axis asap account is closed without my consent

Hi,

I was trying to open an axis asap account on 11th april 2019, but during final page, it asked me to deposit 10k or 20k, so it was mentioned as a zero balance account but it asked me to deposit 10k, so i discontinue my registration.

On 12th april, i got a call from axis bank and i got an explanation regarding the account details and finally, i opened my account through aadhar and i added an initial deposit...

Hi,,
My axis asap account [protected] has been closed from back end due to some internal policy, during account creation i have been asked to add rs 10, 000.

As account has been closed i suppose to receive dd of rs 10, 000 / with in 10 days to my adhar address..

As of now i haven't received any dd or any communication of the dd delivery status.

Kindly update when i can expect the delivery or the courier details of the same.

      Bank has debited my savings account by -1521 rs for not maintaining minimum balance.
      I am 100 % sure that no other bank is putting balance to negative
      I have accounts maintaining from 5 years to 10 years in SBI, UBI, PAYTM, KOTAK but they only deduct my money if I not maintain minimum balance only after my deposit
      But it's too much hesitating bank they are putting balance to negative -1521/-rs
      And now they are asking me to pay the amount when I already told to close my account before.
      TOTALY CHEATING AND TO MUCH IRRITATING BANK OFFICERS
      ONLY KNOW THEIR TARGETS BUT NOT HELPING IN DIFFICULTIES

      2 YEARS BEFORE THEY SUDDENLY DEDUCTED 3850 /-RS AND MADE INSURANCE POLICY WITHOUT MY PERMISSION
      WHICH THEY HAVE NOT RETURNED YET AND NOW -1521 RS
      ITS JUST NOTHING JUST FULLFIL THERE DEMANDS BUT THEY WILL NEVER HELP YOU WHEN U WILL BE CHEATED
      EVEN CUSTOMER SERVICES GIVES WRONG INFORMATION.
      SO I SUGGEST EVERYONE NOT TO OPEN ACCOUNT IN AXIS BANK
      ALL OTHER BANKS R BEST...

        I have my car loan ecs running in my Axis bank account. My ecs date is 20th of every month. For the month of Jul'19 my ecs is debited as scheduled, which shows in my statement too, yet Axis bank has charged me 1200 rupees stating cheque return charges!
        Called customer care twice, first executive tells me - sorry for inconvenience your money will be refunded in 2 working days. Another executive tells me sorry this amount can't be refunded. Utter nonsense! Don't know what's wrong with Axis bank services this days, frequent deductions in the account for something or the other only causing stress day by day.
        I have the proof of statement (attached) which shows my ecs cleared as on ecs date i.e 20th Jul'19.
        I need the refund of my money at the earliest.

        There are no steps taken by the company as such. No one called me. As mentioned in the previous message, I called customer care twice on number 18605005555, first some executive told me my money will be refunded in 2 working days, second time some other executive told me money can't be reversed. That's it. Have no further update from the bank.

          I have salary account in axis bank from my first company after coming out of company i never used that account and i am went out of state for working. I called customer care to close account. But they told need to come to own branch. I received every time message as your account balance is zero and now also came like that. Now i am went to branch for asking closing of account they told you have negative balance for not maintaining minimum balance we kept negative balance. I shown my messages they given zero balance. They are told that is our business policy. My friend told that as per rbi no negative balance in savings account. I went another time for showing and closing that account but they told why we need to follow those rules. And we didn't received any instructions like that from our bank so you need to clear negative balance to close it.
          This type of cheating customers and rbi done by axis bank please take action against these type of cheating banks

          I also had made a payment of Rs. 2430 by Phonepe to MSEB QRCode scan to [protected]@icici id on 12/07/2019. The same was debited from my account, but as per MSEB records, it has not been credited to their account. I have raised a complaint to by Bank also.
          Please help if you can.

            I opened my mother account with axis bank in jan 2019 at kopar khairne branch navi mumbai, my mother account is deducted with approx 29366 rupees till now. No msg from axis bank till yet, since last 3 days i am trying to contact customer support they are telling to visit the branch and branch is telling to lodge a police complain.                 AXIS Bank Jayanagar Bangalore has taken my processing Fee of 9500.. For legal issues they didn't approve my loan, and now they are not returning my Processing fee.                     This is to inform you that i cannot pay this amount as my family has fallen under hard time in recent months and i am jobless, but we do want to settle this in a fair and just manner so that you can have the money you deserve and we can be relieved of the burden of owing you this debt.

                      This is unbearable, rs 3000/- is charged as consolidated charges before this they charges 790/- which is the first time i thought this charge is for the year, but this happen again what's going on with axis bank charging innocent people in a shady way as possible (Consolidated charges). And not to forget that they charged 500/- gst also for it. I want my money asap

                      Sir the behaviour of employee of axis bank Mr shubham rathor towards customers is very rude and aggressive and he disrespects them . He thinks he is always right and talk with them in ego. Sir please take a action against him

                        I hold a salary account in axis bank. I received a message stating that consolidated charges are being cut which were 1000 bucks plus 18% gst plus additional 118rs are being debited. Is this some kind of loot! Why suddenly am i charged soo much and that too without prior intimation. And what are these charges, they haven't even mentioned anything about it. Trying to call customer care nobody even answers the call. Pathetic service by axis bank.

                          bna convenience charges for a/c without any information

                          Axis bank has deducted rs.200 as bna convenience fee from my salary account on aug 11. There is no mention on why this deduction. Also i have paid my emi late by 1 day and they deducted around 600 rupees the next day. Also 250 rupees of cheque bounce charges a month later i. E. On aug 11. What are these bna charges for? Deduction of amount without any information is not acceptable. Unless there is any genuine reason please credit my money...

                          My salary account is not used regularly. And till yesterday i was charged nagative balance of 100. Which i paid. But as per rbi there should not be any nagative balance.

                          And now today and charged nagative balance of -6, 481.96 when it shows zero until yesterday. When i try to call customer care it says invalid number.

                          Please update the balance as per AUG 11 2019 NAGATIVE Balance of -66 rupees is reduced alredy even after another 34 also got reduced. And and I attached screen shot of sms which I got.

                          Note: if you update on this then only I will go further steps.

                            I have savings account in axis bank.in the month of march they charged cash transaction fee as rs.315.in april they have charged cash transaction fee as 150. Thn may they charged 150 july they charged consolidated charges as 15 in august they charged 550 plus gst why they are keep on debiting the balances. They are charging again and again i'm willing to close my account they are charging more and more

                              Hi, i am an nre/nro account holder. I dint use nro account so it had zero balance, 15 days back i had deposited 10000 rs and axis bank deducted 4800 as consolidated charges and gst.

                              There was no chages for 15 months (As seen in attached snaps)... Once i deposited 10000 then only they deducted 4800 as penalty.

                              This is unfair as they should have updated penalty every month in statement every month then i would have paid or would have closed the account.

                              It took me more than 1 hour to reach their customer care support as there phone line was not working then waiting time is more than 20 mins.

                              If my 4800 is not returned i will file a case with rbi obdushman.
