I registered online for the fastag of my vehicle MH14CK0795 on 23/11/2019. Till date I have not received the tag. Below are my details.
ETC customer ID[protected]
I got a mail from ETC axis bank that I will get the tag within 7 working days, but now it has crossed 15 days but did not receive the fastag.
Please confirm when will I get my tag ??

    I received a call from axis bank today. They told me this is for. Card protection.. With out my permission they took my 1899rs from my debit card.. And i call to axis bank they told me this is anathor service.. So we cant help u.

    I just want to deactivate this service and refund the money.. Otherwise. I will also no more as axis bank customer.. Thanks..

      I booked 3 fds on nov, 2019 and became entitled to earn 300 reward points as per the offer. I called axis customer care executive around nov 10 to check on the same and he told me sir check on nov 20, points will be credited by then. I called again to check update and was told it will get credited by dec 1, which wasn’t done. Credit it immediately without giving any excuses.

      The offer was valid till Nov 30, 2019 and I booked my 3 FD’s on Nov 1, 2019. Do not launch offers which you are not willing to give, and do not take customers for granted and make a fool of them.

      I received axis flipkart credit card today(5/12/2019). It has the spelling mistake of my surname. On card CHIRAG S CHARGE but it should be CHIRAG S CHORGE.

        I have applied for the fastag from axis bank fastag portal. I got fastag service at office from sunpharma Vadodara. I have already paid all the charged but i didn't get any response from axis bank. I have just received payment receipt id but the physical fastag is not received from bank and their customer service number is also not reachable. They should provide a tracking number or sms which clarify the current status of fastag.also they don't have my details after i getting receipt and transaction number..i have attached all sufficient document...of payment successful...saving and fastag customer care blame eachother...very disgusting..

          I applied for axis bank credit card. bank executive came on 16 November for collect the document's . he told you would be received all the details by mail and with in 15-20 working days you would be received the card. when i did not get any input then i called to bank customer care. they told they did not receive any application. after that i tried to call bank executive who came for collect my document, he said that he would send details after some time, but he didn't send any details. next day i tried to called him but his mobile was switch off. his mobile number is [protected] and [protected]
          My am worried about bank fraud.he had my important documents such as aadhaar, pan, bank statement, salary slip etc.

          Where is my documents?
          Who will responsible in case of misuse of my documents?
          I am fine even if you cancel my credit card application but i am too much worried about my documents.

          Should i have to register bank fraud complaint against your executive ?

            Good Evening!

            My Name is nayan R Udeshi, i am ome of loyal customer, i have enjoyed banking with Axis bank, and i still want to be with you, however from last few months i am facing some financial crises and due to that i was unable to pay timely my creditcard bill, but my intention is clear and honest, i am ready to pay whole outstanding amount with interest which ever i used, but i would like to pay that ammount in[protected] per month as my income limited and i have many due pending, so requesting you to please help me to come outfrom this worst situation, one most and important thing which i would like to highlight here is, one of executive is misbehaving with me, and he warn me that he will send professional gunns at my house and he will complain to my HR at my organisation, and also tell me they come to my home and discuss this with my neighbours and office colleagues they already visited my home many times so i would request here to please stop this kind of people as they are harassing me mentally, if something happens to me &, my family than the Axis bank will be responsible, i in only responsible which every amount i use so don't involved third person on that they are not responsible for that so.

            My salary account also blocked which ever amount credited on that will be directly credited in credit card due to this i m not able to pay axis bank personal loan installment also. I already pay this month emi in advance as discussed with care but i don't know they why they credit back on my axis bank account and now i can't do anything with that amount. It's already credited directly in credit card. I also informed cashier while payment that this is advance payment for my loan installment.

            I hope you understand my situation and help me furgher to comeout from this problem.

              We would like to inform you that for the captioned toll trip date we have been charged violation /differential amount from toll agency and the same have been settled by npci to the toll acquiring bank. Violation dispute have been raised by toll agency as they have identified a higher vehicle class for your toll trip against the vehicle class mapped by us at our end.

              Long back i got one message says if i registered with mobile banking will be rewarded with clayton watch. So i have registered and got promo code to redeemed. But till now i have not received that watch nor any information about that. I have raised complaint[protected] three weeks back but support team also not providing any information. Could you please cancel my clayton watch request and revert back to me my delivery charges.

