I am holding a saving account in your bank for the past two years. I wish to bring to your notice that an amount of 250+45 has been debited from my account on[protected] on the name of consolidated charges.

The transaction came to light when i was checking my transaction details through axis bank mobile app.

I am enclosing a screen shot of my account status which reflects the transaction number and other details of the transaction.

    I have opened axis asap account on jun 2018. But my account has been closed from the bank's end on may 2019 with a reason of non kyc.
    But i have visited several times (More than 3 times) to my nearest location branch for kyc / re-kyc, and everytime i have received a message that my kyc / re-kyc has been successfully completed, but still my account has been closed.
    Please let me know how to re-open the account.

      rs 118 debited from my a/c couple of times

      Rupees 118 debited from my account twice in the month of june and sepetember. I received below message.
      Your a/c ×××××× is debited by rs. 118 on 17sep19. Avbl bal: rs. Xxx. Info: sign. Verf. Chrgs mandate regst/ stop. Call [protected] for dispute.
      I tried calling axis bank on given number n. Of times but no response. I dont know what's wrong here. I need proper clarification.

      I had sent an application for a personal loan from axis bank.
      They took much time for actual processing of my loan.
      The earlier interest rate was agreed to be 11.75 but again they said your company doesn't qualify for that interest rate and then interest rate was revised to 11.99.
      Also, it was committed to me that insurance charges would be waived off. However, when i receive the loan disbursement i observed that the insurance amount was deducted.
      I have already sent an email to the concerned team but i haven't received any reply from them.
      I would request intervention in this matter.

      I did not wish to opt for an insurance. No bank can make it compulsory.
      Also, I have not provided nominee details to bank, not sure why they have deducted money from me.
      I would want reversal of insurance charges.

        I have open an account in kalyani branch axis bank on 4/9/19, as told from branch i deposit rs 2 lakh cash, but 3 day after my account hasbeen blocked, from 11/9/19 to 17/9/19 every day i am going to bank, but no response from them, every day they are telling today i will b able to transaction but after 4 pm, but the bank closes, same thing happens again and again, but no response from them, kindly help me.....

          Today i got sms from bank that all my funds have been debited BRN-TO ACCT CLOSED IN FULL AND FINAL SET
          called customer care they said account is closed reason unknown
          called branch they also said the same thing...
          i dont know whom should i contact now or why this happened with me. how can a bank without any notice do this to there customers and my account is like 7-8 years old

            I already pay the all outstanding of creditcard i have settlement letter. But date of[protected] i received legal notice of lok adalat for credit card outstanding. But i already paid the amount of 5th march 2019. To till in between no body come to me for outstanding but date of 5th i recieved the legal notice. Next day i was gone but before meeting axis bank mananger tell me give me outsatnding amount but i already paid i will give the statement for transfer in 4 parts last part i will give the cash in his axis bank executive but he is denied he told me not received payment. I am shocked. I already given the all amount but axis bank denied my request.

            Cash not dispensed from ATM but account debited.
            Hi, i have saving account in axis bank & when i checked my balance they have deducted too much unessesary charges from my account written as Consolidated Charges.plz help me to get my money back, these banks are deducting innocent peoples money from their accounts wihout telling peoples. I already lost my too much money . Can you just help me out

              My axis bank account is received as salary account initially. Later I stopped working and the salary account automatically converted to savings account.
              Now my bank account is being charged 500 rs every month as consolidated account charges as I am unable to maintain average monthly balance.
              I saw that according to RBI guidelines, savings account should not go negative for non maintenance of account balance.
              I wish to continue using my account with average balance from now but I need the negative balance to be resolved. Please help me!

                I have logged a complaint continuously for 20 days..
                I was checking my eligibility & loan got disbursed into my account so i complaint n raised a request on same day n same time.. On 27 august.. Since that day no reply, no answer
                One of the bizzare bank i have ever seen..
                I hv visited the office 3 times n all the 3 times officer wasn’t there saying that officer is on leave that means entire jabalpur is handled by one officer...

                My account had been deducted ₹3726/- (consolidation charge) and ₹670.70/- (GST%) which total up ₹4396.70/- from my account without any notification. I want my money to be refunded.

