Unauthorized multiples transactions had happened suddenly within minutes without any concern.

Transactions date : 20/11/2019

Sir when i visited axis bank regarding my loan payments they told me that the intrest rates have been decreased for loans but they didn't inform me regarding same and hence i was not able to get the benifit of revised rates. So in my view it is banks responsibility to inform their customers regarding any change in policies. So it is my humble request that the revised rates be applied to my loan amount as well...

I am an axis bank customer. At 2nd october, i did a transaction to axis bank account [protected] sonali sahoo for rs 3300.

I see the amount had been deducted twice with same transaction i'd. When i ask the receiver, they show me only one payment received.

On[protected], few fraud transactions took place from my axis savings account for an amount of INR 10000. I instantly blocked my credit and debit cards. Upon processing the fraud request I was reimbursed my whole amount. This matter was settled right here. I had axis bank salary account from my previous company. I have changed my company at mar-17 and since i am not using axis bank salary account.