                I requested for new rfid on 26nov and they told me that we will dispatch it with in 7 days but now 10 days over but thare is nither any intimation about my rfid. Nor customer care able to give proper answer. I inquired at blue dart which is associated with axis bank also not able to give a proper answer. Axis bank should have allocat a direct number to resolve all these problem.

                    Hello! Your a/c no. Xxx has been debited by rs. 118. The a/c balance is rs. *. Info: sign. Verf. Chrgs mandate regst/ stop. Call [protected] (If in india) if you have not done this transaction.

                    I don't think i have issued any such mandate.
                    Could you please help me to understand what is going on? And if it's a fake something could you please stop it immediately?

                      I am an axis bank customer since 2009 and using savings account, credit cards of axis bank. I would like to bring to your kind notice that i was misguided and provided false information by an axis bank executive while applying personal loan. As per the mails and calls from axis bank during the month of october 2019, i am eligible for pre-approved instant personal loan of rs.7, 20, 000 for which i need not submit any documents. To know the procedure to apply for the same, i called customer care center and enquired the loan department. After a couple of days, i received a call from axis bank executive from nearby branch (Jaya nagar, bangalore) for loan process and i enquired him about the process of applying for pre-approved instant personal loan. But the representative collected documents from me even after knowing that i have pre-approved instant loan offer. Next day, i got a call from axis customer care center mentioning about the pre-approved instant loan and someone guided me the online process and i found the pre-approved loan roi was 11.99% and when i tried to complete the online process, my application stated a message “your application for this offer is already in progress/disbursed through another channel (Code:28)”. Customer care representative said someone else have initiated normal personal loan process. When i enquired the executive who collected the documents, he admitted that he has started processing normal individual personal loan instead of pre-approved instant personal loan. Shockingly the rate of interest mentioned by him was 13.99% which is more than pre-approved instant personal loan’s roi. This clearly showed that he gave false information stating that he is collecting the documents only for processing pre-approved instant loan. I lost the opportunity of pre-approved instant personal loan. When i called to customer care center, they asked me to talk to the representative or sales manager to cancel the applied loan and apply again for pre-approved instant personal loan. I requested him to close the loan process and he is not closing and was giving some reasons. When someone called for verification process for that normal loan, i requested them not to proceed the loan process further which may affect my cibil score. Even after that they have approved the loan for higher rate of interest. I have made several complaints in all possible ways including customer care center, nodal officer and principal officer and they are simply asking more than 10 days time for each and every mail and nothing is solved till now. I have initiated complaint on 23 october 2019 and nothing happened till now. They are least bothered about my complaints. Problems faced by me because of this incident are stress, waste of time, cibil score reduction, trusted axis bank and missed loan from other banks too. Now i have taken loan from a private finance company where rate of interest is 24%. Believing axis bank, i lost my reputation among friends and relatives because of inability to pay the money in right time. Expecting a solution at the earliest.

                      Finally I registered complaint with RBI and immediate action was taken by the bank. After 2 months continuous efforts with Axis bank, I received the loan amount with expected rate of interest. Axis bank would have done this long before. Anyway my fate played well.                           New generated RFID tag is not delivered to home as there is mismatch in address. When we tried to contact blue dart, they said they will be delivering to the exact address only after getting an email from Axis authorized office.

                            My wcc is debited by 3533.62 ... without any intimation.
                            For what I could not understand and not rec'd any revert from bank.
                            My account has been debited by rs 199/- as on date 26/11/2019 in morning 10.06 am, i have not made any transaction so how does my account got debited.Please refund my money of rs 199/- .

                              I am writing this with regards to my credit card bill payment. I recently received a bill of amount rs. 49000.

                              This is to inform you that i cannot pay this amount as my family has fallen under hard time in recent months, and i had lost my job, but we do want to settle this in a fair and just manner so that you can have the money you deserve and we can be relieved of the burden of owing you this debt.

                              I will be able to give 20% of my debts. If agree to settle with this amount, i shall be clearing their dues as soon as possible. More than 20% is not affordable for me in the present situation.

                              I am ready to settle this as soon as i get the confirmation from your side.

