Hi,
I am having issue with axis loan bank tarnaka branch. I have applied for home loan bt from hdfc bank to axis bank. The application was approved and process has been completed within axis bank. I have provided the list of document (Lod) and loan outstanding letters for my existing loans from hdfc bank. Date on outstanding letter was given by hdfc bank is 2nd nov 2019. But axis bank staff has informed that due to some document (Release deed) issue they put my loan process on hold and they are not going to visit hdfc bank until they get clarification on that. Mean while due to some personal work i went to out of station informed same to bank executive as well. After 7 days (On 8th nov 2019) again bank staff has called me and said that all the given documents list is correct and your loan is processed and cheques are ready. But for which dates cheques are dated? They didnt ask me about that. They didn't visit hdfc bank to submit the cheques and didnt finish the further process. Suddenly my bank savings account got debited with emi amounts on 11th nov 2019. The cheques are remain with axis bank but my saving account is deducted with emi amounts and started charging interest amount for the total loan amounts as well. So i am paying interest amounts in both banks now for one property. When i call axis bank executive he told me that your loan is processed and disbursed. But how and where did they disbursed the loan amount without visiting hdfc bank and closing the accounts in hdfc? This is how axis bank is playing with customers money and cheating the customers?. The bank staff is very irresponsible. Please help me. I dont know what to do now.

    I've created an axis asap bank account on 12/11/18 and done all the kyc verification including biometric in a nearby axis bank brank (Kilpauk) and they even issued me a passbook with attestation. Today my account is closed stating that i haven't done kyc verification process. The account is closed without any prior communication, not even a single sms or email prior to closure. I'm going to file a complaint if they don't activate my account.

      I pradeep padhi.. I have salary account in axis bank ltd and grateful to axis bank for provide me axis bank buzz credit card and its having 6 month installment.. But i have been already paid november month credit card bill.. Its 1272.57 /-rupees only on dated 01/11/2019 but unfortunately bank deduct second time on dated 12/11/2019 and its also 1272.57/- rupees only.. So please refund my extra deducted amount.

        I have savings account in axis bank & when i checked my balance they have deducted 2000 rupees from my account written as consolidated charges. I want my money back, these banks are deducting innocent peoples money from their accounts without telling peoples.
        Worst services is provided by axis bank to customer. I am waiting more then 45mins but nobody answered from the customer service centre.
        During account opening they dont
        And every time i am charged with consolidate charges, and today again my account is debited with 2000.
        I want my money back, i will not wait for 24 hours or 48 hours.

        Return it back instantly

        I just want to refund my money back in my account instantly.
        And if you don’t refund then i will close my account.

          I have axis asap zero balance account. Suddenly shows in my account negative balance -23, 962.49 is big amount. How is possible? When rbi said no negative charges are applied if we maintain zero balance. Any way my account is used by government for subsidy and so its active, then why showing negative balance.? Kindly assist, looking forward for positive resolution.

            Hi, while iam taking personal loan the bank offered me with rs.356000/- with 14% intreste rate. But now i got 356000/- and with 17.25% interest rate. Please do the needful. I already have 495000/- approval for my loan and 460000/- pre-approved loan with 12.99% but i have requirement of 650000/- so i told them to try the same but axis bank in agreement without telling me the interest rate changed. Please do the needful.

              Axis bank is charging too much (Vellachery branch chennai) consolidate charges, on 8th of november was 30 rs. Two days before 0 rs and again next day bank charged 3529.15 rs as consolidated charges for a/c, there's is no any track how much amount they detected and reason. 2017, 2018 and 2019 they deducted nearly 13570 rs, we earned money really hard and these bank deduct in one shot, i want explanation, do we need to put our money at home in cash form.

                I am an existing customer of your esteemed bank at the branch office at akota branch. I have been associated with the bank for along time now and i consider myself as a loyal customer of your bank.
                I am lodging this complaint very dishearteningly against the lady cashier and the bank manager for the misbehavior and using the uncertain words like you are an uneducated person. His name is mr. Jitendra padhiyar. The employees can not make such a remarks.

                  I am using Axis Bank Credit Card Since 2012 vide my Customer ID[protected]. In April, 2019 a Fraud Transaction amount Rs. 1, 53, 482/- has been done from my card for which I did not get any message and mail from axis bank. This transaction has been come to my knowledge when I did a transaction and got a message of available balance. Then immediately I contacted customer care and they let me know about that a transaction from my card which has been done in Singapore. On advice of bank official I have submitted Bank Dispute form with required enclosure/documents on 17/04/2019 and when I got any information from Bank regarding any clarification I did respond immediately.

                  Since April, 2019 I am chasing Bank official regarding resolution of this fraud transaction everytime they ensure that within 10 working days query will be resolved while situation is same. As per bank policy Bank would resolve this type of transaction investigation in 90 days as informed by bank official.

                  Now Bank has debited this fraud transaction in my statement and also charging interest on the same.

                  From last 3 month I am trying to contact Bank Nodal officer, I also mailed so many time but nobody official in the Bank has been responding.

                  Its my humble request to you please take appropriate action in this regard.

                    We can do any number of cash deposit at any branch or cdm, but now they are deducting money from my account for every transactions. They have charged me 41, 103.98/- as consolidated charges and [protected]@18% on charge as 7398.72%... My current account number is [protected], please take the necessary action against it and refund my amount back as soon as possible.

