    Online purchase somebody done purchase with out my knowledge.
    On 17/05/2019 total 4 times online purchase done at midnight after 12.00pm, i given complain in bank on 23/05/2019, after again remind them, they added to my account on 04/06/2019 after again they are deducted same amount in my account on 08/07/2019 again i remind to them, but until now they not added back my amount totally i loss 2200 rupees and 1 credit card, 2 debit cards, at present i'm not india. I'm very worry about this issue and why bank peoples not solved this issue

    Today Axis Bank people call me for one assist and they activated one assist and then my account balance is debited of RS 1399 don't need that service...please return my 1399rs...asap

        I have applied for axis my zone credit card 2 weeks ago... I received only pin number today through post... I didnt received card... Wht should i do with that pin number... I tried calling cust care but no one picking call... What should i dooo... I have applied through mobile banking...in mobile banking app i can able to see credit card number and all... But i didnt receved card yet only recevd pin number

          Your branch in mangalore has such poor service... I had requested for a cheque book 2 weeks back n they said it would be delivered to my house in 2 days which never happened. Today on enquiry they're saying there's no facility for cheque book for this account. The person also said the facility was removed last week. When i said i would close the account they said ok

            harassment from axis credit card collection agency

            I have a axis bank credit card. The card is overdue last 1 year due to financial problems. I am paying minimum amount monthly. But this month i have not received salary due to deduction of medical policy.
            Axis bank collection agent mr. Vinod yata (Mobile number [protected]) calling and harassing for payment. I am asking some time for the payment. But he is coming to office regulars and harassing for payment....

              axis asap account is closed without my consent

              Hi,

              I was trying to open an axis asap account on 11th april 2019, but during final page, it asked me to deposit 10k or 20k, so it was mentioned as a zero balance account but it asked me to deposit 10k, so i discontinue my registration.

              On 12th april, i got a call from axis bank and i got an explanation regarding the account details and finally, i opened my account through aadhar and i added an initial deposit...

              As account has been closed i suppose to receive dd of rs 10, 000 / with in 10 days to my adhar address..

              As of now i haven't received any dd or any communication of the dd delivery status.

              Kindly update when i can expect the delivery or the courier details of the same.

                  Bank has debited my savings account by -1521 rs for not maintaining minimum balance.
                  I am 100 % sure that no other bank is putting balance to negative
                  I have accounts maintaining from 5 years to 10 years in SBI, UBI, PAYTM, KOTAK but they only deduct my money if I not maintain minimum balance only after my deposit
                  But it's too much hesitating bank they are putting balance to negative -1521/-rs
                  And now they are asking me to pay the amount when I already told to close my account before.
                  TOTALY CHEATING AND TO MUCH IRRITATING BANK OFFICERS
                  ONLY KNOW THEIR TARGETS BUT NOT HELPING IN DIFFICULTIES

                  2 YEARS BEFORE THEY SUDDENLY DEDUCTED 3850 /-RS AND MADE INSURANCE POLICY WITHOUT MY PERMISSION
                  WHICH THEY HAVE NOT RETURNED YET AND NOW -1521 RS
                  ITS JUST NOTHING JUST FULLFIL THERE DEMANDS BUT THEY WILL NEVER HELP YOU WHEN U WILL BE CHEATED
                  EVEN CUSTOMER SERVICES GIVES WRONG INFORMATION.
                  SO I SUGGEST EVERYONE NOT TO OPEN ACCOUNT IN AXIS BANK
                  ALL OTHER BANKS R BEST...

                    I have my car loan ecs running in my Axis bank account. My ecs date is 20th of every month. For the month of Jul'19 my ecs is debited as scheduled, which shows in my statement too, yet Axis bank has charged me 1200 rupees stating cheque return charges!
                    Called customer care twice, first executive tells me - sorry for inconvenience your money will be refunded in 2 working days. Another executive tells me sorry this amount can't be refunded. Utter nonsense! Don't know what's wrong with Axis bank services this days, frequent deductions in the account for something or the other only causing stress day by day.
                    I have the proof of statement (attached) which shows my ecs cleared as on ecs date i.e 20th Jul'19.
                    I need the refund of my money at the earliest.

                    There are no steps taken by the company as such. No one called me. As mentioned in the previous message, I called customer care twice on number 18605005555, first some executive told me my money will be refunded in 2 working days, second time some other executive told me money can't be reversed. That's it. Have no further update from the bank.

                      I have salary account in axis bank from my first company after coming out of company i never used that account and i am went out of state for working. I called customer care to close account. But they told need to come to own branch. I received every time message as your account balance is zero and now also came like that. Now i am went to branch for asking closing of account they told you have negative balance for not maintaining minimum balance we kept negative balance. I shown my messages they given zero balance. They are told that is our business policy. My friend told that as per rbi no negative balance in savings account. I went another time for showing and closing that account but they told why we need to follow those rules. And we didn't received any instructions like that from our bank so you need to clear negative balance to close it.
                      This type of cheating customers and rbi done by axis bank please take action against these type of cheating banks

                      I also had made a payment of Rs. 2430 by Phonepe to MSEB QRCode scan to [protected]@icici id on 12/07/2019. The same was debited from my account, but as per MSEB records, it has not been credited to their account. I have raised a complaint to by Bank also.

                            regarding credit card no due certificate

                            My name is amitkumar l patel. I was given the credit card with a commitment as a lifetime free credit card. But the bank then started levying charges on the credit card. I then complained few times regarding the same but there was no response. I then decided to clear the issue and paid the settlement amount of ₹15204.73

                            AXIS Bank Jayanagar Bangalore has taken my processing Fee of 9500.. For legal issues they didn't approve my loan, and now they are not returning my Processing fee.                                 This is to inform you that i cannot pay this amount as my family has fallen under hard time in recent months and i am jobless, but we do want to settle this in a fair and just manner so that you can have the money you deserve and we can be relieved of the burden of owing you this debt.

                                I can able to give 20% of my debts. If agree to settle with this amount, i shall be clearing their dues within the next 5 business days. More than 20% is not affordable for me in the present situation.

                                I am ready to settle this as soon as i get the confirmation from your side.

                                  Address: 71 and 72 ,Tavarekere main road ,Madiwala, 570029

                                  This is unbearable, rs 3000/- is charged as consolidated charges before this they charges 790/- which is the first time i thought this charge is for the year, but this happen again what's going on with axis bank charging innocent people in a shady way as possible (Consolidated charges). And not to forget that they charged 500/- gst also for it. I want my money asap

                                  Sir the behaviour of employee of axis bank Mr shubham rathor towards customers is very rude and aggressive and he disrespects them . He thinks he is always right and talk with them in ego. Sir please take a action against him
