Below is the message I received from axis bank
"Your A/c **5367 is debited by Rs. 1360 on 07Aug19. Avbl Bal: Rs. 3048.10. Info: BRN-Card Payment" and I tried contacting Customer care for details of deductions but I didn't receive any updates.
My savings account is linked with credit card and I have paid the credit card bill before the due date. They have clearly sent a message saying that they have received the payment for credit card and later the next message I received was deduction from my savings account. They are just fooling around and I read many such issues being raised on the same issue. Request to repay and deducted amount and block the card

    When I called customer care to enquire about the latest deduction from savings account, they said it's for credit card payment. But the paid amount is not reflecting in credit card balance. Mail that I got says it's for BRN - card payment. I don't understand why was money deducted, if deducted why it's not reflecting in credit card balance amount. Clear this issue ASAP.

      I am writing to dispute a fraudulent debit on my credit card of the amount rs.36, 000 on 2nd and 3rd of aug 2019. Even after complaining multiple times to axis bank, they tend to ask the same question again and again without taking an action on the issue. This is highly disappointing. Axis bank is so slow in solving the matter and treating the customer queries in the right way. Seems like all the executives say different thing when i raised the complaint. Already i am in a mental pressure and on top of that without providing a resolution, axis bank seems to put more torture on me. I am requesting that the debit reinstated, any finance and other charges related to the fraudulent amount be credited so that i receive an accurate statement. Please investigate this matter and correct the fraudulent debit as soon as possible.

      Hope to have a resolution on this.

      If you guys would have given me a right direction or a resolution then I wouldn't have ended up writing a post here.

        This is the worst ever experience witnessed by me with any of the insurer. Since 5th of aug in am stuck in hospital for the claim reimbursement to hospital and even after taking to their supervisor manish and manohar and their executives habiba monam poonam sana and many more, all at useless in terms of service and etiquette while talking to customer. Today is 6th aug and i am still waiting for the settlements. Every time time they are doing a wrong entry and asking for more time. I am really feeling that i did a blunder to take the policy from medi assist. Because of the casual approach and false commitment i m getting harassed and tourchered which is impacting y health also. If any thing will happen to me the medi assist will held to be responsible as because of them my medicines has been stopped and i unaware of the medication. I will take th issue to irda ombudsment also.

            collection department using abusive language and mental torcher

            This is to notify u that i have my credit card of axis since 2017 and i have made regular payments against it initially but still the collection department team use to call and harass me and abuse me so badly.. Since 2 years and forcing me to do the payment when i have already given them date specially person name as shailesh number [protected]. This guy talks so rudely and has harassed me and mentally torchured me...

            Axis Bank allocated a relationship manager to me in 2015. Her name was Heena. She never picked up any calls. I looked for ways to complain about her to Axis Bank. There wasn't any mechanism for that. Few days back they allocated a new relationship manager. Her name is RAJESHWARI and she has called me 3 times to introduce herself. When I told her my complaints she said she will "look into it and call back". She never called back. Post this i have called her many many times. she does not answer ever, not even once. It looks like this whole RELATIONSHIP MANAGER thing is a SCAM. They do absolutely nothing. There is no way to escalate or complain about them. They are not accountable for anything at all.

            Axis bank relationship manager in vaishali nagar, jaipur branch is Parul chahar. She is not a polite and customer problems solving kind of personality as a person. She just takes care of her reviews and formalities that they don't complaint about her and only interested in getting good reviews. Not a person for the position of relationship manager better to be a cashier or some other designation in which she doesn't need to interact with a costumer because not a quality person to server and talk to a customer in one of the best bank of the country. Poor language and attitude not a serving person I'll give zero in case of her response quality as a priority account customer in the bank big NO for the position as a relationship manager they can hire better than this and will be beneficial for us also as a customer to interact and solve our queries and problems.

              I have salary account from last OCT 2016 To Present.

              Every month consolidated charges deducting amount is 595, My total consolidated amounts are 14980 till date ( every month deducting)

              Again another issue from E-Commerce, amount deducted is 273 on[protected]

              Are you guys humans or Professional Thief ?

                Axis Bank is charging excessive service charge for Annual debit card which is currently Rs 885. I am surprised to see that it is the highest among all private Banks.
                This exorbitant charge has been debited without any intimation of the increase of the service charge. earlier it was around Rs 200. How can they increase it 4 times suddenly.

                  I am praveen upadhyay contact number and having a joint account in axis bank mayur vihar phase 3. From last 3-6 months axis bank is deducting money from my account on the name of charges from last 6 month they have deducted more then 20k amount on the name of charges. I also had meeting with there branch manager, regarding these hiden charges, he told that he will look into the matter and told to maintain again 10k amount in the bank... I did as told the on 16- july they have deducted more then 7471 on which i have to pay more 1344 gst as gst on charges... They do this without information...

                    Since 29th june 2019, i have submitted all the required documents for the closure of my savings account as well as dmat account to orlem, malad west branch. However, it's been 3rd august 2019 today and still the lazy bank executives and also the branch manager (Mr. Manjeet) does not have any clue or confirmation regarding the same. Repeated excuses are given to me every week that they are unknown to the closure process and do not know where the process is stuck. Disrespectful and pathetic service given to me even while leaving the banking relationship. How i wonder they must be servicing the existing customers. Worst bank to have account with.

