There is fraud transaction of 20, 000 inr from my credit card ([protected]) on 4th aug, 2018 and i had complaint immediately with fir & dispute form submitted to axis bank, mahape branch, navi mumbai. I have been tired of raising sr, submitting documents and call to customer care, every time they reject /close my request by saying document not received.
I have mail proof that document is submitted to mahape branch.

Axis Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I have deposited one cheque on 6th July 2019 in Chennai Neelangarai Branch(3331/IFSC UTIB0003331), But the issue is till now the amount not credited into my account.Could you please help on this. If it not done i am going to take action against you.