                              Hello, Please call me tomorrow at exactly 3 pm. The only reason you weren't able to reach me was that I had to switch off my phone due to all the harassment calls I have been getting from your side. Please call me at the given time.
                              With reference to the above subject this month two times deducted in my account for amount of Rs.1050 on 14/11/2019 and again Rs.1050 on 27/11/2019. This is unauthorised deduction my account please clarify that above subject and stop further deduction.

                                I have applied for the fastag from axis bank fastag portal. I have already paid all the charged but i didn't get any response from axis bank. I have just received customer id & wallet id but the physical fastag is not received from bank and their customer service number is also not reachable. They should provide a tracking number or sms which clarify the current status of fastag.

                                I have a salary account and was not using since one year. the negative balance was accumulated without any intimation or any knowledge to me. Unknowingly i credited some amount in the account and it was not usable as all the services to me were denied and showing the balance was negative. i deeply regret for having an account in axis bank.

                                I am facing same issue.Still i didn't receive my fast tag.
                                I am facing the same issue. Applied for Axis Bank FASTag on Nov 26. Till today (Dec 10) not received the tag.
                                Customer care number[protected] is fake. It doesn’t work.

                                Looks like Axis Bank is a fraud company.

                                I want my money back immediately with compensation.

                                Axis Bank is unfit to operate in India. RBI should close it down.
                                i too had raised a request for Fastag on 30th Nov., but till date no clue

                                There is no any tracking system for fastag.
                                My customer id[protected]. My account was debited for Rs 400 on 12 Dec 2019.All I got was wallet id. The promise was a home delivered fastag within a week. As on 3rd Jan 2020, status is unknown. No one is reachable.The toll free number keeps me waiting endlessly. Mails elicit no response. Have requested to reverse the debited amount back to my account and be done with. However there is no response. Is there no one accountable? Nothing can be more traumatic. I regret that I went through Axis Bank. Other Banks such as ICICI Bank give it very fast. Fastags are being distributed via many channels effectively. WILL AXIS BANK concerned Managers wake up and reply?
                                I am Axis Bank customer since 2010, till date I was happy with Axis banking services, but in case of FasTag axis can be ranked from the lowest, NO APP and NO CUSTOMER CARE for this, you can only receive reply through mails in 15 - 20 days minimum.
                                I also ordered fastag on 1st Feb. No tracking is available. What a fraud bank it is??
                                I APPLIED FAST TAG ON 20TH OF JANUARY THROUGH AXIS BANK AND TILL DATE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED

                                I had applied for a fastag on March 2, they debited Rs.400 but I have still not received it. The customer care representative states that there is no information about the vehicle I have applied for.
                                Axis Bank should keep a proper track of the same, after debiting the money they say there is no information. How irresponsible.

                                  Hi, i tried to resolve the complaint with customer care team too, however, still no resolution has been agreed upon.

                                  I have paid the actual transaction amount of 1, 099 for current month. And will not be paying the remain charges levies by bank.

                                  The system is asking for unwanted security questions which i did not even set as a security question . Only 3 attempts were given to answer those questions (which is not set by me) and how could the bank expect me to answer it for login ? now all my attempts are done. I have to wait for another 24 hours !

                                    I worked in axis bank from september2016 to october2017. I want to claim my pf. I don't know to whom i want to contact. I contacted the brach where i serviced. They asked me to contact the hr in rs puram, coimbatore branch. Hr said, he doesn't help with this as he don't know how to claim pf. He asked me to, write mail to [protected]@axisbank.com

                                    I sent mail. But mail not getting delivered to this email id. No response in the branch where i worked neither from the hr team.

                                    Now i am helpless. It is really unfair.

                                    Recently my card has been declining international payments like apple music subscription, Icloud Storage etc which earlier was done with this card. Now it is showing that it is not activated for international usage and kindly please do the needfull.

                                      Please note that i'm facing problem with axis bank for a long time now. Recently i have facing problems on 2 issues:

                                      1. One amount of 1611.9/- got credited to my credit card account but did not get reflected.

                                      2. An amount of rs. 1641.9/- which was my last month credit card bill, was paid on 29th nov'19 but not showing in my account.

                                      Kindly solve this one. Service of the bank is degrading like anything day by day.

                                      I took a new debit card ( Rupay ). It was ok when it is used 1st time, now it is showing, Sorry this card is not authorized for use at this point.
