Axis Bank is charging excessive service charge for Annual debit card which is currently Rs 885. I am surprised to see that it is the highest among all private Banks.
This exorbitant charge has been debited without any intimation of the increase of the service charge. earlier it was around Rs 200. How can they increase it 4 times suddenly.

    Hi,
    I am praveen upadhyay contact number and having a joint account in axis bank mayur vihar phase 3. From last 3-6 months axis bank is deducting money from my account on the name of charges from last 6 month they have deducted more then 20k amount on the name of charges. I also had meeting with there branch manager, regarding these hiden charges, he told that he will look into the matter and told to maintain again 10k amount in the bank... I did as told the on 16- july they have deducted more then 7471 on which i have to pay more 1344 gst as gst on charges... They do this without information...

      Since 29th june 2019, i have submitted all the required documents for the closure of my savings account as well as dmat account to orlem, malad west branch. However, it's been 3rd august 2019 today and still the lazy bank executives and also the branch manager (Mr. Manjeet) does not have any clue or confirmation regarding the same. Repeated excuses are given to me every week that they are unknown to the closure process and do not know where the process is stuck. Disrespectful and pathetic service given to me even while leaving the banking relationship. How i wonder they must be servicing the existing customers. Worst bank to have account with.

      There is no link to download PMSBY & PMJY insurance certificate . call centre ask to contact home branch, while i was done these two insurance online then why not axis bank provides these certificate online

        In axis branch amloh 147203, there is very poor management in this branch. They work on references only. Manager of the branch is rude and don't know how to behave with their customers. I went to the branch for updating my aadhar card. But they are giving token to the selected people only. Also the person sitting for updating the aadhar card is doing the work on references. When i have raised the issues in front of the manager he also shouts on me.

        I want to close my credit card no- [protected] of Axis Bank, Balangir, Odisha branch.As I feel it is not needed for me and provided me without my concern. Unless i have to pay unnecessary maintenance charge for this credit card.

          I have made axis asap account on 2aug2019.
          Provided all the personal details like pan card and aadhar card for opening the account.
          Also deposited 10, 000 into it as it was the last activation step.
          Then suddenly on next day itself i receive a mesage
          Your a/c 384056 is debited by rs. 10000 on 03aug19. Avbl bal: rs. 0. Info: account closure proceeds to dd acct. Call [protected] for dispute.
          I don't understand without customers consent how can they deduct the amount??
          Customer care have no freaking idea about how it happened and their behaviour seriously so rude.
          It's my sincere request to give my money back as soon as possible and without any hurdles

            We are applied for a home loan on 22/11/2018 in axis bank, surendranagar branch. (Gujarat). According to the law of the bank, all required document given to mr. Jiteshbhai b. Kolipatel (Mobile number [protected]) they sent all necessary document to mr. Vivekbhai bhatt, on 23/11/18 who is team leader mortgages department. Emp. Code-as198675, axis securities.. Shephire complex 1st floor near kalupur bank, kkv hall rajkot..
            Vivekbhai bhatt and mahesh shah has not taken any step to approve my home till now. And whenever i am asking about our home loan, he give reply me wait one or two days loan will be sanctioned. As has been done more than 6 months. During this time of six months, when shri. Vivek bhatt demand required documents provide him immediately.
            I also provided him my salary slip month of -09/2018 to month -05/2019 and account details of axis and hdfc bank have been provided the last one year. Our humble request to take strong action against mr. Vivek bhai, team leader mortgages department. Emp. Code-as198675, axis securities.. Shephire complex 1st floor near kalupur bank, kkv hall rajkot.
            Even before this, home loan of mr. Vipul bhai prajapati (Mobile number -[protected]), who worked as surendranagar teacher, also not been approved his home loan and not give him proper answer for the last six months.
            We are ordinary citizens who are applying for home loan this kind of employee of your bank waste my time and money. Though i want to be needful in this matter and sanction my home loan as soon as possible.
            Your axis bank is at the peak of success in recent times. Vivek bhatt and mahesh shah may be at risk for your bank. Therefore, we demand that immediate action be taken against them.

                Axis bank is literally looting our money.. There is some issue every month on my credit card statement.. Customer care guys are so damn pathetic, they don't even know basic + - calculations but they will argue with you for 30 - 45 minutes.

                This is how you are running your bank mr. Amitabh chaudhry by looting customers. I want to cancel my card.. Don't want to do any transactions with such cheaters.

                  I had not been using the account for almost 4 months now and according to my bank account statement, my balance is Rs.1298 but when I check is on the mobile App, it shows the balance is -4301.83. Is this some kind of scam as there is no record even in the bank statement. Why is my balance in negative number?

