regarding credit card no due certificate

My name is amitkumar l patel. I was given the credit card with a commitment as a lifetime free credit card. But the bank then started levying charges on the credit card. I then complained few times regarding the same but there was no response. I then decided to clear the issue and paid the settlement amount of ₹15204.73
I now want a no due certificate and noc. So that i can have it as a proof that it was not my mistake that i have...

AXIS Bank Jayanagar Bangalore has taken my processing Fee of 9500.. For legal issues they didn't approve my loan, and now they are not returning my Processing fee. Also have lost my original doucments which i had done franking. I had also complain to Nodal officer. But I'm not getting any response

      I am writing this with regards to my credit card bill payment. My credit card number is [protected]. I recently received a bill of amount rs. 85386.

      This is to inform you that i cannot pay this amount as my family has fallen under hard time in recent months and i am jobless, but we do want to settle this in a fair and just manner so that you can have the money you deserve and we can be relieved of the burden of owing you this debt.

      I can able to give 20% of my debts. If agree to settle with this amount, i shall be clearing their dues within the next 5 business days. More than 20% is not affordable for me in the present situation.

      I am ready to settle this as soon as i get the confirmation from your side.

        This is unbearable, rs 3000/- is charged as consolidated charges before this they charges 790/- which is the first time i thought this charge is for the year, but this happen again what's going on with axis bank charging innocent people in a shady way as possible (Consolidated charges). And not to forget that they charged 500/- gst also for it. I want my money asap

        Sir the behaviour of employee of axis bank Mr shubham rathor towards customers is very rude and aggressive and he disrespects them . He thinks he is always right and talk with them in ego. Sir please take a action against him

          I hold a salary account in axis bank. I received a message stating that consolidated charges are being cut which were 1000 bucks plus 18% gst plus additional 118rs are being debited. Is this some kind of loot! Why suddenly am i charged soo much and that too without prior intimation. And what are these charges, they haven't even mentioned anything about it. Trying to call customer care nobody even answers the call. Pathetic service by axis bank.

            bna convenience charges

            bna convenience charges for a/c without any information

            Axis bank has deducted rs.200 as bna convenience fee from my salary account on aug 11. There is no mention on why this deduction. Also i have paid my emi late by 1 day and they deducted around 600 rupees the next day. Also 250 rupees of cheque bounce charges a month later i. E. On aug 11. What are these bna charges for? Deduction of amount without any information is not acceptable. Unless there is any genuine reason please credit my money...

            My salary account is not used regularly. And till yesterday i was charged nagative balance of 100. Which i paid. But as per rbi there should not be any nagative balance.

            And now today and charged nagative balance of -6, 481.96 when it shows zero until yesterday. When i try to call customer care it says invalid number.

                Hi, i am an nre/nro account holder. I dint use nro account so it had zero balance, 15 days back i had deposited 10000 rs and axis bank deducted 4800 as consolidated charges and gst.

                There was no chages for 15 months (As seen in attached snaps)... Once i deposited 10000 then only they deducted 4800 as penalty.

                This is unfair as they should have updated penalty every month in statement every month then i would have paid or would have closed the account.

                It took me more than 1 hour to reach their customer care support as there phone line was not working then waiting time is more than 20 mins.

                If my 4800 is not returned i will file a case with rbi obdushman.

                  Hi i have a salary account in axis. When they open the account they have never informed that there will be consolidated charges. Very time they will deduct 500 to 700 rs as consolidated charges.

                  Yesterday also they have again deducted rs 600 approx as consolidated charges. I want my money back. Is it a joke, without informing the account holder they are deducting the charges.

                  The customer service is the worst in axis bank, they don't even respond to customers call.

                  Kindly look into the matter.

                      Axis is totally a fraud bank deducted 1011 as consolidation charge. Which is not genuine & every month they are doing same.                           Why you guys have debited 5000 consolidated charges are you crazy.. I am not aware why you have debited this huge amount if this is not reversed i will not pay credit card outstanding i don't care of my cibil report # off...                             In my account deducted rs. 295 for with the statement of consolidated charge for a/c. Last day i had send rs.2000 neft in my brother's a/c still that amount pending and in my account already had rs.3500 but finally i got the message that "consolidated charge of a/c rs.250 nd gst rs. 45. This is the digital india anything can posible with hidden term and conditions. Please verified member send me a link or copy of consolidated charge term and conditions. So i can tell my other friends.
                            Thanks indian government and rbi also to give the permission to take unwanted charges from customers. Bank have any politics to give that much momey to any customers.??

                                In my bank a/c today 10/08/2019 deducted rs. 295 for consolidated charge for a/c. I have searched this but in axis bank website no any satisfaction notes. They have own internal t&c may be this is digital india so they have own term
