Sir
I have saving a/c & also credit card since last 2 year. But, from last 15 days, i am trying to tranction online through my credit card but otp is going to another number instead of my registered mobile number.
This regarnding i talked to customer care then he told me that your problem will solve withing two hour. But after two days this issue was not solved. So i again talked to customer care on 27 sep, 2019 and he assured me that your problem will be solved after one hour. But till todate this problem is not solved.
I request you that kindly solve my this otp problem thereby i esacape or avoid any fraund.
I hope you will consider on this problem and i will get otp on registered mobile number.
If you will not care or avoid my this problem, i will closed my saving bank account and credit card.

    I have received a call from axis bank on 25/05/2019. I just don't want the one assist service please cancel my subscription. It has been noticed that the money already been charged @1899 for the same.

      check the status of my refund amount

      This is vimala devi. Last week saturday 21/09/2019 i ordered the headphones and paid rs.419. Then i cancelled my order and they refunded my money to axis bank account through amazon pay. But not yet credited the money in my account. I called amazon customer care they give me a reference id to check the refund status in bank. My reference id is[protected].       Yesterday night transactions from my bank (Card last 4 ditits 1497) account to itunes on sep 27, 2019 at 11 42 pm, i have not authorized these transactions by any means. I also did not receive any message or mail before these transactions could be done.
      Kindly look into this and i would like my refund. Please help

        My personal loan due was delayed one day due to personal reasons so that from my hdfc account debited 590 rs except 6308 due amount. But axis customer care executives daily calling me and saying that it is not reflected in my loan account (Ppr[protected]. I have notified this issue to hdfc customer care executives but they are helpless and i should contact axis customer care. But am not able to connect both customer executives. So please do the needful.

          I have applied for axis bank salary account 1 week ago in kalyan west branch. I have submitted all required documents as well. Still my account has not activated. After 2 days my company will credit my salary and still the bank account is not activated. I am unable to connect customer care executive on call.

            I got two current accounts in axis bank... So, i have to close one account... I removed the closed account from my phonepe app and google pay... Then i want to add my existing current account to my phonepe app and google pay... It appears to be i dont have any account with the axis bank... Then i went to the axis bank branch where i kept my account and told the staffs about my queries they dont know how to solve the problem...

              I am trying to open one corporate account for my company and two current accounts for my brothers in Dharmapuri Axis Bank. I am trying for more than 4 weeks(From 1.9.2019). But no response from them. I already gave them signed account opening form 3 weeks ago But they didnt do anything. Yesterday(26.9.2019) i went to bank to inquire about that, they didnt say anything so taken back all my documents (GST document, KYC documents) from them.

              They already visited our business place last month itself. Their manager also visited at that time. From on i am asking them to open account but they keep on saying some excuses. Whenever i am calling them they said they will come to us in 1 hour like that. but they never came. And then they never picking my call . Initially 2 persons did like that so I complained to branch manager, he introduced another person. Now He also doing the same.

              We already have one corporate account, 1 current account and 5 savings accounts in Axis bank, But this time Axis Bank gives worst experience . This seems there is no interest to do banking operations. When I ask about this to branch head, he also didnt give proper answer, he said that he will ask one of them to call me. And also he saying that their representative called me like that but they never did.

                I had received call from your department call pre approved loan of 5lacs and i take this loan and further i pay monthly installments of loan for long.

                Last month i call your customer care executive for closer of this loan they ask me to pay 370127 (Three lac seventy thousand one hundred twenty seven) on 1st august 2019 the sum total amt inclusions of taxes dues etc other charges.. I paid that amt now from several days your customer care call me and ask to pay more 25000 for what i pay this amt your staff and customer care officials are misleading and i have already pay all dues of the loan and i also call your customer care officer after paying the sum due amt of loan rupees 370127 (Three lac seventy thousand one hundred twenty seven) on 1st august 2019

                Whatever i am saying, i have recording of your customer care executive who ask me to pay 370127 rupees as sum dues for loan. It's very bad of your bank. I visited home branch for this inconvenience they ask me to go main branch i'm salary women cannot take leave from work daily to resolve this. I have very bad experience with your bank this time because i feel lotted after taking pre approved loan 5 lacs against credit card. Now it's my humble request please close my credit card as it is not helpful for me. Through this bank levy heavy amt under several head charges from me and please don't call me for any type of loan in future because your dealing is not fear.

                    I was happy to receive the axis bank credit card. But now i realized the issues with the card. Axis bank does not provide net banking or mobile banking services if we hold only credit card. I have used other banks credit cards but they all provide you net banking even though you hold only credit card with them. When i called up customer service they say that you need to call them up to know details about your transaction. The call is also chargeable. Is this how a customer should be treated. Without net banking or mobile banking and that too in 2019. Worst ever service by axis bank.

                          Sir i opened savings account but sales executive open current account for his work showing. Afterwards I came to know I asked to close they not closing. Now balance went minus 29999 wat can I do. Did I borrowed any money from u no. But till now not closed. I written and gave letter everything. Totally waste..                               I want to close my credit card (With add on card). I had an sb account at bagalkot branch and as i shifted out of, i closed my sb account. I wanted to close my credit card also and i spoke to their customer care. As i am little hard on hearing i requested the person on other side to be ltl more loud and i didnot understand what he was saying now i have received an sms from bank saying that i have to pay them some amount and also my card is blocked.                                 My name is payel das. I have applied for an axis bank credit card a few weeks back. I did receive timely sms messages giving the application number, that the card had been approved and will be delivered to me in a few days time, etc. My application no. Is 15525799. My service request id. Is 55475557. I received the pin no. Through post. It have been 3 weeks and more now that i received the pin and awaiting the credit card. The axis bank cc executives everytime tell me to wait for 2 more days. After adding up each 2 days, now the period has become more than three days. I don't know what is the use of the pin when the card itself is not delivered to me. I'm afraid of false outstanding getting accumulated against the card. Awaiting explanation.

                                  I am surprised Axis bank deducted₹ 7500 from my savings account in a month as consolidation charges and GST without information pl. note that only ₹2 10 was shown debit in my savings account. Pl.
