I tried to open an Axis bank ASAP account, which i guess it has been openend. However to activate it i have to setup virtual debit card pin (a 4 digit pin). I have been trying to setup that 4 digit pin for past 2 days and still no progress. Whenever i put 4 digit pin it shows 'something went wrong. please try after sometime'.

I have tried contacting axis bank customer support but they are of no help. They have been saying to wait for sometime, which is the thing that pop-up is been saying. When i tried using their mobile app, it says you already have an account with us. but not able to use any feature of axis bank because i am not able to setup that virtual debit card pin. I have tried all my laptop browsers, mobile browsers and even cleaned the caches & cookies but still no benefit of it.

It is a horrendous time that i have to axis bank with no support whatsoever. Now i feel like i dont even this account anymore and would not recommend this to anyone. Hiliarious bank and its services.

      Hello, this is Dr Naseeruddin... I was told by bank officials that I will receive my card in 7 working days but what I received is just pin in the envelope but not the credit card inside. Will it be delivered in a separate envelope or its just missing from the envelope I received already?
      Without credit card the PIN is useless so help me out!!

        I Maria Roseline Rani holding savings account in axis bank since from 6yrs was happy with your service but from march till now I Have been levied consolidated charges of Rs. 500 to 700 every month, please pay back my amount to my account *********630013. And also I haven't received my new debit card which was sent to my communication address, when I call to axis back service center I don't get proper response or they are v rude and issues are unresolved

          My Complain number is - Complaint Number 52526934

          I complaint many times but they didn't reverse my joining fees on the My Zone Credit Card. As that was life time free credit card so I complaint it. And on 18th June, Executive told me that they will reverse the joining fees in 1 working days and when I waited for 1 working day. Today I discussed with executive and he is saying it will take 5 working days. Kindly do justice with me.

          They are repeating this again & again and not resolving the issue.

          Please help.

            Hi, I got a mail today regarding deduction of charges which is as stated

            "Your A/c 198798 is debited by Rs. 118 on 19Jun19. Avbl Bal: Rs. ******. Info: Sign. Verf. Chrgs Mandate Regst/ Stop. "

            What for this charge is?? Kindly arrange for reversal, since it's not applicable.

                    bank debited 1000 from my axis asap account without my knowledge.

                    Yesterday I opened my Axis ASAP account i.e. on 19th June 2019 with ₹1000 balance and today I got a message that the account is debited by ₹1000 on 20th June 2019. Avl. Bal. is ₹0.
                    The info given in the message is : Account Closure Proceeds to DD Acct.
                    I don't know anything about it.
                    I didn't close my account. I cannot login to my account and I am facing issues with Axis Mobile App.

                      I use my phone for work.

                      i receive at least 3-5 calls daily from Axis Bank. Venting out frustration to these poor phone operators is of no use. Sad how you take advantage of peoples Dumbness in this modern world.

                      After calling your customer care i get to know that to deactivate the DND i need to have a Credit card.

                      What kind of Sadist Pigs come up with these ideas.
                      This has been going on since 3 years.

                          I opened the asap axis account, it says on website that it has a feature that one can maintain zero minimum account balance. But after opening the account, i withdrew 1 rupee less than the money that was taken while opening the account. Now after few hours it shows some negative balance. What seems to be the problem? And how can i fix it, urgent help will be appreciated!

                          I opened my ASAP account in 2018 and it was ZERO balance account. But I am maintaining minimum amount of Rs 500 (AMB) every month. Yesterday I transferred ₹350 from account. Now my balance is showing -500.38( minus balance). What's the reason.

                            From last 6month I am not using my axis bank account and today I noticed that in my account it’s shows negative(-) 6474₹
                            When I call customer care they told me it’s consolidated charges because am not maintained minimum balance of 10000 but when I open my account Bank told me it’s zero balance account so no need to maintain minimum balance. Now they refused to closed my account and branch also doing misbehave with me. Axis bank cheat with me.

                              I am having fraudulent transactions on my debit card with out my concern or otp as below from 6th may 19 onwards

                              I lost inr 4500 so far with out my involvement, yet I did not deal with this site for any transaction, my money has been deducted on daily basis yesterday on 18th june I lost almost 1300...
                              I Request you to help me and refund back my amount.
                              And i dont want this again in future.

                                I just received a message stating that your account is debited by Rs.172.98 on 19 jun 19. In the info section it's only mentioning this TIP/SCG.VISA.POS.DT170619/ .
                                I didnot even check into any hotel or some thing. i just booked my flight tickets and I already got overcharged with that due to this n that charges.
                                Now, after 2 days of booking my flight tickets another 173 rupees are gone.
                                i want to know a proper explanation of this.

                                  I am having Axis bank salary account. They have deducted total 5652.69 rupees till date from Jan 19 without any message and reason.
                                  I have not received any message from bank that this amount is deducted.
                                  15 Jun 2019 Consolidated Charges For A/C 3, 970.36
                                  15 Jun 2019 GST @18% On Charge 714.66
                                  11 May '19 GST @18% On Charge - Rs140.33
                                  11 May '19 Consolidated Charges For A/C - Rs779.64
                                  13 Apr '19 GST @18% On Charge - Rs2.70
                                  13 Apr '19 Consolidated Charges For A/C - Rs15.00

                                  I have discussed this with Axis bank customer care. They said that this is for auto debit charges which I have not paid (Insufficient balance to debit the amount).
                                  Auto debit is for SIP. As it is systematical investment plan, we invest only when we have sufficient money. If the SIP provider company is not taking charges if we are not paying for any particular month then why Axis bank applying these charges?
                                  People do not invest if they don't have money so who gave authority to this bank to deduct the amount when people don't have sufficient amount?
                                  I want all my deducted amount back. Otherwise I will close my Axis bank account and will go in consumer court.

                                    I have charged 1699 for ECPP ASSISTANCE without any information, I don't want to continue my services .. Refund my money back .

                                      I was using Axis account and Credit Card since 2011. I have changed my job in 2014, then shifted to other location, but due to some reasons I didn't receive the new credit card and I've requested customer care to cancel the card via mail and got confirmation mail from that the card has been canceled, but after email confirmation also that card was active and there was .14 Paisa due in that card. I was not aware of .14 paisa due till last year, when I've checked my SIBIL score, it was very low. I've checked the details and found that there was a pending credit card due and that was the same AXIS Bankcard. I've tried to pay the same amount but I was not able to make it because of the new card number which I don't have. Make several calls to customer care but they were not helpful, they were saying like without card number they can't do anything. After several tries, I got help from one of the support person 5 months back, and he said, will raise a request to revert this due amount. But still I'm getting credit card bill and my score also getting affected due to this. Attaching the screenshot of latest card bill. It's more than 4 years now, and yet I didn’t receive any solution from your customer care. reached many branched but nobody was helping me on this.

                                      Please help me to resolve this issue at the earliest. I am ready to pay the .14 paisa, it would be really helpful if you can solve my SIBIL score issue with this payment.
