Hello,

I have made a payment of 23112.75 rupees for my last month credit card statement of my flipkart axis bank credit card. I have raised a request for this payment through my Axis bank mobile application and paid through phonepe UPI on 1st of November. The amount is debited from my Icici bank and the transaction was successful in phonepe. But the amount is not yet credited to Axis bank credit card. I sent a mail to ICICI bank and they confirmed that the amount has been successfully credited to merchant side and when I reached to Axis Bank PNO with all the proofs they said the reference number is incorrect and also mailed me a different credit card number that they have checked and finally said that they could not get the transaction. I just need a solution on this because this is a huge amount for me and I don't want pay it again. Please help me in this regard.

I use Axis bank airtel credit card and i see wrong cashback being credited.
They even admitted that it should have been credited in Sep 22 cycle but they never processed the missing cashback. (attached screenshot)
It's been more than 3 months now and they still haven't processed it.

Issue:
My cashback that was credited for August cycle was wrong.

Reason for complain:

If you look at my statement, I've just earned 330 rupees as cashback and that's wrong.

Cashback calculation:

Zomato+Swiggy = 207.9 + 260.7 = 468.6
As per TnC, this carries 10% cashback (upto 500)
Amount= 46.86

WiFi bill= 1179
As per TnC, this carries 25% cashback (upto 300)
Amount= 294.75

Utility bill (electricity)= 4694
As per TnC, this carries 10% cashback (upto 300)
Amount= 300

Total cashback I should have earned = 46.86 + 294.75 + 300 = 641.61
Cashback given by axis = 330

Terms and Condition from Axis bank:

As per Axis bank's terms and conditions (attacked screenshot)
1. Mobile and wifi recharges carry 25% cashback upto 300
2. Utility bills on Thanks app carry 10% upto 300
3. Preferred merchants like Zomato and swiggy carry 10% upto 500

Why was i not given the missing cashback even after more than 90 days?
What's the point of raising ticket if even after they admit their mistake they won't fix it.

In spite of paying bills in time there have been two BRN payment debited from my account associated with the card without prior notice and details of why and how.
An amount of Rs 4285.98 on 7th July 22 and another of Rs 8571.96 today 9th Nov 22.
I have been possessing this card for over 4 years now never faced this BRN aito debit this is the first year and twice a total amount of 12857.94 deducted within not too six months and...

On 22 Oct 22, by mistake I transferred 1 Lakh from my axis Bank account to my SBI Credit Account. Immediately i raised complaint with Customer care of Axis, message received is appended below:-

Thank you for contacting Axis Bank. Your SR no. is[protected]. We will get back to you by 27/10/2022 6:00:53 PM.

Till date nothing has been done. Please resolve.

I had made axis Bank credit card payment of rs 10000 on 4th nov 2022and sucessful completed and on 5th nov they reverse my amount due to technical issue axis Bank reverse my account but not credited back to my account. Ref no [protected]

My name is vinayak patil my salary account is exist in the Axis bank Bidar branch i am applying personal loan since 6 years but they are not providing saying that i have dual pan card i have already submitted to Bangalore income Tax office. I am not able to get my loans anywhere please help me to get the loan in Axis bank. Otherwise i don't have any option except sucide.

My account is freeze. Due to multiple customer id. We are visiting multiple times in branch but they didn't give any proper resolution. After 15 to 16 time visiting the branch. Today they Said that due to multiple customer id user account are freezes. Why branch Not Said this on 27 October.My cluster id is 158576. Requested to merge my multiple ids. Its Not customer fault. Multiple ids are made by axis bank branches Not from us. But customers are suffering from that.so please do the needful asap.

Hi Team,

This is to report that AXIS Bank continues to call me for personal loans and credit cards even though my number is on the National Do Not Call for more than around 5 years now.
They claim that their DND list does not have my number and their website does not give an option to register the numbers on their DND list.
It is a way to reach out to all customers.
I would hereby request the concerned authorities to instruct the Axis Bank team not to call or sms the users registered on National DND.
Infact, they change the numbers daily and call from different numbers daily through their 3rd patries also.
All that is required is to register on the National DND list as per the TRAI regulations.

I made a transaction on 16june 2020 from phone pay of 9200rs, for submitting fees of IGNOU.
IGNOU said the transaction is failed but money is deducted from my account, so i made a complaint at RBI, & they gave me details of bank account which is of axis bank., sO i need my money back, because I had to pay twice

The bank is fooling around the customer by not mentioning the additional charges even after continuously asking for the same.

The bank has also deducted the money from my saving account linked with my credit card stating that the bill is not paid even though the bill was paid well in advance before the due date.

A deduction of rs 1682 (Brn-pymt-card-[protected]) is done from my account without prior information and there is no intimation of this deduction as well.

I've paid all bills and charges before or on time always. Still such deductions are being done.

My saving accounts marked lien around 13k from my credit card, but I have cleared credit card due and paid total outstanding amount but still its showing negative balance, when I spoke with customer, they keep transferring between saving accounts and creditcard department. None of the helped me to resolve this.

I have a sallary account in Axis bank and suddenly i saw today my account was debited with 203 rs to axisdirect securities
Axis bank opened a demat account on my behalf that too without my consent suddenly this debit notification came and i came to knew about all this my account balance is zero currently they deducted all my money which i had and if i add more money they will deduct it again..highly unprofessional behaviour i want this to be resolved and my money back in my account some one from the concerned team should contact me to explain this to me or else i ll have to take other steps to sort this out ... Im lakshay sarda an axis Bank user today I just saw my bank acc balance and it said 0 rs. And showed that BRN- TO ACCT CLOSED IN FULL AND FINAL SET . Im unable to understand what should I do as my acc was debited with 11667 / - I need an official response by axis bank.

I have a credit card with you. I had due of 6800 something, I paid 6000 and 800 was left. So this month I am charged 600 something as debit charge and 100 something as gst.

I tried to seek help. Even if I consider 3.2 percent as a charge on entire amount the charged amount is not matching.

Pathetic helpline themselves need training on calculation.

I need urgent help.

I am using axis Bank saving account, my account show negative balance...

I request you to clarify the loan which was not taken by me and has been spotted in my report with loan no.DPAFC[protected]A with sanctioned amount of Rs. 60000/- I hereby need a clarification because it effects my report.
And an attachment has been included for the details.

Without my permission some amount getting debited from my account, It is mentioned thrice in the statement like TIPS/SCG/NON MCC/28.10.2022. without informing prior after swiping the card at various points then why after few days I am being charged extra. Am using salary account and what is the use of it, why you guys charge me for using debit card. you guys charging all sort of sevice charge, atm usage charge, quarterly charge etc etc from use without fail, including all this charge this hidden changers.
I want to know about it as well as get the refund.

Full and final settlement still pending, please call me at [protected], it's already been 40+ days over from my relieving, till now I have not got any revert/response from the HR team on my settlement, i do have my medical emergency, which was already mailed to HR response team, but no response from, since i have to lot of financial commitments I am literally suffering by these kind of irresponsible attitude from the ban, if still this not resolved, i have raise this legally, looking up to right to main top level officials/RBI
