Sir, i visited my bank branch lambra on 19th aug, 2019 to deposit my check of hdfc bank. I dropped it in the box as usual. I expected the amount to be credited on 21st aug but it wasnt transferred. I visited the branch again on 22nd to know the status of my cheque. Bank staff told me that the clearing of my cheque had done on 20th aug.in order to confirm, i called the axis bank customer care and they had no status of my cheque in their server, it means that the clearing hadnt done till 22th aug. My complaint was registered on the same day after 2-3 attempts. I didnt get any call or message from the branch or from the customer service even after my complaint. I am still waiting for my amount to be credited till today. Some of the staff, slackers try to make fool and lies to the customers.

    I have created axis bank asap account, i have been paying charges and all the consolidated charges are taking... As well it's fine.

    Today, early morning while i was doing my transactions to my frnd. Complete 600 rupees has been debited for some what axis anniversary closure - kyc not completed. Here that i have been given the required and necessary details of mine and i had been using debit card for one year.

    Why is this charges have been applied without an intimation?
    Why all the amount has been deducted?

    Here i'm able to use the account it casually or not?


    Will my money will be refunded or not?

    I requested my Axis bank branch to close my current account ...they received the filled closure form..and cheque book and debit card...2 years before ...but they still sending me the message of negative balance of 21000/-...

    I haven't done any transactions my 60000 have been deducted in last 6 months kindly help me. Bank is giving me not response. I have attempted several time for blockage of my card but my credit card is not blocked yet

            I have used axis bank credit my actual credit limit is 75000 and outstanding amount is 86000.. I paid complete outstanding till may’2019 after which because of my health condition i missed out paying june month generated bill. Customer care agent called me and said if you are not in a situation to pay complete amount pay minimum due and i paid the same in july month. After which payment got generated for the month of july, one collection agent visited my house he started threatening me if you are not paying the entire amount we will mail and it effect your cibil and he said pay to 10k on aug 12th so that he will give me 1month to clear off the entire outstanding because my bill will generate after 12th of every month. After that he promised that if you pay 10k your oustanding will reduce from 86000 to 76000 and you can easily clear off 76k, i agreed and paid the 10k amount and today i. E., aug 24th 2019 he came again for payment i said 10days ago only i paid 10k and again you came for payment at least i have 1month to pay august bill.. He is not listening at all he started threatening me and because of him my hypertension got high and iam 8months pregnant. He started troubling me with his words. I asked his supervisor number i called him he is talking irresponsible. I have time to clear the due till mid of sept to clear actually because my bill got generated on aug 12th. His supervisor was reckless so i asked his senior supervisor number he is asking me to visit the office i said i cannot come in this situation let me talk to ur manager on call i requested he is not listening at all he cold heartedly disconnected my call. I asked is this is the way to handle the customer moreover a pregnant lady? His answer was weird. I don’t care if you are pregnant or not we want our payment.. Until we receive payment our agent will come visit your home and threaten you. So i want to complaint on both collection agent and that supervisor also.

                I have opened axis asap account by filling online details at app of axis bank & also deposited 10000 for account opening but next day i have received a message that your account is debited by 10000 & amount transfer to “closure proceeds to dd acct”. Please refund my money i did not expected it from such a big organisation to do such frauds. Please let me know how will i get my money back.

                  I the undersigned a customer of axis bank and having my salary account since long. Recently i have received a debit card from the bank having annual charge of rs. 500/- and when i contacted axis bank’s orange mall branch and asked why my colleagues having a card of rs. 236/- annual charge and how my debit card bear a higher annual charge. The bank people told me that i am having an international card and they did not give a proper answer why they have issued an international card to me. I asked the bank people to cancel the card and issue me an ordinary card and they asked me to contact customer care. When i contacted customer care for cancelling the card they asked me to submit the card to the branch. Again i contacted the branch and asked them to cancel the same and i got the reply that once issued card could not cancelled.
                  Axis bank’s online complaint system is very odd and you have to make step by step complaint and when i try to make complaint on first step the particular heading (Debit card section) is not accepting the system.
                  I want immediate cancel of this card and issue another card of minimum annual charge.

                    I have received a call from axis bank yesterday. I just don't want the subscription and please cancel my subscription for my axis master card ending with 1677. It has been noticed that the money already been charged @1899 for the same.
                    Hence, cancel the subscription and refund the same into my account. My relationship no. Is 8057285 i am waiting for confirmation of deletion of this service and also refund the money @1899.

                      I have two saving account in axis bank,

                      1) when i was in college, i opened saving account with axis bank, branch: wani, dist: yavatmal - as a college student i didn't had any source of income and not that much money to maintain in the bank and i was not aware of maintenance charges. After a year i checked the bank balance it was in negative 2k (-2000).

