Axis bank promoted a fraud offer, i receive a promo code on opening of bank account for free clayton watch on 1st time use of axis mobile banking app, only shipping fees of rs. 499 was payable to receive the product. Since the offer was shared to me by axis bank, i redeemed the promo code and paid shipping fees to concerned merchant who turned out to be fraud, but bank was still providing such offer to customers since many months. There is no contact number to contact the said merchant and email is also non-resopnive.

    I have asap account on axis bank. When i have opened the bank they told me that it is zero balance account no charge will be there. But everytime axis bank deduct money from my axis account and says it consolidated charge. It is very bad to rob pure people. I have opened my account through online on 24 april 2019 and now i am going to close my account permanently. I will suggest everyone and show that axis bank is very poor bank it cuts unnessary charges from the account holders.

    i have not used my axis asap bank since 1 year then also it is showing 500+ minus, i will complain regarding this, very bad bank axis bank.

        I have saving account in axis bank.

        Ac no. [protected], name chandrakanth.
        Email : [protected]@gmail.com

        When i checked my balance they have deducted 910 rs and 163 rs gst from my account written as consolidated charges.
        Everey month i faced the so many consolidate charges issue! And loose the amount from axis bank.
        Plz help me to get my money back, these banks are deducting innocent peoples money from their accounts without telling peoples.

        So kindly refund my all deducted consolidate charges amount.

              My customer id is[protected]. On 9th october, i had approached the bank for a remittance of gift of $45, 000 to my grand son in usa. This was done of that afternoon.
              However i find that the rate charged is exorbitantly high. On the same day almost at the same time as your remittance, my wife had remitted $ 25, 000 to the same beneficiary as gift through kotak mahindra bank and the total charge all inclusive was rs. To rs. 72.3226 per dollar. Whereas your bank has charged a rate of rs. 73.5126 per dollar by which i have been charged excess of rs. 53, 550 for the remittance comparatively.
              I spoke to he branch manager, anekal as also the foreign exchange manager who have not been able to give any satisfactory reply. I also asked for a break up of the debit in to base rate of buying dollar and the bank;s charges,
              Which also they did not furnish.
              On the top of this, there is an additional charge of $15 as inward remittance fee, where as no such charge was made by kotak bank.
              I need a satisfactory answer and refund of about rs. 55000 being the excess charge.

                Good afternoon,

                My name is shiv kumar rai and currently i am working in ibm noida, i am holding salary account ([protected]) and credit card in axis bank crossing republic, ghaziabad branch. I had transferred my account in crossing republic ghaziabad 2 year back when i moved to noida. I am facing many issue with bank since i transferred my account in this branch. Few weeks back i noticed some authorization transaction with my credit card since i called and blocked my card.
                As still bangalore address was reflecting in my account so i went to bank and asked them to change my address. They tried many times but didn't work and they asked me to come another day. Finally they changed my address after visiting 3rd time at branch. I explained him why i want to change address, he said now your address is changed and now you can place the request for card replacement. When i called to customer care after second day he said your address is still not change in credit card so you need to go to branch and submit a form for collecting card in branch itself.

                I again went to crossing republic branch 4th time to fill that form and now they changed their statement and told me that your address will not be change in credit card when you change your address in saving bank account. I got shocked as front of me he is changing his statement. I said ok give me form i will fill the details so i can collect the card in branch for now. When i started filling the form he said go to house and fill this form and come on other day. As this was 4th time i visited the branch and still they are not sure about process for changing the address.

                I am very frustrated and disappointing with his behaviour, it was very worst experience i faced in last 1 week in axis bank crossing republic.

                I wanted to bring you this issue as its can spoil the name of axis bank which can make customers unhappy and can unavailable your service.

                I request you to please do the needful and necessary action.

                        On using axis bank mobile app for the first time, i received a message from axis bank with promo code for buying clayton watch. There was an attached link also, to the axis bank page where the clayton watch product was mentioned. I redeemed the offer and paid the shipping charges (499 inr) on 11.07.2019 but the product is not yet delivered till now.

                        I emailed the flatworld rewards, they said i would be receiving the product within 21 days from the order date. I waited for 21 days but still didn't received the product. I again emailed them but got no response from them. Looks like this a scam.

                        Either i want the watch delivered or i request a refund of my payment.

                          Hey team,

                          I performed a transaction on 3 oct 2019 via phonepay for rs 20000 which was failed in phone pay.

