My account is freeze. Due to multiple customer id. We are visiting multiple times in branch but they didn't give any proper resolution. After 15 to 16 time visiting the branch. Today they Said that due to multiple customer id user account are freezes. Why branch Not Said this on 27 October.My cluster id is 158576. Requested to merge my multiple ids. Its Not customer fault. Multiple ids are made by axis bank branches Not from us. But customers are suffering from that.so please do the needful asap.

    Hi Team,

    This is to report that AXIS Bank continues to call me for personal loans and credit cards even though my number is on the National Do Not Call for more than around 5 years now.
    They claim that their DND list does not have my number and their website does not give an option to register the numbers on their DND list.
    It is a way to reach out to all customers.
    I would hereby request the concerned authorities to instruct the Axis Bank team not to call or sms the users registered on National DND.
    Infact, they change the numbers daily and call from different numbers daily through their 3rd patries also.
    All that is required is to register on the National DND list as per the TRAI regulations.

      I made a transaction on 16june 2020 from phone pay of 9200rs, for submitting fees of IGNOU.
      IGNOU said the transaction is failed but money is deducted from my account, so i made a complaint at RBI, & they gave me details of bank account which is of axis bank., sO i need my money back, because I had to pay twice

        Hi

        The bank is fooling around the customer by not mentioning the additional charges even after continuously asking for the same.

        The bank has also deducted the money from my saving account linked with my credit card stating that the bill is not paid even though the bill was paid well in advance before the due date.

        A deduction of rs 1682 (Brn-pymt-card-[protected]) is done from my account without prior information and there is no intimation of this deduction as well.

        I've paid all bills and charges before or on time always. Still such deductions are being done.

          My saving accounts marked lien around 13k from my credit card, but I have cleared credit card due and paid total outstanding amount but still its showing negative balance, when I spoke with customer, they keep transferring between saving accounts and creditcard department. None of the helped me to resolve this.

            I have a sallary account in Axis bank and suddenly i saw today my account was debited with 203 rs to axisdirect securities
            Axis bank opened a demat account on my behalf that too without my consent suddenly this debit notification came and i came to knew about all this my account balance is zero currently they deducted all my money which i had and if i add more money they will deduct it again..highly unprofessional behaviour i want this to be resolved and my money back in my account some one from the concerned team should contact me to explain this to me or else i ll have to take other steps to sort this out ... I hope this reaches to the authoried people and they come to me with a solution ..thanks.

              Im lakshay sarda an axis Bank user today I just saw my bank acc balance and it said 0 rs. And showed that BRN- TO ACCT CLOSED IN FULL AND FINAL SET . Im unable to understand what should I do as my acc was debited with 11667 / - I need an official response by axis bank.

                Hi,

                I have a credit card with you. I had due of 6800 something, I paid 6000 and 800 was left. So this month I am charged 600 something as debit charge and 100 something as gst.

                I tried to seek help. Even if I consider 3.2 percent as a charge on entire amount the charged amount is not matching.

                Pathetic helpline themselves need training on calculation.

                I need urgent help.

                      Without my permission some amount getting debited from my account, It is mentioned thrice in the statement like TIPS/SCG/NON MCC/28.10.2022. without informing prior after swiping the card at various points then why after few days I am being charged extra. Am using salary account and what is the use of it, why you guys charge me for using debit card. you guys charging all sort of sevice charge, atm usage charge, quarterly charge etc etc from use without fail, including all this charge this hidden changers.
                      I want to know about it as well as get the refund.

                        Full and final settlement still pending, please call me at [protected], it's already been 40+ days over from my relieving, till now I have not got any revert/response from the HR team on my settlement, i do have my medical emergency, which was already mailed to HR response team, but no response from, since i have to lot of financial commitments I am literally suffering by these kind of irresponsible attitude from the ban, if still this not resolved, i have raise this legally, looking up to right to main top level officials/RBI

                          Deduction of brn-pymt-card done without prior information

                          The bank is fooling around the by saying zero annual fee when giving credit card

                          The bank has also deducted the money from my saving account linked with my credit card stating that the bill is not paid even though the bill was paid well in advance before the due date.

                            Sir,

                            I, Leela Madhavi, have taken Personal Loan from Axis Bank. For first 8 months EMI payment was on time. Since I took break, not getting salary from past 4 months, there is delay in emi payment from past 3 months (still by month end paying emi).
                            But from Sept’22 I’m getting calls from collection agent (Name: Mr.Shivaji Goule, from Moukthika Enterprises) from axis bank, every day during last 10 days of the month continuously. Then I spoke to the bank customer care about my current situation. When I failed to answer the call, the agent started visiting my residence, shouting at us very rude way and threatening us to open Gate. Our house is back side house, we lock gate for safety purpose. There is only one way to go out from our house. From past 3 months, last 10 days of the month had become pathetic for us - as Mr.Shivaji (ph: [protected]), Mr.Pradeep and Mr.Akhil are visiting our house almost every day and forcing me and family members to pay by cash. And Mr.Shivaji was waiting at our gate throughout a day in working hours till night 8 PM by shouting at us - as if we are criminals and trying to escape.
                            Being a lady, I requested them a lot to give me time till month end from past three months. But every time they used to say when I took loan it's my responsibility to pay the EMI on time and also saying that you know your EMI And when you are unable to pay, why you have taken loan, etc. All layman language they are talking. Is this the way Axis Bank collection agents treat Customers. Axis Bank customer service is a bit irritating thing.

                            Also messaging me that we will report to cibil, so that no bank will give loan. I again called customer care of axis bann, they said we'll get this thing cleared. Just after a week again the same thing is repeating. Then I asked Mr.Shivaji to show his ID Card. Please find attached is his ID Card for your kind perusal. Even today (Sunday) Mr.Shivaji came to our residence to collect balance due Rs.2715 and insisting me to pay cash though I said that I’ll pay tomorrow.
                            As per initial communication with Axis Bank executive, through whom I applied for PL – there is a flexibility of changing EMI Date and ECS Debit Account, next month I would like to place a request for the same. Hence requesting your kind attention towards resolving this issue.
                            Please take necessary and stringent action against Mr.Shivaji, so that other customers will not suffer like me.
                            My sincere advise is: not to take any kind of loan or credit card from Axis Bank.

                              I am being charged twice with same reason since past few months against my home loan repayment. I have sent them emails but not received prompt reply. They just say charges are correct, when I ask about current and upcoming charges they don't respond to it and ask me to visit nearest branch. They have already took around 6000rs and still want more to take, I pay dues correctly since last 8 years and continues same, please do something for me, I prefer to transfer my home loan to Hdfc but they are not ready for that as well

                                I am trying to open a PPF account in Axis bank Through their net banking but when I am Trying to Esign the error comes after successful verification of OTP sent to my registered mobile number linked with my Aadhaar card that is sign has not been validated from NSDL....

                                initially it is limit of 30000, due to some financial reasons in[protected], i m failed to pay the amount, it is over due to extra 30000.
                                i have paid total 60000/- on 11th may 2022 . they simply closed my card without any information also written as the card was settled \ closed ..
                                now it is impacting on my cibil report.
                                i m not eligible for other loans . please provide me credit card settlement NOC or Closed letter for future loan references
                                so that i m able to apply other loans or cards