                      2) in my first job i opened salary account with axis bank, branch: wardha road, nagpur (Their was no other bank account choice from company) - after a period of time i had change the job and my new job is located in different city and state, after some time bank converted the salary account to saving account without any notice and started charging on it, i was busy in my new job and somehow i took time to go back to the city (Nagpur) where i opened the axis bank salary account - i went and asked for account close form (For both axis bank account) and relevant details, their was a lady she told me that i have negative balance 3k (-3000) on my salary to saving converted account and total balance on both accounts is negative 8k (-8000), i told her i don't have money and asked her bank should have called me before converting the account and inform all this details, she told that i don't know about all those things and bank will continue to charge you for not maintaining amount.

                      I request you to please help me in closing this two axis bank saving account without any charges.

                        I opened an asap account in axis bank through online. After three days of opening the account, the account got closed itself for no reason. After that i went to nearest branch to talk about.in the branch they no idea about what is this asap account. I tried to open a new account few days later. But i was unable to open the account with the same pan card. Even the nearest branch had no idea about to open a new account.

                          दिनांक २१-०9-२०१९ मुझे एक लड़की से फोन आया है जिसमें उसने कहा है कि वह एक्सिस बैंक लिमिटेड से है, जिसमें उसने मुझे अपनी क्रेडिट कार्ड की सीमा बढ़ाने की पेशकश की, उसने मुझे is number [protected] se कहा, उसके बाद उसने मुझे आश्वासन दिया कि वह मेरी कार्ड सीमा को उसी समय बढ़ाएँ जब उसके बाद उसने कुछ जानकारी के साथ-साथ मेरे ओटीपी को भी दो बार पूछा हो, ओटीपी के बाद मुझे तुरंत मेरे लेन-देन के 2 संदेश मिले हैं कि मेरी राशि मेरे क्रेडिट कार्ड से 52500, 5250 द्वारा डेबिट कर दी गई है।

                          मेरा कार्ड एकदम नया था, जिसे मैंने आज तक इस्तेमाल नहीं किया है, मुझे नहीं पता कि उसे मेरी निजी जानकारी कहाँ से मिली।

                          कृपया इस संबंध में मेरी मदद करें ताकि मेरी डेबिट राशि मेरे खाते में स्थानांतरित हो सके। कृपया इस व्यक्ति को पहचानें जिसने मुझे विवरण के लिए बुलाया है।

                            I have raised sr 54249625. I received a mail saying phone call not answered. Please contact vishal with his number. He asked me to sms the request number and i did it. Then next day i sent sms asking him for status. No reply. I made a call.. No response. Next day again i made a call... Again no response.

                            I called customer call center[protected] and explained my issue to customer support agent rangitha. She tried to transfer the call to next level. She did it for couple of times. For the third time she told the new request number sr 54249625. Over it took around 22 minutes create a new request.

                            Since it's my salary account i has to be with this bank or else i should i moved to other banks with good customer service.

                            Still my concern has not be resolved. I will wait and see how this will end.

                                Even if i am entering correct login i’d and password i am receiving error that incorrect credentials on axis mobile app. Same credentials works on internet banking. Not able to use mobile app. After entering mpin it only shows me account balance, but when i try to do any transaction it asks me for login id n password, but it doesn’t go through. So not able to use axis bank app for any transaction.

                                  Have received a call from axis bank today. I just don't want the subscription and please cancel my subscription for my axis visa card ending with 2517. It has been noticed that the money charged @1899 for the same today.
                                  Hence, cancel the subscription and refund the same into my account. I am waiting for confirmation of deactivate of this service and refund the money @1899

                                    My credit card number [protected]. name - shambhu nath suman contact no [protected] ( [protected]). there was a due amount to be paid rs. 19000 approx suddenly without intimation to me lien was done for full amount of 108, 000 and my axis bank account being debited with my balance amount of 33000/- total.
                                    My complain was registered and asked to provide a mail for deducting minimum amount of 6500 and un hold the balance amount in my debit card.
                                    After three days of mail there is denial of processing the same.
                                    Axis Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                    Unfortunately my company is having salary account with your bank. I have sent a mail related to my money got locked in lien balance by 16th Aug and till today haven't got the reply. Spoke to Durgapur as well as Kolkata people and they referred loan department who has locked my amount in lien balance.

                                    I personally went to Durgapur branch and again there also no response and they ask me to call kolkata Shymal dey.

                                    I have asked to send a mail for deducting of minimum amount of 6500 and unlock my salary account.
                                    But that mail has no use...

                                      I myself venkatesh eshwar rao tirumani and im working at clarks future footwear private limited as a seniour sales executive i have all the documents related my job profile. My account no is ([protected]) and im your's customer at sinc last 6 to 7 years and this is to inform you that many times i had apply credit card application at axis bank but no one to approved my credit card (Why).

                                      My previous application no is 14687383 but this is reject i dont know why. This is my salery account and every month my salary is credited at same account and you can check my statement summary is also very good. My account details is given below

                                      Note :- if your department doesn't approved my card so i will quit my account at axis bank with attached hard copy of letter about my complaint. Also i had alredy lodge a complaint at online but we dont get a reply for your side.

                                      Do the needfull as soon as possible and waiting for your reply for the same.
