile number