                    There is no link to download PMSBY & PMJY insurance certificate . call centre ask to contact home branch, while i was done these two insurance online then why not axis bank provides these certificate online

                      In axis branch amloh 147203, there is very poor management in this branch. They work on references only. Manager of the branch is rude and don't know how to behave with their customers. I went to the branch for updating my aadhar card. But they are giving token to the selected people only. Also the person sitting for updating the aadhar card is doing the work on references. When i have raised the issues in front of the manager he also shouts on me.

                      I want to close my credit card no- [protected] of Axis Bank, Balangir, Odisha branch.As I feel it is not needed for me and provided me without my concern. Unless i have to pay unnecessary maintenance charge for this credit card.

                        Provided all the personal details like pan card and aadhar card for opening the account.
                        Also deposited 10, 000 into it as it was the last activation step.
                        Then suddenly on next day itself i receive a mesage
                        Your a/c 384056 is debited by rs. 10000 on 03aug19. Avbl bal: rs. 0. Info: account closure proceeds to dd acct. Call [protected] for dispute.
                        I don't understand without customers consent how can they deduct the amount??
                        Customer care have no freaking idea about how it happened and their behaviour seriously so rude.
                        It's my sincere request to give my money back as soon as possible and without any hurdles

Jiteshbhai b. Kolipatel (Mobile number [protected]) they sent all necessary document to mr. Vivekbhai bhatt, on 23/11/18 who is team leader mortgages department. Emp. Code-as198675, axis securities.. Shephire complex 1st floor near kalupur bank, kkv hall rajkot..
                          Vivekbhai bhatt and mahesh shah has not taken any step to approve my home till now. And whenever i am asking about our home loan, he give reply me wait one or two days loan will be sanctioned. As has been done more than 6 months. During this time of six months, when shri. Vivek bhatt demand required documents provide him immediately.
                          I also provided him my salary slip month of -09/2018 to month -05/2019 and account details of axis and hdfc bank have been provided the last one year. Our humble request to take strong action against mr. Vivek bhai, team leader mortgages department. Emp. Code-as198675, axis securities.. Shephire complex 1st floor near kalupur bank, kkv hall rajkot.
                          Even before this, home loan of mr. Vipul bhai prajapati (Mobile number -[protected]), who worked as surendranagar teacher, also not been approved his home loan and not give him proper answer for the last six months.
                          We are ordinary citizens who are applying for home loan this kind of employee of your bank waste my time and money. Though i want to be needful in this matter and sanction my home loan as soon as possible.
                          Your axis bank is at the peak of success in recent times. Vivek bhatt and mahesh shah may be at risk for your bank. Therefore, we demand that immediate action be taken against them.

                              Axis bank is literally looting our money.. There is some issue every month on my credit card statement.. Customer care guys are so damn pathetic, they don't even know basic + - calculations but they will argue with you for 30 - 45 minutes.

                              This is how you are running your bank mr. Amitabh chaudhry by looting customers. I want to cancel my card.. Don't want to do any transactions with such cheaters.

                                I had not been using the account for almost 4 months now and according to my bank account statement, my balance is Rs.1298 but when I check is on the mobile App, it shows the balance is -4301.83. Is this some kind of scam as there is no record even in the bank statement. Why is my balance in negative number?

                                  I have salary account in axis bank from my first company after coming out of company then my account is transferred to savings account. Then i never use that account to 8-9 months. Then i started to use it but they charged me 700 hundred per month for next three months and after paying they started negative balancing in my account every month nearly minus 1500 to 2300. I called customer care to close account. But they told need to come to own branch. I received every time message as your account balance is zero and now also came like that. Now i am went to branch for asking closing of account they told you have negative balance for not maintaining minimum balance we kept negative balance. I shown my messages they given zero balance. They are told that is our business policy. My friend told that as per rbi no negative balance in savings account. I went another time for showing and closing that account but they told why we need to follow those rules. And we didn't received any instructions like that from our bank so you need to clear negative balance to close it.
                                  This type of cheating customers and rbi done by axis bank please take action against these type of cheating banks

                                  still this issue is not resolved its been 2 year i have -6000 balance in my account and these people even not closing my account

                                    Hi! My name is horzak pheiray and my balance has been deducted without my permision as shown below. What do i do please help!. Before that it has been tried to deduct but since then i don't have balance it didn't but as soon as i have balance in my account it is deducted without my concern (Your a/c 82*is debited with rs 7900.00 on[protected]:19:29 at pur/google *wenzhuo liu/[protected].) why is it been deduct?                                       One of the most frauded bank in indian market.
                                      Made axis asap account on 31st july 2019.
                                      Provided all the personal details like pan card and aadhar card for opening the account.
                                      Also deposited 10, 000 into it as it was the last activation step.
                                      Then suddenly on next day itself i receive a mesage
                                      Your a/c 28xxx5 is debited by rs. 10000 on 01aug19. Avbl bal: rs. 0. Info: account closure proceeds to dd acct. Call [protected] for dispute.
                                      I don't understand without customers consent how can they deduct the amount??
                                      Customer care have no freaking idea about how it happened and their behaviour seriously so rude.
                                      It's my sincere request to give my money back as soon as possible and without any hurdles