                    I have salary account in axis bank from my first company after coming out of company then my account is transferred to savings account. Then i never use that account to 8-9 months. Then i started to use it but they charged me 700 hundred per month for next three months and after paying they started negative balancing in my account every month nearly minus 1500 to 2300. I called customer care to close account. But they told need to come to own branch. I received every time message as your account balance is zero and now also came like that. Now i am went to branch for asking closing of account they told you have negative balance for not maintaining minimum balance we kept negative balance. I shown my messages they given zero balance. They are told that is our business policy. My friend told that as per rbi no negative balance in savings account. I went another time for showing and closing that account but they told why we need to follow those rules. And we didn't received any instructions like that from our bank so you need to clear negative balance to close it.
                    This type of cheating customers and rbi done by axis bank please take action against these type of cheating banks

                            Recently i updated my axis bank buzz credit card to world privilege credit card, after upgradation axis couldnt deliver the upgraded card but joining fee of 1500 was invluded into the card statement.since two months i havent received the card..i tried to cancel, tried ti re dispacth, tried for every option they said by customer care but no use..till today my card is blicked i dnt knw the reason, they unable to dispacth..no response from the axis team..i am tired of calling to them several time i did there is no use..stupid service.. nothing moving..being a corporate bank they should feel ashamed of this.

                              Well few days back i applied a credit card from axis bank and it also got approved the same day. Now it has been so many days i didn't got my credit card yet infact i got the pin of that same card last week by speed post. Well my mobile banking app also showing my credit card existence i. E it's showing that your card is active and ready to use but its not showing the number due to privacy concerns. Please help me in this and resolve this as soon as possible

                                I have an ASAP account which is a zero balance account. I have previously incurred charges which I didn't have any idea about. The account balance went into negative but I thought it was banking charges. This time it became -1000. I enquired about this by calling the bank they said it is an ECS charge and that I have bought a loan. But I haven't bought any loans and I have no clue what this is about.

                                  Sir, i am an axis bank customer. I am a handicapped person.. Icant visit the bank. I handle all financial activities from home. My customer id is[protected]. My account is in haryana (Rewari branch. Ifsc code is utib0000226) my registered phone no. Is [protected]., account no. [protected].
                                  Now my problems
                                  1. I frequently pay bills, fees etc. But my account is not activated for net banking. I have enquired twice. But they insist branch visit. (The irony is that they are pleased to visit my home for car/business/home/education/personal loan and credit card!!!). I frequently receive such offers. Bt they cant activate my net banking they show attitude!
                                  2. I had a neo credit card which got lost at home as i didnt need to use it. Bt i needed it this mont and when i found it blocked i sent someone to bank. Bt they made the person move round here and the there nd finally asked to call the customer car or account holder must visit the bank. What a pity that the card was issued without any application and sent me in a week completing formality in minutes! And when i need it they are crying for rules!
                                  3. When they didnt respond positively for credit card i wnted to apply for a personal loan. I contacted the loan department (I had already tried to contact the branch but they neverpicked the phone, ormay be have given wrong phone no.!) the executive there sang the same song. She said that ur salary is less than what is required to apply there! I had to visit the branch to apply for lesser loan.
                                  What the hell is this! On what basis they boast of customer satisfaction. I request the consumer forum to convey my complaint to the concerned authority and ask them to help me immediately. I need a credit card and/or loan to come out my financial problems. They may check my cibil/credit score or record. I am fully capable to pay the card/loan i want. I need 50/60000 and emi falls below 7000. And my regular deposit in bank is 7300+.. Also ask them to activate my net banking immediately. Send their representative if need be.. Thaning you.

                                    Dear Sir / Ma’am

                                    After making 2 international transactions on my card, my credit card was blocked . I made calls to this number provided to me by the email you sent - +[protected] to authorise and unblock my card . However to my utter disregard, nobody picked up the call even after calling multiple times . And now because of your total apathy to service to your customer by either not picking up calls or due to your absolute horrible response time, i have to bear financial consequences . Further actions promoted by your dept has caused me great deal of mental stress and agony . Finally I wasted 2 hours on Axis bank Customer Care trying to find a way to unblock my card . Thanks to your dept, it has left me great deal of impression on services provided by axis bank to its customer and my doubts regarding continuing my relationship with axis bank . I paid for premium Credit card only to be left with reminder pathetic service by axis bank.

                                    I will be forwarding my complaints to the highest echelons of your organisation and other social media outlets to remind general public regarding the quality of services rendered today by axis bank credit card dept.

                                      My cheques bearing nos. 252297 & 252298 of chennai gt branch drawn in favour of home loan were repeatedly returned stating that 'drawers signature to operate account not received'. I am maintaining the sb a/c no. [protected] right from the beginning and no cheques were sofar returned. The reply furnished by the bank authority is very much shocking; without having my signature, whether the bank can issue me a cheque book or permit me to operate a/c. Severe action against the erring official is requested. Otherwise i shall be forced to take legal action.

                                      Please read out the complaint carefully and get a report from the branch concerned and then furnish a reply. It is the proper way. Since I am having a complaint against the erring bank official, the matter has to be attended to by your side only.

                                        I have applied twice for the saving account and demat account with axis bank twice. Theyy have charged the annual charges, whicch i have paid once and notified them to close my account. Even after repeated request my account is not closed and again there is a negative balance in my account, inspote of giving accoung closing request 6 months back. Please help.