                  Hi, my name is immanuel rakesh, i am a bpo worker who gets his normal salary every month. Here the reason i am raising a complaint is that my axis bank savings account has been put on a lien. The reason for lien is because i have an ecs from capital first bank. There was a miss of ecs and it bounced without passing due to less cash in the account. Now i have called the customer care and they said each time if there is an ecs miss there will be a charge of rs.600+gst. But the bank has charged me rs.3800 for the month of august. Now in the month of september again the bank has charged me rs. 5291.52 what is this charge for? I tried calling my account manager his phone is always busy and it says they will call me back, but i haven't received any call yet. Tried axis bank chat support, even they are busy attending other customers. I went directly to the bank and they said if there is one ecs bounce then there will be rs.5000 charge per transaction.
                  Axis bank what are you trying to prove here? If you people don't have money to run the bank pls close the bank, or go beg in streets. Why do you people charge a customer who is from the middle class and suck their blood?
                  5000 rupees is not the small amount. It is my entire monthly food expense. I need the bank to remove the lien asap. If they don't do it asap i will raise an ombudsman complaint against the bank.

                    Axis bank has horrible customer service in the world. To reach some one you will have to wait for more than an hour on the phone. Waiting on the phone, you will not be surprised that there is a bomb bill wait for you from the service provider. This is because axis bank number is a special number and it’s not toll-free number anymore. So, if you are an axis bank customer then you will be surprised in future. (Good luck to you) after you reach through a customer service agent, she/he will disconnect your call immediately after hearing your concern. All they got to say is “i am sorry i will not able to help you” and disconnect your call immediately. Axis bank wanted earn money through the phone company and loot money for middle class people like me. They don’t know how to collect the money which is given as loan to all the big people around the world. The easy way is to get the money from middle class people in the name of consolidated charges and disconnect the call when you reach the customer service agent. Axis bank had taken rs 9000/- from my account with out my concern

                      2017 i opened axis bank account to save money. Due to financial issue later unable to maintain amb then bank start imposing negative charges after balance touched zero. Now account showing 7000 negative charges. Visit branch they told me i have to paid 7000+1000 (For closer). As i opened the account to save some money now they start robbing me openly. I read somewhere according to 2015-16 rbi guidelines bank don’t have right to imposed negative charges on customers account after balance touch down zero. 1st july 2019 i raised complaint with axis bank ne ombudsman a basu for resolution but he don’t even unable to solve my issue. Today 15th sept i filed complaint with rbi ombudsman. Let’s see what their resolution. Private sector bank openly ignoring the rules and regulations of rbi.

                        negative balance in my savings account without any prior information

                        I have an axis salary account in my company today suddenly i have opened my phonepe app to check my axis bank balance it showed me that the amount of 558 in negative (-558) i don't know for what purpose it's show like that and why should the bank balance will be in negative i didn't receive any messages related with this.. My friend told that as per rbi no negative balance in savings account and mainly it is a zero balance salary account...

                        I have salary account in axis bank from my company.. It's a zero balance salary account.. Today suddenly i have opened my phonepe app to check axis bank balance it's show me that -558.. I don't know how it is possible.. Totally it is wrong without any further information my bank balance should be negative.. My friend told that as per rbi no negative balance in savings account. I didn't receive any instructions from the bank so i need to clear negative balance in my axis account immediately as possible..

                          Hi i have purchased ac with cashback of 15% but i received 5 %... Here i am not complaining that i didnt receive cashback properly because it was useless.. So i am suggesting people don't use axis bank credit card for cashback offers because they are the worst response from customer executive and they will simply tel to check with merchant they not even check the issue... I am going to close my credit card in this month after paying my bill... My kind advise don't use axis bank credit card... I am also advised my collegue not to use axis bank credit card and also tk close that... My last request number regarding my issue 55183483

                            There has been an deduction of rs 7948.45 as consolidated charges and gst of 18% - rs 1430.72 from my saving account on 14-sep-2019 without prior intimation.

                            I have been axis bank customer from past 5 years this time deducted amount was too high, i am extremely disappointed with the way you have treat the customer by deducting the money in the name of consolidation charges and gst.

                            Please refund my money and resolve this problem...

                              I am fed up with this credit card as i am not receiving any statement till date. When i checked with my nearest branch in barrackpore, kolkata, they were not able to give me satisfying reply. I am told i have 2 credit cards which i am not aware off. There are lot of charges which is getting debited to my account. Please help me atleast sending my credit card statement for last 3 months so i can understand the transactions made by me. I am customer of axis bank from 1998,. If this issue is not resolved i will cancel all my cards and close all axis bank account

                                Hi my name is Shikha Singh and I have a salary account in axis bank and yesterday they deducted 300 rs and a get of 55 rs as a consolidated charge from my account. On enquiring about the same they gave me reasons that my transaction limit got exceeded last month on the basis of which they have deducted my money. These people are fraud too, they just look for opportunities to do something like this. There were no such intimation about this transaction limits and also today she told me that my limit is 300000rs for transaction and I did not have anything even close to that transaction limit last month or even this month. I want my money back as this is unprofessional on their end that they are deducting money without even informing things