                      I was unable to maintan my savings account so on wednesdayi. E 6th nov 2019 i did inquiry about my acc and asked hw much they will deduct after i depisot they said only 535 of non maintenance so i deposited 15000 on that day itself and after 2 days they charged me 8000 saying its consolidation charges. This is insane. I work hard and earn money.8000 is big amount for me. What is the use of opening acc when we dnt hav ans for our money

                        Bloody axis people charged consolidated charges this month 10044.66 for me if we ask they will say some reason on this as cheque bounces and all they r charging for a cheque bounce 10000 how funny it is and it’s our hard one month salary # guys eating people’s money simply please government should take action on them and please close that bank immediately or else will do dharnas so many r there who lost their hard money...

                        Bank has deducted consolidated charges from my account but i have maintained my minimum balance limit.in my savings account has already fixed a rs. 10000 fd and rs 2000 rd.

                        I requested to please remove all wrong charges and my balance has refunded

                          मैं अंतिम दो से तीन वर्षो से AXIS BANK में अकाउंट को इस्तेमाल कर रहा हूँ

                          लेकिंग जब तक मेरा अकाउंट साकीनाका के ब्रांच में था तब तक मुझे कोई प्रॉब्लम फेस नहीं करना पड़ा जैसे ही मैंने मेरा अकाउंट ओशिवारा के ब्रांच में शिफ्ट किआ अगले २ महिने के बाद से ही मेरे अकाउंट से कंसोलिडेटेड चार्जेज के नाम पर मेरा बैलेंस कट होने लगा, अब मेरे अकाउंट से हर महीने कुछ न कुछ पैसे ऐसे ही कम हो जाते है।

                          जब इसकी शिकायत मैंने ब्रांच मैनेजर को किआ तो मुझे सिर्फ अस्वाशन मिला उसपे कोई प्रक्रिया नहीं की गयी

                          मैं इस्सलिये अपने अकाउंट में पैसे भी नहीं रखने लगा फिर भी अब जैसे ही मेरे अकाउंट में बैलेंस आता है वैसे मेरे अकाउंट से पैसे डेडक्ट हो जाते है

                          कस्टमर केयर पे शिकायत करने के बाद मेरी एक भी कम्प्लेन नहीं रजिस्टर की गयी और जैसा की मैंने सामें उसे अपने ट्विटर हैंडल से @एक्सिस @एक्सिस सपोर्ट को ट्वीट किआ लेकिन उसपे भी मुझे कोई रिवर्ट नहीं आया, ऐसा ही इनका ईमेल सपोर्ट भी है ऑफर्स तो डेली भेजते है लेकिंग कस्टमर्स के प्रॉब्लम का रेसोलुशन इनको नहीं करना है.

                          मेरे अकाउंट से अब तक 1318 रूपये तक काट चुके है जिसका

                          10/08/2019: Consolidated Charges : 100/- + GST 18%
                          14/09/2019: Consolidated Charges : 250/- + GST 18%
                          15/06/2019: Consolidated Charges : 500/- + GST 18%
                          09/11/2019: Consolidated Charges: 267/- + GST 18%

                          एक्सिस बैंक अगर नहीं चाहता की मैं आपने अकाउंट एक्टिव राखु तो डायरेक्ट मुझे कह दे की आप अकाउंट क्लोज कर दे ऐसे मुझे परेशान न करो

                          Your excutives and call centers and your branch managers not responding to us. I tried on call center call my call get connected and I ask him to raise complain about my problem they did not raised my complain/request my call time aproxmate 1 hour but they disconted my call upfront. I also called your branch manager they only ask "me sir main check karke karti hun" after that she didn't reply me. And your app complain system is so wrost. Pls help me or clearyfi me why you charge every months if you not able to reply so i can do my work.

                            I hold 3 current account since last 2018 year i opened current account in axis bank as i found other bank were charging me exhobirantly. I asked them to quote me usd exchange rate and than they took 7 days to tell me the rate when the dollar was at its peak, they think we r fool and wait for them. I decided let me recive call as after doing so much followup no response from them.. They least bothered for year and after that when my bank don't had balance for them to charge. They started messaging ur account is charged with minimum balance charges that too after deducting 3 times.. When i asked i want to close account he said u have to pay negative balance.. When i am calling u, ur least bothered of business and when someone come decide not to suffer more u want them to pay for ur inefficiency.

                              I am having one credit card for which i tried to give closing request at branch many times since year no one is accepting and customercare numbers dont receive call at all. I received msg of dispatching new card on[protected] but i have nt requested the same.3 rd time in last two years issuing new credit card at addres withought my request. I want to close my credit card.
                              At time of ossuing of card it was wrongly promised that this is lifetime free card no annual charges will be taken but charges are been debited every year.

                                Axis bank is deducting very high charges Rs.4418+ 326 as consolidated and Rs.795 GST on my account. they are charging it randomly and with increasing amount.                                 I Anurag kumar DOB 05/021982, PAN NO ASSPK9618G had surrendered a credit card in 2011 . Now i applied a loan in SBI bank it is showing in my CIBIL . There fore i requested to provide NOC at the earliest.

                                  I am kaviyarasu i have a axis asap savings account my account number [protected] my account was debited every month rupees 65 for consolidated charges but this month nov 2019 debited only 16 rupees and it shows account balance is -743 rupees what is the consolidated charges please resolve this issue quickly otherwise i need to deactivate my bank account

                                      Axis bank have debited around 900 rupees from my bank account in the name of consolidated charges. What is this? What is the breakup of these charges? They are clearly extorting huge money from innocent people like us. I want my money back. Similarly, for the previous month also i got debited around 800 rupees. Now, when i call they say our customer care executive is busy.