                          I called phone pay support and they informed that they have the feedback from axis bank that the money was deducted from bank but not forwarded to phone pay due to technical issue

                          Ideally the money should be refunded and reflected back in my account but it is not the case.

                            Sir i am customer of axis bank. I have two account of axis bank which is a/c no.

                            2- a/c no. [protected] (Saving account) add-ground floor
                            Plot no 59, mohhamad patti mahuabagh ghazipur

                            I have applied to close my current account no ([protected]). It was clearly entered in my application form. But after 5 daye (5oct.2019) i received msg alert in registered mobile no [protected] that my another saving account is closed in the place of my current account.
                            I dint applied to close my saving account (A/c no [protected])
                            But by mistake bank employee (Sonal malhotra, posted in axis bank vishal khand ifsc code utib0003980) closed my saving account in the place of my current account (A/c [protected])
                            I called to customer care and they confirmed me that your saving account is closed.
                            Again i went to axis bank vishal khand gomti nagar branch lucknow. Sonal malhotra was absent today (9/10/2019). Than i went to richa gupta mamm who was officer in charge at that time.
                            I asked her that why they closed my saving account if i requested to close my current account. Than richa gupta shouted and misbehaved me and told me do whatever you can. She told me how can your saving account is closed. You must have requested for close your saving account.
                            I asked her to show my application form which i submitted to bank to close my current account than she denied. I went to branch manager but he also do not have any solution.
                            I am so tired and disappointed about these kind of service and behavior.
                            Pls help me otherwise i m considering to stop taking services from axis bank.

                              I'm trying to close credit card permanently for last one month without any outstanding balance. I know only one option that is customer care call. While i'm most of the time call not picked up. If picked also they are asking reason, and they are transferring call to retention department and there will ask again same question. Or else they wont pickup call. I tried almost 20 to 25 times. Still going on. My cars also expired. I have send back my new card to axis bank which came by courier. The worst thing is that the call cost approx rs., 15 for 10 minutes. I have spend almost 300 rs for this.

                              The worst service i have ever seen till now. Can any person from axis please contact me. I'm ready to close account also which i'm part of axis for almost 10 years.

                                Dear sir,

                                I had brought few things from amazon india app and had to return it because of some personal reasons.

                                Upon receiving the returned item, amazon had initiated the refund to my axis bank but the many is not getting reflected into my account.

                                When checked with amazon, they had given the reference number : [protected]. With this reference number, i had also raised a complain (Complain no:[protected] with axis bank but still i have not received the amount of rs. 349, and its almost six months now.

                                Recently, i had returned one more item in amazon and that money was not processed properly by axis bank and i'm still yet to receive rs.784 in my account. Refund reference #[protected]

                                Seek your intervention to resolve this please

                                Following are the details once again for your reference please. I have given the detail in the already.

                                1. Amount of Rs. 349/- was transit on 13th April '19. Refund reference number : [protected]
                                2. Amount of Rs. 784/- was transit on 1st Oct '19. Refund reference number :[protected]

                                I guess your need to looking it up under "charge dispute".

                                Amazon had clearly told it is the problem with the bank, reference numbers are generated only after the refund is credited & confirmed.

                                Amazon had also told clearly that, the refund needs to be processed under "Charge dispute" on this transaction.

                                  Credit card number [protected] i have not done any transaction with this credit card. Please help me to cancel the credit card. Many times i have made a call to axis bank customer care. But that customer care call was extending on hold no one is responding even after 30 minutes. Please help me to cancel the credit card.

                                  I have not used this credit card but i have paid 2020 rs for past 6 months. Why should i pay money for the credit card which i have not used.

                                    I had online ticketing on 30 sep 19 to
                                    book indigo flight but unfortunately without generation ticket and showing session expired during transection, Axis bank debited an amount of RS 6413 as transaction id INB/[protected]/PAYU.IN/from my account .I got sms regarding unsuccessful payment from indigo airlines. Indigo confirmed me the unsuccessful payment.They advised me complain to respective bank.for refund of amount.

                                    So still my refund payment is pending
                                    Please kindly proceed the refund of the said amount

                                      I wanted to transfers from my axis dmat to my another dmat account. Its been nearly 4 months that my shares are not transferred. I didnt got d. I s book also.
                                      Everyday i go to branch and i get same answers that your shares will be transferred today. They are ignoring my request of transfer of shares. I want to take action now against for my unresolved shares matter.
