I had tried to pay of rupees 9100 to merchant through Paytm for twice times using my credit card on 14/06/2019 8:12 PM.
But transaction was failed due to Axis bank declined transaction of my credit card
but amount as been deducted from my credit card on twice time of rupees
9100 * 2 =1800.
But still amount has not been refunded .. please let me know when will be amount refunded

    I went to your eluru branch for opening an sb account.
    I was told a minimum balance of rs 10000 is needed .
    I felt it as very high. Nevertheless i consented and gave all
    documents needed for an account.
    I went there on[protected] and requested that i need account and debit card activation at the earliest, on[protected] itself
    like any even small bank where an account gets opened at once.
    I was given a kit in which a debit card, passbook, blank, and a cheque book all are useless even now, that is as on[protected] @13:30 hrs.
    You want to charge like 1st class flight, but your service is worse than pedestrian.
    I saw the satisfaction with you is 38% only, no wonder.
    Your so called management team @ eluru is horrible with
    customers.
    The useless account number is [protected].
    Do you care to look into ? or simply do not care and be happy to further train your branches to be even more and more worst!

      I have salary account in axis bank from my first company after coming out of company i never used that account . I told bank to close account. But they told need to come to own branch. I received every time message as your account balance is zero, Now i am went to branch for asking closing of account they told you have negative balance for not maintaining minimum balance we kept negative balance. I shown my messages they given zero balance. the told me they cant close this account unless the payment of rs. 5500/-. as per RBI guidelines bank should not charge any charges which was non operative, my account is in mulund west branch

        On 21.06.2019, I have deposited Rs.10000/- in the Cash Deposit Machine at 11.52 a.m. for the Account Number no. [protected]
        but amount not credited in to my account due error and problem in the Cash deposit machine.
        I have given the complaint through the security of ATM immediately on 21.06.2019 and I have contacted branch on the same. But no response from the branch.

        Also I request you to bear the Penal charges for the non-credit of my deposited amount in my account.

          I tried to open an Axis bank ASAP account, which i guess it has been openend. However to activate it i have to setup virtual debit card pin (a 4 digit pin). I have been trying to setup that 4 digit pin for past 2 days and still no progress. Whenever i put 4 digit pin it shows 'something went wrong. please try after sometime'.

          I have tried contacting axis bank customer support but they are of no help. They have been saying to wait for sometime, which is the thing that pop-up is been saying. When i tried using their mobile app, it says you already have an account with us. but not able to use any feature of axis bank because i am not able to setup that virtual debit card pin. I have tried all my laptop browsers, mobile browsers and even cleaned the caches & cookies but still no benefit of it.

          It is a horrendous time that i have to axis bank with no support whatsoever. Now i feel like i dont even this account anymore and would not recommend this to anyone. Hiliarious bank and its services.

              Kindly deactivate my axis bank one assist card protection plan. My Customer ID is[protected]. I don't want to renew my account. My mail id is [protected]@gmail.com. My phone number is [protected]. Try to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Last year i have activated this service, but i think it is not that important to renew this service. Please resolve this issue at the earliest.

              Hello, this is Dr Naseeruddin... I was told by bank officials that I will receive my card in 7 working days but what I received is just pin in the envelope but not the credit card inside. Will it be delivered in a separate envelope or its just missing from the envelope I received already?
              Without credit card the PIN is useless so help me out!!

                I Maria Roseline Rani holding savings account in axis bank since from 6yrs was happy with your service but from march till now I Have been levied consolidated charges of Rs. 500 to 700 every month, please pay back my amount to my account *********630013. And also I haven't received my new debit card which was sent to my communication address, when I call to axis back service center I don't get proper response or they are v rude and issues are unresolved

                  My Complain number is - Complaint Number 52526934

                  I complaint many times but they didn't reverse my joining fees on the My Zone Credit Card. As that was life time free credit card so I complaint it. And on 18th June, Executive told me that they will reverse the joining fees in 1 working days and when I waited for 1 working day. Today I discussed with executive and he is saying it will take 5 working days. Kindly do justice with me.

                  They are repeating this again & again and not resolving the issue.

                  Please help.

                    Hi, I got a mail today regarding deduction of charges which is as stated

                    "Your A/c 198798 is debited by Rs. 118 on 19Jun19. Avbl Bal: Rs. ******. Info: Sign. Verf. Chrgs Mandate Regst/ Stop. "

                    What for this charge is?? Kindly arrange for reversal, since it's not applicable.

                    I got massage that your balance is debited with RS.354. The reason is mentioned that APY PENALTY FOR JAN 2019. I really don’t understand what is this. And why my balance is deducted for without any reason .so I would request you to plz refund my money from axis bank.

                          Axis bank has wrongly debited RS 819.53 from my account . I was not informed about my demat account . I want complete reversal of my entire debited amount .

                            bank debited 1000 from my axis asap account without my knowledge.

                            Yesterday I opened my Axis ASAP account i.e. on 19th June 2019 with ₹1000 balance and today I got a message that the account is debited by ₹1000 on 20th June 2019. Avl. Bal. is ₹0.
                            The info given in the message is : Account Closure Proceeds to DD Acct.
                            I don't know anything about it.
                            I didn't close my account. I cannot login to my account and I am facing issues with Axis Mobile App.
                            Please help...

                              I use my phone for work.

                              i receive at least 3-5 calls daily from Axis Bank. Venting out frustration to these poor phone operators is of no use. Sad how you take advantage of peoples Dumbness in this modern world.

                              After calling your customer care i get to know that to deactivate the DND i need to have a Credit card.

                              What kind of Sadist Pigs come up with these ideas.
                              This has been going on since 3 years.

                                  I opened the asap axis account, it says on website that it has a feature that one can maintain zero minimum account balance. But after opening the account, i withdrew 1 rupee less than the money that was taken while opening the account. Now after few hours it shows some negative balance. What seems to be the problem? And how can i fix it, urgent help will be appreciated!

                                  I opened my ASAP account in 2018 and it was ZERO balance account. But I am maintaining minimum amount of Rs 500 (AMB) every month. Yesterday I transferred ₹350 from account. Now my balance is showing -500.38( minus balance). What's the reason.

                                    From last 6month I am not using my axis bank account and today I noticed that in my account it’s shows negative(-) 6474₹
                                    When I call customer care they told me it’s consolidated charges because am not maintained minimum balance of 10000 but when I open my account Bank told me it’s zero balance account so no need to maintain minimum balance. Now they refused to closed my account and branch also doing misbehave with me. Axis bank cheat with me.

                                      I lost inr 4500 so far with out my involvement, yet I did not deal with this site for any transaction, my money has been deducted on daily basis yesterday on 18th june I lost almost 1300...
